Abstract

Education plays a strategic role in supporting sustainable economic growth. Teachers and students often lack a deep understanding of how education can drive economic growth through the development of relevant skills, innovation, and entrepreneurship. This training aims to improve teachers' and students' understanding of the relationship between education and economic growth. Using information related to economic growth as a source of learning materials can train teachers in developing learning strategies based on current sources. This activity also equips students with an understanding that economic growth can be used as a source of information to improve practical skills that can enhance their competitiveness in the workplace and can use economic growth as case study material. Furthermore, this training also aims to facilitate collaboration between educational institutions, businesses, and industry to create a more applicable learning ecosystem oriented to job market needs.

Abstract

Shofiany. 1716823012. The Impact of Academic Environment and Financial Literacy on the Accounting Skills Competence of Vocational High School Students in DKI Jakarta, with the mediating variable being self-efficacy. thesis. Jakarta State University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Master of Economics Education, 2025. Using self-efficacy as a mediating variable, this study seeks to examine the influence of the academic environment and financial literacy on the accounting skills competency of vocational high school students in DKI Jakarta. The fundamental basis of this research is on the significance of the learning environment's quality and financial literacy skills in developing students' proficiency in accounting, particularly in an era marked by increasingly intense job competition. The employed research methodology was a quantitative approach utilizing a survey technique. The research cohort comprised 207 pupils from three public vocational institutions in Jakarta, chosen through proportional random sampling. A questionnaire that has been verified for correctness and consistency was used to gather information. The data was examined employing partial least squares structural equation modeling, or PLS-SEM. The findings demonstrated that the academic environment exerted a positive and significant influence on students' self-efficacy and proficiency in accounting skills. It was also demonstrated that financial literacy improved competence through self-efficacy, both directly and indirectly. Furthermore, the connection between the academic setting and financial literacy on accounting skills competence is strengthened by self-efficacy acting as a mediating element. These results suggest that raising the quality of the educational setting and strengthening financial literacy need to be carried out continuously to improve students' competency in the field of accounting.

Abstract

This study aims to observe how the Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development Program is implemented in ECCE units. The survey's conclusion that Bogor Regency's use of Integrative Holistic ECCE is still subpar served as the impetus for this investigation. This study uses a descriptive, qualitative research design. The PAUD unit in Bogor Regency hosted the study for three months, from March to May 2024. This study includes principals and instructors as subjects. Qualitative descriptive analysis is the data analysis method that is applied. Data reduction, data visualization, conclusion drafting, and data verification are among the stages of data analysis. Using triangulation, the data's veracity is verified. According to the study's findings, principals and teachers have a positive attitude toward PAUD HI, employ effective strategies or methods in their programs, and work together with the government, non-governmental organizations, parents, and the private sector. However, one of the main challenges in putting PAUD HI programs into practice in ECCE units is the lack of funding, facilities, and teaching staff, as well as a lack of resources for the learning environment and parent involvement. The study's conclusion The Integrative Holistic Early Childhood Development (PAUD HI) program faces a number of obstacles during implementation. To overcome these obstacles, the community, government, and educational institutions must work together well, actively involve parents, improve infrastructure and human resources, and conduct periodic evaluations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital literacy and entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta. The variables used in this study are digital literacy as an independent variable, entrepreneurial orientation as a mediating variable (intervening), and MSME business performance as the dependent variable. The sample used in this study amounted to 114 SMEs in the food and beverage sector. The sampling method used is the proportional random sampling method, with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that digital literacy and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant impact on MSME business performance, as well as digital literacy mediated by entrepreneurial orientation on MSME business performance in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta. In line with the results of this study, it is recommended that MSME business actors in the food and beverage sector in South Jakarta should further increase their insight into digital technology literacy because there are still quite a number of related MSMEs that have not mastered digital technology massively. Furhermore, it is also necessary to have an entrepreneurial orientation such as the ability to innovate, risk taking, and be aggressive in good competition in order to achieve healthy and competitive business performance.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia is organized by taking into account the different characteristics and needs of learners. The education process prioritizes the interests and talents of students. At SMA Dewi Sartika, SMA Muhammadiyah 5, and SMA 17 Agustus 45, the learning outcomes of economics subjects show low completeness, namely 34%, 37%, and 35%. The contributing factors include students' lack of self-efficacy and self-regulation, as well as low learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and self-regulation on economic learning outcomes with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The study population was grade X students in the 2022/2023 school year in the three high schools, with a sample of 225 students. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with the IBM SPSS 25.0 program. The results showed a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and self-regulation on economic learning outcomes through learning motivation.
