Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Number Head Together model on the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Sanggeu in Fractions material. This type of research is experimental research with a pre-Experimental One Group Pretest-Posttest research design, namely giving tests before and after being given treatment. The sample of this research was 20 students of 4th grade SD Negeri 1 Sanggeu. Data collection techniques used were tests and interviews. The results of the research at SD Negeri 1 Sanggeu obtained the calculation of the t test where the significant value was 0.000 <0.05 with the tcount = 6.097 greater than ttable = 2.093, so that it can be said that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the Numbered Head Together model to fraction material to improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 1 Sanggeue

Abstract

Education is one thing that is very important for humans, as long as humans are still alive in the life of this world then education can never be sparated from him. In the pre-research, researchers obtained an overview of theleadership style of the madrasah head using a democratic leadership style. As for the interview, the researcher is attached in appendix 1. In democratic  leadership describes leaders who tend to involve subordinates in making decisions, delegating authority, encouraging participation and deciding work methods and goals. In a democratic leadership style that involves subordinates and has many advantages, however, in democratic leadership at MIN 2 West Lampung, conflicts  still occur. Conflict is conflict is the process of directing discrepancies between  two or more members or organizational groups that arise because they have different statuses, goals, values or perceptions. The type of research used in this paper is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. Based on the discussion and analysis of the data in this study, related to the leadership style of the madrasah head in resolving conflicts at MIN 2 West Lampung, it is concluded that. The type of research used in this paper is descriptive research, using a qualitative approach. The way leaders delegate responsibility to subordinates in resolving conflicts is good. The active communication of leaders to subordinates in resolving conflicts is good. The method of decision-making by the head of the madrasah by involving subordinates in resoving conflicts is good. Empatthy that leaders do to their subordinatos in resolving conflictis good.

Abstract

Visionary leadership is the ability to create and articulate a realistic, believable, and attractive vision for the future challenges of an organization that continues to grow and improve compared to today. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bandar Lampung shows a superior and quality madrasah. Of course superior and quality madrasas cannot be separated from the visionary leadership of the madrasa head. This type of research is descriptive qualitative in nature. Sources of research data include the head of the madrasa, deputy head of curriculum, teachers and students. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is technical triangulation. The findings of this study include the role of visionary leadership as a determinant of direction, agent of change, spokesperson, and trainer or supporter in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the application of the Number Card Tracking Media Game can improve the learning outcomes of 3th grade MIN 22 Pidie students on whole number counting operations. The research design used in this research was classroom action research (CAR) using the Kurt Lewin model. The subjects in this research were 3th grade students at MIN 22 Pidie, totaling 22 students consisting of 19 male and 13 female students. Data collection in research was carried out by observation, tests/evaluations, and field notes. The results of the research showed that the average individual score in cycle I was 69.86 with a completion percentage of 45.45% and in cycle II it was 76.68 with a completion percentage of 72.72% and experienced an increase in cycle III, which are 92.81 with a percentage 100%. It can be concluded that the application of the number card tracking game media can improve student learning outcomes in whole number counting operation material for class III MIN 22 Pidie

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of clipboard media on two dimensional figure in improving learning outcomes in 4th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Andeue. The research design used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in three cycles. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, tests and documentation. The results of the average value obtained by students in cycle I were 63.86 with a percentage of completion of 40.90%. In cycle II, the average value obtained by students was 77.27 with a percentage of completion of 72.72% and in cycle III there was an increase with an average value obtained by students of 87.95 with a percentage of completion of 90.90%. So it can be concluded that the use of clipboard media can improve the learning outcomes of 4th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Andeue on two dimensional figure

Abstract

SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung is a pluralistic school that emphasizes religious tolerance through various religious, social, and tolerance activities, fostering a peaceful life based on individual tolerance. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the planning of curriculum subjects based on religious moderation values at SMAS Taman Siswa Teluk Betung Bandar Lampung. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by data analysis involving data reduction, data display, and data verification or conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the planning of learning based on religious moderation values has been well implemented, with the objective of cultivating commendable morals through psychomotor, cognitive, and affective assessments incorporating religious moderation values such as interfaith tolerance and actions against violence and promoting harmony. The learning strategy requires collaboration to achieve goals, necessitating mutual assistance and complementarity. Learning resources at SMAS Taman Siswa include facilities and infrastructure such as a prayer room. Classrooms are equipped with desks, chairs, lockers, LCDs, carpets, bulletin boards, fans, air conditioners, and more. Teachers allow the use of mobile phones during the learning process in accordance with regulations. Components of learning based on religious moderation values include lesson plans containing materials on tolerance, harmony, and avoiding acts of violence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of Block Dienes game media on addition and subtraction concept can improve the learning outcomes of 2nd grade students of SDN 5 Sigli. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with Kemmis and McTaggart model design with three cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, documentation, data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative. The subjects of this study were 21 of 2nd grade students consisting of 11 male students and 10 female students. The results of the study showed that in cycle I the average score was 66.09 with 6 students completing it with a percentage of 29%. In cycle II the average score was 81.04 with 14 students completing it with a percentage of 67% and in cycle III the average score was 93.19 with 21 students completing it with a percentage of 100%. The results of this study indicate that the application of Block Dienes game media on addition and subtraction oncept can improve the learning outcomes of 2nd grade students of SDN 5 Sigli

Abstract

Pendidikan multikultural sangat penting di masyarakat yang semakin beragam karena memungkinkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pluralitas dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendukung penerapan kebijakan pendidikan multikultural untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pluralisme di lingkungan belajar. Pendekatan partisipatif digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang prinsip-prinsip multikulturalisme dalam pendidikan. Program ini melibatkan kegiatan lokakarya, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan penyuluhan dengan partisipasi aktif dari guru, siswa, dan perwakilan komunitas sekolah. Subjek dalam kegiatan ini mencakup guru sebagai fasilitator, siswa sebagai peserta utama, serta komunitas sekolah sebagai pendukung lingkungan belajar multikultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami prinsip pluralisme dan sekolah lebih siap untuk mengadopsi kebijakan yang mendukung keberagaman. Mereka yang berpartisipasi menunjukkan tanggapan positif terhadap pendekatan yang menghargai perbedaan dan mendorong inklusi. Interaksi antarbudaya yang lebih baik di lingkungan sekolah tercermin dari hal ini. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan yang responsif terhadap pluralitas adalah langkah penting menuju masyarakat yang inklusif dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan pendidikan dalam perspektif Islam merupakan konsep fundamental yang melampaui pendekatan manajerial konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi konsep, prinsip etika, dan implikasi praktis kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam melalui kajian literatur sistematis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik systematic literature review. Sumber data diperoleh dari publikasi akademik bereputasi dalam rentang waktu 2017-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam memiliki karakteristik unik yang mencakup: (1) orientasi spiritual-transformatif, (2) fokus pengembangan potensi holistik peserta didik, (3) akuntabilitas moral di hadapan Allah, dan (4) pendekatan pemberdayaan komprehensif. Prinsip etika kepemimpinan meliputi akuntabilitas spiritual, transparansi integral, dan keadilan proporsional. Implikasi praktisnya adalah terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang memberdayakan potensi intelektual, emosional, dan spiritual secara seimbang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam memahami model kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam yang transformatif.

Abstract

Revolusi teknologi telah mengubah paradigma pendidikan secara fundamental di Era 5.0, yang ditandai dengan integrasi mendalam antara teknologi canggih dan dimensi kemanusiaan. Penelitian systematic literature review ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi transformasi digital, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adaptasi teknologi, dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan profesional guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif, melakukan analisis komprehensif terhadap literatur dari berbagai pangkalan data elektronik internasional dan jurnal nasional terakreditasi. Penelitian melibatkan seleksi sistematis artikel penelitian berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris dengan fokus pada pendidikan, teknologi, dan kesiapan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru masih berada pada tahap adaptasi awal dengan tingkat kompetensi digital yang beragam. Faktor usia, latar belakang pendidikan, dan aksesibilitas infrastruktur teknologi signifikan memengaruhi kesiapan guru. Guru dengan usia lebih muda cenderung lebih responsif terhadap perubahan teknologi dibandingkan guru senior. Empat strategi utama peningkatan kompetensi guru diidentifikasi: (1) pengembangan model pelatihan blended learning, (2) kolaborasi lintas institusi, (3) pengembangan kurikulum responsif teknologi, dan (4) pemberdayaan melalui komunitas profesional digital. Pendekatan holistik ini bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan teknis, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan adaptabilitas guru. Penelitian menekankan perlunya pendekatan sistemik dan berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan profesional guru, dengan fokus pada pemberdayaan, aksesibilitas teknologi, dan pengembangan kompetensi adaptif di Era 5.0.
