Abstract

Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Pasar terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran UMKM adalah artikel ilmiah studi pustaka dalam ruang lingkup bidang ilmu. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Objek riset pada pustaka online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode riset dengan library risearch bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Artikel ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran UMKM ; dan 2) Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran UMKM.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word of mouth dan siaran langsung terhadap minat beli skincare Somethinc pada mahasiswi Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 81 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : ada pengaruh positif antara electronic word of mouth terhadap minat beli produk skincare somethinc, ada pengaruh positif antara siaran langsung terhadap minat beli produk skincare somethinc dan ada pengaruh positif antara electronic word of mouth dan siaran langsung terhadap minat beli produk skincare somethinc. mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 52,1% sedangkan sisanya 47,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dipenelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kartu Smartfren melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya yang menggunakan kartu Smartfren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Artinya, peningkatan citra merek dan kualitas produk Smartfren dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, Smartfren perlu terus memperbaiki dan mempertahankan citra merek serta kualitas produk mereka untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Employee Engagement, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Profesionalisme karyawan terhadap kinerja dari karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan karyawan dari Perusahaan Simantep Media Group. Adapun jumlah sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 Responden. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing) dengan menggunakan Structural Equitation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan Profesionalisme berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Maka kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Profesionalisme berpengeruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The digital age is evolving quickly right now. The surge in electronic transactions has also caused customers to migrate to online shopping, specifically e-commerce. Customers are interested in purchasing when engaging marketing content is available, and they are also less likely to hesitate when purchasing from well-known brands. This study looks at factors related to content marketing, brand perception, decisions, and purchases that are influenced by purchase intention. Data was gathered via a Google Form survey from 100 respondents. analysis of data with the SEM smartPLS 3.0 program. The study's findings indicate that while brand image has no effect on decisions to buy, marketing content does affect interest and interest in buying influences decisions to buy. Purchase interest is not a mediator between decisions and the impact of marketing information.

Abstract

One of the effects of climate change is an increase in natural disasters, such as floods and droughts. Therefore, there is disaster mitigation to reduce disaster risk. Analysis of disaster mitigation strategies implemented by Difagana through the disability-friendly DIFGANDES application. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research. Data collection is done with interviews as well as secondary data collection. Test validity using time triangulation, technique. An interview with the head of Difagana, Doddy Kaliri, and an observation of the DIFGANDES application.The DIFGANDES application has a variety of disaster mitigation education features that are disability-friendly. For a deaf friend to read the information briefly, equipped with a picture of the pergamon. There are speakers to inform disabled, mentally ill, and elderly people. For mentally disabled people, it is also easy to read brief information. Weather information around the location is also updated. Introducing the DIFGANDES application to the public, especially the disabled, so that they can obtain hate mitigation information, given the increasingly extreme climate change. This research has not reached the wider public using the application as a result of minimizing the cooperation of disaster rescue villages as well as the cost of treatment or development of a considerable number of applications. The catastrophe caused by climate change is highly risky in many respects, so this research into disability-friendly applications is a novelty in reviewing its mitigation strategies.

Abstract

Climate change affects food security because it causes a shift in the rainy or dry season, which greatly affects the pattern and timing of planting food crops. A decrease in agricultural production will trigger an increase in food prices, which in turn will lead to a decrease in household food purchasing power. Bulog, in this case as the party appointed by the government to carry out activities to maintain the Basic Purchase Price for grain, stabilize prices, especially basic prices, distribute rice for social assistance (Bansos) and manage food stocks, has several strategies to overcome this problem. This study aims to identify the impact of climate change on Indonesia's food security strategy undertaken by Bulog in 2023. The research methodology is based on secondary data that includes a literature review of, articles, e-books, open access e-journals, and previous research. The results showed the influence of climate change on the strategy of Bulog in maintaining food security despite declining production by 1) encouraging subsidiaries by Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) to increase domestic rice production, 2) building 10 rice milling centers, 7 rice processing centers to its logistics, 3) Distribution of rice assistance of 10 kg per month for low-income groups Program, 4) Stabilization of Food Price Supply (Stabilisasi Pasokan Harga Pangan), which supplies more than 1 million tons of rice at a lower price than the market price. The implication of this research is the importance of strategies to increase domestic food production, strengthen food distribution infrastructure, and pay attention to low-income groups in food assistance programs to overcome the impact of climate change on Indonesia's future food security.

Abstract

The economic development has the potential to cause negative impacts on theenvironment. Environmental problems that occur urge policies to implement green economy as the most urgent and effective environmental management tool. Methodologically, conceptualizing, implementing, and critiquing the creation of a green economy paradigm towards society leads to the challenge of a global strategy that has the goal of sustainability, poverty alleviation, and inclusion of vulnerable social sectors. The influence of the green economy on the sustainability of life is still in the context of grahita.  The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the green economy on economic recovery and multilateral problems. Research objects in online libraries, Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The research method with the research library comes from e-books and open access e-journals. The results of the study reveal that the application of a green economy is capable of driving national economic recovery as well as problems in the multilateral sector. In order for a green economy to be realized for the country, policy makers must be supported by various parties so that a sustainable green economy is formed. A green economy also contributes to maintaining a healthy environment and shaping ecosystems appropriately for present and future generations.

Abstract

The objective of this composition is to establish a hypothesis concerning the relationship between variables, which may subsequently be employed for subsequent research within the domain of marketing management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. The findings of this study indicate that: 1) The utilization of information technology has a significant impact on the long-term viability of small and medium enterprises; 2) Innovation plays a crucial role in shaping the sustainability of small and medium enterprises; and 3) Collaboration exerts a notable influence on the sustainability of small and medium enterprises. The limitations of the data used in this research make the results less than optimal. This study holds significance for small and medium enterprises as it examines the potential impact of incorporating information technology, innovation, and cooperation on the long-term viability of such businesses.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the relationship between market orientation and competitive advantage, to determine the relationship between product innovation and competitive advantage. The method used in this research is a literature study, by collecting shared information related to the variables discussed. Namely related to product innovation, market orientation, and competitive advantage. This data and information was obtained through electronic media and then analyzed to determine deeper relationships between variables. The results of this research reveal that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, this means that the better the company is in responding to market orientation, the company's competitive power and advantage will increase. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. This means that the more innovative a company is in developing new products or services, the higher the level of competitiveness of the company.
