Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi jaringan kian meningkat, Namun, kompleksitas jaringan sering menyebabkan masalah yang sulit diidentifikasi dan ditangani oleh admin jaringan, yang berdampak pada penurunan kualitas jaringan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan manajemen jaringan yang bertujuan menjaga kestabilan jaringan. FCAPS merupakan sebuah konseptual dalam manajemen jaringan yang dibuat oleh ISO yang dibagi kedalam lima area. salah satunya adalah manajemen kesalahan (fault management). MFAST memiliki rekomendasi 13 aktivitas manajemen kesalahan jaringan beserta parameter penilaiannya untuk menilai implementasi manajemen kesalahan jaringan di perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap manajemen kesalahan jaringan pada PT XYZ menggunakan pendekatan PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) yaitu metode manajemen yang efektif untuk meningkatkan sistem operasional secara berkelanjutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi dengan pihak perusahaan terkait penerapan manajemen kesalahan jaringan di PT XYZ. Standar manajemen kesalahan jaringan yang diterapkan mengacu pada 13 aktivitas MFAST. Pengukuran skor menggunakan parameter MFAST yang diturunkan untuk menilai PDCA dalam setiap aktivitasnya. Skor PDCA dihitung dengan mempertimbangkan urgensi PDCA di Perusahaan, menghasilkan nilai akhir untuk setiap aktivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kesalahan jaringan di PT XYZ telah diterapkan dengan baik dalam beberapa aspek berdasarkan pemetaan MFAST. Namun, terdapat ruang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan konsistensi dengan mengadopsi prosedur yang lebih terstruktur dan melakukan aktivitasnya secara teratur.

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, mobile-based payment applications have become an important element in everyday life, changing the way transactions and managing finances. Online payment applications provide significant benefits by making financial transactions easier without cash, providing flexibility in choosing brands, and supporting the progress of fintech businesses and startups in the digital financial sector. Lippo Group, through OVO, presents innovation in electronic money payment systems. OVO's rapid growth lies not only in the ease of financial transactions, but also in its mobile application which is designed to provide a better user experience. This research analyzes architectural innovation in the OVO mobile application, aiming to revolutionize the user experience and increase OVO's competitiveness in the mobile payments industry. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research utilizes user cards, storyboards, and customer journeys to analyze the implementation of Microservices Architecture and Load Balancing. The results show that this innovation provides significant benefits, improving the system's scalability, reliability and maintenance efficiency. Using Load Balancing is effective in solving balance problems and customer service response. This research provides in-depth insight into the evolution of financial applications in Indonesia.

Abstract

This project intends to apply supervised machine learning to anticipate sales of Padimas bread in marketplaces in Indonesia, with an emphasis on evaluating sales data to gain more profits and predict future income. Data from the Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok markets in 2023 was analyzed, employing techniques like exploratory sales data analysis and machine learning. The analysis findings encompass the top-selling products, the highest sales figures, regions with the most substantial sales, overall market sales, sales patterns, and revenue forecasts. The primary discoveries encompass the widespread appeal of chocolate toast, the most substantial sales of banana chocolate toast in West Java, and Shopee as the marketplace with the most significant sales and revenue. Sales trends exhibit a pattern of oscillation around an average value, but income from sales demonstrates a downward tendency until the 30th day. The strategic ramifications of this analysis encompass augmenting the production of sought-after goods, amplifying sales in specific regions, and delving into prospective marketplaces.

Abstract

The agricultural technology and system have contributed positively to the expansion of agricultural development in Indonesia. While the increased output benefits the majority of farmers, a subset experiences stagnation or even loss. Weather, fertilizer quality and availability, price, and marketing, among other variables, significantly impact the performance of a farm. The research object, Kartu Tani's system, was introduced in Indonesia in 2017; however, it only receives a one-third benefit from users, resulting in a twenty percent lower profit margin when compared to comparable products that use alternative fertilizers. The efficacy of digitization may be compromised in the absence of user readiness. Strategies (system role simplification) and business model approaches (system role modification) are methods for optimizing the kartu tani's system. By capitalizing on the momentum of digitalization and collaboration, significant innovations will be put forth. As a means of attracting users who are able to allocate greater financial resources, Kartu Tani has emerged as a pioneering advantage in agricultural systems.

Abstract

In 2021, BPJS Kesehatan experienced a significant data leak incident, where the personal data of 279 million Indonesians was leaked and traded on hacker forums. This incident has a serious impact on individual privacy and the reputation of BPJS Kesehatan. This paper analyzes the incident using the security lifecycle method, which consists of the stages of identification, analysis/assessment, protection, and monitoring. The findings suggest that weaknesses in IT security systems and a lack of continuous monitoring contributed to the leaks. Recommendations include strengthening security protocols, staff training, and implementing real-time monitoring to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Abstract

Blood is a fluid in the body that mainly serves as a medium for transporting various substances in the body. Detection of human blood group types with this microcontroller utilizes dark and light properties. The dark character appears due to agglomeration, while the light nature arises because of no agglomeration, for this to happen, a liquid reagent is needed. Administration of this liquid uses the aviator's breathing oxygen (ABO) system, which consists of reagent a, reagent b, and reagent c and mixing it with blood on the test paper. The number of blood samples in each reagent is based on blood lancet. Furthermore, the sensors used to detect these properties are photodiode and light emitting diode (LED) each of 3 pieces. The Arduino Uno is used to process sensor input while at the same time producing displayed human blood group type on the display screen. The test is carried out involving 12 blood samples and a medical officer. Medical officer are tasked reading directly the results of mixing between reagents and blood samples, after that are compared with the system. The results show that the deviation of the system reading is 0.167 for the sensor reading distance with the sample as far as 0.5 cm.

Abstract

Di era digital yang berkembang pesat, pentingnya budaya organisasi dalam mendorong transformasi digital tidak dapat dilebih-lebihkan. Studi ini memperkenalkan kerangka kerja komprehensif yang berakar pada evolusi budaya di GOJEK, sebuah perusahaan teknologi terkemuka di Asia Tenggara, yang menjelaskan dampak sinergis dari budaya internal, customer-centric, dan berorientasi bisnis pada transformasi digital. Berasal dari aspek penting dan analisis kasus dari perkembangan GOJEK, kerangka kerja ini mengklasifikasikan metamorfosis budaya menjadi tiga dimensi utama: Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Kelincahan Bisnis. Aspek Budaya Internal berkonsentrasi pada pengembangan lingkungan tempat kerja yang memelihara otonomi, pembelajaran berkelanjutan, dan inovasi di antara karyawan. Sementara itu, budaya Customer-Centric menggarisbawahi nilai menyelaraskan pengembangan produk dan layanan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, memanfaatkan umpan balik untuk penyempurnaan. Selain itu, Budaya Berorientasi Bisnis menggarisbawahi perlunya proses yang fleksibel dan penyesuaian pasar yang cepat untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa strategi menyeluruh yang mencakup dimensi budaya ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi organisasi tetapi juga memastikan ketahanan dan kemampuan beradaptasi di medan digital yang terus berubah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman tentang bagaimana transformasi budaya mendukung kemajuan digital dan menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi organisasi yang ingin menavigasi seluk-beluk transformasi digital. . Abstract

Industri game telah berkembang menjadi salah satu industri hiburan terbesar di dunia. Emulator game memungkinkan pengguna untuk memainkan game-game dari. Salah satu emulator yang menjadi perhatian adalah emulator Yuzu bersifat open-source. Meskipun emulator ini dapat digunakan untuk keperluan riset, namun juga membuka peluang untuk pembajakan game. Nintendo menuntut Yuzu atas pelanggaran Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HAKI) karena membuka proses enkripsi perangkat lunak Nintendo dan menyebabkan pembajakan game Switch. Penyebab utama pembajakan melalui emulator adalah kemajuan teknologi, harga game yang tinggi, dan dukungan dari komunitas tertentu. Abstract

In the digital age of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, organizations like BPRACo must undergo Digital Transformation (DT). A significant challenge is the lack of adequate information security controls, which can lead to DT failure. Smaller banks, such as BPR, face difficulties in adopting effective information security management strategies that are proven for larger institutions. This study aims to identify the application of ISO 27001:2022 standards and develop an information security management system focusing on the most critical annex clauses for SME digital transformation. It also seeks to evaluate and analyze the impact of an information security management system aligned with these key clauses on SME DT success. The research employs a five-stage Design Science Research (DSR). Data were collected through interviews and document analysis, then analyzed using the ISO 27001:2022 framework for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The study identified six priority Clause and Annex controls for BPRACo. Based on the gaps, six essential solutions were designed, compiled into an implementation roadmap to enhance BPRACo readiness for full ISMS implementation and certification, supporting DT success in small banks. This research provides valuable insights and practical implications for information security management in small banks.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Kementan memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung sektor pertanianan melalui penyediaan akses terhadap pengetahuan dan informasi yang relevan. Namun dalam penerapannya berbagai kendala ditemukan seperti keterbatan pemanfaatan teknologi, belum terbentuknya budaya berbagi pengetahuan, dan keterbatasan mekanisme pengelolaan pengetahuan yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah framework terpadu untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen pengetahuan di Perpustakaan Kementan. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yang komprehensif untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengelolaan pengetahuan di perpustakaan Kementan. Framework yang dikembangkan mengacu pada pada Knowledge Management Framework for University Libraries (de Bem et al. 2016) dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik Perpustakaan Kementan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan komunikasi antar unit kerja, pengembangan sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan yang terstruktur, dan integrasi teknologi informasi adalah langkah-langkah kunci untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam literatur manajemen pengetahuan dan praktis, serta dapat menjadi panduan bagi perpustakaan lain dalam menghadapi tantangan serupa.
