Pembuatan artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai agroeduwisata organik di Mulyaharja, Bogor, Jawa Barat. Tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) Konsultasi kepada mentor, 2) Penelitian secara mendalam, 3) Pengumpulan bahan. Semakin lama lahan yang digunakan untuk pertanian semakin berkurang, maka mahasiswa atau anak-anak muda wajib memberikan kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan wisata organik yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemberdayaan pada pengembangan masyarakat (Community Development) agar kehidupan menjadi semakin sejahtera baik dari segi ekonomi maupun lainnya. Adanya wisata edukasi juga mengajarkan kepada generasi muda untuk semakin menggunakan produk-produk pertanian organik dan mengurangi penggunaan bahan kimia, sehingga masyarakat menjadi lebih sehat dalam mengkonsumsi bahan pangan.

A businessman or entrepreneur must be able to read the target market deeply and accurately to maximize sales volume because consumer perception is very influential on the continuity of the business or business and is very difficult to assess. Increased sales volume can greatly benefit from perception, especially if customer testimonials are included. Consumers will assess the quality and danger of private-label goods before making a purchase choice. Customers will choose to buy it if they believe their impression of its quality is high. Conversely, people will decide not to buy an item if they feel that the item has more harm than good. This study was conducted to know how much influence the perceived quality and perceived risk have on purchase intention in alfamidi private label products. The number of samples used was 50 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, with an incidental sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was to use Partial Least Square with WrapPls 7.0 software. The results of this study indicate that: (a) perceived quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y). (b) perceived risk (X2) has a negative and significant effect on Purchase Intention (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of mentoring marketing, accounting, and production on the acceleration start-up program to the performance of the food and beverages start-up in Indonesia. For the Accelererator Start-Up using 3 variable which is mentoring marketing, finance, and production. The research method used is the quantitative analysis using a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 31 food and beverages start-up which join Food Start-Up Inovation Accelerator Program in Accelerice Indonesia. This study uses warpPLS software 7.0 to process data to find answers to hypotheses. The research results show that mentoring marketing and production affect the performance but mentoring finance does not affect the performance of the food and beverages start-up which join this program

Fish is a biological resource in the form of aquatic biota which has the widest number and distribution on earth. The wide distribution of fish supports the large number of species diversity so that it occupies the largest percentage of vertebrate groups. SEAMEO BIOTROP (Southeast Asian Regional Center for Tropical Biology) is a Southeast Asian Ministers of Education’s Organization that provides programs for agricultural students. SEAMEO BIOTROP has several apprenticeship divisions, one of which is Sustainable Urban Agriculture Practitioner (PPB) which studies various problems and solutions to agriculture in the environment urban area. The sub-topic in the internship activities of the PPB division is Red Tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) cultivation with the Yumina and Bumina techniques which can be carried out in urban areas. The activities carried out include: 1. Seeding, 2. Maintenance, 3. Treatment. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge, understanding, and skills in cultivating red tilapia properly and correctly so that it can grow and generate large profits at harvest for the community.

Making this soap aims to provide an explanation for making solid soap made from lemon essential oil as an effort to improve community skills and can be applied by the community in the future as a business. Soap making is done by heating coconut oil at a temperature of 800C. Mix 30% NaOH with heated oil until it becomes homogeneous, stirring continuously until the saponification process is perfect. Add the stearic acid which has been dissolved in the alcohol and stir until smooth, add the white sugar and stir again, add the glycerin while stirring, add the foam booster while continuing to stir until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add coloring and fragrance, namely lemon oil, which is carried out at 400C. Pour the mixture into the mold and let it sit for 15-30 minutes. The soap has hardened and can be removed from the mold. The tests performed were preference, allergy, aroma, color, froth and density tests. The result shows that solid soap has been successfully made, but still requires some further refinement regarding the density and transparency of the soap. With the procedures for making soap and the analytical test that the author described above, new knowledge and skills can be used for the community as well as solid soap business opportunities

Abstrak Banyakanya coffee shop yang bermunculan bagi pengelola harus bisa berinovasi terus agar dapat mempertahankan eksistensi penjualan untuk meningkatkan omsetnya. Tujuan penelitian guna mengetahui pengaruh self-actualization dan gaya hidup hangout terhadap keputusan pembelian di Toko Kopi Bersaudara pada generasi Z. Teknik pengambilan sampel yakni non probability sampling, responden penelitian adalah konsumen yang berkunjung dan pembelian produk di Toko Kopi Bersaudara minimal 2 kali dengan responden berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuanitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dengan googleform dengan skala likert 1-4 berjumlah 20 item pernyataan. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian melakukan teknik analisis data. Teknik analisis data memakai SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan SmartPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya variabel Self-Actualization dan Gaya hidup hangout mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Abstract With the number of coffee shops that have sprung up, managers must be able to continuously innovate in order to maintain the existence of sales to increase their turnover. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-actualization and the hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions at Toko Kopi Bersaudara on generation Z. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, research respondents are consumers who have visited and purchased products at Toko Kopi Bersaudara at least twice with a total of 100 respondents. This research uses a quanitative descriptive analysis method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire on Google Form with a 1-4 Likert scale with 20 statement items. After the data is collected, then carry out data analysis techniques. The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) with the help of SmartPLS. The results of this research show that the Self-Actualization and hangout lifestyle variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Super Glu! Merupakan sebuah cafe kekinian dengan nuansa workspace. Café ini menyediakan berbagai berbagai jenis minuman coffee dan non coffee. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen dan analisis segmentasi pasar terhadap keputusan pembelian pada cafe super glu!. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu non probability sampling, responden penelitian yaitu konsumen yang melakukan transaksi pembelian minuman minimal satu kali pembelian dengan usia 17 tahun keatas, jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuisioner pada googleform dengan skala liker 1-5 dengan jumlah 29 pertanyaan. Setelah data terkumpul kemudian dianalis dengan alat analisis deskriptif dan SEM PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas konsumen merupakan perempuan mahasiswi yang berusia 23 – 28 tahun dengan berpenghasilan Rp 0 – Rp 1.000.000 sementara Variabel segmentasi geografis, segmentasi psikografis, dan segmentasi perilaku yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Café Super Glu!. Super Glu! Is a contemporary cafe with a sense of workspace. This cafe provides a variety of different types of coffee and non coffee drinks. The purpose of this study was to identify consumer characteristics and market segmentation analysis of purchasing decisions at cafe super glu!. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, the respondents of this study are consumers who make beverage purchase transactions at least one purchase with the age of 17 years and over, the number of research respondents as many as 100 people. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires on googleform with a scale of 1-5 liker with a total of 29 questions. After the data collected and then analyzed with descriptive analysis tools and SEM PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS application. The results showed that the majority of consumers are female students aged 23-28 years with an income of Rp 0-Rp 1,000,000 while Geographical segmentation, psychographic segmentation, and behavioral segmentation variables that have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions in Café Super Glu!.

Saat ini perkembangan teknologi di bidang pertanian selalu mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satu teknologi yang mengalami peningkatan adalah hdroponik. Untuk pertanian hidroponik banyak dilakukan untuk masayarakat, karena semakin sempitnya luas lahan pertanian akibat pergeseran budaya pertanian beralih menjadi sektor industri daan jasa. Dampaknya pun sistem pertanian konvensional tidak kompetitif dan masyarakat menjadikan pertanian sistem hidroponik menjadi salah satau alternatif untuk menambah pendapatan ruah tangga khususnya di saat masa pendemi covid 19. Dalam era pendemi covid 19 ini, banyak masyarakat khususnya di perkotaan melakukan hidroponik akibat adanya aturan dari pemerintah untuk melaksanakan kegiatan di rumah saja. Bercocok tanam dengan hidroponik merupakan solusi yang paling baikuntuk menambah pendapatan rumah tangga, baik itu di desa maupun di perkotaan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat sekitar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri, terutama untuk ibu-ibu di RT 01 RW 02. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh dengan bantuan penyuluh untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakatmengenai hidroponik. Hasil yang didapat adalah ibu-ibu khususnya RT 01 RW 02 Desa Tambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri bisa melaksanakan program pemberdayaan hidroponik di depan rumah masing-masingdan harapannya akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga.

Teknologi pengolahan tanaman obat tradisional Indonesia berkembang pesat.Teknologi pengolahan ini bertujuan untuk melestarikan kandungan tanaman obatyang berkualitas tinggi. Pengolahan sayuran sangat penting karena bila diolahdengan baik dapat menjadi makanan dan minuman yang menyehatkan. Teknikpengolahannya tidak tepat, menghasilkan racun bagi manusia. Tujuan daripengabdian nonkomersial ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan tentangmanfaat tanaman obat yang dapat dijadikan minuman herbal dan cara pembuatanminuman herbal yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di RT 1 RW 2 DesaTambakrejo Kecamatan Gurah Kabupaten Kediri pada Tanggal 10 Juli 2022.Kegiatan diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang merupakan ibu-ibu anggota PKK RT 1 RW2 Desa Tambakrejo Kabupaten Kediri.Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramahsosial tentang cara membuat jamu yang baik dan benar. Hasil kegiatanpengabdian menunjukkan bahwa, terjadi peningkatan 100% pengetahuan tentangcara membuat jamu yang baik dan benar setelah kegiatan. Kesimpulan kegiatanbahwa keberhasilan sosialisasi kepada ibu-ibu PKK dan warga Desa TambakrejoKediri telah meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pembuangan jamu yang benar.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value of siwalan dawet and legen siwalan products in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency and to analyze the strategy of developing Siwalan agroindustry in Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The data analysis method used in this study was descriptive quantitative, covering the data processing stage and descriptive data interpretation. The analysis used consisted of value added analysis of the hayami method and SWOT analysis. The results obtained from this study are the added value resulting from processing siwalan fruit into siwalan dawet is higher than the added value from processing siwalan sap into siwalan legen. %, while the added value from processing siwalan sap into siwalan legen is IDR 1,000/bottle or 29%. The SWOT analysis shows the IFAS value of 3.05 and the EFAS value of 2.78. This value is in quadrant IV (stability growth), in the internal external matrix including the White Area, so the strategy that can be done is the S-O strategy. The S-O strategy is a strategy used to maximize the strengths and opportunities of the Siwalan agroindustry. The strategy that can be used is to strengthen relations with suppliers to maintain the availability of raw materials, maintain the existing market and expand the reach of market share, increase the production capacity of dawet siwalan.
