Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of human resource management development in the digital era. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative literature study. There are several Human Resource Development Strategies in the Digital Business Age including: 1) The need for talented HR with hard skills and soft skills, 2) Providing Opportunities to Channel Ideas, 3) Appreciation and Awards. 4) Mastery of Digital Technology. 5) Excellent Service. Abstract

Math is one of the subjects that students dislike. Starting from the MI level even to college. Learners think that math is difficult, while math lessons themselves are applied in everyday life. This study aims to determine the efforts made by teachers in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics through games. The method used in this research is a literature review with the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method, the research data source is a journal. The results of the analysis show that the game method can increase students' interest in learning mathematics, students feel learning is more fun, not burdened, and math is not boring anymore.

Abstract

The rapid development and progress of information technology has a negative impact on students, namely the portion of time between doing assignments and playing games, so The portion of time spent playing games is much longer than the portion of time spent doing assignments, so that in the end, students play games more than doing assignments, In fact, many students become addicted to playing games, thereby reducing students' productivity, interaction and moral discipline. Seeing this phenomenon, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics designed and implemented digital literacy activities considering the importance of accelerating digital transformation, one of which is by supporting activities to introduce programming or coding for children, which aims to increase children's competence from their hobby of playing with gadgets so that they can be directed gradually so that children don't just use gadgets or play games but can produce games. It needs to be realized that the rapid development of information technology not only has a positive impact and great opportunities but also requires every country in the world to create quality human resources, one of which is by improving the quality of education by developing character through IT learning. Introducing and teaching coding to children has many benefits, especially if taught from an early age. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions which have an impact on consumer satisfaction in using Aqua bottled water produced by PT Tirta Investama in the Gebang Purworejo District Area. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions by 29.1%, the hypothesis test shows a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Promotion has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions by 46.2%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions by 49.6%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Purchasing decisions have a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction of 30.1%, hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

The role of a Kyai in developing the progress of Islamic boarding schools is very large, and the role of a Kyai in society is highly expected, starting from solving practical religious problems, providing advice and guidance in life, and developing Islamic education globally. This research aims to analyze the contribution of KH. Abdurrahman Nawi to developing Islamic education at the Al-Awwabin Islamic Boarding School, Depok. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. After data collection, the next stage is that the researcher carries out data analysis using three steps: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that KH. Abdurrahman Nawi contributed to building Islamic educational institutions and became an innovator in providing ideas and suggestions that could be implemented at the Al-Awwabin Islamic boarding school in Depok. In building Islamic educational institutions, he built formal (school) and non-formal (cottage) education. Meanwhile, in providing ideas, he founded many organizations that could develop talents in students, for example, forming a student organization, establishing an Islamic radio channel, honing students' talents, emphasizing understanding of the yellow book, holding muballigh (muhadhoroh) training, making report cards, and boarding school diplomas.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting in children is associated with low concentrations of protein and amino acids in blood serum, which can potentially be prevented by consuming essential nutrients during pregnancy. Pilsbryoconcha exilis clam, highly available in Morowali, Central Sulawesi, is currently used to produce floss dishes. This study aimed to calculate the potential of protein and amino acids in clam floss (Pilsbryoconcha exilis) as an alternative dish to prevent stunting in pregnant women. Methods: This quantitative descriptive study compared the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) for pregnant women with the content analysis of clam floss (Pilsbryoconcha exilis). Protein analysis was conducted using the AOAC method, while amino acid analysis was performed using HPLC. Results: The potential protein intake from clam floss was 223.07 g/kg body weight per day. The essential and non-essential amino acid content in clam floss (g/kg body weight per day) was as follows: histidine (5.47), isoleucine (3.62), leucine (5.04), lysine (4.8), methionine + cystine (9.65), phenylalanine + tyrosine (3.67), threonine (3.51), tryptophan (50.3), and valine (3.85). Conclusion: The potential of protein and amino acids in clam floss is concluded to be an average of 223.07 g/day and 9.98 g/kg body weight per day, respectively. Clam floss could serve as an alternative dish for pregnant women to prevent stunting. Further research considering in-vivo evaluations is encouraged.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Current Ratio dan Debt to Asset Ratio Terhadap Return on Asset Pada PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset sebesar 51,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (2,927 > 1,989). Debt to Asset Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset sebesar 59,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (-3,423 > 1,989). Current Ratio dan Debt to Asset Ratio secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Asset diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 1,762 + 0,024X1 + -0,154X2 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 62,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (5,130 > 2,770).

Abstract

The purpose of making the Design and Development of a Website-Based Ranoh Island Tourism Management Information System is to promote and facilitate booking of tour packages on Ranoh Island. Web-based visual information system is a system consisting of text and graphic images. It is these factors that make these tours interesting and make bookings easy. In addition, the Website-Based Ranoh Island Tourism Management Information System is a system that contains complete information for tourists and can be found at any time. This support cannot be separated from the research process design and technology. This study aims to design a Website-Based Ranoh Island Tourism Management Information System as a source of information for viewing and ordering tourist attractions and other facilities on Ranoh Island. The Website-Based Ranoh Island Tourism Management Information System was developed using the PHP programming language and data stored in a database using MySQL to optimize system and database performance. The Google Maps API is one of the features of this information system that can be used to add maps to websites using JavaScript. The result of the design is a web tourism information system which should be a way to promote tourism in the city of Batam, so that through this web design it is hoped that there will be a similar system to create better services. and more complete than existing services.

Abstract

The community service activity in Limporilau Village revealed that there is a problem regarding the low level of knowledge among the community about the utilization of aquaponics technology. Many people are still unaware that aquaponics can be implemented in limited spaces such as home gardens. The method used to address this issue includes socialization, lectures, discussions, and training on aquaponics system construction. The results obtained from these activities showed an improvement in the community's knowledge of aquaponics. This initiative aims to enhance food security and the self-reliance of the community. By utilizing aquaponics, which combines plant cultivation and fish farming, the community can benefit from a single system. Aquaponics also offers an alternative business opportunity for the community, as it yields high-value organic plants and fresh fish.
