Abstract

Galuh University Academic Information System (SIAKAD) is an information system that supports the academic activities of students, lecturers and employees within Galuh University. As a system that is in direct contact with its users. It is essential to focus on quality of the system utilised by users on a regular basis since the interaction between the system and humans is ideal when both parties give stimuli and reactions (actions & reactions) that support each other, if only If it takes place in one direction, the interaction will experience obstacles or even goal bias. The research was conducted to identify user satisfaction levels who use the system. The elements that determine user satisfaction with academic information systems were examined using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model approach. Data was gathered by observation, interviews, literature research, and questionnaires distributed to Galuh University academic information system users. Based on the existing theoretical basis, statistical analysis was carried out through statistical tests, Specifically, simple linear regression tests were conducted using the SPSS application. The research results showed that the five variables had a significant positive influence on user satisfaction of academic information systems, but the ease of use variable had a significant contribution. the highest was 59.4% for user satisfaction In comparison to other variables like content, accuracy, format, and timeliness, although overall the influence of these variables was still at a moderate level of influence. Abstract

My Tel-U app user experience and usability were tested using a mixed-methods design with both quantitative and qualitative measurements. User experience was measured quantitatively using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), as well as general satisfaction assessed by the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT), and task-based usability testing to evaluate actual user interaction. Thirty participants from different faculties and levels of study at Telkom University joined to experience various digital exposures and acclimate their behaviour to the application. UEQ results indicate overall positive attitudes across all six scales, with Perspicuity, Attractiveness, and Dependability achieving the highest scores. CSAT was 90%, indicating that most users were satisfied or very satisfied with the application. Although task accomplishment increased, usability testing revealed that problems such as slowness, poor navigation organization, and inadequate system feedback persisted. Open-ended questions confirmed similar issues, such as core functionality like grade viewing and attendance tracking, as well as ongoing concerns about performance and reliability. These results indicate that, although the application adheres to functional requirements, user support, response time, and clarity may need improvement in certain aspects. This research contributes to an integrative UX evaluation model by incorporating perceptual, emotional, and behavioural measures. The results provide positive feedback to developers and institutional stakeholders, justifying priorities for alterations that will make the My Tel-U app more accessible, user-friendly, and support long-term usage on the online learning platform.

Abstract

The classification of IT helpdesk tickets is crucial for improving response efficiency in service management systems, particularly within academic institutions. However, the process is still mostly manual, increasing the risk of misclassification. This study explores the use of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm with four kernel functions — RBF, Linear, Polynomial, and Sigmoid — to automate the classification of user-submitted service tickets. The dataset was sourced from the Telkom University service desk application database, covering 2023 and 2024, and comprises 13,508 records across nine service categories. Preprocessing steps such as stemming, stopword removal, and TF-IDF feature extraction were applied before model training and evaluation. The RBF kernel achieved the highest accuracy at 85.04%, followed by Linear at 80.64%, Sigmoid at 75.94%, and Polynomial at 63.69%. The internet access category had the best classification performance across all kernels, with RBF and Linear achieving F1-scores of 90% and 89%, respectively. The request data category also showed consistently strong results with F1-scores above 80%. Misclassifications were mainly due to overlapping vocabulary, data imbalance, and limited semantic variation in ticket descriptions. The results indicate that the RBF kernel is most suitable for this multi-class classification task. This study highlights the effectiveness of machine learning in improving helpdesk automation and provides a basis for future enhancements, such as incorporating semantic-rich features and addressing class imbalance. Notably, this research contributes a comparative analysis of different SVM kernel performances, which has not been extensively explored in previous research.

Abstract

Village development in Indonesia still faces inequality due to uneven utilization of technology, resulting in many villages lagging behind economically despite their strong social and environmental potential. This study aims to predict the status of the Village Development Index (IDM) of Bi’ih Village in 2025 and formulate development strategies toward an independent village through the integration of information technology and local wisdom. The method used is linear regression analysis of IDM data from 2017 to 2024, followed by a gap analysis comparing the achievements of Bi’ih Village with those of 11 self-reliant villages in Karang Intan Subdistrict. The prediction results show that the IDM value of Bi’ih Village in 2025 will be 0.7744, placing it in the Advanced category, 0.0411 points below the Independent threshold (>0.8155). The Social Resilience Index (IKS = 0.8782) and Environmental Resilience Index (IKL = 0.8388) have exceeded the Independent threshold, while the Economic Resilience Index (IKE) remains low at 0.6061. The main constraints include limited access to digital markets, manual financial record-keeping, and low digital literacy among village entrepreneurs. The novelty of this research lies in the formulation of a development strategy based on the integration of ICT and local wisdom, with a focus on strengthening digital BUMDes, implementing integrated financial systems, developing upstream–downstream partnerships, and branding local products. This approach demonstrates that digitalization rooted in local wisdom can enhance economic productivity, strengthen resilience, and support sustainable progress toward independent-village status.

Abstract

The cause of ERP system implementation failure in companies can be caused by several factors, so we need a model that can be applied, especially at the stage of approval for system use. This study aims to analyze what factors influence approval for product use (approval) in implementing an ERP system in a company and to analyze what factors have a positive and significant influence on the success or failure of system implementation in terms of approval. Research systematics through several stages, namely the stages of review, collection, analysis, and interpretation. The object of this research is PT. Glico Indonesia and with the SEM-PLS analysis method use the SmartPLS 4 application to test the structural equation model that reflects the relationship between variables. This research has a total of eight variables with one dependent variable approval and seven independent variables consisting of certainty of outcome, causality, motive consistency, control potential, situational construal, appraisal, and coping. In each variable, there are several indicators to support research. The tests used in this study are outer model testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using bootstrapping. Based on the results obtained from this study, of the seven independent variables, three variables have a significant and positive effect on approval, namely certainty of outcome, situational construal, and coping. Two variables have a significant but negative effect on approval, namely causality and motive consistency, there is one variable that has no significant and negative effect on approval, namely control potential and there is one variable that does not have a significant but positive effect on approval, namely appraisal.

Abstract

Enterprise Architecture is an approach that is present to form a sustainable organization. However, the average company that has implemented Enterprise Architecture does not see and does not know whether the existing business processes in the company are currently running well, and have been effective and efficient in achieving company goals or not. These conditions make validation and verification of business processes important. In this research, business process testing using the Scrum method with Petri Nets supported by WoPed tools is considered to verify and validate the business architecture design. Testing using the Scrum method is carried out through six stages, namely product backlog, sprint planning, sprint backlog, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. The test results show that several requirements are not met. This condition will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Furthermore, gap analysis is carried out with dependencies analysis, there are business processes that have not been verified and validated due to errors in the process that cause time constraints to work on more than one task simultaneously optimally, there is a process stage that is too long so that it hampers the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.

Abstract

None of the several theories that underpin the assessment of IT adoption characterizes the process as dynamically as the Means of Engagement theory does. User satisfaction is a key factor in influencing the success of ERP implementation as well as the adoption of the ERP system by the user. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the factors affecting user satisfaction of the ERP system as well as the relationship between customer satisfaction and user involvement. This research aims to develop a concept or model of Means of Engagement (MOE) on relationship domain in particular for satisfaction factor with the research object of PT Glico Indonesia. The research uses SEM-PLS analysis method using the SmartPLS 4 application to construct and test a structural equation model that reflects the relationship between the variables investigated in the research. The evaluation results showed that the five SERVQUAL dimensions studied did not have a significant impact on user satisfaction while customer satisfaction had a significant positive impact on engagement. The results of this research, namely the development of the Means of Engagement model, are expected to be the basis for PT Glico Indonesia to design strategies that can improve and maintain the adoption of ERP system users based on the level of the means of engagement model.
