The activity of optimizing the utilization of moringa leaves as an additional food source in Randuputih Village has become a strategic solution to improve the nutritional status of the community, reduce the incidence of stunting, and alleviate hunger in support of achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 2. This initiative is carried out by students from the Community Service Program (KKNT) Group 1 at UPN "Veteran" East Java, Field Supervisors (DPL), and in collaboration with the National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) of East Java Province. The target of the activity is 25 households participating in the Posyandu (integrated health post) in Randuputih Village. The form of optimizing the utilization of moringa leaves includes enhancing moringa production, disseminating information about the benefits of moringa leaves, and promoting the consumption of diverse, nutritious, balanced, and safe food (B2SA). Based on the mentoring results, there was a 50% increase in the knowledge of the participating mothers. Through these outcomes, it is expected that the mothers in Randuputih Village can apply the knowledge gained to improve nutritional status and reduce the incidence of stunting in the community.

Bokashi merupakan salah satu pupuk organik yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dan ramah lingkungan. Selain itu, pupuk bokashi memperbaiki struktur tanah dan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas hasil pertanian. Pembuatan pupuk bokashi dikatakan berhasil dan telah matang ditandai dengan warna kehitaman, tidak berbau, dan berstruktur remah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan pembuatan pupuk bokashi di Desa Talang Kecamatan Rejoso Kabupaten Nganjuk bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anggota kelompok tani Desa Talang tentang pembuatan pupuk bokashi sehingga mereka mampu membuat pupuk bokashi yang berkualitas baik secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan bahan-bahan lokal yang harganya relatif murah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2024. Anggota yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini sebanyak 20 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi, praktek lapangan, dan evaluasi. Semua peserta yang hadir sangat antusias mengikuti dan menyimak seluruh rangkaian acara. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, masyarakat mendapat pemahaman baru serta keterampilan yang berguna dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.

This study aims to 1) Know the channel pattern and marketing function of Ledug Coffee Indonesia, 2) Analyze the marketing margin of Ledug Coffee Indonesia, and 3) Analyze the level of marketing efficiency of Ledug Coffee Indonesia. Using the snowball sampling technique, 4 agents and 9 retailers were found to find out the marketing channel chain. The data analysis used was marketing margin, K/B ratio, and producer share. The results of this study indicate that there are three marketing channels: channel I (producer-retailer-end consumer), channel II (producer-agent-retailer-end consumer), and channel III (producer-end consumer). The smallest marketing margin is owned by marketing channel III, on the robusta IDR 2,000 / kg type and Arabica IDR 85,000 / kg. Marketing channels that have the most efficient level of efficiency is channel III because efficiency indicators show that all hands are efficient.

Soybeans are a food commodity that contains high vegetable protein and is generally used for food consumption. To meet the demand for tempeh agroindustry that uses soybeans as the primary raw material, agroindustry players increase soybean production. However, they still need to meet this demand. Therefore, the government meets this demand by importing. The research was conducted at UMKM Tempe Trosobo, located in Jl. Brawijaya, Gang Yudistira No. 641, Kebonsari, Kec. Tuban, Kab. Tuban, East Java. This study aims to calculate the cost of goods produced using the Full Costing method and analyze the added Value generated by UMKM Tempe "Trosobo" Tuban from soybean processing. The methods used are the Full Costing method and the Hayami method. The results showed that the calculation of the cost of goods produced in the temple agroindustry of Tempe Trosobo UMKM using the complete costing method was IDR 4,300/piece with the total production of tempe produced as many as 22,500 pieces, and the selling price was IDR 5,100/piece. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial dan tingkat sensitivitas terhadap perubahan harga jual ternak sapi potong di Kelompok Tani Ternak Lembu Joyo. Kelompok Tani Ternak Lembu Joyo merupakan kelompok tani ternak yang dibentuk pada tahun 2013 dengan usaha peternakan jenis peranakan dan penggemukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus penggemukan dengan data penelitian yang terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan indikator kelayakan finansial meliputi BCR, ROI, Payback Period dan analisis tingkat sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan usaha dalam satu periode penggemukan sebesar Rp 22.323.989. Usaha ternak penggemukan sapi potong layak untuk dikembangkan secara finansial karena nilai BCR 1,09, nilai ROI 7,3% dan nilai Payback period 4,5 tahun. Usaha ternak penggemukan sapi potong ini sensitif terhadap nilai BCR, ROI dan Payback Period pada penurunan harga jual dengan 10% dan 30%. Sedangkan kenaikan harga jual 10% dan 30% mengakibatkan nilai ROI sensitif terhadap perubahan, akan tetapi tidak sensitif terhadap nilai BCR dan PP.

In this study using Farmer Income Survey (SPP) data, in the 2022 agricultural research survey, it was proposed to identify the impact of individuals on poverty levels in tobacco farming households in Situbondo Regency. The data sample used is 200 farmers who work in the agricultural sector of tobacco farming. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it was concluded that the category of the age group was less than 25 years, with a minimum of elementary school education, the number of household members less than 4 people and the head of the household the number of poor people was higher in farmers who were more than 25 years old, had elementary school education, had more of 4 household members, and has a female head of household. Households (KRT) who are female have a greater number of poor groups than those who are not poor. Based on binary logistic regression analysis showed that age, education, number of household members, employment status, and gender of the head of the household had a statistically significant effect on the poverty status of tobacco farmers in the tobacco farming sector in Situbondo Regency. Farmers in tobacco farming who are between 45 and 64 years old, well educated, have few household members, are self-employed and have a male head of household tend to be less poor.

Abstract The Community Service Program (KKN) in Lembengan Village, Jember Regency, focuses on cultivating catfish as a strategic step to increase food security and reduce stunting rates in the community. The choice of this topic was based on the high prevalence of stunting and nutritional problems in the village. The methods used include collaboration between KKN students, village officials, the Village Children's Forum (FAD), and the Jember District Fisheries Service. Core activities include distributing catfish seeds, raising awareness about cultivation, and education about the benefits of consuming catfish for pregnant women and children. The results of the activity showed a positive response from the community and village officials, with indications of increased awareness of the importance of nutrition and the economic potential of catfish cultivation. This program also produces a Follow-up Plan (RTL) which will be continued by the Village Children's Forum to ensure the sustainability of catfish cultivation in Lembengan Village. In conclusion, this initiative has great potential to improve community welfare and provide a positive long-term impact. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari tim Universitas Pembangunan Nasional (UPN) “Veteran” Jawa Timur di Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Tembalang Sejahtera, Desa Tembalang, Wlingi, Blitar, berfokus pada pengembangan unit usaha yang dikelola BUMDes, termasuk agrowisata Vialor, Unit Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Jamu Sari Rempah, dan UMKM olahan keripik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial, pemasaran digital, serta memperkuat daya saing produk lokal. Tim pengabdian dari UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur memberikan pendampingan berupa pelatihan manajemen usaha, pengelolaan keuangan, dan strategi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan Google Ads. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan dalam aspek pengelolaan usaha, efisiensi produksi, dan perluasan jangkauan pasar melalui digital marketing. Produk lokal, seperti jamu dan keripik, mengalami peningkatan penjualan berkat branding dan pemasaran yang lebih modern. Kegiatan ini berhasil mendorong BUMDes dan UMKM setempat untuk lebih berdaya saing, meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui ekonomi berbasis lokal dan digital.

This study aims to determine the effect of income, last education, land area, number of children, and length of work. This research is a quantitative study with primary data from questionnaires taken from samples of tobacco farmers in Situbondo Regency. The number of respondents from tobacco farmers in Situbondo Regency used as a sample is 250. The results of the data from the questionnaire will be processed using a logistic regression analysis tool which is then processed using SPSS. The results of these tests, the results showed that the income variable had a significant negative effect on the welfare level of tobacco farmers with an odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.359. The education level variable has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.471. The variable area of ??land has no significant positive effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 1.951. The variable number of children has a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.202. The variable length of work did not have a significant negative effect with the odd ratio value of Exp (B) of 0.729. The value of Nagelkerke's R Square is 0.383, which means that the probability of the welfare level of tobacco farmers is influenced by the independent variables of income, education level, land area, number of children, and length of work of 38.3%, while the remaining 61.7% is explained by the variable other outside the research model.

The outputs of this activity include the first, namely: improve the knowledge, skills and motivation of the target partners in particular women from RT 01 RW 02 Tambakrejo Village in utilizing herbal plants used for the manufacture of herbal drink products. Second is to make preparations for making simple herbal products and their maintenance can be implemented by the government. There are several steps that will be carried out to achieve the output targets, namely: (1) the first meeting explained the material about utilization of herbal plant planting and nursery training, (2) meeting the second is making various kinds of herbal drinks, and (3) the third meeting is effective marketing that may be used to increase income in society. The results of the activities that have been carried out are: can provide knowledge about the manufacture of herbal products in the form of drinks taken from the herbal plant. Service empowerment program This community is expected to be able to assist target partners in evaluating problems and increase the productivity of target partners.
