Abstract

The Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) is encouraging efforts to convert former mining land into productive agricultural areas to increase national food production and stocks amidst the global food crisis. Land Reclamation Technology is a necessity to reduce the cost of reclamation of ex-mining land into agricultural land. The method of reclamation of ex-mining land by moving top soil from another place is not recommended because this is a step to solve the problem by creating other new problems. Sustainability Business Model for such rejuvenation projects refer to Collaboration and Community Based and must be prioritize all stakeholders (all parties involved and affected by the activities carried out by the business) rather than the interests of shareholders.

Abstract

This study examines the critical role of green innovation and technology adoption in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as pathways to sustainability. With increasing pressure from consumers and regulatory bodies for environmentally responsible practices, SMEs are facing both challenges and opportunities in implementing sustainable technologies. The research highlights key barriers such as high initial costs and limited technological knowledge, alongside the potential long-term benefits, including cost savings and enhanced competitiveness. Utilizing a systematic literature review, this paper identifies strategies for overcoming these barriers, emphasizing the importance of integrating green technologies into business models. Moreover, the findings suggest that government support, including subsidies and training, is essential for fostering an ecosystem conducive to sustainable innovation. The study concludes that by embracing green innovation, SMEs can not only comply with environmental standards but also differentiate themselves in the market, ultimately contributing to global sustainability goals.

Abstract

Poverty in rural Indonesia is higher compared to urban areas where around 12.82% of rural residents live below the poverty line. Rural communities are often unable to exploit existing economic potential due to lack of access to markets, technology and adequate infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the role of social entrepreneurship in addressing poverty in rural areas of Indonesia through a literature review method. Social entrepreneurship is viewed as an innovative solution that not only focuses on financial profit but also on social impact, empowering rural communities, creating jobs, and improving living standards. Based on the review of 9 relevant journals, the study found that social entrepreneurship in rural areas can increase income by utilizing local potential such as agricultural products and handicrafts. However, the main challenges faced include limited infrastructure, access to technology, and insufficient skill training for rural communities. Therefore, to achieve significant impact, social entrepreneurship requires clear policy support, adequate training, and the development of social capital at the community level. This study concludes that social entrepreneurship holds great potential in reducing poverty in rural areas, but it requires an inclusive and integrated approach to provide long-term benefits for rural communities.

Abstract

Economic growth is the main focus of the country's development, especially measured through Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In the Indonesian context, the blue economy concept is a promising strategy because of the abundant potential of marine resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of the blue economy on economic growth in Indonesia. Through a literature review, it is revealed that the government has implemented various innovative policies and financial instruments to support the blue economy. The research results show that the blue economy has a significant influence on economic growth. However, the challenge of maximizing the benefits of marine resources while maintaining environmental sustainability remains the main focus. By maintaining the sustainability of marine resources, Indonesia can build a strong and sustainable blue economy, providing long-term economic and social benefits for its people.

Abstract

In the face of global uncertainty and increasingly complex business dynamics, innovation, sustainability and transformative leadership are three key pillars that are indispensable in the development of future management theory. This research aims to explore the integration of these three elements in management theory, as well as to identify gaps in the existing literature related to this topic. The main question to be answered is how innovation, sustainability, and transformative leadership can support each other and form an adaptive managerial framework in the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) era. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth literature analysis of previous research and relevant theoretical studies. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the three elements in forming a more adaptive and sustainable managerial model. The research also found that there are still gaps in the integration of the three elements in one managerial framework, as well as a lack of longitudinal and cross-cultural studies. The conclusion of this study is that future management theory development should pay attention to a holistic approach that integrates innovation, sustainability, and transformative leadership. Future research is recommended to develop case study-based integrative models and explore the role of technology in shaping new leadership.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived price, location and brand image on purchasing decisions, both directly and through moderating variables of purchasing interest in purchasing sharia property in the Bekasi area. The research method uses a quantitative approach with path analysis tests to measure the relationship between variables. Data was collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents regarding company operations and marketing. The research results show that perceptions of price, location and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Purchase interest acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between these variables in determining purchasing decisions. However, price perception does not have a direct influence on buying interest, while location shows a negative influence on buying interest. On the other hand, brand image has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. In conclusion, pricing strategies, location and brand image are the keys to creating superior buying interest in determining sharia property purchasing decisions in the Bekasi area.
