Abstract

This research employs qualitative methods, with various techniques for gathering data include observation, documentation, and interviews. The research conducted is a descriptive study, which describes the interaction among children and parents. The subjects of the study are parents of children. The data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document analysis.. The data validation technique employs data collection and analysis from various sources through direct interviews. The purpose is to examine patterns of parental interaction influence of children self confidence.. Interaction plays a role in a life, as the initial and direct interaction experienced by a child with their parents. Therefore, the significance of communication. should be instilled early on, as it is as crucial as building a child's self-confidence. Based on the research conducted with 3 samples, it was found that parents who use democratic patterns, parents who apply permissive patterns, and parents who also apply authoritarian patterns. The trust established through effective communication allows children to feel safe, valued, and supported in their development. Active listening, honesty, and positive non-verbal communication are key elements that form the foundation of the trust bond between parents and children.

Abstract

Parental parenting tends to determine children's attitudes and feelings in their daily lives. Indirectly, parents have a big influence on children's development. Many parents make mistakes in implementing parenting styles towards their children, so that the child's character becomes emotional, rebellious and stubborn. This research aims to analyze good and effective parenting patterns on the character development of early childhood. This research uses a qualitative approach with a focus on semi-structured interviews and participant observation to support and gather information. The research participants were 5 parents who had young children and used different parenting styles. In general, parents apply a democratic parenting style, because they consider this parenting style to be the best for developing a child's character. Through open communication, children will be honest with their parents and obey the rules well. Parents also believe that a democratic parenting style will make children have a high sense of self-confidence, independence and responsibility.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah membawa dampak signifikan pada kegiatan ekonomi, terutama dengan meningkatnya popularitas ononlinm sebagai bentuk jual beli online. E-commerce memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi konsumen, tetapi dapat menyebabkan sifat konsumtif yang berlebihan, khususnya pada siswa. Sifat konsumtif ini dapat memicu gaya hidup hedonisme dan buruknya manajemen keuangan pada siswa. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada upaya untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang pentingnya memprioritaskan kebutuhan dan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami pemahaman siswa tentang e-commerce dan literasi keuangan serta kaitannya dengan sikap konsumtif siswa dan minat wirausaha siswa dalam menggunakan e-commerce. Kuesioner disebarkan melalui Google Form kepada siswa SMA/SMK sederajat. Pertanyaan dalam kuesioner mencakup pengetahuan penggunaan e-commerce, tingkat literasi keuangan siswa, sikap konsumtif dan pengaturan keuangan, serta minat wirausaha dalam menggunakan e-commerce. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce banyak digunakan oleh siswa SMA/SMK sederajat dalam kegiatan konsumsi, terutama melalui platform Shopee. Namun, penggunaan e-commerce tidak berpengaruh pada sikap konsumtif siswa karena mereka lebih membeli barang sesuai kebutuhan. Akan tetapi, penggunaan e-commerce berpengaruh pada minat berwirausaha siswa karena mudah diakses dan efektif. Tingkat literasi keuangan siswa berada pada kategori sedang dan siswa memiliki pemahaman dalam mengelola dan mengatur keuangannya dengan baik, sehingga cenderung tidak bertindak konsumtif dalam aktivitas konsumsinya. Literasi keuangan siswa yang baik juga menumbuhkan minat wirausaha.

Abstract

Pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan dasar setiap individu, namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak individu yang belum mengenyam pendidikan dengan baik karena permasalahan biaya pendidikan yang tergolong mahal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut pemerintan Indonesia mengeluarkan program beasiswa KIP-K. Kami melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner terbuka melalui google form, dengan kuesioner terbuka memungkinkan responden untuk mengemukakan pandangan pribadi mereka terhadap serangkaian pertanyaan atau pernyataan yang terdapat di dalamnya. Setelah data diperoleh kami melakukan pengolahan data dengan tiga tahapan yaitu, tabulasi data, deskripsi dan analisis data, serta pembahasan yang kemudian ditarik kesimpulannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini motivasi belajar mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K di Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) menggunakan 3 indikator yaitu perolehan IP per semesternya, motivasi dan prestasi belajar, serta hambatan dalam perkuliahan. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa beasiswa KIP-K memotivasi mahasiswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan IP yang stabil dan meningkat di setiap semesternya, motivasi tersebut disebabkan dengan adanya aturan IP minimum 2.75 yang harus diperoleh mahasiswa penerima beasiswa KIP-K. Mahasiswa penerima KIP-K juga harus bertanggung jawab pada program beasiswa dengan cara mengelola penggunaan dana hidup dengan bijak.

Abstract

Stres kerja yang tinggi sering kali menyebabkan ketidakpuasan karyawan, yang dapat berujung pada Keputusan untuk meninggalkan perusahaan, seperti saat mereka mencari pekerjaan baru. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memperhatikan tingkat stres di lingkungan kerja, karena hal ini dapat berdampak baik atau buruk pada kinerja karyawan. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penyebab stres kerja pada karyawan yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun. Oleh karena itu, kami menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab stres kerja pada karyawan yang telah bekerja di perusahaan lebih dari satu tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner skala likert yang berisi 30 pernyataan mengenai indikator stres kerja. Karyawan yang telah bekerja di perusahaan setidaknya selama satu tahun disurvei. Data 82 karyawan dikumpulkan secara online melalui Google Form pada tanggal 22 Maret hingga 30 Maret 2024. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden dan tingkat stres kerja. Dengan hasil Rata - rata karyawan yang mengalami stres kerja dengan lama bekerja selama 1-3 tahun sebesar (2,811), 4-6 tahun sebesar (2,875), dan 7 tahun lebih sebesar (2,719).

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution makes technological developments move quickly beyond human control. In its development, technology is able to change various sectors, one of which is the education sector in learning accounting at the SMK level. Through the presence of this technological development, accounting learning can be done in two ways, namely manual application and computerized application. The purpose of this study is to analyze manual and computerisation: which is more effective in the application of the accounting cycle. This research uses test and questionnaire methods to obtain data and uses literature studies from relevant previous research. In this study, the variables studied were the application of the Manual accounting cycle and the Computer-based accounting cycle variables. The subject of analysis that was compared was all students of class X AKL 4 who attended SMKN 1 Bandung City. The results of this study are that the application of the accounting cycle manually is still used because the basic concepts of the accounting cycle are still learned and more easily understood by students and in terms of costs also does not require large costs. The application of the accounting cycle by computer is more effective and efficient in processing data. The lack of accuracy and untidy workmanship is a weakness in the application of the accounting cycle using the manual method. Having the ability to operate a computer is a weakness in the application of a computerized accounting cycle, therefore the application of a computerized accounting cycle is more complex besides that not everyone is also able to have access to a computer.

Abstract

Abstract Information technology plays an important role in modern education by improving access and quality of learning. This study aims to examine the development of information technology application in education in Indonesia through qualitative research methods and analysis of related literature. The results of the study indicate that the development of information technology in education in Indonesia can be divided into three eras: the Pre-Digital Era with traditional learning methods and limited access to information; the Early Digital Era with the introduction of computers in schools and support from government programs for information technology integration; and the Modern Information Technology Era with increased internet access, e-learning, distance learning, and technology-based curriculum innovation. The positive impacts of information technology application include increased accessibility, quality of learning, and development of digital skills. However, this application also has negative impacts such as inequality in access to technology, dependence on technology, and challenges in management and implementation. In conclusion, the application of information technology in education in Indonesia has grown significantly and has had a major impact on the education system. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome to ensure that the benefits of information technology can be felt by all students and educators. Abstract

Shopping activities have become a dominant phenomenon in people's lives, one of which is among students. Students are an important segment in society, so they have become a shopping preference that deserves to be understood more deeply. The aim of this research is to analyze student behavior and preferences from shopping experiences. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method with data collection using a questionnaire with closed answers. The questionnaire was filled in by 152 respondents spread across various universities in Indonesia. The research results show that the e-commerce applications that are often used by students are Shopee and Tokopedia. Students prefer to shop through online shops because the prices offered are more affordable than conventional shops. Apart from that, if you shop via an online shop, the activity time is shorter and more efficient. In the online shop, the products offered are quite diverse and varied, and there are lots of promotions on offer so that they attract the attention of buyers. Online shops are used by students to buy fashion and skincare products because the products offered are more diverse compared to offline shops. Based on this data, it can be understood that students choose to shop through online shops using the Shopee and Tokopedia applications and choose to shop for fashion and skincare.

Abstract

Adanya perkembangan dalam bidang teknologi khususnya di bidang internet membuat semua hal menjadi praktis untuk dilakukan. Salah satu dampak yang paling terlihat dari perkembangan internet adalah munculnya situs e-commerce yang menawarkan berbagai produk dan jasa secara online dengan banyaknya bonus yang ditawarkan sehingga membuat masyarakat melakukan perilaku berlebihan dalam berbelanja atau dikenal dengan istilah impulsive buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar self control individu dari dampak impulsive buying yang dilakukannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan fokus penggunaan kuesioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data self control dari dampak impulsive buying. Hasil menunjukan bahwa setiap responden memiliki kebiasaan belanja di platform secara online, adanya penawaran dan promosi berupa flash sale serta diskon dapat efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas belanja online yang menyebabkan impulsive buying tidak terkontrol di kalangan masyarakat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak penawaran dan promosi yang di lihat oleh kalangan masyarakat, semakin sulit bagi mereka untuk mengontrol diri terhadap perilaku impulsive buying.

Abstract

The digital era presents new challenges and opportunities in music art education. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been utilized to create innovations in learning, making it more interactive and engaging. This research aims to explore the implementation of ICT in music art education to improve the quality and learning outcomes of students. Using the literature review method, this research analyzes various studies that utilize applications such as MuseScore, Sibelius, and Kahoot. The research results show that the use of ICT in music learning can enhance students' motivation, theoretical understanding, and technical skills. Applications like MuseScore support the understanding of musical notation, Sibelius facilitates interactive music theory learning, and Kahoot creates an enjoyable learning atmosphere through a game-based approach. However, challenges such as the lack of teacher training, limited infrastructure, and access to technology have become major obstacles. In conclusion, the utilization of ICT has a significantly positive impact on music art education. The optimal integration of technology requires adequate infrastructure support and training for teachers. Thus, ICT can continue to be a driving force for innovation in music art education that is relevant to the needs of the digital era.
