Abstract

The study about the effectiveness of inorganic fertilizer and bio-fertilizer application on maize yield and fertilizer use efficiency has been carried out in the greenhouse using Inceptisol from Dukuh Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. Inorganic fertilizers used were Urea, SP36 and KCl, the biofertilizer used consisted of Azospirillum sp., Azotobacter sp., Bacillus sp., and Lactobacillus sp.. The study was arranged in a Randomized Block Design consisting of seven treatments and six replications. The treatments consisted of various dosages of inorganic fertilizers combined with bio-fertilizer, namely 1) Control (without fertilizer), 2) 100% recommended NPK level, 3) Biofertilizer, 4) 25% recommended NPK level+Biofertilizer, 5) 50% recommended NPK level+Biofertilizer, 6) 75% recommended NPK level + Biofertilizer, 7) 100% recommended NPK level + Biofertilizer. The results showed that the application of inorganic NPK ferttilizers and biofertilizer on maize cultivation on Inceptisol from Dukuh Village, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency resulted in an increase of maize yield compared to the recommended level of inorganic fertilizers (100% NPK). The treatment of NPK (50% recommended level)+Biofertilizer resulted in the highest biomass dry weight, yield of corn and value of RAE (Relative Agronomic Effectiveness). The shoot dry weight was 138.09 g pot-1, corn yield was 190.87 g pot-1, and RAE value was 113.44%. The optimum doses of NPK fertilizers were 200 kg Urea ha-1, 60 kg SP-36 ha-1 and 45 kg KCl ha-1 combined with 4 L ha-1 biofertilizer.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication and compensation on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. The quantitative approach is the approach used in this research, with correlational research looking for the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. In this research, the population is all teaching staff or lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Pamulang University, totaling 286 people, using a saturated sample. As for the questionnaires that were returned and could be processed, a total of 131 questionnaires were obtained. The research sample included 131 respondents. The instruments used in this research were the communication and compensation questionnaire and the lecturer performance questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of communication variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is because lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University carry out good communication, both with students, colleagues, and superiors. There is a significant influence of compensation variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is because Pamulang University provides good and appropriate compensation to lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. There is a simultaneous influence of communication and compensation variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is due to the balance between the communication used by lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University and the compensation received by lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University.

Abstract

Air merupakan salah satu unsur utama pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU). Pengadaan dan kualitas air bersih menjadi satu hal yang sangat dijaga di PLTU Baturaja. Baik untuk kebutuhan domestik maupun non domestik. Air digunakan pada berbagai proses yang terjadi pada PLTU, antara lain proses pendinginan (cooling), pengontrol polutan, perawatan (maintance) dan terutama sebagai bahan baku untuk terjadinya siklus uap air. Pengolahan air yang baik akan mampu mencegah pembentukan kerak dan korosi pada sistem pembangkit listrik yang bekerja melalui siklus uap air bertekanan tinggi. Untuk menghasilkan kualitas air demin yang baik atau air dengan kemurnian tinggi (high purity), PLTU Baturaja melakukan sistem pengolahan dengan dua tahapan pengolahan air untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air domestik dan non domestik. Proses pengolahan air non domestik melalui tiga proses, yaitu Ultra filtrasi, Reverse Osmosis, dan Mixed bed. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat proses pengolahan air non domestik di PLTU Baturaja dan membandingkan proses pengolahan tersebut manakah yang menghasilkan kualitas air yang sesuai standar ABMA (American Boiler Manufacturer’s Assosiation). Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Pengukuran kualitas air hasil pengolahan dilakukan di laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan dengan sistem sistem ultrafiltrasi menghasilkan kualitas air yang sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh ABMA, sehingga PLTU Baturaja menggunakan sistem ultrafiltrasi dalam proses pengolahan air non domestiknya.

Abstract

Kedelai merupakan salah satu yang termasuk sebagai komoditi pangan yang sangat penting sebagai sumber protein yang dapat diolah menjadi beragam makanan yang salah satunya adalah kecap. Walau Indonesia termasuk produsen kedelai, namun belum mampu mencukupi kebutuhan kedelai domestik yang terus meningkat. Perencanaan adalah sebuah hal yang harus disiapkan sebagai persiapan dalam melakukan sesuatu untuk hal untuk dapat di analisa agar hasil yang diperoleh yang lebih baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk dapat membekali pengusaha kedelai dalam proses dari pembibitan hingga masa panen. Metode yang dilakukan yakni dengan menggunakan serum sebagai pengganti pupuk pada tanaman kedelai di media tanah dan polibag. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tercapainya sebuah tujuan dari pembibitan kedelai untuk mendapatkan hasil panen yang baik, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa jumlah butir kedelai disetiap buahnya mengalami kenaikan yang berdampak banyaknya hasil panen yang diperoleh. Kata Kunci: Perencanaan Bisnis; Analisis; Pembibitan Kedelai.

Abstract

This study analyzes entrepreneurial strategies for sustaining MSMEs amid Indonesia’s economic uncertainty. Challenges such as market fluctuations, limited capital, and rising operational costs have significantly impacted MSME performance. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, the study identifies product diversification, digitalization, and cash flow management as key adaptive strategies. Digitalization improves competitiveness and operational efficiency, while financial literacy and daily cash tracking strengthen business resilience. The study also highlights the critical role of government support and cross-sector collaboration in building a sustainable MSME ecosystem. The findings provide strategic insights for MSMEs and policymakers to formulate adaptive responses and long-term resilience strategies in the face of economic volatility.

Abstract

This study analyzes the presence of Islamic Fintech as a sharia-based digital financial institution as a role in distributing People's Business Credit (KUR) from banks to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research method used in this study is a qualitative method using secondary data with deductive analysis. The results of this study indicate the potential and role of Sharia Fintech in distributing KUR by banks to MSMEs. The existence of sharia fintech is expected to increase the productivity of MSMEs in Indonesia.

Abstract

The knowledge and skills of community health workers (Posyandu’s cadre) in filling of Towards Health Card (KMS) play an important role in monitoring the growth of toddlers. To analyze the knowledge and skills of community health workers in filling out the health card (KMS) in the Kayuwou Health Center Work Area, Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi.  This study was an analytic observational study using a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 39 people taken by simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and performance. Analysis was performed by chi-square test.  The results showed that most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge about KMS (59.0%) and were classified as skilled in completing KMS (61.5%). The working status of cadres has a significant relationship with the skills of cadres in completing the KMS (p<0.05).  It is better if people who are appointed as community health workers are people who are not working so they can focus more on carrying out their duties as cadres.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Communication for Social Change in empowering marginalized communities through participatory media. In the context of increasingly complex social inequality, participatory communication is seen as an effective strategy to increase critical awareness, strengthen community capacity, and foster inclusive social transformation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on marginalized communities that actively utilize participatory media such as community radio, local digital platforms, and social media. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and community media content analysis. The results show that active community involvement in the communication process can strengthen their bargaining position in public decision-making, expand advocacy networks, and create an equal space for dialogue between communities and stakeholders. In addition, participatory media serves as a catalyst in building collective identity, fighting for social rights, and accelerating sustainable social change. These findings confirm that communication for social change has strategic potential in realizing social justice, strengthening participatory democracy, and empowering marginalized communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Murabahah, dan Pembiayaan Bermasalah terhadap Laba Bersih serta Dana Pihak Ketiga sebagai moderasi pada lembaga keuangan Syariah (KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar) tahun 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bantuan Eviews versi 9.0, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 sampel yang datanya diperoleh dari laporan keuangan KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar priode tahun 2018-2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Murabahah, dan Pembiayaan Bermsalah Terhadap Laba Barsih KSPPS Baythul Ikhtiar. Serta Dana Pihak Ketiga  memoderasi pengaruh Murabahah, dan Pembiayaan Bermasalah terhadap Laba Besih pada KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar priode tahun 2018-2022.

Abstract

Education is important for every human because we can think and have a lot of knowledge for life. Children with special needs for mental retardation have problems or problems during the learning process, one of them is thematically. The Research and Development (R&D) research method is carried out by studying research related to the product, developing a product based on these findings, testing it in the field in a setting, and revising it to correct deficiencies found at the proposed testing stage. The development model used in this research is the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. Analysis of the needs of mentally retarded students found the competencies need to be improved are the ability to read, write and count or commonly called calistung. This model will develop a learning media. The learning media that will be developed are in the form of modules intended for students with mental retardation in grade 2 elementary school (SD). The module was then developed into a learning module that is integrated with digital media. This development resulted in a product in the form of a printed module of the hypercontent type of digitally integrated thematic subject for grade 2 students of the Elementary School with Special Requirements. This module can help the teaching and learning process that is suitable to be applied to mentally retarded children.
