Purpose from study sees Influence motivation, ethics and discipline work to performance employee hospital of kotapinang. Researched data with spread questionnaire for 100 research samples, namely employees General Hospital of Penang. For see results analysis with use application that is spss. Test conducted by partial and simultaneous with To do a t-test, regression f test and also see determination. t test results motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t-table test which shows that 2.892> 1.984 (t-count > t-table), ethics has a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t-table test which shows that 3.038> 1.984 (t-count > t-table), discipline work does not have a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t table test which shows that -0.055 < 1.984 (t-count < t-table), results testing by simultaneous show that motivation, ethics and discipline work give positive and significant influence _ to performance Thing this seen from F count > F table (9,358 > 2.47).

Source power man is factor mover main from whole activity company . Type study this character quantitative , which becomes the place study this is Environmental Service Labuhanbatu district. In study this is what becomes population is employee Environmental Service Labuhanbatu as many as 30 people. Data collection is carried out with a spread questionnaire using google form and measured with a scale likert. Data analysis techniques in research this use PLS (partial least square) analysis which is analysis equality -based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) variant with use softwear SmartPLS 3. Research results this show that environment work , ethics work , culture work and motivation work take effect significant to performance Environmental Service Labuhantu district.

This study aims to determine the effect of work behavior, work environment and social interaction on job satisfaction of employees of Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all employees at Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The sample in this study was 36 people, the sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The object of this research is the result data regarding work behavior, work environment, and social interaction. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study was assisted using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket, with a coefficient value of 0.202, the work environment positively and significantly affected employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction significantly. positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. And work behavior, work environment and social interaction together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket. work environment positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket Rantauprapat with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. The financial services industry is witnessing massive structural changes due to various technological innovations. The ubiquitous innovation known as Financial Technology (Fintech) is changing traditional banking and corporate finance. The use of Fintech has now become widespread and has changed people's financial patterns. Fintech provides various conveniences in various activities related to payments, money transfers, and even the management of savings itself, even the use of Fintech currently plays a significant role in the progress of small and medium enterprises. In various big cities in Indonesia, small community-owned businesses are familiar with using Fintech as payment. However, based on the observations of researchers, it is known that in Labuhanbatu, the use of Fintech is still infrequent. Therefore, this study aims to analyses the factors which affect the intention to use Fintech in Labuhanbatu. This study uses a quantitative approach and data analysis using the Smart PLS3 software. The sample in this study was students in Labuhanbatu. This study uses the PLS technique which is a variance-based SEM which is suitable for this study due to the sample size and complexity of the hypothesis. From the study's results, it was found that all predictive variables had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech by Labuhanbatu students.

This study was aimed to elucidate the effect of the application of urea fertilizer and goat manure on some soil chemical properties and yield of green mustard plant (Bressicca juncea L). This study was conducted with a randomized block design consisting of two factors. The first factor was the application of goat manure (K) consisting of three levels, i.e. (K1) 1 t goat manure ha-1, (K2) 1.5 t goat manure ha-1, and (K3) 2 t goat manure ha-1. The second factor was the application of urea fertilizer consisting of two dose levels, i.e. (U1 75 kg) urea fertilizer ha-1, and (U2) 100 kg urea fertilizer ha-1. The measured parameters were soil organic-C content, soil total N content, and fresh weight of the green mustard plant. Results of the study showed that the combination of 2 t goat manure ha-1 and 100 kg urea fertilizer ha-1 was the best treatment that significantly affected soil organic-C content, soil total N, soil C/N ratio, and yield of fresh weight of the mustard green plant.

This research was conducted on employees of the Pamong Praja Police Unit of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of determining the influence of work responsibility, work environment and job satisfaction on the work productivity of staffers. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test analysis techniques, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. In order to facilitate the analysis process, an auxiliary analysis tool in the form of IBM SPSS 25 Software was used. This study has the following results: 1) Work responsibility has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the Pamong Praja Police Unit, Labuhanbatu Regency; 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the Labuhanbatu Regency Civil Service Police Unit; 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity in the Labuhanbatu Regency Civil Service Police Unit

Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, yang menjadi tempat penelitian ini adalah Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu di Jl. Ujung Bandar, Rantau Sel., Kab. Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara 21412. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu sebanyak 90 orang. Berhubung jumlah pegawai Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Labuhan Batu sebanyak 90 orang (kurang dari 100 orang), maka semua pegawai diambil jadi objek penelitian.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu korelasi product moment, analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,245 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Kompetensi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,075 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Selanjutnya hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,750 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 4,182 > t tabel 1,6629 ini berarti variabel Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai Fhitung sebesar 39,496> Ftabel 2,48 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dari hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kompetensi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3), dan Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y). Nilai R Square dari analisis koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,650 artinya kinerja pegawai (Y) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel Kompetensi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3), dan Keterlibatan Kerja (X4) sebesar 65%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 35% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the leadership style has on the morale of the Kantor Kepala Desa Sekecamatan Aek Natas Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. The test technique used in this research is a data instrument technique test, namely data analysis with Crossloading and Boostraping Smart Pls and the method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The population and samples used were 102 people. The data sources used are primary and secondary data which were tested with Smart Pls. Taken together, there are only two variables that have an influence on employee morale. In this study, the participatory and achievement-oriented variables have a major influence on the morale of the employees of the Kantor Kepala Desa Sekecamatan Aek Natas Kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara

This study aims to examine the influence of the marketing strategy of a sugar business on the level of sales of brown sugar businesses through online marketing I phone in Labuhanbatu Selatan. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing them to 100 research samples, namely user I phone. Data analysis in this study uses the help of smart pls. Data testing techniques performed on partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis show that overall the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable.

The oil palm empty fruit bunches are solid waste produced from the processing of oil palms which have a large amount of potential to be used as compost and are expected to improve the physical, biological and chemical properties of the subsoil. This study aimed to evaluate the best combination between oil palm empty fruit bunches compost and rice husk charcoal on soil chemical properties in tomato. This research was conducted in Sona Village, Labuhanbatu Regency on December 2019-March 2020. Analysis of soil chemical properties was conducted at the Socfindo Seed Production and Laboratories (SSPL) Laboratory of PT. Socfin Indonesia. The study was conducted with a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors. The first factor was the application of oil palm empty bunches which consists of no oil palm empty bunches (control), 0.5 kg/polybag, 0.7 kg/polybag and 1 kg/polybag. The second factor was the application of rice husk charcoal which consists of non-husk charcoal (control), consisting of 0.2 kg/polybag and 0.4 kg/polybag. Data that had a significant effect after analysis of variance continued with DMRT at the level of α = 5%. The results showed that application of oil palm empty fruit bunches (0.7 kg/polybag) significantly increased pH and C-organic. Application of rice husk charcoal (0.2 kg/polybag) significantly increased C-organic and P-available.
