Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa kelas IV SDN Kutowinangun 11 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas model Stringer yang mencakup tahap look, think, dan act. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes formatif, lembar observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data berupa deskriptif komparatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Kutowinangun 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 79% pada siklus I dan meningkat menjadi 85% pada siklus II. Peningkataan aktivitas siswa berdampak pada ketuntasan hasil belajar tematik yang ditunjukkan pada siklus I sebesar 72%, dan meningkat menjadi 83% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, model pembelajaran Make a Match berbasis saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik siswa. Kata kunci: Make a match, Saintifik, Hasil belajar tematik ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve the thematic learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SDN Kutowinangun 11 through the application of the Make a Match learning model based on the scientific approach. The type of research used is Stringer class action research which includes the look, think, and act stages. The instrument of data collection uses formative tests, observation sheets, and field notes. Data analysis techniques in the form of descriptive comparative with the research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN Kutowinangun 11. The results of the study showed an increase in the percentage of student learning activities by 79% in the first cycle and increased to 85% in the second cycle. Reinforcement of student activities has an impact on the completeness of thematic learning outcomes shown in the first cycle of 72%, and increased to 83% in cycle II. Based on the results of these studies, the Make-Match learning model based on scientific research can improve students' thematic learning outcomes. Keywords: Make a match, Scientific, Thematic learning results

Abstract

Research problem formulation is how to develop career information services in high school to improve high school students' understanding of careers. Research Objectives include: (1) knowing career information services that have been carried out in high school; (2) describes the advantages and disadvantages of career information services in high school; (3) developing ICT-based career information service models for high school students. The research was designed based on the objectives to be achieved, the approach used to use the method of "research and development" (R&D) by following the pattern of stages of Borg and Gall research (2003). The trial was summarized into 3 main stages namely introduction, development and testing. The research trial was conducted in Salatiga with the research subjects being high school students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. R & D results obtained by factual models, design models, and the final model is given the name of ICT-Based Career Information Service Management Model for High School Students. The name of the career information service program on the website is http //: tesbakat.top which contains: (1) self-exploration of interest and personality tests; (2) lecture exploration; (3) career exploration; (4) evaluation and self-reflection. The model is already suitable to use. Evidenced by the development of ICT-based career information management service management models can improve the career understanding of high school students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the entrepreneurship education and training activities program that uses the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. Data collection using questionnaires, observations, interviews and document studies. Data were analyzed in quantitative descriptive qualitative. Qualitative data analysis was carried out through three stages: The results showed that at the reaction level, 85.20% of participants were satisfied with the organization of entrepreneurship education and training. At the learning level, knowledge aspects did not experience a significant increase. In the aspect of attitudes and skills of training participants considered very good. At the behavioral level, 6 people have done business planning and have successfully run their businesses, 5 people have planned businesses, but have not yet started their businesses, while 14 people have not had business plans.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program kegiatan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan yang menggunakan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif kuantitatif. Analisis data kualitatif dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada level reaction, sebesar 85,20% peserta puas terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Pada level learning, untuk aspek pengetahun tidak mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada aspek sikap dan keterampilan peserta pelatihan dinilai sangat baik. Pada level behavior, enam orang telah melakukan perencanaan usaha dan telah berhasil menjalankan usahanya, lima orang sudah merencanakan usaha, namun belum memulai usahanya, sedangkan 14 orang belum memiliki perencanaan usaha.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the existing ICT competency improvement training modules (utilization of information technology tools for learning), the weaknesses and strengths of these modules, and develop an IHT module aimed at optimizing ICT competencies. This research method is Research and Development. The results of the study show (1) that the modules used in ICT competency improvement training have been used in Kecamatan Boyolali in the form of soft files with materials for using office 365 and making 3D images (2) the weakness of the module is that it is presented in the form of files that make it difficult to read the material and practice simultaneously on one computer device, there is no description of the competencies to be achieved, text dominance, no examples products, and materials to make products. The module that was developed on good criteria after being tested by three experts, and the results of the test on the module showed it was in the good category, the module trial also showed that the training participants were able to make learning multimedia as an indicator of improving ICT skills.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan modul pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi ICT (pemanfaatan perangkat teknologi informatika untuk pembelajaran) yang ada selama ini, kelemahan dan kelebihan modul terebut, serta mengembangkan modul IHT yang ditujukan untuk mengoptimalkan kompetensi ICT. Metode penelitian ini adalah Reasearch and Development. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Modul yang digunakan dalam pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi ICT selama ini digunakan di Kecamatan Boyolali bentuk soft file dengan materi pemanfaatan office 365 dan pembuatan gambar 3D (2) kelemahan modul adalah tersaji dalam bentul file mempersulit untuk membaca materi dan mempraktikan secara bersamaan dalam satu perangkat komputer, tidak adanya keterangan kompetensi yang akan dicapai, dominasi teks, tidak ada contoh produk dan bahan membuat produk. Modul yang dikembangkan pada kriteria baik setelah diuji oleh tiga pakar, dan hasil ujicoba terhadap modul menunjukkan pada kategori baik, uji coba modul juga menunjukkan peserta pelatihan mampu membuat multimedia pembelajaran sebagai indikator meningkatkan kemampuan ICT.

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang. The results showed: (1) Context, Kanaan Christian School Semarang really needs a character education program; (2) Input, character education at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang refers to the School's Vision and Mission and also the 2013 Curriculum (K-13); (3) The process, the implementation of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang, the teacher carries out the learning according to the lesson plans that have been made, by adding character education values that are adjusted to the topics contained in basic competencies; (4) Products, the results of the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang, namely the presence of 5S culture (Greetings, Smiles, Greetings, Polite and Courtesy) and through the character assessment form. Overall, the character education program at the Kanaan Christian School Semarang has fulfilled the program objectives that have been previously set.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Konteks, Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang sangat membutuhkan program pendidikan karakter; (2) Input, pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang mengacu pada Visi dan Misi Sekolah serta Kurikulum 2013 (K-13); (3) Proses, pelaksanaan program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang, guru melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai RPP yang telah dibuat, dengan menambahkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang disesuaikan dengan topik yang terdapat pada materi pokok. kompetensi; (4) Produk, hasil program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang yaitu adanya budaya 5S (Salam, Senyum, Salam, Sopan dan Sopan) dan melalui formulir penilaian karakter. Secara keseluruhan, program pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Kristen Kanaan Semarang telah memenuhi tujuan program yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of academic supervision by the Principal of Early Childhood Education in Blora Regency. The subjects of the study were School Principals who had attended School Principal Strengthening Education and Training, totaling 81 headmasters. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews analyzed with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques through the calculation of percentages and categorization. Qualitative data obtained by interview, processed using qualitative data analysis techniques with steps: condensation of data, display data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the overall academic supervision by the Principal was good. In the aspect of supervision planning, the category is very good, the implementation of supervision is in the good category and the follow-up is in the good and not good category. The Principal has made the supervision plan even though it is not yet comprehensive. In the aspect of supervision implementation, the Principal has used individual supervision techniques and most often uses classroom observation. The principal has not yet used varied supervision techniques. Supervision is carried out through three stages, namely pre-observation, observation, and post-observation. Follow-up supervision is carried out by making a report on the results of supervision, but has not used it as a basis for preparing the next supervision program.  Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di Kabupaten Blora. Subyek penelitiannya Kepala Sekolah yang sudah mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Penguatan Kepala Sekolah, yaitu sebanyak 81 orang kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif melalui penghitungan persentase dan pengategorian. Data kualitatif yang diperoleh dengan wawancara, diolah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah: kondensasi data, display data, serta pengambilan dan verifikasi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah secara keseluruhan baik. Pada aspek perencanaan supervisi berada pada kategori sangat baik, pelaksanaan supervisi pada kategori baik dan tindak lanjut berada pada kategori baik dan kurang baik. Kepala Sekolah sudah melakukan perencanaan supervisi meskipun belum komprehensif. Pada aspek pelaksanaan supervisi, Kepala Sekolah sudah menggunakan teknik supervisi individu dan yang paling sering menggunakan observasi kelas. Kepala Sekolah belum menggunakan teknik supervisi yang bervariasi. Supervisi dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pra-observasi, pelaksanaan observasi, dan pasca-observasi. Tindak lanjut supervisi dilakukan dengan membuat laporan hasil supervisi, namun belum menggunakan sebagai dasar untuk menyusun program supervisi selanjutnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa model manajemen bimbingan karir menggunakan aplikasi edmodo yang memenuhi lima aspek yaitu aspek tampilan, akses, interaksi, desain materi layanan, dan kontrol. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian Research Development (RD) melalui tiga langkah pengembangan yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap desain dan pengembangan model, tahap pengujian produk dan publikasi. Pengembangan produk mengacu pada model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Uji ahli dan uji lapangan terbatas dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif melalui penghitungan rerata dan persentase serta pengkategorian. Pengembangan model diperoleh dengan prinsip-prinsip manajemen G.R.Terry, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu produk dengan nama MBK-MAE yang terdiri dari bagan model dan deskripsinya, materi bimbingan karir untuk SMK, panduan guru BK, panduan siswa, dan panduan untuk operator IT. Hasil uji validitas oleh ahli materi sebesar 88%, ahli media sebesar 84% dan calon pengguna sebesar 83%. Berdasarkan uji ahli dan uji lapangan terbatas tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk berupa model manajemen bimbingan karir menggunakan aplikasi edmodo masuk dalam kategori baik dan layak untuk digunakan.AbstractThis study aims to produce a product in the form of career guidance management model using the Edmodo application that fulfills five aspects, namely appearance, access, interaction, service material design, and control. The research approach uses the Research Development (RD), the research method through three development steps, namely the preliminary study stage, the design and development stage of the model, the product testing phase and publication. Product development refers to the ADDIE development model which includes the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation stages. The data collection method uses observation and interview. Expert tests and limited field tests were analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques through the calculation of the mean and percentage and categorization. The development of the model is obtained by the principles of G.R.Terry management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. The results of this study are products with the name MBK-MAE consisting of a model charts and their descriptions, career guidance material for SMK, guidance counselors, student guides, and guidance for IT operators. The validity test result by material expert is 88%, media expert is 84% and prospective users are 83%. Based on the expert test and limited field test, it can be concluded that the product in the form of a career guidance management model using the Edmodo application is included in the good category and is suitable t be used.

Abstract

There are many ways to prevent corruption, one of them is in education. This study aims to provide training to kindergarten teachers on how to integrate anti-corruption values into teaching and learning activities using storytelling and game methods. This research applied mix method and took the setting in 2 schools in Salatiga, Indonesia. The qualitative data from the interviews were processed by transcribing the answers to the research questions, then sorting out the answers. The pre-test and post-test quantitative data were processed using Wilcoxon technique in SPSS.  From the test it is known Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) is 0.011. Because the value of 0.011 is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. This means that there is an increase in competence about Anti-Corruption Education before and after training using the module. This research also contributes to expanding literacy source for kindergarten teachers in the form of anti-corruption education training modules

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a vocabulary learning training module that contains games that can help vocational English teachers from SMK Saraswati, SMK Bhakti Nusantara, and SMKN 2 in Salatiga. Research and Development (R&D) approach was employed in this study. This study involved seven steps of the Borg and Gall model develop by Sugiyono model (2019), namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, and product revision. Ten vocational English teachers from SMK Saraswati, SMK Bhakti Nusantara, and SMKN 2 Salatiga participated in the study. Data collection techniques were done using document study, interview, and questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with qualitative-quantitative analysis. The result of the study were in the form of a vocabulary training module for English teachers with games. Based on the development of vocabulary training module, the resulting product is training modules that can be used and applied by teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities in SMK Saraswati, SMK Bhakti Nusantara, and SMKN 2 in Salatiga and describe the application of games so that they can be used as a reference in teaching using games.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe guidance and counseling management in Senior High School and Vocational School in Salatiga. The type of this study was a quantitative descriptive. The subjects of this research were 69 school counselor of Senior High and Vocational School in Salatiga. Data was collected by using questionnaire, and was analyzed in quantitative term by calculating the presentage of the range from 5 categories, namely: very good, good, average, poor, and very poor. The result of the study showed that, guidance and counseling program planning was categorized average with 65,22%, guidance and counseling program organizing was categorized good with 57,97%, guidance and counseling program implementation was categorized very good with 49,28%, and guidance and counseling program evaluation was categorized average with 73,91%. The result became the basis for providing a recommendation for school counselor in increasing the guidance and counseling program planning and evaluation.
