Abstract

Kinerja dan kualitas sumber daya manusia suatu organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efektivitas dan keberhasilannya. Kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan di tempat kerja yang Islami membantu menumbuhkan suasana kerja yang positif di mana para pemimpin dan karyawan dapat merasa aman dan bersenang-senang, yang memotivasi staf untuk melakukan pekerjaan mereka dengan serius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan islami terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja islami sebagai moderasi pada karyawan Lembaga Amil Zakat dengan sampel sebanyak 155 responden, dengan metode analisis software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan lingkungan kerja islami mampu memoderasi kepemimpinan islami terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi dan membantu orang lain untuk bekerja dan bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Sumber daya manusia suatu perusahaan atau organisasi merupakan komponen yang krusial. Setiap organisasi publik dan komersial harus beroperasi lebih cepat, sukses, dan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 150 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan tranformasional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya kerja. Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seseorang ketika menyelesaikan tugas yang dilimpahkan kepadanya dan bergantung pada keterampilan, pengalaman, keseriusan, dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis saat ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metodologi pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 160 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pekerja di kantor yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Abstract Researchers believe that the Work Competence variable can have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Work Productivity variable. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Work Motivation variable which researchers believe can moderate the influence of Work Competence variables on Work Productivity. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. This research data was obtained using a questionnaire method distributed to 250 Bank Mandiri employees spread throughout Indonesia with the criteria of having worked for a minimum of 2 years. This data can be called primary data. The data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 method. The results of this research show that the Work Competence variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on Work Productivity because the better the Work Competency, the more qualified the workers are, so that the work carried out will be more effective, efficient, and the target will be easier to achieve. Apart from that, the Work Motivation variable can moderate the influence of the Work Competency variable on Work Productivity because the better the employee's motivation, the more enthusiastic the employee will be so that it can go hand in hand with Work Competency which will ultimately have a more significant influence on Work Productivity. Abstract

Pentingnya peran pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi kelompok dapat berjalan efektif jika terdapat kesesuaian antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan bawahannya. Dalam peran seperti itu, pemimpin dapat mengendalikan dan mempengaruhi situasi. Perilaku kepemimpinan tercermin dari sikap seseorang secara keseluruhan, yang ditunjukkan melalui ucapan dan perilakunya sebagai anggota organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran fungsi kepemimpinan sebagai variabel moderasi antara perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi dan fungsi kepemimpinan mampu memoderasi perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Abstract

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus mampu mengembangkan kualitas berdasarkan kinerja yang baik, lingkungan yang sehat, etos kerja dan mampu bersaing di lembaga keuangan syariah di era globalisasi saat ini yang mempengaruhi suatu lembaga keuangan di bidang sektor perbankan. Seseorang karyawan harus mempunyai kinerja yang bekualitas tinggi untuk kemajuan lembaga di bidang keuangan syariah itu sendiri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan pada karyawan Lembaga Keuangan Syariah. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 155 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja islami dan etos kerja islami berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the readiness of lecturers and students in the Islamic Education Management (IEM) Study Program at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin in facing the Independent Campus policy in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Using a mixed method, this research involved 83 informants, consisting of 70 students and 13 lecturers. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation. The data analysis process involved data reduction and verification techniques to ensure the accuracy of the findings. The results showed that highlighting the readiness of lecturers and students physically and in terms of knowledge. Innovation and improvisation through 1) Adjusting the curriculum by adopting the MBKM curriculum and making gradual changes to the learning system for the IEM program; 2) Establishing cooperation with partner schools and IEM study programs at other campuses in Indonesia; 3) Increasing the capacity of IEM lecturers to respond to technological advancements and integrate them into lectures through seminars, workshops, research, and mentoring; 4) Conducting more innovative and creative IEM program activities, both academic and non-academic, in collaboration with the IEM Department Student Association (DSA). Although several efforts have been made, there are still significant obstacles. These include inadequate facilities, budget constraints, and low motivation and innovation among lecturers and students. This research concludes that further support from the university, as well as improvements to infrastructure and resources, are essential to support the successful implementation of the Merdeka Campus policy and improve graduates' readiness to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

The culture of Islamic boarding schools has increasingly been recognized as a crucial medium for character education, especially in fostering discipline and cooperation among students amid globalization, which often challenges moral values and social solidarity. This study aims to examine the role of pesantren culture in shaping discipline and collaboration between male and female students at Darul Hijrah Islamic Boarding School. Using a descriptive qualitative method, the research employed in-depth observation, interviews with ustadz and ustadzah, and document analysis to capture formal and informal practices of daily life, religious routines, and collaborative activities. The findings reveal that strict rules, habitual congregational prayers, structured learning, and cooperative tasks significantly contribute to the development of discipline and social solidarity among students. Role modeling by teachers and a supportive pesantren environment were identified as key factors, while challenges arose from differences in individual motivation, student backgrounds, and external influences. Students perceive discipline not merely as an obligation but as a life value extending beyond the pesantren. In contrast, cooperation is internalized as practical experience in solidarity, equipping them for future social life. This study contributes a new perspective by demonstrating that internalizing pesantren culture involves reflective meaning-making rather than mere normative compliance. The research also implies that educational institutions, both boarding schools and formal schools, can strengthen student character by integrating structured routines, religious practices, and collaborative activities to foster long-term discipline and cooperative behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation model of the Merdeka Belajar–Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in the curriculum management of the Islamic Education Management (MPI) study program to meet the needs of Generation Z students. This research was motivated by the demands of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era and the COVID-19 pandemic, which shifted the higher education paradigm and required students to become active creators of knowledge. The MBKM policy is positioned as an effort to strengthen students’ competencies and employability, which were previously constrained by lecturer-centered learning practices. This study employs a qualitative approach with research and development (R&D) methods, with empirical findings drawn from the implementation practices at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The results show that MBKM is implemented through curriculum restructuring, expansion of cross-program learning options, lecturer mobility, partnership-based learning, and flexible study pathways. Evaluation and monitoring are carried out using Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles to ensure alignment with the learning characteristics of Generation Z students. The study concludes that the MBKM implementation model adopted in the MPI program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga effectively enhances curriculum adaptability, improves student autonomy, and strengthens competency-based learning. This model provides an empirically grounded framework that can be utilized and further adapted by other Islamic Higher Education institutions seeking to develop responsive and innovative curriculum management strategies.
