Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pembelajaran tematik melalui pendekatan pembelajaran model contextual teaching and learning dan mengetahui langkah-langkah penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik model contextual teaching and learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik model contextual teaching and learning. Penelitian dilakukan dengan prosedur persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 29 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, penilaian produk, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ketercapaian KKM menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar pembelajaran tematik muatan ppkn dari 86,2% dengan rerata kelas 86,2 pada fase pra siklus menjadi 96,6% dengan rerata kelas 90,6 pada siklus 2, muatan bahasa Indonesia dari 51,7% dengan rerata kelas 70,7 pada fase pra siklus menjadi 82,8% dengan rerata kelas 82,6 pada siklus 2, dan muatan matematika dari 48,3% dengan rerata kelas 65,8 pada fase pra siklus menjadi 82,8% dengan rerata kelas 84,8 pada siklus 2. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendekatan pembelajaran saintifik model contextual teaching and learning dengan langkah-langkah konstruktivisme, menemukan (menalar), bertanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengamati, refleksi, dan penilaian nyata dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar tematik. Kata kunci: saintifik, contextual teaching and learning, tematik, hasil belajar

Abstract

This research aims to improve critical thinking skills on thematic learning of fourth-grade elementary school through discovery learning model. The design of the study was based on classroom action research by Kemmis & McTaggart with two cycles. This research procedure was done by implementing discovery learning model which was planned, action, observation, and reflection. The quantitative and qualitative data were compared to the data analysis technique. The sample of this research was eighteens fourth-grade public elementary school in Kutowinangun 11. The results showed that implementation discovery learning model in thematic learning could increase critical thinking skills? student of the fourth-grade public elementary school in Kutowinangun 11with average of an increasing percentage of critical thinking skills was 16.04%, with the average score in cycle 1 was 68 and cycle 2 was 81. Increasing critical thinking skills occurs through discovery learning steps includes stimulation, problem statements, data collection, data processing, verification, and generalization.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media komik bullying yang dapat digunakan guru BK dalam memberikan layanan bidang pribadi dan sosial, sebagai upaya mencegah perilaku bullying. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan prosedur pengembangan mengacu Borg & Gall (2003). Langkah-langkah mengumpulkan data yang dilakukan di kelas VII SMP Kristen 2 Salatiga, merumuskan tujuan dan membuat media komik. Alat evaluasi menggunakan skala penilaian akseptabilitas (by the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation, dalam Handarini, 2000). Uji ahli dilakukan dengan ahli bidang media gambar dan ahli dari bidang BK serta uji coba diterapkan pada 2 guru BK. Hasil penilaian ahli media dan ahli dari BK antaralain: indikator kegunaan , indikator kelayakan  dan indikator ketepatan , sedangkan hasil uji konselor sekolah antaralain: indikator kegunaan 83.92%, indikator kelayakan 87.5%, dan dari indikator ketepatan 85.57%. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk komik bullying sudah memenuhi kriteria dan layak untuk digunakan sebagai media layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam bidang pribadi dan sosial. Kata-kata kunci : media komik, bullying

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu, bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi peningkatan perilaku prososial melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan teknik permainan (games) pada anak Asrama Sion Salatiga. Subjek penelitian adalah 11 anak yang mempunyai perilaku prososial rendah dan sangat rendah. Subjek penelitian dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yang diambil secara random dan masuk dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Yang masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 6 anak masuk dalam kelompok eksperimen dan 5 anak masuk dalam kelompok kontrol. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku prososial yang diadaptasi oleh (Dayakisni. 2009), berdasarkan teori Einsberg & Mussen. Analisis data untuk menguji perbedaan perilaku prososial menggunakan analisis Mann Whitney. Dari hasil analisis data setelah post test, diperoleh p = 0,035 < 0,050 dengan hasil mean rank post test kelompok eksperimen sebesar 7,92 dan mean rank post test kelompok kontrol sebesar 3,70. Selisih mean rank post test antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol sebesar 4,22. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan perilaku prososial anak asrama Sion Salatiga. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Prososial, Bimbingan Kelompok, Permainan (games)

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate about context, input, process, and product of extracurricular program in SDN Candirejo Kabupaten Semarang. This type of research was evaluation research by CIPP model. This research method used descriptive qualitative method. This research fosused on extracurricular program in SDN Candirejo Kabupaten Semarang. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation study. Data validity techniques  used tringulation of technique and source. Data analysis steps were data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The result of this research were (1) The context aspects was in accordance with Extracurricular Technical Guide in Elementary School, such as extracurricular program background was to facilitate and develop student’s potential, talents and interests, and to cultivate student’s mentally and self-confidence. (2) Input aspects included planning, human resource involved, and financing were adequate and in accordance with Extracurricular Technical Guide in Elementary School. Extracurricular facilities need to be improved; (3) Process aspects were extracurricular program implementation included program mechanism, program implementation, facilities management, human resource and financing were in accordance with program planning that has been prepared which reffering to Extracurricular Technical Guide in Elementary School. (4) Product aspects were increased student’s skill, the school often got requests to perform at events, received more than 35 students every year; (5) supporting factors such as team work, commitment and competent human resource. Inhibiting factors such as limited partners, extracurricular class was not yet available.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and develop GLS SMP management at this time, its strengths and weaknesses, and the development of an effective GLS management model in SMP. This type of research is development research. Data collection methods use data triangulation (questionnaire, interview, documentation). Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the research show: Model validation was carried out by experts with the results of the validation showing the Glitter SMP model was considered very feasible with an average score of 81.51. The model was tested on the GLS implementers of SMP Negeri 1 Bawen, Semarang Regency, Central Java with the average results of eligibility 84.09. The conclusion is that the Glitter SMP model can be applied effectively in the implementation of GLS in SMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses coming out pada kaum lesbian di Semarang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah individu-individu yang sudah mengidentifikasikan dirinya sebagai lesbian, berusia 18-22 tahun, berdomisili di daerah Semarang dan Kab. Semarang, telah melakukan coming out di media sosial, orang tua, dan lingkungan masyarakat, dan telah bergabung dalam komunitas lesbi di Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi yang bertujuan agar data yang didapatkan lebih terperinci. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Berdasarkan informasi yang didapat dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam proses coming out melalui beberapa tahap yaitu awareness, exploration, acceptance, commitment dan integration Dalam proses tersebut terjadi ketika subjek sedang mengenyam bangku sekolah. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling mendapatkan peran penting untuk mampu mengidentifikasi peserta didik yang berorientasi homoseksual. This study aims to determine the process of lesbians coming out in Semarang. The subjects of this study were individuals who have identifiedthemselves as lesbians, aged 18-22 years, domiciled in Semarang andSemarang Regency, which have coming out on social media, parents, and the community, have joined the lesbian community in Semarang. This study used a qualitative method with an ethnographic approach in order to obtain more detailed data. Researchers used interviews, observation and documentation study. Data analysistechnique uses datareduction, data display and conclusion drawin and verifying. Based on information which has obtained from the results of the research and discussion, it could be concluded that in the process of coming out through several stages, namely awareness, exploration, acceptance, commitment and integration. In the process occurs when the subject is attending at school. Guidance and Counseling teachers have an important role in being able to identify homosexsual-oriented students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop website-based managerial supervision assessment instruments to help the duties of kindergarten supervisors in carrying out supervision managerial. This type of research refers to the Borg and Gall R&D model, modified by Sugiyono. The development research covers potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trials, product revisions. The result of this research is Website-Based Managerial Supervision of School Principal Supervision Assessment Instrument or InPeSiM, guidelines for using InPeSiM for Supervisors and Principals. Based on the results of expert validation, InPeSiM was declared to be very complete and worth testing. Whereas in the field trial, Supervisor stated that the product was very good to used in managerial supervision.

Abstract

This study aimed at describing the perception of vocational high school students towards Android-based mobile learning including the display, accessibility, and benefit of instructional media that had evidently improved their learning outcomes. The research sample was taken purposively, which was an experiment class consisting of 37 students. The data-gathering technique employed the questionnaire of media perception developed according to Lewis’s perception theory. The research result showed that the students had a positive perception towards mobile learning on its display, accessibility, and benefit.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was intended to create a product in the form of a printed module evaluating the guidance and counseling program for the junior high school counselors in Salatiga. This research and development study was conducted following the model proposed by Sugiyono, simplified version of the Borg & Gall development research model. The development of the printed module was carried out with the steps: 1) identification of potentials and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) product design revision, 6) product testing, and 7) product revision. The obtained product consists of three parts, namely: 1) the initial section that presents a cover page, preface, table of contents, list of tables and list of images; 2) the content section presents a description of the chapter, indicators of competency achievement, instructions for using the module, material and summary; and 3) the final section presents bibliography, worksheets, competency tests, feedback, follow-up and glossary. Data was collected through documents review and interviews. The data was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation and verification. Module validation was done through expert validation, while the product trial was conducted over junior high school counselors. The expert test resulted in a good category with an average score of 4.15. The trial showed an average score of 4.4 with a very good category. The findings suggest that the printed module of guidance and counseling program’s evaluation is feasible and can be implemented by junior high school counselors in Salatiga. Keywords: research and development, printed module, guidance and counseling program’s evaluation ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah produk berupa modul cetak evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling bagi guru BK SMP di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan. Langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan model yang dikemukakan Sugiyono sebagai penyederhanaan dari model penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall. Pengembangan modul cetak dilaksanakan dengan langkah-langkah: 1) identifikasi potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain produk, 6) uji coba produk, dan 7) revisi produk. Produk yang dihasilkan terdiri atas tiga bagian yakni: 1) bagian awal yang menyajikan halaman cover, kata pengantar, daftar isi, daftar tabel dan daftar gambar; 2) bagian isi menyajikan deskripsi isi bab, indikator capaian kompetensi, petunjuk penggunaan modul, materi dan rangkuman; serta 3) bagian akhir menyajikan daftar pustaka, lembar kerja, uji kompetensi, umpan balik, tindak lanjut dan glosarium. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknis analisa data model Miles dan Huberman akan dilakukan dalam beberapa langkah yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Validasi modul dilakukan melalui validasi oleh ahli, sedangkan uji coba produk dilakukan kepada guru-guru BK. Hasil uji ahli diperoleh rata-rata skor sebesar 4,15 dengan kategori baik. Hasil uji coba diperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 4,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah modul cetak evaluasi program bimbingan dan konseling layak serta dapat dipergunakan untuk guru BK SMP di Kota Salatiga. Kata Kunci: penelitian dan pengembangan, modul cetak, evaluasi program BK
