Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan kondisi yang terjadi di lingkungan masyarakat yang dimana dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat terjadi perbedaan keyakinan yang membuat masyarakat Desa Mata Wae untuk saling menghargai kepercayaan ataupun keyakinan orang lain, sehingga kehidupan bermasyarakat akan saling melengkapi satu sama lain tanpa mengganggu norma-norma agama orang lain. Dan tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah mencari tau tentang implementasi pendidikan agama islah terhadap kerukunan umat beragama dan juga faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam keukunan umat beragama sehingga mereka bisa hidup rukun berdampingan satu sama lain meskipun berbeda-beda keyakinan. Selanjutnya peneliti ingin mengetahui bagaimana pandangan masyarakat di Desa Mata Wae terehadap konsep kerukunan hidup antara umat beragama pada masa kini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya antara lain, obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa terciptanya kerukunan umat beragama, karena masing-masing dari setiap pemeluk agama saling terbuka dan menerima keberadaan dari agama lain. Dalam melakukan kegiatan yang bersifat sosial, masyarakat Desa Mata Wae tidak memandang adanya kelompok mayoritas ataupun minoritas. Mereka selalu menanamkan rasa persaudaraan yang sangat kuat dan menjunjung tinggi sikap gotong-royong di dalam masyarakatanya. Dalam kaitannya dengan pola kerukunan umat beragama, masyarakat Desa Mata Wae secara umum mempunyai pola kerukunan yang sangat dinamik. Hal ini terlihat dari pola hubungan sosial keagamaan dan pola hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan, yang mana hal-hal tersebut akan menjelaskan bagaimana pola kerukunan umat beragama yang terjadi di Desa Mata Wae. Selain itu, terdapat pula faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerukunan umat beragama yang terjadi di Desa Mata Wae yaaitu: ikatan kekeluargaan, saling menghormati,gotong-royong dan menghargai antar umat beragama.

Abstract

Instilling discipline in schools is a strategic effort to reduce juvenile delinquency. Discipline as a character value needs to be instilled through various aspects, including punctuality, adherence to rules, accuracy in submitting assignments, and the use of good written language. However, in practice, students are still found to lack discipline, indicating that the school's role is not yet fully optimized. This study aims to describe the school's role in instilling discipline in students and identify the inhibiting factors faced at SMA Negeri 2 Bayung Lencir. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a purposive sampling technique. Informants consisted of the Vice Principal for Curriculum and the Pancasila Education teacher as the main informants, as well as several students selected according to the research needs. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the school's role in instilling discipline to reduce juvenile delinquency at SMA Negeri 2 Bayung Lencir has been implemented, but not optimally. The school has made various efforts through socialization of discipline, teacher supervision, sanctions, and integration of discipline values ​​in learning.  In conclusion, the role of schools in instilling discipline is not yet fully optimal, as the values ​​instilled through regulations, teacher role models, and supervision are not fully reflected in student behavior. Therefore, discipline still needs to be strengthened to foster an orderly school culture and contribute to reducing juvenile delinquency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Muhammadiyah’s Islamic thought in responding to radicalism and religious intolerance in Bima, focusing on the transformation of local religious understanding and the organization’s strategies in promoting moderation and pluralism. The research employs a library research method, collecting and analyzing primary and secondary literature, including Muhammadiyah publications, academic journals, and previous studies, with qualitative content analysis to interpret key concepts, patterns, and strategies. The findings indicate that Muhammadiyah integrates modernist, rationalist, and reformist approaches with local socio-cultural values, implementing educational programs, social initiatives, and theological reinterpretation to foster tolerance and mitigate radical ideologies. Community engagement, inclusive religious activities, and interfaith dialogues contribute to enhancing social cohesion and resilience against extremist influences. The study also highlights Muhammadiyah’s contextually sensitive approach, which adapts programs to local cultural diversity while maintaining universal principles of moderation, distinguishing its model from other organizations. These strategies demonstrate that Muhammadiyah not only functions as a religious institution but also as a proactive intellectual and social actor, offering practical solutions to counter radicalism and promote pluralism. The research provides insights into the role of local Islamic organizations in shaping moderate religious thought and fostering community harmony.
