Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial orientation on entrepreneurial intention. This research method uses a correlation study with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of SMAN 27 Garut. The population in this study amounted to 124 students with a sample of 95 students. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that students of SMAN 27 Garut have a high level of entrepreneurial education, have a high level of entrepreneurial orientation, and have a high level of entrepreneurial intention. The results of the data analysis of this study also show that entrepreneurship education has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat penggunaan fitur aplikasi Canva oleh guru-guru SMK yang mengajar di Program Keahlian MPLB dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan microlearning. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 65 orang guru SMK di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis dengan cara menelaah media pembelajaran yang sudah dibuat oleh guru-guru dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Fokus analisis merujuk pada 14 fitur yang seharusnya digunakan dalam aplikasi Canca, yaitu meliputi: Template, Ilustrasi dan Icon, PDF Editor, Canva Live, Text Customization, Background, Animasi, Duplikasi, Share serta Unduh, Filter, Canva Teams, Grid Desain dan Foto, Desain Frame. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baru empat fitur yang sudah dimanfaatkan oleh semua guru yaitu: Template, Text Customizationn, pemilihan Background, Share serta unduh, sebaliknya PDF Editor, Canva Live, Duplikasi, Filter, Canva Teams, dan Desain Frame sama sekali,belum ada yang menggunakan, sedangkan prosentase jumlah guru yang tidak menggunaan fitur lainnya masih bervariasi, dengan rincian sebagai berikut:  32% belum menggunakan fitur Animasi, 26% belum menggunakan fitur Grid Desain dan Foto, serta 20% belum menggunakan fitur Ilustrasi dan Icon Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum semua fitur aplikasi Canva dimanfaatkan secara optimal dalam merancang media pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan microlearning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze sustainability's competitive advantage in the face of technological change mediated by knowledge management and organizational culture. The method used in this study is descriptive verification with model 6 analysis tools from Hayes's theory. The unit of analysis is six private universities that have accreditation A, with 204 respondents consisting of top management, middle management, and low management. The results obtained from the research show that technological change is affecting the university's sustainability competitive advantage, which is mediated by knowledge management and organizational culture. Technological change mediated by knowledge management has a major influence on and contribution to the university's sustainability competitive advantage as compared to organizational culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to deeply extrapolate community participation in the fulfillment of educational facilities in elementary schools. The research method used is qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection is done with interviews and documentation studies. This research was conducted at SDN Cicalengka 4 Bandung. The results describe five categories of community participation in the fulfillment of educational facilities, namely facility providers, development supervisors, the role of school committees, labor participation, fund participation. Of the five roles, the role of the school committee will certainly have a big impact in the fulfillment of educational facilities if functioned to the maximum.

Abstract

Communication is one of the important 21st century skills to teach to the students. The ability of using international laguage supports the global communication. English is the official international language as the media of communication in all important fields. In order to enable good teaching English in science, teachers need to improve their competence. One of the ways is participating in trainings. In current global era, technology facilitates the trainings effectively. The online training of English for Teaching Science held by BBGP Jawa Barat that previously named PPPPTK IPA was attended by primary and secondary school teachers. It provided the positive impacts of improving knowledge and skill of using English especially in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The average score gain of pretest and posttest is 26.95. The available data is analysed by counting N-Gain to find out the significance of participants’ improvement and training effectivity. The result shows that the normalized value of the online training of English for Teaching Science is 0,598 indicating fair and the percentage 59,76% shows the quite effectiveness of fulfilment. However, there was only 60% of participants met all training sessions. The obstacles faced by participants were technicals and facility availabilities. Abstract

Human resources have a very important role in providing services, especially those that are interpersonal or require empathy. The hotel industry, which is closely related to service, is the object of this research because there are still many complaints. Service complaints including 3A (attitude, attention, and action) remain a highlight that still needs to be improved. This research aims to analyze how human contribution as company capital with the support of leaders continues to improve service quality. The research uses a quantitative approach, with an explanatory survey method. The population determined was employees of the Syariah Hotel in Bandung using random sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire with a Likert scale which is distributed online to Syariah Hotel employees in Bandung. The research results show that human capital contributes positively to leader mindfulness. Human capital contributes positively to excellent service, and leader mindfulness contributes positively to excellent service. The research has implications for prioritizing human capital development and cultural awareness across organizations for sustainable business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar implementasi teori belajar connectivism dengan pemanfaatan e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran mengetik 10 jari program Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Muhammadiyah Majalaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran. Berjumlah 68 siswa, Hasil yang didapat dari sistem pembelajaran connectivism melalui e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran mengetik 10 jari dapat dikatakan berhasil pada proses pengetahuan yang siswa dapat, sementara pada proses keterampilan yang siswa dapat hanya sebagian yang berhasil tersampaikan. Melihat dari kesiapan siswa dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran connectivism melalui pemanfaatan e-learning dalam proses pembelajaran mengetik 10 jari yang diberikan oleh guru, masih terdapat siswa yang merasa bosan ini merupakan faktor terpenting bagi seorang tenaga pendidik untuk mengetahui hambatan siswa lebih lanjut, untuk menghindari pengaruh negative bagi siswa yang lain, maka dari itu diperlukan pemberian materi pada modul pembelajaran lebih sederhana sehingga dapat mudah dimengerti oleh siswa dan mengingat proses pembelajaran mengetik 10 jari lebih kepada praktek dalam proses belajarnya diharapkan untuk meberikan video pembelajaran yang menarik serta variatif agar siswa menjadi tertarik dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajarnya

Abstract

Di era informasi, intellectual capital merupakan hal penting dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang mendorong profitabilitas dan keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah belum semua pelaku UMKM melek teknologi digital yang berkembang di era industri 4.0. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran innovation capability dalam memediasi pengaruh optimalisasi intellectual capital terhadap kinerja UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Unit analisis melibatkan 103 UMKM kuliner yang tersebar di Kota Bandung, dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil analisis deskriptif, intellectual capital dan innovation capability termasuk ke dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan kinerja UMKM berada di kategori rendah. Hasil analisis perhitungan Sobel menunjukkan bahwa innovation capability memediasi pengaruh optimalisasi intellectual capital terhadap kinerja UMKM. Namun, secara parsial ternyata intellectual capital berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan innovation capability berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Artinya dalam pengelolaan UMKM, pemilik/pimpinan mengalami hambatan yang berdampak pada ketidaksejajaran/ketidaksinergian dalam mengoptimalkan intellectual capital yang disebabkan kurangnya kompetensi dalam memanfaatkan peluang.

Abstract

A product strategy or product strategy is a plan that identifies the aims and objectives of a product and then describes a vision for achieving these goals. It helps link the project's vision to the actual methods used to implement it. A product strategy maps out the critical benchmarks against the creation, marketing, and distribution of any concept you plan to sell. They also provide a central plan that people can refer to guide their efforts and refine their overall business strategy. The food business is a potential business at this time. Factors that need to be considered in facing competition in the restaurant business include product and price. If these two factors are getting better and more attractive, it can make customers feel satisfied. If customers are satisfied, they will be loyal to the restaurant.
