Abstract

This research aims to find out whether purchasing decisions can influence product variety and customer trust in customer loyalty to SEVENTEEN's K-Pop album. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample used was 100 respondents and focused only on the SEVENTEEN fanbase. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses the SmartPLS 4.0 software statistical method. The results of this research show that there are variables that influence each other, as in the following brief explanation: 1). Product variations do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, 3). Product variety has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4). Customer Trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 5). Purchasing Decisions have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, 6). Purchasing Decisions are not able to fully mediate Product Variations on Customer Loyalty, 7). Purchasing Decisions are able to fully mediate Customer Trust towards Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Ambassadors and Flash Sale on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. The sampling technique in this study is Generation Z who uses the Shopee application. The instrument for collecting data in this study was a questionnaire with 120 respondents. In this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that the Brand Ambassador (X1) and Flash Sale (X2) variables have a significant positive effect on Impulse Buying in the Shopee marketplace. In the coefficient of determination, the brand ambassador and flash sale variables have an effect of 36.4% on impulse buying consumers and the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

The research article on the Influence of Place Atmosphere and Modern Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions of Coffee Shop Consumers (Case Study on Coffee Ethics) is research that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The method of this research article is to use quantitative methods, while the type of research used is descriptive research. The results of this research article are: 1) The influence of atmosphere has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; 2) The influence of modern lifestyle has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; 3) The influence of modern atmosphere and lifestyle has a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of promotions and electronic word of mouth (E-wom) on the decision to purchase cinema tickets on the TIX ID application (Case study in the management study program at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya). The sampling technique used in this research was students from Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya who had used the TIX ID application. The data collection tool in this research used a questionnaire distributed to 110 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research partially show that promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) has a significant effect on cinema ticket purchasing decisions on the TIX ID application.

Abstract

Penelitian ditujukan untuk sosialisasi dan penerapan pengolahan limbah sisa konsumsi menjadi suatu hal yang memiliki nilai guna. Berawal dari hasil wawancara dengan bapak ketua RT.001/RW.004 mengenai hanya sebagian kecil warganya yang memanfaatkan TPA, sisanya hanya mengubur, membakar, atau bahkan membuang sampah di aliran sungai. Dalam masalah ini, masyarakat harus berpartisipasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, pengelolaan dan pengawasan di bidang pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian dilakukan di RT.001/RW.004 Desa Srimukti, Kecamatan Tambun Utara, Kabupaten Bekasi bekerja sama dengan masyarakat untuk menjalankan kegiatan ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 95% masyarakat turut ikut serta dalam praktik dan hasil dari pengelolaan ini ialah selain memperbaiki lingkungan, memberikan dampak sosial dan pengalaman baru terhadap lingkungan dan juga masyarakat. Dari kegiatan pengelolaan ini diharapkan selanjutnya akan terus dipertahankan dan diterapkan oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of financial attitude and financial literacy on personal financial management at PT. Mikuni Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving a census sampling technique with a total population of 350 respondents. Data were collected through research instruments and analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS software. The findings reveal that: 1) Financial attitude has a positive and significant impact on financial management, 2) Financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on financial management, and 3) Both financial attitude and financial literacy together positively and significantly affect financial management. These results suggest that improving financial attitudes and literacy can enhance personal financial management practices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Quality of Service Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction Through Word Of Mouth at UMKM Bakso Perintis Bogor. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were consumers at Bakso Perintis customers who live in Perumahan Pura Bojong Gede, Jalan Boulavard Timur Raya, Tajur Halang District, Tajur Halang Village, Bogor, West Java. The use of samples in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with the calculation of the Lemeshow formula, which obtained 100 consumers. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0. The analysis methods used are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, r-square test, q-square test and hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that: 1). Service quality cannot directly affect word of mouth. 2). Product quality cannot directly affect word of mouth. 3). Service quality can affect customer satisfaction. 4). Product quality can affect customer satisfaction. 5). Word of mouth cannot directly affect customer satisfaction. 6). Word of mouth does not mediate service quality on customer satisfaction. 7). Word of mouth does not mediate product quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

. This research aims to find out how much influence price and service quality have on customer loyalty through J&T Express Babelan customer satisfaction. The population in this research is all J&T Express Babelan customers. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 112 respondents. This sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The results of this research show that the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on J&T Express Babelan customer satisfaction, the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on J&T Express Babelan customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on J&T Express Babelan customer loyalty , the price and service quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through J&T Express Babelan customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand ambassador dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan erigo melalui kepuasan pelanggan (studi kasus perumahan taman narogong indah rw 14). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 150 responden dan terfokus pada penduduk Perumahan Taman Narogong Indah RW 14 yang juga pernah membeli produk Erigo. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode statistik dengan Software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat variabel yang saling berpengaruh, seperti penjelasan singkat berikut ini: 1) Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. 2) Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. 3) Brand Ambassador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 4) Harga tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 5) Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 6) Kepuasan Pelanggan terbukti memediasi Brand Ambassador terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. 7) Kepuasan Pelanggan terbukti memediasi Harga terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

Technology plays a very important role in a business, one of which is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This research was conducted to determine the impact of AI on business innovation and the challenges faced in its implementation. This research is carried out using the Literature Review method. Data in this research is collected through various electronic media. The findings in this study are AI can automate routine tasks, increase accuracy and efficiency, and provide in-depth data analysis. Although AI replaces many human analytical skills, the need for intuitive and empathetic abilities is increasing. This shows the importance of a new approach in human-machine interaction, where AI and human skills work synergistically to provide optimal service. But in its implementation, AI has obstacles such as costs, privacy, quality of human resources, and legal regulations. Overall it can be underlined that Artificial Intelligence (AI) affects the business of business.
