Abstract

In a rapidly evolving industry, the focus on the risk of Repetitive Occupational Muscle Disorder (GOTRAK) is increasing. Compliance with Indonesian National Standard (SNI) 9011:2021 on ergonomics in the workplace is essential to identify and control these risks. This study aims to pinpoint ergonomic hazards at PT X associated with GOTRAK, so as to provide important insights to improve worker welfare. The study, conducted using a quantitative approach, involved workers from wet and dry production processes in manufacturing. Primary data collection from 57 rotating shift workers, who each worked for 8 hours each day, showed that 32 respondents (56%) faced high upper body GOTRAK risk with the right shoulder (26.3%), left shoulder (14%), and lower back (12.3%) being the most vulnerable areas. The evaluation showed significant ergonomic risks in wet production work such as pre-breaking, breaking, pressing, and handling rubber blankets, and in dry production work such as transporting blankets, grinding, drying, transferring cakes from trolleys, pressing, and weighing. These conditions are considered hazardous, requiring immediate action to improve working conditions and worker welfare.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Indonesia is still working hard to overcome the stunting problem. Even though there has been a decline, further efforts are still needed to achieve the national target of 14% in 2024. Prospective brides are one of the target groups in implementing the acceleration of stunting reduction.Pre marital screening or pre-marital examination is a preventive measure that must be taken to prevent health problems for oneself, one's partner, or one's offspring in the future. This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional approach. Random samplingproportional simple random sampling from 11 sub-districts in Jambi City, there were 81 prospective brides and grooms. There is a significant relationship between education (p-value=0.016), knowledge (p-value=0.009), and attitude (p-value=0.026) on the implementation of Pre Marital Screening. While the age variable (p-value=0.279) does not show a significant relationship with the implementation of Pre Marital Screening. Therefore, there needs to be a collaborative effort to improve services to bride and groom, so that implementation Pre Marital Screening is not only considered as one of the pre-marital administrative documents. Keywords: Premarital Screening, Catin, Stunting  ABSTRAK Indonesia hingga kini masih bekerja keras untuk mengatasi masalah stunting.

Abstract

The problem of under-five nutrition, especially stunting, is still the focus of the government. Stunting in toddlers can have an impact on physical, mental and emotional development, as well as brain development. Children who suffer from stunting, as adults, will be more susceptible to diseases, both infectious and non-communicable diseases. Jambi Province's stunting prevalence of 13.5% in 2023 has not yet reached the reduction target. Based on SSGI in 2021, the stunting prevalence rate in Jambi City is 14.0%. This study aims to determine the effect of healthy food education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers. This study is a quasi-experimental study (pre- test and post-test), the respondents were mothers of toddlers in Pinang Merah Village, Jambi City. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study were an increase in knowledge seen from the results of the pre- test and post-test which statistically proved a significant increase in knowledge (p-value <0.001). It is concluded that there is an effect of healthy food education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers. It is hoped that local health centers will often carry out counseling or educational activities to the community to increase knowledge, attitudes and behavior so as to increase the degree of public health.
