Abstract

Abstract

Kata Kunci : Verifikasi dan Validasi, Arsitektur Bisnis, BPMN, Petri Net, Proses Bisnis Abstract The presence and existence of Information Technology and Information Systems is a basic requirement in an organization, enterprise, or government agency. The development rate of IT and IS progress in an organizational or corporate environment in Indonesia poses a challenge for government and state-owned and provincially-owned corporation to achieve information and communication technology goals, namely increasing openness and organizational performance, access to information, global reach, and the speed and accuracy of information. Not a few organizations need the support of company activities in the form of critical business process automation. Just as business processes become more automatic through information systems that are aware of the process, the quality of the process design is also more crucial. The globalization of the corporate industry, which is increasingly incentivized, requires effective organizational business process management and has an important company value. The complexity and challenges can then be controlled by implementing Enterprise Architecture as an illustration of information technology planning and business planning through all the existing elements, including motivation, processes, services, applications, and information technology resources. Enterprise Architecture is present as an information technology organization design that designs business processes, by connecting the needs and provision of information, application system providers, information processes, and information system infrastructure. Each process has information that involves related parties, so that action is needed to ensure high-quality modelling. Lindland, Sindre, and Solvberg's framework introduce a theory which can help classify and understand the effects on information technology, including syntactic quality, semantic quality, and pragmatic quality. Quality assurance requires verification and validation techniques. Therefore, the solution offered by researchers is that researchers conduct a testing and analysis to identify, determine, and evaluate a business process include strategic planning and functional service in framework of TOGAF ADM by using verification and validation Model. So as to provide a proper and right design of Enterprise Architecture particularly in business domain that can be implemented and executed for few enterprise, corporate, and government in order to align business needs and strategic planning also to fulfill and achieve expectation and objective organization in order to adjust vision and mision of enterprise. Abstract

Social Engineering Procedures and phishing are some of the standard procedures and problems today, mainly through sophisticated media such as email, the official means of communication companies use. Phishing emails are usually associated with Social Designing. They can be sent via joins and connections in this email, but they are not secure. Proliferation can be hacked into private/confidential data or total control over the computer/Email without the client's knowledge. The method used in this research is a cycle that will run continuously in a life cycle, starting from problem identification, then generating ideas and evaluating the Implementation of solutions. At each stage, a thorough checking process is needed to obtain results. Follow what you want. Achieved. The results of this study provide recommendations and some suggestions that companies can make; this aims to be one of the doors that provides restrictions for access from parties who are not entitled to access the application. Some thought has shown that this attack is growing and affecting the population. The evaluation stages in this study consist of 5 phases. Each phase is a step used to prevent both the system and the behavior in the company. Awareness is critical at the start considering this is the basis for the organization to determine who will take care of the personnel's knowledge related to information security. It thinks about using survey writing strategies and recommendations that can be made in anticipation of an attack, such as setting up representation or attention as early and often as possible.

Abstract

The cause of ERP system implementation failure in companies can be caused by several factors, so we need a model that can be applied, especially at the stage of approval for system use. This study aims to analyze what factors influence approval for product use (approval) in implementing an ERP system in a company and to analyze what factors have a positive and significant influence on the success or failure of system implementation in terms of approval. Research systematics through several stages, namely the stages of review, collection, analysis, and interpretation. The object of this research is PT. Glico Indonesia and with the SEM-PLS analysis method use the SmartPLS 4 application to test the structural equation model that reflects the relationship between variables. This research has a total of eight variables with one dependent variable approval and seven independent variables consisting of certainty of outcome, causality, motive consistency, control potential, situational construal, appraisal, and coping. In each variable, there are several indicators to support research. The tests used in this study are outer model testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. Based on the results obtained from this study, of the seven independent variables, three variables have a significant and positive effect on approval, namely certainty of outcome, situational construal, and coping. Two variables have a significant but negative effect on approval, namely causality and motive consistency, there is one variable that has no significant and negative effect on approval, namely control potential and there is one variable that does not have a significant but positive effect on approval, namely appraisal.
