Abstract

Global attention is currently focused on environmental issues, particularly Indonesia's environmental degradation, and one way to increase environmental literacy is through education, such as through the green school program. This study aims to describe the implementation of green schools in madrasas in West Lampung Regency, Lampung Province. This study utilizes a qualitative method. Data collection tools use interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis steps include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Triangulation is also utilized to test the validity of the data. The findings of this study include four things regarding the implementation of green madrasas  in West Lampung: (1) government regulations and policies; (2) curricular integration of environmental learning with subjects in forming students' awareness of environmental conservation; (3) social and environmental management in the form of habituation to concrete positive behaviours including discipline, cooperation, care, honesty and respect for local wisdom; (4) environmental friendly facilities and infrastructure management.

Abstract

Strategic management is the act of managing the potential of the organization toward excellence. The steps of strategic management include strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung has shown the achievements of students both academically and non-academically. Of course, this achievement is inseparable from the visionary and democratic leadership of the madrasah head. This research adopts a qualitative approach by using data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources used in this study are the head of the madrasah, the head of student affairs, students, and educators. Data analysis was carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. To ensure the validity of the data obtained, this study also used triangulation techniques as a validity test. The findings of this study include three aspects related to strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation in improving student achievement at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V MIN 35 Pidie pada materi hubungan antar makhluk hidup dalam ekosistem. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 terdiri dari 7 siswa laki-laki dan 13 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, tes, dan angket. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh pada pembelajaran I yaitu terdapat 8 siswa yang cukup aktif, 11 siswa yang aktif dan 1 siswa yang sangat aktif sedangkan pada pembelajaran II terdapat 6 siswa yang aktif dan 14 siswa yang sangat aktif. Setelah siswa belajar melalui model pembelajaran Group Investigation keaktifan belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan belajar siswa kelas V MIN 35 Pidie pada materi hubungan antar makhluk hidup dalam ekosistem mengalami peningkatan setelah diadakan pembelajaran dengan model Group Investigation. Disarankan kepada guru untuk menerapkan model Group Investigation karena dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dan siswa lebih cepat memahami materi yang diberikan.

Abstract

Model pembelajaran merupakan kerangka kerja yang memberikan gambaran untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran agar membantu belajar siswa sehingga bisa mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Model-model pembelajaran inovatif diterapkan agar siswa dapat terlibat langsung dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga materi yang disampaikan dapat melekat pada diri siswa. Pada pembelajaran matematika banyak sekali model inovatif yang dapat diterapkan antara lain model pembelajaran kontekstual, model pembelajaran langsung, model pembelajaran kooperatif, model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning, model pembelajaran Project Based Learning, Pembelajaran inquiry, dan Discovery Learning. Setiap model pembelajaran memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahannya masing-masing, sehingga dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran guru haruslah menyesuaikan dengan materi yang akan diajarkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan media monopoli untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi keragaman suku bangsa dan agama di negeriku kelas IV SD Negeri 4 Sigli.Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan desain penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Taggart dengan tiga siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, tes, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan serta menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 21 siswa terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata individu pada siklus I pelajaran IPS yaitu 59,42 dengan persentase ketuntasan 42,85% dan pelajaran PPKN yaitu 55,90 dengan persentase ketuntasan 57,15%. Pada siklus II pelajaran IPS yaitu72,85 dengan persentase ketuntasan 71,42%, dan pelajaran PPKN yaitu 71 dengan persentase ketuntasan 71,42%. Serta pada siklus III pelajaran IPS mencapai 93,76 dan pelajaran PPKN 94,71 dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media monopoli untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Change management at Pondok Pesantren Madarijul Ulum in Bandar Lampung serves as a crucial strategy in shaping Islamic scholars who are not only well-versed in Islamic sciences but also equipped with adaptive leadership skills responsive to contemporary challenges. This study aims to analyze the change process, encompassing the identification of needs, planning, implementation, resistance, and evaluation within the pesantren's educational management system. Employing a qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of change taking place. The findings reveal that curriculum innovation, capacity building of educators, and the development of a structured student leadership pipeline are central focuses of the transformation process. Despite encountering resistance from individuals adhering to traditionalist approaches, the use of persuasive communication and participatory methods proved effective in mitigating conflict and enhancing the involvement of all pesantren stakeholders. Periodic evaluations have also played a significant role in aligning implemented changes with the institution’s overarching vision. These findings contribute to the existing literature on change management in faith-based educational institutions and offer practical recommendations for strengthening teacher training, increasing stakeholder participation, and fostering institutional collaboration. Consequently, pesantren can evolve into centers of excellence that produce knowledgeable, ethical, and globally responsive Muslim leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning model in improving student learning outcomes in 5th grade MIN 9 Pidie. The research design used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) Kemmis and Taggart model design with 3 cycles. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative and quantitative. The subjects in this study were 31 students in class V-C MIN 9 Pidie consisting of 15 male students and 16 female students. In cycle I, the average score was 66.19 with a percentage of 41.94%. In cycle II, the average score was 77.61 with a percentage of 70.97%. And in cycle III, the average score was 89 with a percentage of 100%. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class V-C MIN 9 Pidie

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berkaitan dengan implementasi pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis digital (Android) di SD/MI untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Kehadiran lingkungan belajar membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih menarik, misalnya dari segi visual yang dipadukan dengan beberapa gambar atau animasi. Daya tarik penampilan fisik berpengaruh kuat terhadap pembelajaran. Semakin menarik tampilan media, maka peserta didik akan semakin termotivasi untuk belajar, yang berdampak pada hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan merupakan salah satu metode service learning, yaitu apa yang dipelajari di kelas diterapkan dalam kegiatan nyata di masyarakat. Hal ini memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk menerapkan teori-teori yang dipelajari dan melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penyelenggaraan pelatihan pembuatan bahan ajar digital (Android) di SD/MI bertujuan untuk mendukung masyarakat khususnya guru dalam menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang kreatif, inovatif dan interaktif. mendekatkan materi pembelajaran digital, khususnya Android kepada pengajar dan peserta didik, sehingga dapat digunakan secara bijak oleh peserta didik. Pentingnya media pembelajaran digital memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi peserta didik.

Abstract

Ma’had Al-Jami’ah as an educational institution plays an important role in fostering the morals of students. Mu’allim and Mu’allimah have an obligation to foster students to have good morals at Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The purpose of the study was to find the Mu’allim and Mu’allimah program in fostering the morals of students. The study used a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological design. The study focused on Mu’allim and Mu’allimah and students to determine the role of Kyai in fostering the morals of students at Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Data collection steps through observation, interviews, and documentation. Analysis with data reduction, data display, and data verification. Research results: The results of moral development at Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Raden Intan Lampung have shown good changes, especially the morals of students that can be formed even though not all students can show this. There are students who still have bad behavior, namely those who have a background of free association before entering the Islamic Boarding School, as a result, some students find it difficult to obey the rules/regulations made by the Ma'had Aljami'ah Uin Raden Intan Lampung.

Abstract

The progress of the world of education cannot be separated from the role of teachers, therefore teachers must have competencies that meet national education standards. There are four competencies that a teacher must have, namely; pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies so that they can carry out their duties well and successfully. Currently, there are problems in the progress of the world of education. This problem is related to the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. Where teachers must have the competence to face technological developments in order to educate students. Technology continues to change to become faster and more sophisticated, but currently there are still many teachers who are resistant to technological developments even though the world of education has transformed. This article examines and analyzes how relevant the four teacher competencies are in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. In this study, it is hoped that the four competencies can answer the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0. The method used in this study is document analysis, by analyzing sources obtained from books and journals. The type of approach used by the researcher is a qualitative research approach which is a temporary study. From the results of this study, researchers can find out that the four teacher competencies are still relevant in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0.
