Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dasar pada anggota komunitas otomotif di Depok dan sekitarnya. Pelatihan difokuskan pada keterampilan dasar mekanikal seperti diagnosa mesin, perawatan rutin, prosedur keselamatan, dan penggunaan alat bengkel. Dengan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif, kegiatan terdiri dari pemaparan teori, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman teknis dan kepercayaan diri peserta, terlihat dari skor pre-test dan post-test. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis pengalaman efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kelompok belajar non-formal, sesuai teori pembelajaran orang dewasa oleh Knowles.

Abstract

This research discusses the role of social media in increasing consumer preferences for Mie Samyu in the Pakuniran area, Probolinggo Regency. With advances in digital technology, marketing via social media such as Instagram and Facebook has become an important strategy for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to interact with customers and build brand awareness. In this context, this research uses the literature review method to analyze three journals that discuss the influence of social media on consumer behavior. The results show that the credibility of influencers on Instagram, interactive features on social media platforms, and content quality greatly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Mie Samyu, which is known for its distinctive taste, has succeeded in utilizing social media to expand market reach and increase customer loyalty. These findings emphasize the importance of adaptive and creative marketing strategies for MSMEs in facing competition in the digital era.

Abstract

The electrification of heavy equipment presents both an opportunity and a challenge for Indonesia’s industrial and port operations. Despite advancements in battery energy density and power electronics, the lack of efficient fast-charging infrastructure remains a critical bottleneck. This study evaluates the technical and economic feasibility of implementing high-power DC fast-charging systems for electric heavy machinery in port and industrial settings. Using HOMER Grid and MATLAB-based simulations, three charging configurations (90 kW AC, 250 kW DC, and 500 kW dual-gun DC) were analyzed. Results indicate that the 500 kW system reduces downtime by up to 70%, increasing equipment availability from 75% to 96%. Economic analysis shows a payback period of 4.8 years, internal rate of return (IRR) of 18.7%, and levelized cost of electricity (LCOE) of IDR 2,100/kWh. The findings support the deployment of modular fast-charging hubs to accelerate electrification in logistics and port sectors

Abstract

The controversy referred to in this paper is not to find a clash with the qath'i texts, but to find a common perception of the two propositions so as to find the point of truth. The controversy surrounding the issue of text versus context will never be resolved because the existence and urgency of the Qur'an revealed are global in nature so that a broader interpretation is needed to give benefit to humans to be able to be applied in human muamalat problems. In understanding the propositions that are already qath'i, sometimes it is found groups who use the text approach and then use the context approach in different situations. So it is considered confusing among Muslims. Whereas the existence of the Qur'an as a revealed book is very adaptive to various problems so it must be elaborated based on the demands of the circumstances and time.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling (BK) services play a crucial role in transformative education, but are often hampered by a secular paradigm that neglects the spiritual dimension of students. This study aims to formulate a systematic, transformative BK management model based on Islamic values. Using qualitative case study methods and inductive data analysis, a results-oriented, data-driven managerial framework was developed. The results emphasize that BK must go through the P-O-A-C stages integrated with Islamic values, supported by strong collaboration between stakeholders, and implement digital innovation to overcome implementation challenges and achieve the development of Perfect Humans in the digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mengubah pola dan karakteristik kejahatan, sehingga menuntut aparat penegak hukum di Indonesia untuk mengadopsi metode pembuktian elektronik dan digital forensik dalam sistem peradilan pidana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital forensik, landasan hukum penggunaan alat bukti elektronik, serta tantangan penerapannya dalam penegakan hukum pidana modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif-yuridis dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, melalui kajian terhadap Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik serta Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 telah memperkuat legitimasi yuridis alat bukti elektronik dengan mengakui informasi elektronik, dokumen elektronik, dan tanda tangan elektronik sebagai alat bukti yang sah. Pengaturan tersebut menandai terjadinya pergeseran paradigma pembuktian dari sistem konvensional menuju sistem pembuktian yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi informasi, sekaligus mengisi keterbatasan pengaturan pembuktian dalam KUHAP. Selain itu, digital forensik memiliki peran sentral dalam menjamin validitas materiil alat bukti elektronik melalui penerapan metode ilmiah dan prinsip chain of custody guna memastikan keaslian, integritas, dan relevansi bukti. Tanpa dukungan digital forensik yang profesional dan terstandarisasi, kekuatan pembuktian alat bukti elektronik berpotensi dipersoalkan di persidangan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan kapasitas digital forensik menjadi kebutuhan mutlak dalam penegakan hukum pidana modern di Indonesia.

Using daily time series data and t-tests, the results show that inflation had a significant negative effect on JJII-70 before the election, but no significant effect afterward. The exchange rate had a significant negative effect in both periods, with a stronger impact after the election. These findings indicate that the 2024 Election influenced JJII-70’s sensitivity to macroeconomic variables and reflect increased investor confidence and greater stability in the sharia stock market post-election.
