Abstract

The problem that often occurs in the world of education is the lack of proper education. One of the reasons for this is the lack of proper school management. Education really needs aspects that can improve the quality and quality in empowering the community, starting with students. Students who will become the nation's next generation certainly need good quality education. As a vehicle as well as a means and in studying institutions, of course education or institutions must be of high quality. School residents, the community and the government certainly have an important role in the progress of education. Cooperation between various aspects is certainly very influential on the goal of improving the quality of education. From the above problems, this explains the need for efforts to improve education management. This article uses literature research, by looking for sources of reference material from journals and books that discuss themes related to studies that discuss the nature of educator management and its functions and uses. After the data supporting materials and reference materials are collected, the next step is compiling by analyzing according to the reality that occurs with intellect.

Abstract

Knowing how the management or management of inclusive education in elementary schools is the goal of this research. Inclusive education that has been implemented in Indonesia has many problems, these problems include principal policies, teacher-student relations, and it is often found that educators lack the ability to run inclusive programs. In this case the educator is the most important part of a school institution for the smooth running of the previously agreed upon program, because educators will communicate directly with normal students and students with special needs. The understanding, knowledge, experience and skills of an educator determine how good and well an inclusive program is manifested in inclusive schools, especially in the classroom. To make this happen, educators are required to attend several trainings to accommodate and carry out agendas or plans properly.

Abstract

Suatu lembaga pendidikan perlu mempertahankan eksistensi sekolah untuk mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan secara optimal. Kepala sekolah memiliki wewenang untuk membuat kebijakan-kebijakan untuk mencapainya. Di SD Negeri Kuwon seluruh siswanya beragama Islam dan mayoritas siswanya memiliki sikap dan moral yang baik, sopan, dan santun. Kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan instrumen kunci berupa catatan lapangan. Informan penelitian merupakan kepala sekolah SD Negeri Kuwon Kebijakan pelaksanaan apel pagi yang dilaksanakan setiap hari selasa, rabu, kamis sebelum memasuki jam pelajaran. Adapun isi kegiatannya berupa menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, nasehat adab kepada guru, orang tua, teman, dan memberikan motivasi belajar. Kemudian ditutup dengan literasi Al-Qur''an dengan membaca surat-surat pendek. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 10-15 menit. Kebijakan pendidikan sangatlah penting untuk kemajuan pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan adanya sebuah kebijakan dalam dunia pendidikan akan menjadikan banyak wawasan dan pembelajaran inovatif serta sistematis. Abstract

Dalam setiap organisai, kehadiran konflik merupakan suatu hal yang wajar. Karena kualitas organisasi dikatakan baik apabila mampu menyelesaikan masalah yang hadir. Demikian pula pemimpin, yang mana memiliki kedudukan tertinggi dan berwenang penuh dalam mengarahkan anggota di dalam organisasi. Selain itu seorang pemimpin juga harus memiliki kemampuan dalam memanagemen konflik, yang mana dapat melihat kondisi dan latar belakang konflik, penyebab konflik, dan cara penyelesaian konflik. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai menagemen konflik. Managemen koflik merupakan upaya penyelesaian dan pengendalian konflik, yang dalam penanganannya membutuhkan keterampilan tertentu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yaitu dengan wawancara langsung terhadap pemimpin organisasi atau kepala sekolah. Dalam memanage konflik, kepala sekola melakukan sosialisasi kepada para guru untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lurus terkait kebijakan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Background: Konselor sekolah berperan penting untuk mendampingi perkembangan siswa secara utuh. Maka konselor sekolah seharusnya menguasai layanan bimbingan yang memandang keutuhan manusia. Bimbingan profetik memandang manusia secara utuh dalam dimensi ketuhanan, sesama manusia dan alam. Permasalahan ditempat pengabdian diantaranya: (1) Semua Guru BK belum memahami layanan BK Profetik; (2) Sebagian besar Guru BK belum terampil menggunakan pendekatan BK Profetik; dan (3) Semua Guru BK belum terampil menggunakan metode sokratik. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru BK dalam mengimplementasikan BK profetik. Metode: Mitra pada kegiatan PkM ini yakni Guru BK di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul yang berjumlah 6 orang. Metode yang diterapkan pada kegiatan PkM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan selama empat kali dalam dua semester. Pertemuan pertama terfokus pada landasan filosofis BK Profetik dan hakikat manusia dalam perspektif bimbingan profetik, Kedua terfokus melatih keterampilan layanan BK profetik berbasis metode sokratik. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian diukur menggunakan angket evaluasi dan refleksi. Hasil: (1) 93,8% peserta mendapatkan pemahaman tentang BK profetik dan hakikat manusia; (2) 90% terampil menggunakan metode sokratik dalam layanan BK profetik. Kesimpulan: Pengabdian ini telah memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru BK SMK Musaba dalam layanan BK di Sekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of educators in improving school management is and what challenges educators can face in school management. This is so that the author as a prospective teacher can find out what role he should have when he becomes a teacher. In this article, in obtaining data the author uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Because the data in this paper describes the importance of the role of educators in improving school management during the pandemic. Poor management will affect the development of schools, especially during a pandemic like today. The factor that influences the management is the backwardness of science and technology brought about by the current of globalization which results in a school having a quality performance that lacks direction, planning, and good conditioning and organization. As is happening in Indonesia today, which is experiencing problems in the world of education during the COVID-19 pandemic. In developing schools, school management is needed which will later support success in achieving the goals that have been set, but in its development it must pay attention to the principles of school management which consist of four principles, namely Equifinality, Decentralization, Self-Management System and Human Initiative.

Abstract

In managing and carrying out various activities in schools, management is needed for each section. As a forum for learning and teaching science, school management is considered very influential on the success of an institution in its implementation. Management, or the effective use of existing resources to achieve goals, is one of the keys to managing an institution. Educational staff are an important part of schools that have responsibility for administrative management, planning school/madrasah activities for 1 year, inputting student data, checking the availability of infrastructure to support learning, checking the completeness of books in the library, and others. Therefore, the optimization of Education Personnel is needed and developed progressively in order to realizing optimal performance and quality in order to achieve school goals.

Abstract

The development of Islamic religious education is very important considering that there are still many unresolved educational problems regarding morals. Educational policies also contribute to the development of Islamic religious education. This study aims to determine the implementation of educational policies in terms of the development of Islamic education in schools. Research on educational policies in the development of Islamic education in schools is conducted by reviewing the manual literature. Islamic education policies are very dependent on national policy, thus experts must contribute in formulating the policies that are in line with community expectations regarding to the growth of moral maturity and characters.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the Agricultural Innovation System (AIS) within the HARVEST MOON CSR program of PT PLN Indonesia Power UBP Banten 3 Lontar, as well as its effectiveness in enhancing the welfare of honey pumpkin farmers in Tangerang Regency, particularly in Lontar Village. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, internal CSR documents, and relevant literature sources. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis techniques to map the dimensions of AIS implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of the Agricultural Innovation System (AIS) in the HARVEST MOON CSR program has successfully improved the welfare of honey pumpkin farmers, as evidenced by an increase in harvest productivity of 960 kg/year (2023–2024) and the lifting of four members of Tim Kreatif Desa Lontar out of poverty. The success of the HARVEST MOON program is supported by the integration of three main AIS dimensions: (1) the integration of agricultural technology innovation, including the use of planting media based on FABA waste and seashells, seed fusion methods as a response to the climate crisis, and crop maintenance technologies; (2) institutional strengthening through the issuance of decrees and capacity-building training for the Tim Kreatif Desa Lontar; and (3) synergy among actors (farmers, academics, village government, and the private sector), successfully realized through mechanisms of translation, alignment, and enrollment.
