Abstract

Strategi pemasaran merupakan pendekatan yang terencana dan terorganisir untuk mencapai tujuan pemasaran dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen serta menghasilkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Pada penelitian yang menjadi permasalahan utama adalah kondisi persaingan harga yang semakin tinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui model strategi pemasaran, upaya-upaya mendukung model strategi, mengetahui kendala satrategi pemasaran dalam menghadapi persaingan harga pada CV. Tricomsel Gunungsitoli. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Penerapan model strategi pemasaran dalam upaya menghadapi persaingan harga pada CV. Tricomsel Gunungsitoli masih belum maksimal dimana hanya menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sudah umum dilakukan. Upaya-upaya dalam mendukung model strategi pemasaran dalam menghadapi persaingan harga pada CV. Tricomsel Gunungsitoli dilakukan dengan memahami pergerakan pasar, memahami preferensi dan kebutuhan pelanggan, melakukan pemantauan dan memberi palatihan bagi karyawan supaya strategi pemasaran berjalan dengan baik, melakukan promosi produk yang menarik, memberi penawaran khusus, atau paket bundel yang menarik bagi pelanggan dan membagikan brosur terkait produk dan memperluas jaringan pasar. Abstract

Superior and quality human resources must always be managed and supported by the company to achieve the expected performance. Achieving goals based on human resource management will show how the company should obtain, develop, foster, and prosper employees. This study aims to determine the effect of career development, work experience and motivation on employee work quality. The current analysis uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study found that career development, work experience, and motivation are interrelated and have a significant influence on employee work quality.

Abstract

An organization's and management's success is greatly dependent on its leadership. The force that guides an organization's members' efforts toward achieving its objectives is known as leadership. For a company to compete successfully, good leadership is said to bind, harmonize, and encourage the potential of organizational resources. Higher education organizations must have collaborative leadership to monitor societal developments constantly. Higher education institutions are required to be able to adapt to various theoretical developments and institutional management concepts that continue to develop which can impact the development of higher education organizations in an even better direction. It is imperative and necessary to have highly competitive higher education institutions. Every university aspires to have a highly competitive university, but this is a difficult goal to realize. Optimizing the leadership role is crucial to reaching this objective. The notion of collaborative leadership, including academic leadership, the connection between quality and leadership in higher education, leadership theory, quality-based leadership, leadership and change in higher education, leadership as a tool to boost competition, and factors that affect collaborative leadership are all covered at the outset of the discussion. Through a literature review, descriptive-analytic techniques were employed in this qualitative research approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) pegawai, faktor penghambat dan pendukung, serta upaya pimpinan di Kantor Kecamatan Afulu, Kabupaten Nias Utara. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dari pimpinan serta pegawai kecamatan. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa implementasi tupoksi pegawai berjalan cukup baik, dengan pemahaman tanggung jawab dan peran masing-masing serta arahan dan pengawasan dari pimpinan. Namun, terdapat hambatan signifikan seperti keterbatasan jumlah pegawai, ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, minimnya pelatihan, kurangnya sarana prasarana, dan komunikasi internal yang belum optimal. Di sisi lain, faktor pendukung meliputi semangat kerja, dukungan pimpinan, dan kerja sama antarpegawai yang baik.Upaya pimpinan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman tupoksi melalui pembinaan, sosialisasi, dan pengawasan rutin telah dilakukan, namun efektivitasnya masih terbatas akibat kendala anggaran dan fasilitas. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi utama adalah peningkatan kapasitas aparatur, pembinaan berkelanjutan, serta komunikasi dan koordinasi yang lebih efektif. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan tupoksi dan secara langsung meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Afulu Kabupaten Nias Utara. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Tupoksi,Tupoksi Pegawai,Kinerja Aparatur,Pelayanan Publik, Kantor Kecamatan
