Abstract

The General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) is given authority based on Law Number 7 of 2017, which has been amended by Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections, to carry out the function of supervision and enforcement of violations of election administration by election participants and their campaign teams. This research is a type of normative juridical research that is descriptive analysis. The Bawaslu of Pinrang Regency identified the supervision of election campaigns through social media due to the high number of violations committed by the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who campaigned through the platform. Furthermore, the Pinrang Regency Bawaslu carried out actions which are a series of actions to handle election violations in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) that have been set. The handling of violations committed by the Pinrang Regency Bawaslu is through the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu), which consists of the Bawaslu, the Police, and the Prosecutor's Office. This institution processes and filters existing data, then clarifies relevant parties and decides whether the election participants violated the election or not. Bawaslu has a very important role as an authorized institution in preventing election violations

Jambi TV is a television station that plays a vital role in the broadcasting media in the Jambi Province, Indonesia. Various aspects of Jambi TV include different elements that influence its operations and contributions in providing information, entertainment, and services to the people of Jambi. This writing will discuss several key aspects related to Jambi TV, including the station's profile, flagship programs, contributions in broadcasting news and information, as well as its social impact on the local community. Abstract

The debate over religion-based regional regulations (perda) has become a significant discourse in studies of state–religion relations at the local level, particularly within the context of democracy and societal pluralism. This article aims to analyze the dynamics of the implementation of Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2009 and its revision through Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2014 in Tasikmalaya City, a region known for its religious character and Muslim-majority population. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method using document study and policy discourse analysis approaches. The findings reveal that Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2009 sparked controversy due to its perceived discriminatory nature against minority groups and its lack of procedural legislative rigor, which led to ineffective implementation. The revision in Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2014 demonstrates a shift toward more inclusive language and editorial format, yet it retains ideological elements that favor the dominant religious majority. These findings highlight the ambivalence that arises when moral aspirations of the community are formalized into local policy, potentially conflicting with constitutional principles. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of identity politics in subnational legislation.

Abstract

Exams can assess learning outcomes or measure a person's ability level during learning activities. Such conditions are considered less effective because they have to increase the number of questions, and teachers must correct students' answers individually. This study aims to create a website-based online exam information system using a MySQL database at SMK Unwanul Falah. The information collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature studies, while the development method is the waterfall method with stages, namely requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results of this study are an internet-based Online Exam Information System that is used as a supporting facility for online exams. With this online exam information system, students can take exams online with faster exam results in terms of time. The exam process does not need paper answer sheets to save costs, especially for paper stationery issued by the school. This information system helps teachers correct answers because the results will be automatically displayed after the exam.

Abstract

Perairan Karimata merupakan perairan tropis yang berada dalam wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Sehingga dengan adanya sinar matahari sepanjang tahun, produktivitas penghasil organisme di perairan tersebut dapat terus berlanjut. Produktivitas yang berkelanjutan dengan memproduksi organisme di perairan menyediakan sumber makanan bagi ikan dan organisme lainnya. Perairan Karimata mempunyai potensi sebagai daerah upwelling. Dengan memetakan sebaran wilayah upwelling tentunya memberikan jalan bagi para pelaku sektor perikanan responsif laut untuk mengidentifikasi wilayah yang potensial sebagai daerah penangkapan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan kriteria upwelling di Wilayah Kepulauan Karimata pada bulan Mei 2023 dengan menggunakan parameter suhu permukaan laut dan konsentrasi klorofil-a untuk mengidentifikasi dan memetakan wilayah upwelling beserta kriterianya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif eksploratif dengan menggunakan variabel suhu permukaan laut dan konsentrasi klorofil-a yang diolah melalui metode overlay pada perangkat lunak. Sebaran wilayah upwelling diperoleh dengan kriteria upwelling sangat kuat, upwelling kuat, upwelling sedang, dan upwelling lemah. Berdasarkan hasil pemetaan, wilayah yang dekat dengan daratan mempunyai kriteria upwelling yang sangat kuat sehingga menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas air yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan wilayah lain dalam pemetaan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine more deeply the principle of Kafa'ah contained in the hadith regarding choosing a prospective partner who is classified according to four criteria, namely in terms of wealth, ancestry, appearance, and religion. These four criteria are then correlated with the rules of al-'Adatu Muhakkamah because it is considered that there is a tendency for each person to have the habit of choosing a potential partner according to their temperament, in other words choosing someone who is equal or equal to themselves. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this research can be concluded that understanding the hadith and opinions of ulama in choosing a mate must be based on the principle of Kafa’ah (equality) where this is also influenced by the habits that exist in society.

Abstract

The Navigation Assistance Facility (SBNP) is an essential component that affects shipping safety and security, so a study was conducted to find out the role of the light tower guard in shipping and what obstacles were encountered in optimizing the part of the light guard. Normative research techniques to study the laws and regulations related to shipping implementation in Indonesia. The data came from statutes, regulations, expert theory, previous research, and books. The results showed that lighthouse keepers have two main objectives in shipping: assisting ship navigation in determining direction and location, warning ships when there is danger, and supporting shipping safety and security according to standards in SOLAS 1947 and ISM Code in the Shipping Law. The obstacles damaged buildings, electrical networks, installations, and light balloons that endangered shipping. The damage affects the performance of the light tower in determining the direction and location when the ship is sailing

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan dasar untuk konsumsi, mandi, mencuci, serta aktivitas kebersihan lingkungan, sehingga memerlukan sistem penyediaan yang memadai dan efisien. Kelurahan Nunukan Barat saat ini dilayani jaringan distribusi dari IPA Sei Bilal berkapasitas 50 lt/dt, namun belum seluruh penduduk memperoleh layanan optimal akibat pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebocoran jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting dan merencanakan pengembangan jaringan air bersih di wilayah yang belum terlayani. Saat ini, IPA Sei Bilal melayani debit puncak sebesar 35,61 lt/dt untuk 3.574 sambungan rumah di empat kelurahan, dan hasil simulasi WaterCAD V8i menunjukkan masih ada pipa yang tidak memenuhi kriteria teknis. Berdasarkan proyeksi, kebutuhan air bersih di Kelurahan Nunukan Barat pada tahun 2044 diperkirakan mencapaii 61,11 lt/dt, sementara itu untuk 13 area pengembangan sebesar 5,32 lt/dt. Rencana pengembangan menghasilkan jaringan yang memenuhi kriteria teknis, dengan estimasi biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp 8.297.934.000,00.
