Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of research management standards which include planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with the case study method. The research subjects were Vice Rector 1, the Chair and Secretary of LPPM, the Head of the Research Center, and the Head of Planning and Finance of IAIN Palangka Raya. The determination of research subjects was carried out by purposive sampling with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that research management planning activities begin with the preparation of development master plans, strategic plans, and operational plans, preparation of research roadmaps, annual work programs, preparation of Terms of Reference and research budget plans, and the preparation of Research Guidelines. In implementing research management standards, there are 12 stages carried out, including dissemination of technical instructions, research registration, administrative selection, substance selection, determination of nominees, proposal seminars, determination of beneficiaries, preparation of work orders, disbursement of funds, conducting research, monitoring evaluation, review of research outputs, results seminars, and final reports. Efforts to control research activities are carried out with several strategies: making regulations and technical guidelines for research, managing registration and selection of proposals as well as meetings for determining nominees, preparing work orders, managing intermediate seminars, managing presentations of research results, making research logbooks, registering IPR research results, publishing articles research, seeking SPI involvement in research management activities, uploading research reports to Litapdimas, imposing sanctions, preparing research management reports, monitoring and evaluating research management.

Abstract

The role of teachers in fostering the practice of Islamic teachings is very important, because it not only teaches religious theory, but also directs students to practice Islamic values in everyday life. This study aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the practice of Islamic teachings in students at SDN 2 Jingah, North Barito Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: 1) Islamic Religious Education teachers play an important role in fostering the practice of Islamic teachings with an integrative approach, which includes teaching religious theory, worship practices, and instilling moral values such as honesty and discipline. Teachers guide students to understand and practice Islamic teachings through habituation methods and effective interactive learning. 2) Supporting factors include adequate facilities, a supportive school environment, and parental involvement. However, inhibiting factors such as limited facilities, time, and lack of teacher professionalism were also found.

Abstract

Belakangan ini yang terjadi sekarang dengan teknologi yang cepat hingga mudah dalam hubungan komunikasi melalui perkembangan dan kesulitan memperoleh informasi baik di dalam negeri, sehingga berdampak pada perubahan budaya dalam negeri yang bersaing dengan budaya barat yang masuk melalui perkembangan teknologi berupa media sosial , baik dari video youtube, instagram, dan lain-lain sasaran utamnya paling dominan adalah pemuda/remaja. Dari fenomena tersebut memiliki sisi positif dan negatif, tergantung bagaimana cara mereka menyikapinya. Namun pada saat ini sisi negatifnya lebih besar dari pada sis positif, dengan melihat kenyataan pada saat ini yang semakin berpengaruh dengan kerusakan perilaku serta moral yang disebarkan melalui media internet, film, tontonan kriminal,dan konten berbaur pornografi. Salah satu masalah moral dalam pergaulan adalah masalah menjaga kesucian diri atau memelihara diri agar terhidar dari segala perbuatan tercela (iffah). Seperti yang terjadi di TPA Sukamulya dalam pembimbingan perilaku iffah yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mencetak remaja yang berkualitas dan berakhlak yang baik, setelah pembimbing yang dilakukan remaja di TPA Sukamulya kebanyakan remaja akan memahami perilaku iffah dan remaja-remaja sekitarnya mulai dari berkata-kata yang dilakukan oleh para remaja di TPA Sukamulya. baik, berpakaian yang rapi dan menutup aurat serta tidak berdua dengan lawan seusianya. Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Activities (Rohis) at SMK Negeri 2 Palangka Raya in developing students' social skills, with reference to social learning theory and character education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing processes, with source and technique triangulation to ensure the validity of results. Findings show that Rohis activities such as Quranic reading and writing, tilawah (Quranic recitation), habsyi (religious chanting), and community service not only strengthen spiritual and moral aspects, but also contribute significantly to the development of students' social skills, such as the ability to collaborate, empathize, take responsibility, resolve conflicts, and express opinions assertively. These activities also have a positive impact on students' ability to build healthy interpersonal relationships and increase their self-confidence in the school environment. In conclusion, Rohis activities function not only as a religious medium, but also as a strategic tool in shaping students' character and social skills that align with 21st-century learning needs and the demands of today's multicultural society.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of management standards at Mts an-nur Palangkaraya in improving the quality of Madrasah education. The objectives of this study include: To find out the standard management program planning, implementation of standard management programs, monitoring and evaluation of standard management programs at MTS An- nur Palangkaraya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, as Moleong argues "qualitative research is in the form of words either written or spoken from people and observed behavior" while the research location is at MTS an-Nur Palangkaraya. research purposes, this study used interviews, participant observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate (1) Management planning at an-nur madrasah has been carried out in accordance with government regulations and education management standards, namely starting with planning. The planning carried out by Mts Anur begins with analyzing the needs and where the direction of the madrasa will be taken in the future by formulating a vision, mission and goals. All of this is done by involving all components in the madrasa. (2) Implementation Implementation of the program begins with reviewing the KTSP curriculum, implementing teaching and learning activities, and implementing Teacher Quality Improvement at MTs Annur Palangka Raya. The implementation of improving the quality of Education Personnel is pursued by implementing a strategy of increasing the integration of improving the mental, moral and spiritual discipline of teachers, learning supervision, involving teachers in training activities, attending seminars and being active in the Palangka Raya City MGMP forum. dhuha prayer. The program to improve the quality of infrastructure at MTs Annur Palangka Raya was pursued by collaborating with the City and Provincial Ministry of Religion offices, Central Kalimantan Provincial Government, Palangka Raya City Government, Municipal and Provincial Education Offices, Collaboration with Parents of Students through Madrasah Committees, Approach with Management Foundations, Entrepreneurs, City, Provincial DPRD Members and members of the Republic of Indonesia DPR (3) Program monitoring and evaluation begins with programs developed in extra-curricular activities. This activity was carried out by developing extra-curricular activities which aim to provide opportunities for MTs Annur Palangka Raya students to develop and express themselves according to the skills and talents that students have. Abstract

Tarekat Tijaniyah merupakan aliran tasawuf yang berkembang pesat di Nusantara sejak awal abad ke-20. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan Tarekat Tijaniyah berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka tahun 2021-2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review terhadap sembilan artikel ilmiah terpublikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik amaliyah Tarekat Tijaniyah memberikan dampak signifikan pada pembentukan karakter spiritual dan sosial jama'ah. Wirid lazimah, wadhifah, dan hailalah yang diamalkan secara konsisten terbukti melahirkan ketenangan batin, pengendalian emosi, serta akhlakul karimah. Peran kyai dan muqaddam menjadi kunci keberlangsungan tarekat melalui pengajaran sistematis di pesantren dan komunitas lokal. Tarekat ini juga berfungsi sebagai media pemersatu sosial yang memperkuat solidaritas dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Meskipun sempat menghadapi kontroversi, Tarekat Tijaniyah mampu beradaptasi dengan lokal melalui strategi fleksibel. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Tarekat Tijaniyah tetap relevan sebagai sarana spiritualitas dan pembinaan akhlak di era modern, dengan penyebaran yang terus meluas di berbagai wilayah Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the role of self-efficacy as a predictor of students’ Qur’anic memorization success through the implementation of the Sima’an and Talaqqi methods at Hidayatul Insan Islamic Boarding School, Palangka Raya. Employing a mixed-methods approach with a convergent parallel design, data were collected from 35 active tahfidz students through observations, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and a Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 21 items. Quantitative data were analyzed using correlation and regression tests, while qualitative data were examined through thematic analysis to strengthen the interpretation of statistical findings.The results indicated that self-efficacy had a strong and significant relationship with Qur’anic memorization success (r = 0.731; p < 0.001), as did the implementation of the Sima’an–Talaqqi method (r = 0.756; p < 0.001). Regression analysis confirmed that both variables significantly predict memorization achievement, with the Sima’an–Talaqqi method contributing the strongest effect. Qualitative findings further revealed that students with high self-efficacy demonstrated greater confidence, persistence, and consistency in conducting murāja‘ah, while structured repetition and direct supervision through Sima’an and Talaqqi enhanced memorization accuracy and stability.These findings implied that successful tahfidz learning required the integration of psychological readiness and systematic instructional methods. Islamic boarding schools were therefore encouraged to strengthen students’ self-efficacy alongside the consistent implementation of Sima’an and Talaqqi to optimize Qur’anic memorization outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school (pesantren) leadership is increasingly required to respond to contemporary educational challenges while sustaining deeply rooted religious, cultural, and institutional traditions. However, integrative leadership models that systematically bridge indigenous wisdom with modern education remain underexplored. This study examines the development of an adaptive pesantren leadership framework by integrating the Mangenta philosophy as indigenous local knowledge with critical pedagogy and systematic transformation. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through structured surveys administered to kyai, teachers, and educational practitioners in pesantren settings and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Reliability and construct validity were confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The findings reveal that local knowledge exerts a strong influence on Mangenta philosophy, while critical pedagogy significantly mediates the internalization of local wisdom into leadership practices. Systematic transformation contributes as a supporting institutional condition that facilitates adaptation without undermining philosophical coherence. These results demonstrate that Mangenta-based local wisdom, when critically mediated and institutionally supported, forms a culturally grounded and adaptive pesantren leadership model. The study contributes to Islamic educational leadership scholarship by offering an empirically validated, context-sensitive framework that harmonizes tradition and innovation within faith-based educational institutions.
