Abstract

The progress and development of information technology is currently very rapid. Likewise, the world of education should also always experience development. Kampung Rakyat 2 Senior High School (SMA) is one of the schools that still uses manual means in paying school fees. Payment of school fees is an activity carried out every once a month that is charged to students, where the money will be used to pay salaries for honorarium teachers and other needs. Data collection methods used are observation, interview, and literature study. And using the UML system design method Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram and Class Diagram), with database design and designing interface menus. The programming used is website programming using MySQL and PHP databases. This research resulted in a web-based school payment information system for Kampung Rakyat 2 High School. Hopefully with this information system can simplify and shorten the work of officers, so the process of entering data on payment of school fees can be completed in a short time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, compensation and workload on employee performance. This Type Of Research Is Associative Research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with a type of quantitative descriptive research by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, while the population used in this study are employees of PT. Sapadia Tourism Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Data analysis tools used in this study using SPSS (Statistical product Sofware Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant Test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that partially work motivation affects the performance of employees at PT. Sapadia Tourism Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat with the value of thitung (5.089) > ttable 1.708) and the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Partial compensation effect on employee performance at PT. Sapadia Tourism Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat with the value of thitung (4.099) > ttable (1.708) and the significance level of 0.000<0.05. Partially workload effect on employee performance at PT. Sapadia Tourism Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat with the value of thitung (5,892) > ttable (1,708) and the significance level of 0,000 < 0,05. In simultaneous testing (test F) it is known that simultaneously work motivation, compensation and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sapadia Wisata Boombara Waterpark Rantauprapat with the results showed that the value of Fhitung is (22.961) > Ftable (2.98) and the significance level of 0.00 < 0.05. Through testing the coefficient of determination of employee performance variables can be explained by work motivation, compensation and workload of 69.4%. While the remaining 30.6% influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.

Abstract

Keberadaan  tanah  sangat  penting  dalam  kehidupan  manusia,  yang  ditujukan  oleh  fungsi tanah  sebagai  media   pengikat  ( Integrative factor )  bagi  hubungan  kemasyarakatan  atau  sebagai sarana   pemersatu  dan  sebagai   media   pemenuh   kebutuhan   hidup  (Economic factor)  bagi masyarakat   tersebut.  Perkembangan  perekonomian  yang  pesat   juga   memerlukan  tanah  dalam  kegiatan  ekonomi,  seperti  jual  beli,  sewa  menyewa,  pembebanan  hak   atas tanah yang  dijadikan  jaminan utang karena adanya pemberian kredit, sehingga semakin lama semakin  terasa   perlunya  suatu  jaminan  kepastian  hukum  hak-hak  atas  tanah. Salah satu tujuan  pokok  UUPA  adalah   meletakkan  dasar  untuk memberikan kepastian hukum mengenai  hak-hak  atas  tanah  bagi seluruh rakyat, dengan  telah  dilaksanakan  pendaftaran tanah  pada setiap tanah di seluruh Indonesia, berarti telah memberikan dasar-dasar untuk mewujudkan  kepastian  hukum  terhadap  hak-hak  atas   tanah  bagi  rakyat  Indonesia.Pasal 19 UUPA mengatur bahwa : Untuk  menjamin  kepastian hukum oleh pemerintah didalam pendaftaran  tanah  di  seluruh   wilayah  Republik  Indonesia. Adapun hasil dari program penyuluhan tersebut yaitu banyaknya masyarakat Desa Hasang yang belum paham tentang arti pentingnya pendaftaran tanah (Sertifikat), oleh karena itu dengan adanya penyuluhan ini maka masyarakat desa telah paham tentang pentingnya pendaftara tanah. Apabila tanah terdaftar (tersertifikat) dapat menjadi agunan pada bank untuk mendapatkan pinjaman modal usaha/kerja dalam rangkan peningkatan ekonomi. Kata Kunci : Kepastian hukum, Pendaftaran tanah

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan menggunakan seluruh pegawai sebagai sampel atau yang dikenal dengan sampling jenuh.Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh dari karakteristik pekerja, Pendidikan dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja pegawaidengan uji asumsi1 klasik, analisis1regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis, dan uji koefisien determinasi.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan semua faktor independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, baik secara parsial1maupun simultan. Variabel bebas memiliki kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap variabel terikat (75,3%).

Abstract

The objective of this research was to explore the financial performance of manufacturing companies that registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The focuses of financial performance investigated were the ratio of profitability, activity and liquidity. The research was conducted at Supreme Cable Manufacturing and Commerce, Sky Energy Indonesia, and Satnusa Persada. A quantitative descriptive method was adopted in the electronics and cable sub-sector manufacturing unit to achieve the objective. The research found that the company's financial performance at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020 was better than before the pandemic in 2017-2019. It was revealed that the profitability ratio fell in 2019, which was influenced by capital in 2017 and 2019 and increased in 2020. The activity ratio improved in 2019 and 2020 due to receivables turnover in utilizing assets to generate profit. The liquidity ratio was relatively good in 2020 by the average value of 2 times better than before. While in 2017 to 2019, the results showed that the average value was two times lower.

Abstract

Purpose from study sees Influence motivation, ethics and discipline work to performance employee hospital of kotapinang. Researched data with spread questionnaire for 100 research samples, namely employees General Hospital of Penang. For see results analysis with use application that is spss. Test conducted by partial and simultaneous with To do a t-test, regression f test and also see determination. t test results motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t-table test which shows that 2.892> 1.984 (t-count > t-table), ethics has a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t-table test which shows that 3.038> 1.984 (t-count > t-table), discipline work does not have a positive and significant effect on performance, it can be seen from the results of the t table test which shows that -0.055 < 1.984 (t-count < t-table), results testing by simultaneous show that motivation, ethics and discipline work give positive and significant influence _ to performance Thing this seen from F count > F table (9,358 > 2.47).

Abstract

At this time, consumers not only make a purchase decision just because it is in accordance with their wants and needs or because the price is affordable or cheap but consumers will also decide on the purchase of a product or item by looking at the location, business promotion used, quality of Service and atmosphere or armosphere in the store. Purchasing decisions made by consumers will be influenced by the goods offered price, product, atmosphere, service, location of the company or store. Purchasing decisions are made by consumers with considerations that really support and can benefit the buyer. The population in this study is the customer in Brastagi Supermarket Rantauprapat with a sample determined using the formula that is rounded Wibisono to 100 people. Data collection using research questionnaires distributed directly by researchers in order to obtain primary research data. Analsisis technique used in processing the data used multiple regression test to answer the research hypothesis. The results showed that partially the business location has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Brastagi supermarket Rantauprapat with a value of T1 count of 2.362 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.020 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Brastagi supermarket Rantauprapat with T2 count value of 2.101 > ttable of 1.660 with significance of 0.038 < 0.05. Quality of Service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in Brastagi supermarket Rantauprapat with a value of T3 count of 2.012 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.047 < 0.05. Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a value of T4 count of 2.836 > ttable of 1.660 with a significance of 0.006 < 0.05. Simultaneously business location, promotion, quality of Service and store atmosphere positive and significant to the purchase decision in Brastagi supermarket Rantauprapat with Fhitung value of 54.042 > from Ftable 3.09 with significance level 0.000 < 0.05 at the level of confidence 95% and Alpha 5%.

Abstract

Source power man is factor mover main from whole activity company . Type study this character quantitative , which becomes the place study this is Environmental Service Labuhanbatu district. In study this is what becomes population is employee Environmental Service Labuhanbatu as many as 30 people. Data collection is carried out with a spread questionnaire using google form and measured with a scale likert. Data analysis techniques in research this use PLS (partial least square) analysis which is analysis equality -based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) variant with use softwear SmartPLS 3. Research results this show that environment work , ethics work , culture work and motivation work take effect significant to performance Environmental Service Labuhantu district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work behavior, work environment and social interaction on job satisfaction of employees of Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all employees at Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The sample in this study was 36 people, the sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The object of this research is the result data regarding work behavior, work environment, and social interaction. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study was assisted using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket, with a coefficient value of 0.202, the work environment positively and significantly affected employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction significantly. positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. And work behavior, work environment and social interaction together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction for employees at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket. work environment positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket Rantauprapat with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. Abstract

The financial services industry is witnessing massive structural changes due to various technological innovations. The ubiquitous innovation known as Financial Technology (Fintech) is changing traditional banking and corporate finance. The use of Fintech has now become widespread and has changed people's financial patterns. Fintech provides various conveniences in various activities related to payments, money transfers, and even the management of savings itself, even the use of Fintech currently plays a significant role in the progress of small and medium enterprises. In various big cities in Indonesia, small community-owned businesses are familiar with using Fintech as payment. However, based on the observations of researchers, it is known that in Labuhanbatu, the use of Fintech is still infrequent. Therefore, this study aims to analyses the factors which affect the intention to use Fintech in Labuhanbatu. This study uses a quantitative approach and data analysis using the Smart PLS3 software. The sample in this study was students in Labuhanbatu. This study uses the PLS technique which is a variance-based SEM which is suitable for this study due to the sample size and complexity of the hypothesis. From the study's results, it was found that all predictive variables had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech by Labuhanbatu students.
