Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the stunting prevention program policy conducted by the Enrekang District Health Office. Stunting is a serious public health issue in Indonesia, including in Enrekang District. The implementation of this policy involves various stakeholders such as local government, community health centers, and community organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with health workers and related stakeholders. The results show that the implementation of the stunting prevention program policy at the Enrekang District Health Office has faced various challenges and achieved some successes. Key factors influencing the success of implementation include well-trained human resources, inter-organizational coordination, accessibility of health services, and community participation. This study also identifies several recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, including strengthening HR capacity, improving access to and quality of health services, more intensive educational campaigns, and expanding collaboration among organizations. This research provides in-depth insights into the implementation of the stunting prevention program policy in Enrekang District and contributes to the development of strategies to address stunting issues at the local level.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Keselamatan pasien merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengurangi risiko bahaya yang tidak perlu terkait dengan perawatan kesehatan hingga ke tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima. Masih terdapat beberapa indikator Keselamatan Pasien yang belum terlaksana dengan baik di RSUD Lamadukkelleng. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, beban kerja, supervisi, dan motivasi dalam penerapan keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamadukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cros sectional studi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 153 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil: Terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0.00), beban kerja (p=0.009). supervisi (p=0.00) dan motivasi (p=0.00) terhadap penerapan keselamatan pasien. Variabel yang paling dominan adalah variabel supervisi dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,405. Kesimpulan: Terjadi peningkatan penerapan keselamatan pasien yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Rekomendasi Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkakan penerapan Keselamatan pasien di RSUD Lamaddukkelleng perlu memperhatikan pengetahuan, beban kerja, motivasi, supervisi dan motivasi perawat. ABSTRACT Background: Patient safety is an effort made to reduce the risk of unnecessary harm related to health care to a minimum acceptable level. There are still several indicators of Patient Safety that have not been implemented properly at Lamadukkelleng Hospital. Objective: To analyze the influence of knowledge, workload, supervision, and motivation in the implementation of patient safety at Lamadukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. Method: The type of research used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional study approach. The sampling method used saturated samples with a sample size of 153 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. Results: There was an Influence of Knowledge (p = 0.00), Workload (p = 0.009). Supervision (p = 0.00) and Motivation (p = 0.00) on the implementation of Patient Safety. The most dominant variable is the Supervision variable with a t value of 7.405. Conclusion: There is an increase in the implementation of patient safety which is influenced by the variables of knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. The recommendation of this study is to improve the implementation of Patient Safety at Lamaddukkelleng Hospital, it is necessary to pay attention to knowledge, workload, motivation, supervision and nurse motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan keadaan menipisnya sel darah merah (eritrosit) dalam darah yang menyebabkan ketidakmampuan menjalankan tugasnya sebagai oksigen ke seluruhan sel-sel jaringan tubuh. Anemia dalam kehamilan yaitu keadaan ibu yang mempunyai kadar hemoglobin di bawah 11 gr% pada trimester 1 dan 3 atau kurang dari 10,5 gr% pada trimester 2. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Madu, Sari Kurma dan Tablet Tambah Darah terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil trimester III. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekspermien semu dengan desain penelitian pretest-posttest with control group design. Teknik pengfambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah tehnik random sampling dengan pendekatan staratificed random sampling jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang dengan masing masing kelompok sebesar 19 orang. Hasil: Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum pada kelompok madu +TTD 9.68 g/dl, kurma + TTD 8.96 g/dl dan TTD 9.06 g/dl. Dan rerata kadar hemoglobin seseudah intervensi pada kelompok madu + TTD 10.02 g/dl, kurma + TTD 9.3 g/dl dan TTD 9.2 g/dl. Kesimpulan: Terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian madu + TTD (0.000<0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian kurma + TTD (0.008<0.05). tidak ada perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah pemberian tabelt tambaha darah (0.172>0.05). terdapat perbedaan rerata kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil pada kelompok intervensi madu + TTD, kurma + TTD dan TTD. Madu + TTD adalah paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada anemia ibu hamil di bandingkan dengan pemberian kurma + TTD). ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a state of depletion of red blood cells (erythrocytes) in the blood which causes the inability to carry out its duties as oxygen to all cells of the body tissues. Anemia in pregnancy is a condition of the mother who has a hemoglobin level below 11% in the 1st and 3rd trimester or less than 10.5% in the 2nd trimester. Objective: To determine the effect of giving Honey, Date Juice and Blood Addition Tablets on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic third trimester pregnant women. Method: This research is a pseudo-experimental study with a pretest-posttest research design with control group design. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique with a staratificed random sampling approach, the number of samples is 57 people with each group of 19 people. Results: The average hemoglobin level before the honey + TTD group was 9.68 g/dl, dates + TTD 8.96 g/dl and TTD 9.06 g/dl. And the average hemoglobin level after intervention in the honey + TTD group was 10.02 g/dl, dates + TTD 9.3 g/dl and TTD 9.2 g/dl. Conclusion: There is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of honey + TTD (0.000<0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of dates + TTD (0.008<0.05). there is no difference in the mean hemoglobin level in anemia of pregnant women before and after the administration of blood supplement table (0.172>0.05). there is a difference in the mean hemoglobin level in pregnant women in the intervention groups of honey + TTD, dates + TTD and TTD. Honey + TTD has the greatest effect on increasing hemoglobin levels in anemic pregnant women compared to the provision of dates + TTD).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Standar pelayanan farmasi menurut SPM Rumah Sakit terdiri dari beberapa indikator. Indikator tersebut adalah waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi ≤≤ 30 menit dan obat racikan ≤≤ 60 menit, tidak adanya kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat 100%, penulisan resep sesuai formularium adalah 100% dan kepuasan pelanggan 80%. Untuk indikator waktu tunggu pelayanan obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang masih banyak keluhan keterlambatan, dari data evaluasi indikator mutu Unit Farmasi tahun 2023 untuk waktu tunggu pelayanan obat jadi di apotek rawat jalan rata-rata keterlambatan 64,1% sedangkan untuk obat racikan rata-rata 85,5%. Untuk data tahun 2024 dari bulan Januari - September keterlambatan obat jadi 61,2% dan obat racikan 85,7%. Penerapan SPM di Rumah Sakit diharapkan dapat menghasilkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, memuaskan dan dapat memberikan jaminan keamanan pada pengguna jasa rumah sakit/masyarakat. Tujuan: Untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) farmasi di Apotek Rawat Jalan RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang pada tanggal 21 Desember 2024 sampai dengan 04 Januari 2025. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien/keluarga pasien BPJS rawat jalan yang dilayani di apotek RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto mulai dari hari Senin sampai Sabtu dengan total pasien/keluarga pasien selama 6 hari kerja sebanyak 900 orang. Pengumpulan sampel dilakukan menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling mulai hari Senin sampai Sabtu selama dua minggu. Sampel berjumlah sebanyak 277 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis univariat. Hasil: 1) Waktu tunggu untuk pelayanan obat jadi ≤30 menit dan obat racikan ≤60 menit adalah sebesar 67,1% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS sebesar ≥80%; 2) Kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat sebesar 95,3% sedangkan menurut SPM farmasi RS adalah sebesar 100%; 3) Penulisan resep sesuai formularium sebesar 100% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS; 4) Kepuasan pelanggan yang merasa cukup puas sebesar 99,6% sudah sesuai dengan SPM farmasi RS ≥80%. ABSTRACT Background: Pharmaceutical service standards according to the Hospital SPM consist of several indicators. These indicators are waiting time for finished medicine ≤≤ 30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤≤ 60 minutes, the absence of 100% medication errors, writing prescriptions according to the formulary is 100% and customer satisfaction is 80%. For the indicator of waiting time for drug services at the Pharmacy Installation of Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital, there are still many complaints of delays, from the data on the evaluation of the quality indicators of the Pharmacy Unit in 2023 for waiting time for finished drug services in outpatient pharmacies, the average delay is 64.1%, while for compounded drugs the average is 85.5%. For 2024 data from January - September, the delay for finished drugs was 61.2% and for compounded drugs was 85.7%. The implementation of SPM in hospitals is expected to produce quality, satisfactory health services and can provide security guarantees to hospital service users/community. Objective: To evaluate the implementation of Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for pharmacy in the Outpatient Pharmacy of RSUD Lanto Dg Pasewang Jeneponto. Method: The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted at Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital on December 21, 2024 to January 04, 2025. The population in this study were all patients/families of outpatient BPJS patients who were served at the Jeneponto Lanto Dg Pasewang Hospital pharmacy from Monday to Saturday with a total of 900 patients/families of patients for 6 working days. Sample collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique from Monday to Saturday for two weeks. The sample amounted to 277 people. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and univariate analysis. Results: 1) Waiting time for finished medicine service ≤30 minutes and compounded medicine ≤60 minutes was 67.1% while according to hospital pharmacy SPM it was ≥80%; 2) The incidence of drug administration errors amounted to 95.3% while according to the hospital pharmacy SPM is 100%; 3) Prescription writing according to the formulary was 100% in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy; 4) Customer satisfaction, which was moderately satisfied at 99.6%, was in accordance with the SPM of hospital pharmacy ≥80%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Brand Image merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi loyalitas pasien dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Dengan membangun citra merek yang kuat, organisasi pelayanan kesehatan dapat menumbuhkan kepuasan, menarik pasien baru, mempertahankan pasien yang sudah ada, dan memperkuat posisi mereka di pasar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap kepuasan pasien umum. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh langsung kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pasien umum. (4) Menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung brand image terhadap loyalitas melalui kepuasan pasien umum poliklinik medical check up RSUD Daya Kota Makassar Tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan studi observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 114 responden dan sampel sebanyak 89 responden yang dipilih dengan metode accidental sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Pearson Chi - Square untuk bivariat dan uji Path Analysis dengan SEM-PLS untuk multivariat. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000<0,05), brand image tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,387>0,05), kepuasan pasien berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien (ρ value 0,000< 0,05). Brand image berpengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan pasien (ρ value 0,000 < 0,05). ABSTRACTBackground: The perception of a brand plays a pivotal role in influencing patient loyalty within the field of healthcare services. Through the development of a robust image, healthcare organizations are able to enhance patient satisfaction, draw in new clientele, maintain their current patient base, and reinforce their standing within the market. Objective: This research endeavors to: (1) examine the direct influence of brand image on overall patient satisfaction, (2) investigate the direct impact of brand image on overall patient loyalty, (3) assess the direct relationship between satisfaction and overall patient loyalty, and (4) explore the indirect effect of brand image on loyalty mediated by overall patient satisfaction at the Polyclinic Medical Check-Up of Daya General Hospital, Makassar in 2024. Method: This research is characterized by its quantitative nature, utilizing an analytical observational study design that adopts a cross-sectional approach. This study's population comprises 114 respondents, from which a sample of 89 individuals was chosen through accidental sampling techniques. The gathered data underwent examination through the Pearson Chi-Square test for bivariate analysis, alongside Path Analysis utilizing SEM-PLS for multivariate analysis ation of staffing. The data obtained are the number of employees and the level of education. Results: The findings demonstrated that brand image exerted a positive and significant direct influence on patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05). Nevertheless, the brand image did not exert a direct influence on patient loyalty, as indicated by ρ value 0.387>0.05. The effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty was found to be both positive and statistically significant, with p value 0.000<0.05. Furthermore, the brand image exhibited a positive and significant indirect influence on patient loyalty, mediated by patient satisfaction (ρ value 0.000<0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Puskesmas merupakan sarana penyedia pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Pada umumnya puskesmas bertanggungjawab di suatu wilayah kecamatan yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai pusat pembangunan kesehatan masyarakat, pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pusat pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis secara mendalam fungsi manjemen dalam status akreditasi Puskesmas Wolowa Kabupaten Buton. Metode: Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala puskesmas Wolowa dan kepala bidang pelayanan medik dinas kesehatan Buton, informan biasa adalah kepala tata usaha, staf dan ketua tim akreditasi. Informan pendukung adalah surveyor pra survey dan pasien. Hasil: Dengan adanya hambatan di salah satu fungsi manajemen yakni pada fungsi pengorganisasian, memberikan dampak terhadap penilaian status akreditasi puskesmas. Kesimpulan: Fungsi pengorganisasian yang ada di puskesmas Wolowa sudah sesuai meskipun ada beberapa hambatan dikarenakan karena tidak kesesuain jabatan dengan Pendidikan dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia. ABSTRACT Background: Puskesmas is a first-level health service provider. In general, puskesmas are responsible for a sub-district area which has a function as a center for public health development, a center for community empowerment and a center for first-level health services. Objective: To deeply analyze the management function in the accreditation status of Puskesmas Wolowa of Buton Regency. Method: The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach. Key informants in this study were the head of the Wolowa puskesmas and the head of the medical services sector of the Buton health office, ordinary informants were the head of administration, staff and the head of the accreditation team. Supporting informants are pre-survey surveyors and patients. Results: With obstacles in one of the management functions, namely the organizing function, it has an impact on the assessment of the accreditation status of puskesmas. Conclusion: The organizing function at puskesmas Wolowa is appropriate, although there are some obstacles due to the incompatibility of positions with education and limited human resources.

Abstract

Primary health services are health services provided to the community at the first level by emphasizing promotive and preventive aspects. However, in carrying out their duties and functions, primary health services must improve because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to see how primary health care can maintain quality in the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used was Literature Review obtained from Science Direct, Elsevier, Pubmed and NCBI with vulnerability in 2020-2021 and obtained 7 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results showed that there are two forms of primary health care in maintaining quality during a pandemic, namely imposing new service patterns and utilizing telehealth. With the results of this study, it can be a reference for primary health services in Indonesia so that they are better able to maintain the quality of service during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The review was carried out using the PRISMA and PICO methods based on the search results of the BMC, IJCS, IJRPH, Science Direct and Wiley Online databases, with the keyword "Caring and Nursing Service" and the results obtained were 1216 articles. After screening the articles based in inclusion and exclusion criteria, for total 7 articles included in this review study. The patients were generally satisfied with the caring behavior of the nurses in the hospital, but the level of satisfaction of patients in private hospitals was higher than patients in public hospitals. Nurse caring behavior is the most important services for hospital, especially in government hospitals. Good nurse behavior has a positive effect on patient satisfaction and care in each hospital. Based on the research results, nurses have to apply caring behavior sufficiently to patients related to basic human needs

Kolaborasi perawat dan dokter merupakan hubungan kerja sama yang dilakukan olehtenaga medis dan paramedis yang mempunyai sudut pandang yang beragam namun didasariprinsip yang sama yaitu seperi kebersamaan, kesetaraan, berbagi tugas tanggung jawab dantanggung gugat. Tujuan adalah Untuk menganalisi faktor yang berpegaruh terhadapkolaborasi perawat-dokter ditinjau dari perspektif perawatPenelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancagan cross sectional. Populasi padapenelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruagan Rawat Inap RSUD labung Baji Makassar.Sebanyak 153 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 111 orang. Pengambilan sampeldi lakukan secara accidental sampling.Hasil uji regresi sederhana komunikasi interpersonal di dapatkan nilai p= 0,026dimana p < α= 0,05, hasil uji regresi sederhana pada pengetahuan di dapatkan nilai p= 0,003dimana p < α= 0,05, hasil uji regresi sederhana pada Persepsi didapatkan nilai p= 0,105 p>α=0,05, hasil uji regresi sederhana pada Sikap dapatkan nilai p= 0, 631 p > α= 0,05, hasil ujiregresi sederhana pada kepuasan kerja dapatkan nilai p= 0, 000 p < α= 0,05. Sehinggavariabel yang paling berpenaguh komunikasi interpersonal dan pengetahuan kolaborasiperwat dokter ditinjau dari perspektif perawat d ruagan rawat inap RSUD Labuang BajiMakassar. Penelitian ini duharapkan untuk tetap meningkatan kolaborasi antara dokter danperawat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatan kerja sama yang baik terhadap dua profesi ini.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi yang merupakan seperangkat nilai-nilai kepercayaan dan prinsipprinsip yang dianut oleh suatu organisasi yang mendasari sistem manajemen yang berlakudidalamnya dan dijadikan pedoman perilaku bagi anggota organisasi. Budaya organisasi yangkuat memberikan para pegawai suatu pemahaman yang jelas dari tugas-tugas yang diberikanoleh suatu organisasi danmempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja anggotaorganisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya orgaisasi terhadapkinerja tenaga kesehatan di instalasi rawat inap RS Tadjuddin Chalid Kota makassar.Penelitian ini menggunakan Cross Sectional Study dengan menggunakan uji regresiberganda menggunakan derajat kemaknaan 0.05. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perawatdan bidan yang berstatus PNS di Instalasi rawat Inap RS Tadjuddin Chalid Kota Makassaryang erjumlah 70 orang. Masing masing responden diberikan instrument penelitian berupakuisioner yang terdiri dari beberapa pertanyaan untuk dijawab.Hasil penelitian dengan uji statistic regresi sederhana menunjukkan budayaorganisasi yang terdiri dari Keteribatan, Konsistensi, Adaptabilitas dan Misi memilki pengaruhyang signifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan (perawat/bidan) di RS Tadjuddin ChaliKota Makassar. Dengan nilai ρ = 0,000 < α, sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji regresi bergandadi dapatkan bahwa secara simultan konsistensi memilki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap kinerjatenaga kesehatan di instalasi rawat inap RS Tadjuddin Chalid kota Makassar.Sehinggakesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang kuatsignifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di RS Tadjuddin Chalid Kota Makassar.
