Abstract

Olahraga adalah salah satu dari banyak aktivitas rekreasi yang dapat kita lakukan untuk mengurangi ketegangan pada pikiran dan tubuh sehingga kita dapat menjaga keseimbangan fisik dan psikologis. Banyak olahraga yang memanfaatkan kaki dan tangan, tetapi hampir tidak ada yang memanfaatkan kepala. Salah satu olahraga rekreasi yang memanfaatkan kepala adalah bola sundul. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif korelasional untuk mengukur hubungan antara kohesivitas pegiat bola sundul dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 104 pegiat bola sundul yang berasal dari berbagai wilayah dan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner Multifactor Leadership Questionaire (MLQ-5X) untuk kepemimpinan transformasional dan Group Environment Questionaire (GEQ) untuk kohesivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai sig 0.000 < 0.05, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan kohesivitas terhadap pegiat bola sundul, kemudian berdasarkan nilai korelasi pearsonnya adalah 0,484 artinya tingkat keeratan korelasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kohesivitas tergolong moderate/sedang. Peneliti merekomendasikan pada pelatih sebagai pemimpin formal atau peran pemimpin informal sebagai pelaku dari kepemimpinan transformasional. Selain itu, variabel seperti gender dan usia dapat meningkatkan hasil penelitian karena keduanya terbukti memengaruhi kohesi tim dan kinerja kepemimpinan.

Abstract

This paper aims to show the factors that influence karate athletes in the kumite category when competing and provide an overview of how to control emotions by karate athletes in the kumite category when competing. This paper uses a descriptive method with a non-experimental design. The population in this paper is karate athletes in the kumite category in Garut Regency, totaling 57 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so that the total sample in this paper is 17 people. Data collection in this study used observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of emotions in the form of internal factors of 82.07% (high category) on athletes when competing, in addition to internal factors there is also an influence of external factors of 17.92% (moderate category) on karate athletes when competing in the kumite category. Recognizing the emotions that will arise when competing is a way for athletes to control their emotions when competing.

Abstract

Ketangguhan mental menjadi suatu komponen yang sangat penting untuk perkembangan atlet selain kemampuan teknik dan fisik yang dimiliki. Pelatih pun menjadi faktor yang sangat penting terhadap peran pembentukan ketangguhan mental atlet. Pelatih mempunyai tanggung jawab membimbing dalam membangun ketangguhan mental atlet di lapangan maupun di luar lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar ketangguhan mental dan seberapa besar kontribusi hubungan pelatih dan atlet terhadap pengembangan ketangguhan mental. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet UKM Futsal Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia berjumlah 35 orang atlet. Teknik sampling yaitu total sampling. Kriteria sampling: (1) Atlet Futsal UKM Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, (2) Mengisi instrumen yang diberikan peneliti secara penuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ) dan Coach-Atlet Relationship (CART-Q). Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Korelasi Pearson. (1) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ketangguhan mental atlet UKM Futsal Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia berada pada klasifikasi tangguh yaitu pada angka 30,66, Kategori nilai 28,01-42,00. (2) Tidak terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan hubungan pelatih dan atlet dalam pembentukan ketangguhan mental. Banyak faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap ketangguhan mental, faktor sosial seperti rekanan atlet dan keluarga, tidak hanya itu faktor mindset yang diterapkan pun juga berpengaruh sangat terhadap pembentukan ketangguhan mental. Kesimpulannya adalah hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketangguhan mental berada pada tingkat tangguh yaitu sebesar 30,66, serta hubungan pelatih dan atlet memiliki kontribusi yang lemah terhadap pengembangan ketangguhan mental.

Abstract

Traditional games play a vital role in developing children’s motor skills, especially when practiced in a family setting. This article aims to examine the impact of traditional games within families on the development of children’s gross and fine motor skills through a literature review and case studies. The study employs a qualitative approach, combining the analysis of relevant literature and direct observation of families engaging in traditional games. The literature review identifies various traditional games that contribute positively to motor skill development. Games like jump rope, congklak (a traditional board game), and egrang (stilts) are known to improve coordination, balance, muscle strength, and agility. Case studies were conducted on several families who routinely played traditional games with their children. Observations revealed that children actively involved in traditional games exhibited better motor skill development than those less engaged in such activities. This article also highlights that parental involvement in traditional games not only strengthens family bonds but also creates a supportive environment for children’s motor skill development. This involvement includes active parental roles guiding and participating in the games, helping children understand the rules and enhancing their social skills. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of traditional games within families as a tool for developing children’s motor skills. Hopefully, these findings will encourage families and educators to integrate traditional games into children’s daily activities as part of an effective motor development strategy. Further research is recommended to explore various aspects of traditional games and their impact on child development in different contexts.

Abstract

Students' lack of understanding of the activities and movements in the invasion game material which refers to the learning objectives that are not achieved so that it has an impact on low student learning motivation. This study aims to develop an android-based learning media for elementary school students through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach. This study is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this study are quantitative data through material validation questionnaires, learning design validation, learning media validation, and determination of validation classification by experts based on the number of answer scores. Data are analyzed and processed descriptively into interval data using a Likert scale. The results obtained are in the form of an android-based learning media through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach, which can be used as a learning media on material the invasion game of the fourth grade PJOK elementary school invasion game, the results of the feasibility assessment based on material validation with a score of 62 or 88.57%, a learning design validation score of 52 or 86.67%, and a learning media validation score of 69 or 92%. As well as the teacher's assessment as a practitioner of 91.02%. The effectiveness test results showed differences in student learning motivation before and after the implementation of the Android-based learning media through DAP. It was concluded that the android-based learning media that had been developed was declared effective for use in PJOK learning of invansion game material in Elementary Schools. The implication of this research is that the Android-based learning media through this approach can be used as learning media in PJOK learning activities.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) terhadap VO2Max pada Pemain Futsal Putri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Expost Facto, dengan Desain yang digunakan oleh peneliti menggunakan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet futsal putri porda Kota Bandung sebanyak 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling. Adapun sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah bleep test. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukan bahwa t hitung pada penelitian ini adalah -4.606 dengan selisih rata-rata pretest dan posttest sebesar -3.20000. Dan nilai Sig. (2 tailed) = 0.01, atau Sig = 0.001 <0.05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan daily undulating periodization terhadap vo2max atlet futsal putri.

Abstract

Teachers' knowledge of learning strategies that refer to the objectives of an activity is less varied, resulting in low student learning motivation. This study aims to develop an android-based game learning model for elementary school students through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach. This study is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques in this study are quantitative data through material validation questionnaires, learning design validation, learning media validation, and determination of validation classification by experts based on the number of answer scores. Data are analyzed and processed descriptively into interval data using a Likert scale. The results obtained are in the form of an android-based game learning model flow through the Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) approach, which is compiled through an android application as a guideline for elementary school PJOK teachers to use this model in elementary school PJOK learning, the results of the feasibility assessment based on material validation with a score of 62 or 88.57%, a learning design validation score of 52 or 86.67%, and a learning media validation score of 69 or 92%. As well as the teacher's assessment as a practitioner of 91.02%. The effectiveness test results showed differences in student learning motivation before and after the implementation of the Android-based game learning model through DAP. It was concluded that the game learning model that had been developed was declared effective for use in PJOK learning of game material in Elementary Schools.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model, implemented through Kasti Ball, in fostering responsibility among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Jembangan 2. Using a quasi-experimental design, 30 students were purposively selected and divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received four TPSR-integrated kasti ball sessions, while the control group underwent conventional physical education. Responsibility was measured using a validated 20-item Likert-scale questionnaire aligned with Hellison’s five-level responsibility framework. Statistical analysis using paired and independent t-tests showed a significant increase in the experimental group’s responsibility scores (M_pre = 56.20, M_post = 61.80; p < .05), while the control group’s change was not statistically significant (M_pre = 55.47, M_post = 57.80; p = .196). A post-test comparison revealed a significant between-group difference favoring the experimental group (p = .023). Observational data further supported the quantitative findings, showing improved student self-regulation, cooperation, and rule adherence. The study concludes that the TPSR model, when integrated into traditional games like kasti, can effectively promote character development—particularly responsibility—among elementary school students. Teachers and schools are encouraged to adopt culturally relevant, value-based physical education models to reinforce character education holistically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan musik dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa olahraga tingkat akhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan bantuan aplikasi Survey Monkey, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kecemasan adalah ZSAR-S (Zung Self Anxiety Rating Scale). Data diperoleh dari 370 responden mahasiswa olahraga tingkat akhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 48% dari responden mengalami gejala fisik seperti pusing, 8,11% mengalami gejala sosial seperti mudah marah dan panik, dan 43,24% mengalami kesulitan tidur. Namun, penelitian menemukan bahwa penggunaan musik efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat kecemasan pada mahasiswa olahraga tingkat akhir. Temuan ini menyoroti potensi musik sebagai intervensi yang bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa olahraga tingkat akhir, serta pentingnya memperhatikan aspek kesehatan mental dalam konteks pendidikan olahraga.Kata kunci: Musik, Anxiety, Mahasiswa
