Abstract

The condition of the covid-19 pandemic has an impact on the learning management of an education. Where, this condition demands the implementation of online learning in all educational institutions. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of online learning management at SD Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor, related to the variety, problems and solutions that have been implemented. This study uses a survey method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The survey results show that the variety of online learning implemented at SD Nasional Plus BPK PENABUR Bogor is based on-based learning Computer Station, Collaborative Learning and Teacher Station with various methods. Researchers found the problems that arise can be handled well by the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision in SMP Negeri 1 Bancak, Semarang Regency. This research was conducted through a qualitative descriptive approach, with the research subject being purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and documentation studies at SMP Negeri 1 Bancak, Semarang Regency. The results of the study stated that the implementation of academic supervision was carried out with the stages of planning, implementing, evaluating and following up. The emphasis of the implementation of supervision at SMP Negeri 1 Bancak is the implementation of device supervision by the principal and academic supervision in the form of classroom observation activities. There are several supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of academic supervision which are then explained by the researchers as an effort to solve the problems found

Abstract

In education sphere, evaluation management is needed to manage steps that will be taken to overcome the problem or res that been found. The intention of this study is to evaluate educational tool which is LP (Lesson Plan). LP (Lesson Plan) is a learning tool that designed learning process. Lesson Plan requires three areas which are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The analysed lesson plan was offline lesson plan Eleventh grade Bahasa Indonesia and online lesson plan twelfth grade mathematic from Satya Wacana Christian Senior High School. Researcher evaluate lesson plan and give suggestion and solution so the evaluation management could be run.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan di PT. Telkom Akses Salatiga, teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kooperatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel Telkom Akses Salatiga yang berjumlah 75 karyawan, dengan pendekatan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Data analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda bantuan SPSS 23.0. Tingkat pengaruh yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis adalah 63,8% dan 36,2%  berpengaruh dari faktor yang belum diteliti. Kata kunci: Kesehatan kerja, keselamatan kerja, kinerja karyawan.  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on the overall performance of employees at PT. Telkom Access Salatiga, the technique used in this research is causal cooperative. The population in this study were all personnel of Telkom Access Salatiga, totaling 75 employees, with the sample approach used in this study, namely total sampling. Data were taken using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression assisted SPSS 23.0. The level of influence obtained from the results of the analysis is 63.8% and 36.2% is influential from factors that have not been studied. Keywords: Occupational health, work safety, employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Kristen 01 Salatiga dengan jumlah sampel 158 orang siswa, untuk mengetahui signifikansi perbedaan tipe kepribadian Ekstrovert dan Introvert di dalam frekuensi terkena Bullying, sampel diambil dengan metode Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah angket. Dari hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa  terdapat 84 orang siswa tergolong dalam tipe kepribadian ekstrovert dan  74 orang siswa tergolong dalam tipe kepribadian introvert, dalam intensitas terkena bullying siswa Sma Kristen 01 Salatiga mendapatkan hasil siswa dengan intensitas terkena bullying disekolah paling banyak berada pada kategori  Sedang dengan jumlah sebanyak  67 orang siswa (42,5%), disusul pada kategori Rendah dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 54 orang siswa (34,0%), pada kategori Sangat Rendahsebanyak 20 orang siswa (12,7%) pada kategori Sering sebanyak 11 orang siswa (7%), dan pada kategori Sangat Sering sebanyak 6 orang siswa (3.8 %). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai uji (nilai t hitung) sebesar-7,54 dengan signifikansi pada pengujian satu sisi sebesar 0,452,nilai signifikansi tersebut <α (0,05). Berdasarkan hasil uji ini, berarti tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari rata-rata data yang diuji, atau dengan perkataan lain bahwa kedua data yang duji menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya penanganan untuk mengatasi permasalahan anak jalanan dikota Salatiga dan untuk mengetahui hambatan penanggulangan kenakalan anak jalanan di kota Salatiga. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana faktor penyebab terbentuknya kenakalan anak jalanan, bagaimana upaya penanggulangan terhadap kenakalan anak jalanan dan bagaimana hambatan dalam melaksanakan penanggulangan terhadap kenakalan anak jalanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Studi Kasus dengan menyelidiki fenomena dalam konteks kehidupan nyata,berjangka waktu relatif lama, terus-menerus serta menggunakan objek tunggal artinya kasus dialami oleh satu orang (Robert K.Yin, 2008). Faktor penyebab terbentuknya kenakalan anak jalanan. Para anak jalanan tidak dapat mengikuti alur perkembangan zaman dengan baik. Penyebab menjadi anak jalanan antara lain adalah adanya tekanan yang berlebihan dari orang tua yang menuntut anak untuk berbuat sesuatu tanpa diberi dukungan, rasa frustasi karena dibandingkan dengan anak lain, kurangnya perhatian dari keluarga dan ingin mencoba kehidupan baru. Upaya penanggulangan terhadap kenakalan anak jalanan yaitu upaya pembinaan terhadap anak jalanan, rumah singgah, pendidikan gratis dan lain-lain. Kata-kata kunci : Anak Jalanan, Upaya Penanggulangan, Hambatan Penanggulangan

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara perilaku minum-minuman keras dengan kontrol diri. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku minum-minuman keras dengan kontrol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 185 orang remaja laki-laki di desa Kopeng dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 185 orang remaja laki-laki di desa Kopeng. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala perilaku minum-minuman keras dan skala kontrol diri, yang dikembangkan oleh Devinthia Indraprasti berdasarkan teori Hardani (1999) dan teori Averill (1973). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi kendall’s tau-b, dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 20.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan agresivitas pada komunitas Jakmania Salatiga ditunjukkan nilai r = - 0,378 dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Yang artinya, semakin tinggi perilku minum-minuman keras, maka akan semakin rendah tingkat kontrol diri remaja laki-laki di desa Kopeng kecamatan Getasan, sebaliknya jika perilaku minum-minuman keras rendah maka tingkat kontrol diri akan semakin tingi pada remaja laki-laki di desa Kopeng kecamatan Getasan. Kata kunci : Perilaku Minum-minuan Keras, Kontrol Diri

Abstract

Supervision is an important activity that must be carried out by every educational institution to realize a quality education through coaching, repairing and increasing the professionalism of teachers and school staff. This quality education is closely related to school efforts in producing quality human resources. This research was conducted with the aims to analyses the performance of the principal’s academic supervision. This study use qualitative method. This study implementation problems and solutions with 4 principals and 8 teachers as the subject. Data collection techniques using interviews, document studies and observation. The data was validated using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The collected data is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model stages, were: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the average score of the principal’s performance at the planning stage of academic supervision was 25% (less category), the implementation stage of academic supervision was 46,8% (less category) and the follow-up stage of academic supervision was 30% (less category). Various problems are also found in the implementation of academic supervision so that the supervision model with a collaborative approach can be the right solution to be applied.

Abstract

Teachers as the front line in the development of the quality of education in Indonesia are considered by most groups to be still low. This study aims to develop a teacher competency improvement module to make classroom action research using Schoology. This study uses the Borg and Gall development research model integrated with the ADDIE model. Data collection techniques with interviews, questionnaires, rubrics, pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique used descriptive categorical percentages and the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results of the validation of material experts scored 84.17%, module design experts 85.57%, and training media experts 89%. Based on the results of expert validation, the module is considered very feasible to use. In the 16-teacher trial, this module was also proven to be successful in improving the teacher’s ability to make Classroom Action Research as indicated by an increase in the score of 30.9% from the pre-test 49% to 79.9% in the post-test with the acquisition of a significant value from the Wilcoxson test of 0.005 < 0, 05, this shows that the development of modules using Schoology is effective for improving teacher competence in making Classroom Action Research. This research implies that the development of this module can help teachers in making CAR so that they can improve teacher competence.

Abstract

Pedagogic competence and professional competence are essential for teachers as assets to be able to present quality learning, especially in developing lesson plans. Without the two competencies, learning becomes less qualified. This research was conducted to analyze the training process and its materials, including the drawbacks and benefits. This is descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study consists of LPMP administrators, school principals, and high school teachers. The data collection method uses the techniques of documentation studies and in-depth interviews. The data was analyzed through the triangulation technique. The results of this study indicate that the training carried out for high school teachers to improve abilities and competencies to present quality learning and education through the preparation of lesson plans follows applicable curriculum standards. The drawbacks include a limited opportunity for the participants to attend training or workshops, unavailability of teaching materials or reading references, inappropriate materials presentation in the form of PowerPoint slides, printouts or soft copies, and ineffective methods or strategy implementation. Therefore, such problems can be overcome by developing and procuring adequate training and teaching materials.
