Abstract

Partisipasi Komite Sekolah pada Pelaksanaan Program Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 15 Pekanbaru Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi komite sekolah di SMA Negeri 15 Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh diterapkannya Manajemen Berbasis sekolah (MBS) dan pentingnya mengetahui keterlibatan komite sekolah pada pelaksanaan program mengingat tinggi rendahnya partisipasi komite akan menjadi cerminan kemajuan sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelaksanaan program-program sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi, wawancara , dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi komite sekolah berdasarkan perannya adalah : sebagai badan pendukung, badan pertimbangan, badan pengontrol dan badan penghubung sangat dibutuhkan, hal ini untuk mempercepat pelaksanaan program kerja sekolah baik yang bersifat akademik maupun non akademik.

Abstract

Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Kompetensi (ANBK) is a change from the Ujian Nasional Berbasis Kompetensi (UNBK) which is an assessment program carried out on the quality of schools or educational units. The purpose of this training is to provide training related to understanding and knowledge while at the same time compiling national exam questions for mathematics teachers at SMP/MTs Muhammadiyah in Klaten regarding the preparation of UNBK questions containing HOTS. The method used in this training is an interactive method between the facilitator and the teacher so that the teacher can understand and ask questions directly about the preparation of the UN questions. The training provided is able to increase the knowledge and skills of teachers in preparing exam questions directly by implementing HOTS questions.

Abstract

Problem solving competence is the ability of a person to carry out the problem solving process. This is he one of the skills a student must master after learning mathematics. Different students have different solutions when solving problems in statistical context. This is because each student has a different level of intelligence to solve problems. This intelligence is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). There are three AQ levels for him: Climber, Camper and Climber. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the ability of AQ to solve contextual problems of statistical material. This study was a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and was conducted in her 8th grade consisting of 3 of her students with different AQ levels. The research equipment used consisted of ARP, TPMS, and an interview guide. The results of this study suggested that, at the level of problem understanding, subjects who abandoned the problem were able to retell in their own language, which was different from that of the subjects who abandoned the problem, giving the language of the question a different meaning. During the planning stage, professional mountaineers understand the relationship between problems and statistical concepts and daily life and develop a very coherent and clear plan, whereas professional mountaineers and promoters develop a plan with a good understanding of the relationship between statistical concepts and daily life. During the execution phase of planning, professional movers and campers can find the right answers, but professional movers can also find the wrong answers. In the hindsight stage, the climber double-checks to reach the correct conclusion, but the climber and the climber can make fairly accurate conclusions without double-checking. Therefore, it is important for students and teachers to know problem-solving skills in the context of statistical material in order to improve comprehension and information comprehension in making logical conclusions using statistical ideas derived from statistical information about everyday problems.

Abstract

Study This aims to analyze the connections between the ability of literacy mathematical students to finish questions on PISA Change and relationships, which are oriented on content and levels of efficiency. Study This uses design study descriptive qualitative. The sample for this research consisted of three class VIII B students at SMPN 3 Colomadu, Karanganyar Regency. The three subjects were selected based on the results of responses to the questionnaire and PISA questions, taking into account their level of self-efficacy, which was divided into low, medium, and high. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire regarding student self-efficacy and PISA questions related to Change and Relationship content. After analyzing the questionnaire and students' answers, they interviewed the three subjects. The research results show that students' mathematical literacy skills in solving questions oriented towards changes in PISA content and their interrelationships require improvement. The level of students' self-efficacy in solving mathematics literacy problems is classified as moderate, and there is a significant positive relationship between mathematics literacy abilities and students' self-efficacy.

Abstract

A strategic plan is a crucial foundation for an organization in charting steps toward organizational success. Therefore, the formulation of an appropriate strategic plan is essential. This community service was conducted at SDN 002 Pantai Cermin Pekanbaru, involving all human resources at the school. The objective of this community service was to provide assistance in formulating the Human Resource (HR) Strategic Plan at SDN 002 Pantai Cermin Pekanbaru. The methods employed in this activity included observation through pre-tests, lectures delivered via PowerPoint presentations, practical training sessions, and evaluation through post-tests. The results of the community service indicated that: the human resources at SDN 002 Pantai Cermin Pekanbaru successfully formulated a realistic and implementable vision, mission, and strategic objectives; they were able to develop a detailed implementation and monitoring plan applicable in both the short and long term; and participants expressed high satisfaction with the community service activities.

Abstract

Konsep yang ada pada matematika bukan saja dikaitkan dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis, namun pada ilmu di bidang lain dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Peneliti menemukan bahwa siswa belum terampil dalam hal tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dengan adanya keterkaitan gaya kognitif siswa dengan kemampuan koneksi matematis diharapkan siswa mampu menyelesaikan soal cerita materi transformasi geometri. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mendeskripsikan kemampuan koneksi matematis pada siswa kelas XI dengan gaya kognitif FD dan FI dalam menyelesaian soal cerita materi transformasi geometri. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskripsi kualitatif pada penelitian ini maka subjek yang digunakan peneliti berjumlah empat orang siswa kelas XI MIPA 2, yang mana dua siswa diantaranya bergaya kognitif FI serta dua siswanya lagi bergaya kognitif FD. Penelitian ini menghasilkan kemampuan koneksi matematis yang dimiliki siswa FI terlihat unggul dibanding siswa FD. Siswa FAD dengan gaya kognitif field dependent dapat memenuhi indikator mengkoneksikan antar konsep pada materi transformasi geometri dengan topik matematika lainnya, indikator mengkoneksikan antar konsep topik mengenai transformasi geometri yang dipenuhi oleh siswa RA dengan materi matematika yang lain serta menghubungkan konsep materi transformasi geometri dengan bidang ilmu lain. Sedangkan indikator mengkoneksikan antar konsep pada materi transformasi geometri dengan materi matematika yang lain dapat dipenuhi oleh siswa EDA dengan gaya kognitif field independent dan siswa PPH berkemampuan baik dalam memenuhi tiga indikator kemampuan koneksi matematis.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir kritis dikaitkan erat dalam proses pembuatan keputusan untuk mempercayai atau melakukan suatu hal dengan efektif dan efisien. Berpikir kritis juga berhubungan signifikan dengan matematika, khususnya dalam memecahkan permasalahan matematika yang berorientasi numerasi. Tujuan peneliti melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dalam memecahkan permasalahan matematika berorientasi numerasi pada materi SPLDV. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 siswelas VIII SMP. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes tertulis dan wawancara. Teknik keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah mereduksi data, menyajikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data yang sudah didapat. Siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi tinggi dapat mengaplikasikan semua indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis yaitu focus, reasson, interference, situation, clarity, dan overview. Siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi tingkat sedang mampu memenuhi 3 indikator berpikir kritis yaitu focus, reasson, dan interference. Siswa dengan kemampuan numerasi tingkat rendah hanya bisa melaksanakan 2 indikator berpikir kritis yaitu focus dan reasson.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the model of integration of science and Islamic religious education at Al-Fityah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru and to determine the implementation of the integration of science and Islamic religious education at Al-Fityah Integrated Islamic Elementary School Pekanbaru. Research Method This research uses a non-probability sampling technique. Data analysis techniques with steps in qualitative data analysis are data reduction, data display or data presentation, and drawing conclusions. First research results, Curriculum Model, there are three types of curriculum models at SDIT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru, namely: Ministry of National Education curriculum, material curriculum, and SDIT specialty curriculum, each of which complements one another. Second, Implementation of the Integration of Science and Islamic Religious Education, Implementation of Science with Islamic religious education at SDIT Al-Fityah Pekanbaru through three stages, namely: The first stage is planning by preparing the syllabus, RKPS and student books, the second stage is implementation by dividing it into three phase, initial phase or introduction, middle phase or emphasis on material, and final phase provides conclusions, and the third phase is the evaluation phase by assessing the process and assessing learning outcomes, the assessment technique is test or non-test.

Abstract

This research aims to explore 1) how archives are lent, 2) how archives are maintained, and 3) how archives are stored at SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Kota. This research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Respondents included school principals, heads of school administration, administrative staff and teachers. The object of the research is archive management by administrative staff at SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Kota. The research results show that 1) archival lending has been implemented well, but archival borrowing is still not optimal. The party authorized to retrieve archives at Bangkinang City Muhammadiyah High School is the head of the school administration and administrative staff, but this rule is conveyed verbally. 2) Archive maintenance is carried out by arranging the storage space so that the archives remain dry and bright, and archival documents are arranged loosely in filing cabinets so that air can enter. The school also has anti-smoking regulations to keep records safe. However, there are problems with storage facilities. 3) Archive storage uses a subject system, namely managing archives based on topics. Obstacles include a lack of special storage space and inadequate facilities.

Abstract

This research aimed at 1) Knowing the implementation of educational funding management through entrepreneurship development, 2) Know the contribution results of entrepreneurship development at Islamic Boarding School of Jabal Nur Kandis, Riau.  This research used qualitative method. The main informant of this research was school treasurer, and additional informants were the head of Islamic boarding school and person in charge of business unit.  The object of this research was Islamic Boarding School of Jabal Nur Kandis, Riau.  The findings of this research showed that one of the 1) Planning in funding at Islamic boarding schools was creating business units to assist Islamic boarding school operations. The implementation of education funding at Islamic boarding schools was in accordance with the needs every unit based on the principle of education finance.  The implementation of education funding in the form of recording incoming money from tuition fees, annual fees and from Islamic boarding school business units and outgoing money based on the budget for activities that have been planned.  Educational Supervision was conducted directly by the leadership and treasurer of the Islamic boarding school. 2) The results and contributions in developing entrepreneurship were focused on existing business units and a portion of the sales profit that would be allocated to assist Islamic boarding school operations.
