Abstract

Pemerataan pendidikan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu tujuan utama pembangunan berkelanjutan. Di Indonesia, kesenjangan pendidikan masih menjadi tantangan signifikan yang mempengaruhi upaya pengentasan kemiskinan. Dalam rangka mengurangi kesenjangan ini, pemerintah meluncurkan kebijakan merdeka belajar, yang mencakup program magang dan studi independen bersertifikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program ini di PT. Cerdas Digital Nusantara dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dan mendukung kemitraan industri-pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis data dari wawancara mendalam dan observasi di lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan praktis mahasiswa dan penguatan hubungan antara dunia pendidikan dan industri. Kesimpulannya, program ini berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, yang pada akhirnya mendukung pembangunan sosial-ekonomi berkelanjutan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of information technology today is increasingly demanding the need for information for every organization or agency. One of the main sources that can help us in supporting the process of administrative activities is archives. The purpose of making this research article is to find out the management of archive management in the legal section of the regional secretariat of the South Tangerang city government which includes the mechanism of outgoing and incoming letters and the factors for creating efficient archive management according to Sugiarto and Wahyono (2015). The method used is a qualitative research method. The results in this research article are by looking at the criteria above, it can be concluded that the management of archives in the legal section of the regional secretariat of the South Tangerang city government can be said to be good. however, new innovations such as electronic-based archiving are needed.

Abstract

Employee performance is a benchmark for an organization or company in assessing the success of an organization. The Secretariat of the Pan Faction of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia is the main activity of the agency to evaluate the performance of employees and the board. There are problems in this study, namely errors in work, the amount of work that is overloaded because it is not supported by unbalanced human resources, then the problem of missed communication. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze how employees perform at the Secretariat of the Pan Faction of the House of Representatives. This study uses the theory of T.R. Mitchell (1978) in Sedarmayanti (2001) the indicators used in this study are service quality, communication, speed, ability, initiative. This research method uses qualitative descriptive techniques with data collection from interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study show that the principle of service quality in employee performance pays attention to the servants provided in doing work. In the principle of communication, employees can easily carry out good communication so as to make it easy to be able to understand the goals and words given by employees, but there are still shortcomings in communication, namely missed communication. In principle, speed in doing work as a whole is good enough, where the work is carried out on a schedule that has been set in the planning. In principle, the ability of employees is able to use computer facilities well, but sometimes they are still not careful in their work, causing errors such as data input. Initiative in doing their respective jobs is quite good where employees do not procrastinate work, and help other teams in completing work.

Abstract

Teacher certification is carried out through the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) which is organized by universities determined by the Minister. However, in its implementation there are still problems, including a lack of socialization regarding in-service teacher certification policies and complex teacher certification procedures and limited quotas. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the Teacher Certification Policy in South Tangerang City. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection methods were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this research is the Implementation Model according to Charles O Jones which consists of Organization, Interpretation and Application. The results of this research explain that the organizational indicators related to resources are that the implementation of this policy has not run optimally, there is a lack of training and coaching for implementing staff. The interpretation of the implementation of the teacher certification policy has provided clarity regarding the goals and objectives of all parties involved in implementing the policy. The implementation of this policy is going well, the Government provides the SIMPKB platform which contains complete information about PPG for pursuing an educator certificate.

Abstract

Pada Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara menjelaskan bahwa ihwal Aparatur Sipil Negara disebutkan sebagai profesi. Pada regulasi tersebut terdapat dua jenis pegawai Aparatus Sipil Negara, yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau yang biasa kita ketahui sebagai PNS dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Pengadaan dan pengangkatan PPPK ini lah yang akan dilakukan oleh pemerintah Daerah masing-masing melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah yang dibentuk untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan manejemen PPPK, sebelum akhirnya di proses melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah masing-masing setiap Instansi perlu melakukan Pendataan Non ASN melalui Bagian Kepegawaian di setiap masing-masing Instansi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kajian literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Merujuk pada Surat Edaran (SE) Menteri PAN dan RB No. B/1511/M.SM.01.00/2022 tanggal 22 Juli 2022 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap instansi pemerintah akan melakukan penataan pegawai Non ASN untuk memperjelas status, pekerjaan, dan tunjangan karyawan yang bersangkutan. Dalam surat edaran ini dijelaskan bahwa pendataan Non ASN dimaksudkan sebagai pemetaan sehingga instansi pemerintah pusat dan daerah mengetahui jumlah pegawai Non ASN kemudian nantinya pemerintah akan mencarikan solusi yang tepat untuk kejelasan status tenaga Non ASN.

Abstract

Online learning serves as a liaison between teachers and students with an internet network that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The online media used by the research subjects are various (WhatsApp, Zoom Meeting, google classroom, and Website). Various problems are experienced by students with this online learning system, such as signal problems, internet fees, and instant learning systems. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of online learning applied at the 20 South Jakarta state vocational high school levels. The method used in this study is the method of observation and interviews conducted with the children of SMK N 20 South Jakarta. The results showed that online learning was considered less effective in quality student learning outcomes. Because online learning limits the interaction space between teachers and students and students with other students. So there is a lack of interaction to discuss learning materials.

Abstract

Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Subang melakukan inovasi dalam bidang proses pelayanan perizinan dan non perizinan secara online dengan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Perizinan Subang (SINANAS). Adanya aplikasi Sinanas diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam memperoleh perizinan, namun pada penerapannya aplikasi Sinanas masih dijumpai keluhan, seperti kendala pada registrasi yang mengalami bug pada server akibat maintenance, kurangnya sosialisasi dikarenakan banyaknya masyarakat yang kesulitan dalam mengakses aplikasi Sinanas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Perizinan Subang (SINANAS) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Subang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dari 6 (enam) indikator menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi sistem pelayanan perizinan di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Subang dengan menggunakan aplikasi Sinanas telah dianggap cukup berhasil, hal ini karena adanya kemudahan, transparansi dengan proses e-tracking/pelacakan, efektifitas, efisiensi, dan cepatnya pelayanan yang diberikan setelah adanya sistem ini. Penerapan sistem ini juga mendukung perwujudan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) di lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Subang, namun sistem yang belum sempurna ini membutuhkan waktu untuk terus mengalami pengembangan yang berkelanjutan (continuous development).

Abstract

Aims : To explore the experience of hypertension sufferers in carry out tera gymnastics therapy at RW 18 Kelurahan Padasuka in Cimahi West Java. Methods : This research includes the type of qualitative research with phenomenology approach method. Participants were hypertensive patients who were participating tera gymnastics therapy. Using purposive sampling technique involving only 6 participants who carry out the Tera gymnastics activities. Purposive Sampling Method is a type of convenience sampling technique so that a saturation point of information will be achieved. Collecting data using indepth interviews using the researcher's herself as a research instrument. The interview process used semi structured questions and open ended questions. This research was equipped with a voice recorder in the form of a cellular phone and field notes to record non verbal responses. Results : It can be concluded that five main themes were identified are : (1) the condition of hypertension who experienced by the participants (2) The efforts when experiencing hypertension (3) the response during carry out  tera exercise (4) the motivation in participating tera exercise (5) the expectations while hypertension suffering. Conclusions : The public can choose how to control hypertension with tera gymnastics therapy as a form of non pharmacological therapy

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the strategy of implementing the blended learning model for the development of ASN competencies conducted by the National Institute of Public Administration (Lembaga Administrasi Negara). In this study, the method used is a qualitative approach with the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. SLR is a systematic literature review aimed at identifying, evaluating, and interpreting the main research findings (Barricelli et al., 2019). Based on the results of study, the National Institute of Public Administration has implemented ASN competency development using the blended learning model. In accordance with LAN Regulation Number 1 of 2021, Article 7, Paragraph (1), Letter b, blended learning is implemented through three components of learning: independent training, distance learning, and classical learning at the basic CPNS training site.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the development of ASN competencies using the blended learning model can be applied to the Basic CPNS Training in 2021 and future Basic CPNS Trainings, as it is considered to have an impact on ASN performance, budget efficiency, and the effectiveness of learning.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan hal yang penting didalam segala hal, terutama didalam suatu organisasi ataupun dalam pekerjaan, disiplin yang tinggi akan mempercepat untuk menuju keberhasilan yang inigin dituju. Dari segalamacam tindakan yang tidak mencerminkan disiplin, salah satunya adalah mangkir. Mangkir bisa diartikan tidak datangnya seseorang ke suatu tempat yang diharuskan untuk didatangi, bisa dikatakan sebagai absen. Mangkir merupakan sebuah hal yang tidak dapat di benarkan sehingga harus mendapatkan sanksi, dalam penanganan pekerja mangkir dapat di temukan di Undang-Undang sebagai acuan bagi sektor publik maupun swasta dalam menetapkan aturannya dalam menangani pekerja yang mangkir. Di dalam tulisan ini akan membahas mengenai mangkir dan sanksi yang akan didapatkan oleh pekerja yang mangkir khusunya PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional dalam memberi penanganan kepada pekerjanya.
