Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam pencapaian tujuan dan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Berbagai faktor seperti kompetensi, kompensasi, motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Kompetensi yang tinggi memungkinkan karyawan untuk menyelesaikan tugas dengan lebih efektif, sementara kompensasi yang adil, baik finansial maupun non-finansial, dapat meningkatkan semangat dan motivasi kerja. Motivasi intrinsik yang berasal dari dalam diri karyawan memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap produktivitas dan kualitas kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang menginspirasi dapat mendorong karyawan untuk berinovasi dan mencapai tujuan organisasi, sedangkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat, aman, dan mendukung berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Semua faktor ini saling berinteraksi dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan suasana kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan faktor-faktor tersebut secara terintegrasi untuk menciptakan kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk menggali interaksi antara faktor-faktor ini dalam konteks yang lebih spesifik, menggunakan pendekatan penelitian empirik yang dapat memberikan data primer untuk mendukung temuan kajian literatur ini. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Kompetensi, Kompensasi, Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja AbstractEmployee performance is one of the key factors in achieving the goals and success of an organisation. Various factors such as competence, compensation, motivation, leadership style, and work environment significantly influence employee performance. High competence enables employees to complete tasks more effectively, while fair compensation, both financial and non-financial, can increase morale and motivation. Intrinsic motivation from within the employee has a long-term impact on productivity and work quality. An inspiring transformational leadership style can encourage employees to innovate and achieve organisational goals, while a healthy, safe and supportive work environment plays an important role in improving job satisfaction and performance. All these factors interact with each other and contribute to creating a work atmosphere that supports improved employee performance. This study emphasises the importance of managing these factors in an integrated manner to create optimal employee performance. The recommendation for further research is to explore the interaction between these factors in a more specific context, using an empirical research approach that can provide primary data to support the findings of this literature review. Keywords: Employee Performance, Competence, Compensation, Motivation, Leadership Style, Work Environment

Abstract

Keberagaman generasi dalam organisasi menjadi isu penting dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan perubahan sosial, keberagaman ini membawa tantangan dan peluang besar bagi organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja yang semakin dinamis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali tantangan, peluang, dan strategi manajerial yang diterapkan dalam mengelola organisasi multigenerasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang membahas topik terkait, yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan buku terkemuka. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan memilih literatur yang relevan dan berkualitas tinggi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan nilai, motivasi kerja, gaya komunikasi, dan teknologi antara generasi menciptakan tantangan besar, namun jika dikelola dengan baik, keberagaman ini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas, inovasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pengembangan strategi manajerial yang inklusif, serta penerapan komunikasi yang efektif dan pelatihan keterampilan teknologi untuk mengoptimalkan potensi setiap generasi dalam organisasi.

Abstract

Saat ini, perusahaan harus mampu membuat karyawannya berkualitas dan terlatih untuk melakukan pekerjaannya. Berangkat dari hal ini perusahaan berinisiatif untuk mengadakan program pelatihan bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan yang terdiri dari variabel metode pelatihan (X1) dan materi pelatihan (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) PT Diamondfit Garment Indonesia. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan QC (Quality Control) berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelatihan dengan variabel metode pelatihan (X1) dan materi pelatihan (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y).

Abstract

Tourism sustainability is a major challenge in the development of tourist destinations in Indonesia, especially in the midst of climate change, digitalisation, and the growing need for social inclusion. This research aims to explore the role of strategic leadership in driving tourism sustainability through transformation, adaptation and inclusion approaches. This research uses a systematic literature review approach to identify and analyse literature relevant to the topic. By analysing various scholarly articles, research reports, and related publications, this research reveals that the application of these three approaches-transformation, adaptation, and inclusion-can create a holistic strategic framework to achieve tourism sustainability. The findings provide insights into how strategic leadership can enhance the effectiveness of sustainability policies and encourage community engagement in tourism destination management. This research contributes to the tourism leadership and sustainability literature and offers a framework that can be used for further research in managing sustainable tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

Community service program carried out in Ngablak Village, District Srumbung, Magelang Regency. aims to find out the obstacles or problems experienced by MSME actors so that they can be identified The next problem is used as training material for each of them MSMEs so that MSMEs can develop and encourage the economy local communities. The methods used are counseling methods, tutorials and discussion. Business Management in an organization is a very important element. MSMEs really need knowledge and skills about business management which is good for the progress of his business. So the owner or manager of MSMEs is expected to have skills in managing human resources, as well as managing facilities and infrastructure in the business. When MSME managers have knowledge Good business management will make it easier for the business to continue develop forward, and run dynamically and flexibly in facing everything demands of changing times. Therefore, the activities carried out are in service to this community by assisting MSME actors, especially partners related to developing their business to be able to compete with other MSMEs by holding training, delivering material, and mentoring regarding business management. Partners are accompanied by a community service team to carry out entrepreneurial management functions well, using strategy effective and efficient business, as well as carrying out strategic management and marketing good digital in its business.

Abstract

Objective: Improving the quality of human resources (HR) of education personnel is crucial to supporting an effective and productive higher education system. This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment, Training, welfare, and performance evaluation on the effectiveness and productivity of education personnel in Garut Regency universities.Methodology: This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and causal designs. The population consisted of all education personnel in Garut Regency universities, with a sample of 271 respondents selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software.Findings: The results showed that recruitment, Training, and performance evaluation positively and significantly affect the effectiveness and productivity of higher education personnel. These three factors are key in improving performance through HR planning, competency development, and performance-based evaluation. Meanwhile, welfare does not show a significant effect, indicating that structural and managerial factors are more decisive than material in resource-limited universities such as the Garut Regency. This finding confirms the importance of strategic HR governance in supporting higher education quality improvement.Conclusion: These results confirm that HR management strategies that focus on competency-based recruitment, relevant Training, and structured performance evaluation are critical to improving the effectiveness and productivity of education personnel, especially in resource-constrained regions. The practical implication is that universities in areas such as Garut must prioritize the capacity building of education personnel through contextual and sustainable HR management policies.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of financial institution management in supporting sustainable development and strengthening the national economy. In the context of globalization and dynamic economic challenges, financial institutions have a strategic role in channeling responsible financing, managing risks effectively, and encouraging sustainability-oriented investment. This study examines how policies, product innovations, and governance implemented by financial institutions can create positive social, economic, and environmental impacts. Through a qualitative approach with literature studies and secondary data analysis, this study found that the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles in financial management can encourage inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for policymakers and financial industry players in designing strategies that balance profitability and sustainability.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Balesari Kecamatan Windusari Kabupaten Magelang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala atau masalah yang dialami oleh para pelaku UMKM sehingga dapat diketahui permasalahannya yang selanjutnya sebagai bahan pembinaan di masing – masing UMKM agar para UMKM dapat berkembang maju dan mendorong perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan digitalisasi bisnis bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Balesari, Kecamatan Windusari, Kabupaten Magelang. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pemasaran, pembayaran, dan pengelolaan bisnis yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, pelatihan praktis, dan pendampingan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam penggunaan teknologi digital, seperti pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan penggunaan Marketplace Payment Systems sebagai metode pembayaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

The Ngargogondo tourist village is one of the tourist villages in the Borobudur Village Economic Hall area (Balkondes Borobudur). The community service program carried out in Ngargogondo Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency aims to find out the obstacles or problems experienced by MSME actors so that the problems can be identified which will then be used as guidance material for each MSME so that MSMEs can develop forward and encourage the community's economy. around. The methods used are counseling, tutorials and discussions. This article was analyzed descriptively qualitatively with the results of the service carried out, namely that Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to apply the entrepreneurial management knowledge and skills they acquired to manage and run their businesses, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to formulate and implement business strategies, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to innovate products in their respective MSMEs, Ngargogondo MSME participants who took part in the training were able to carry out digital marketing to expand market reach and Ngargogondo MSME participants who take part in the training know alternative markets for the products they produce.

Abstract

Therefore, MSME managers are expected to have the skills to manage their business operations, as well as manage facilities and infrastructure in their businesses. When MSME managers have good business management knowledge, it will make it easier for their businesses to continue to develop and run dynamically and flexibly in facing all the demands of changing times. Therefore, the activities carried out in this community service are by assisting MSME actors, especially related partners, to develop their businesses so that they are able to compete with other MSMEs by holding training, delivering materials, and mentoring on business management which includes marketing management , innovation and product development and technology and information management. Partners are assisted by the community service team to carry out business management and use technology properly to expand the market and increase product appeal to win market competition.practices.
