Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kepemimpinan tranformasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Siringo-ringo Rantauprapat dengan komitmen organisasi, sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan agar mencapai hasil yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kemampuan terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel moderating. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membagikan sebanyak 281 angket tetapi banyaknya karyawan yang mengisi angket penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan yang tergabung laki-laki dan perempuan. metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional sangat berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

Salah satu penyumbang devisa negara apabila dikelola dengan baik yaitu wisata air dengan sehingga identifikasi masalah pada sebuah kesepakatan bersama dalam  pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam meningkatkan mutu manajeman ekowisata. Faktor penting dalam keberhasilan suatu wisata perlu dilakuan penilian dan ketercapaian keberhasilan suatu wisata sehingga masyarakat setempat dan pemerintah saling membantu dalam memanfaatkan kawasan wisata aek pala ini sehingga akan berdampak baik dalam pendapatan ekonomis masyarakat desa. Dampak dari pandemi covid-19 ini tidak hanya mempengaruhi tingkat kesejahteraan saja melainkan juga tentang kehidupan lainya, yaitu tentang sosial kemasyarakatan dan yang terutama adalah tentang perekonomian di dalam keluarga saat ini seluruh masyarakat di dunia sedang di takuti dengan perkebangan dan penyebaran covid-19 yang sangat cepat menyebar ke seluruh dunia, dengan adanya pembatasan sekala besar (PSBB) dan anjuran agar tetap tinggal di rumah, kerja dari rumah dan bersekolah pun di dalam rumah, sehingga semua masyarakat tidak bisa leluasa untuk bekerja terutama untuk pekerja  yang gajinya di bayar harian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh Dosen Universitas Labuhanbatu adalah Memberikan pemahaman dan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Desa Janji Kabupaten labuhanbatu mengenai pengetahuan dan kontribusi dan pentingnya pengembangan industri kreaktif bagi masyarakat desa serta menganalisis hambatan industri kreaktif dan produktif yang berjalan dengan lancar. Para peserta pelatihan sangat antusias mengikuti acara hingga selesai sehingga dapat merasakan manfaat pelatihan dengan tujuan demi perencanaan dan kemajuan Desa dimana mereka mengabdi.

Abstract

Background: The large number of marriage dowries that apply in nias tribal marriage customs becomes one of the considerations for nias people to hold a wedding therefore holding marriages in other areas (outside nias area), especially in urban areas, become one of the options for nias people to avoid the large cost of dowry that must be given by men to the female side. Mahar in Nias custom also contains issues of gender injustice. Aim: This article aimed to study the marriage status of those who get married in Ehomo Village and how it is viewed through Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. Method: This type of research in the preparation of law is empirical legal research. Presearch law taken from the facts that exist in a society, legal entity or government body, so that the material isthen compiled systematically, studied then drawn conclusions in relation to the issues studied, namely regarding the marriage of indigenous Nias tribes reviewed from Law number 1 of 1974 on marriage in Ehomo Village Maze District of South Nias Regency. Findings: The magnitude of dowry in Nias especially in Tetegawa'ai Ehomo is driven by wedding events that every stage should be celebrated with a massive event. One stage can be up to several days, so for a marriage can take a week. To finance this event, it is not uncommon for men to think about it or take responsibility.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency can improve employee performance by increasing an important component of management, namely human resources (HR), which includes affiliation motivation and affective commitment. Affiliation motivation and affective commitment can be decisive if the drive to achieve organizational success is implemented with a strong belief to follow all organizational values. This study aims to analyze the effect of affiliation motivation and affective commitment on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Labuhanbatu Regency. The population in this study amounted to 90 people. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the sample size in this study was 90 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire/questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=1,838+0,363X1+0,812X2. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the affiliated motivation variable (X1) obtained a t value of 2.416 > t table 1.987 which means that the affiliated motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.018 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the affective commitment variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of 5.394 > t-table 1.987, which means that the affective commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained that the Fcount value of 119,959 > Ftable 3.10 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the affiliation motivation variable and affective commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the affiliation motivation variable and affective commitment have an influence of 73.4% on the employee performance variable, while the remaining 26.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

In today's digital era, service companies are competing to improve the quality of their companies. By providing good service to make it easier for consumers to be more loyal, one form of strategy that is currently being carried out by service companies. PT WOM Finance provides a much better service to further increase consumer loyalty to the company through Financial Technology (Fintech), which currently WOM Finance is much better for its branding. The influence of quality is what will make it easier for them to get maximum results every month. This research was conducted by means of the Normality assessment test with five variables of Branding Quality, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and the Intervening Fintech Variable with the number of respondents as many as 150 customers. The results of this study indicate that partially the quality of branding, service quality on customer satisfaction through financial technology has a significant effect on customer participation by increasing the company's profit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect ofemotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Police Unit of Labuhan Batu Regency. The population in this study were 233 people. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, so the sample size in this study amounted to 147 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y=1.086+0.210X1+0.145X2 +0.303X3. In the partial test (t test) the regression coefficient of the Emotional Intelligence variable (X1) obtained a t count value of 5.555 > t table 1.976 which means that the Emotional Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The regression coefficient for the Spiritual Intelligence variable (X2) obtained a t-count value of 3.569 > t table 1.976, which means that the Spiritual Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The regression coefficient for the Intellectual Intelligence (X3) variable obtained a t-count value of 4.218 > t-table 1.976, which means that the Intellectual Intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test obtained the Fcount of 114.345 > Ftable 2.67 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.that variable Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Intellectual Intelligence have an influence of 70.6%on the Employee Performance variable, while the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other variables that are outside this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rational motives, emotional motives, promotions, and brand image on motorcycle purchasing decisions on Yamaha consumers at Alfa Scorpii Rantauprapat. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique in this study. Research data obtained by distributing research questionnaires to 89 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test, t Test, and Coefficient of Determination, using the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics 16 application. The results show that (1) rational motives and emotional motives partially influence purchasing decisions ( 2) promotion, and brand image partially have no effect on purchasing decisions (3) rational motives, emotional motives, promotions, and brand image simultaneously affect purchasing decisions (4) the results of the Multiple Linear Regression equation are Y = 2.204 + 0.326X + 0.358X + 0.045X + 0.132X and (4). the value of the coefficient of determination is 0.313.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial intelligence through the role of social media on the performance of SMEs in increasing sales. The type of research used is explanatory research with Accidental Sampling technique. The number of samples determined was 80 respondents. Data analysis in this study using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that entrepreneurial intelligence consisting of elements of financial intelligence, emotional intelligence, social intelligence and spiritual intelligence had an effect on the performance of SMEs through the role of social media, social media had an effect on performance and sales and performance had an effect on sales.

Abstract

Pada umumnya seluruh penduduk di belahan benua mau pun antar negara mengalami keresahaan dan kepanikan akibat pandemi virus corona covid 19 yang menyebar cepat dan sampai sekarang belum ditemukan vaksinnya sehingga menimbulkan efek buruk baik kesehatan, serta ekonomi, Salah satu antisipasi penyebaran virus tersebut yakni melakukan transaksi elektronik atau digital maupun pembayaran digunakan dengan digitalisasi, maka dilakukan kajian ilmiah berupa penyebaran angket kepada masyarakat labuhanbatu sebanyak 143 orang dengan pengumpulan datanya, baik penyajian maupun menampilkan hasil data tersebut dengan cara menentukan nilai-nilai secara statistika, menyajikan informasi berupa data dalam bentuk diagram atau gambar mengenai hasil data dari presepsi masyarakat labuhanbatu dalam menggunakan transaksi digital pasca virus corona covid 19 data daat disajikan dalam bentuk yang lebih mudah dipahami atau dibaca (statistik Deskriftif). Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan memberikan informasi yakni Presepsi masyarakat tentang Dampak pasca virus corona covid-19 yang menyatakan Ada berdampak pasca virus corona (covid-19) sebesar 95 orang dengan persentase 66,4%, Presepsi masyarakat tentang Dampak pasca virus corona (covid-19) pada penghasilan yang menyatakan menurun sebesar 91 orang dengan persentase 63,6%, Presepsi masyarakat tentang berbelanja produk dengan transaksi digital setuju sebesar 57 orang menyatakan setuju persentasenya 39,9%, Presepsi masyarakat tentang pembayaran tagihan menggunakan transaksi digital pasca virus corona covid 19. Presepsi masyarakat tentang pembayaran tagihan dengan menggunakan transaksi digital yang sebanyak 56 orang persentasenya 39,2%, Presepsi masyarakat tentang pemesanan makanan online pasca virus corona covid 19 menyatakan setuju 49 orang persentase 34,3%. masyarakat yang melakukan pemesanan transportasi online yang setuju 42 orang persentase 29,4%, Presepsi masyarakat tentang tentang new normal menyatakan setuju 46 orang persentase 32,2%.

Abstract

Setiap siswa pada hakekatnya memiliki kemungkinan untuk menghadapi berbagai kesulitan, kendala dan tekanan psikologis dalam menjlaani kehidupan akademik serta tugas-tugas perkembangannya. Problematika berkaitan dengan akademik siswa merupakan bagian tanggung jawab dari layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut tidak hanya bisa diserahkan pada satu bidang kegiatan, akan tetapi merupakan kerjasama yang baik antar komponen pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan bersama pendidikan. Artikel ini memaparkan bentuk strategi kolaborasi yang dapat dilaksanakan dalam pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling oleh konselor sekolah. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. hasil akhir dari artikel ini memaparkan tentang konsep kerjasama yang baikdalam strategi kolaborasi yang tidak hanya dilakukan dalam internal sekolah saja akan tetapi juga melibatkan berbagai pihak yang memiliki perannya masing-masing. Kerjasama tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk kegiatan kolaboratif.
