Abstract

The problem that arises in the recruitment of freelance workers is the lack of careful recruitment planning, which results in failure to achieve company goals. In addition, it is common to find freelance workers who lack motivation or enthusiasm in carrying out their duties, thus hindering the achievement of the desired goals. The research method used is descriptive research and qualitative research. Collecting data by surveying research objects and direct interviews with several directors of wedding organizers in the city of Magelang. Recruitment and selection strategies for freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in Magelang City need to be carried out carefully to obtain a workforce that fits the company's needs. In this discussion, we have identified several strategies that can be implemented, including building networks with related parties, creating clear job descriptions and qualifications, using online recruitment platforms, adopting selection tests and interviews, and verifying references and work experience. Overall, the strategy of recruiting and selecting freelance workers in the field of wedding organizer services in the City of Magelang is very important to ensure companies can obtain a quality workforce that suits their needs. By implementing the strategies that have been discussed, companies can build a team of freelance workers who are reliable, creative and able to provide the best service to clients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan sampel yang terdiri dari 170 responden pengguna sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Sebaliknya, citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Selain itu, kepercayaan merek juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Secara simultan, kualitas produk, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor matic Honda Vario. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi produsen dan pemasar dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, serta membantu dalam merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk mereka. Hasil penelitian ini juga bisa dijadikan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dalam bidang yang sama.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by manufacturing companies in Indonesia in the process of digital transformation in the field of human resource management (HRM). Digital transformation is an important step for companies in improving operational efficiency and competitiveness in the Industry 4.0 era. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with HR managers, surveys to employees, and analysis of company documents. The results showed that the main challenges faced by the company were resistance to change, lack of digital skills among employees, and limited technological infrastructure. However, the research also identified a number of opportunities, such as improved work process efficiency, better employee data management, and increased employee engagement through digital platforms. Therefore, companies are advised to invest in digital skills training and technology infrastructure development to maximize the benefits of digital transformation.

Abstract

Budaya merupakan salah satu bidang yang terpengaruh oleh globalisasi. Semakin mudah sebuah budaya di akses maka penyebarannya juga akan semakin cepat. Salah satu budaya yang terkenal yaitu penyebaran budaya korea ke seluruh dunia salah satunya yaitu Indonesia. SM Entertainment merupakan salah satu agensi K-POP yang memiliki berbagai artis. SM Entertainment juga menjual berbagai macam album dan merchandise dalam rangka mempromosikan artisnya. Album dan merchandise merupakan penyumbang terbesar dari pendapatan SM Entertainment. SM Entertainment dapat melakukan penjualan merchandise hingga 2-3 kali dalam kurun waktu satu minggu. Namun, penjualan merchandise berada 27% di bawah penjualan album walaupun album rata-rata hanya dikeluarkan 2 kali dalam kurun waktu satu bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek, korean wave, dan fanatisme terhadap keputusan pembelian merchandise SM Entertainment di Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden di Jawa Tengah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan di olah menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu secara parsial citra merek tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, korean wave dan fanatisme memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variabel citra merek, korean wave, dan fanatisme berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya yaitu dapat menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai citra merek apakah citra merek dapat mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian ataupun tidak.

Abstract

The increasingly dynamic business environment requires business actors, especially MSMEs, to adapt quickly and strategically to remain sustainable. Human resource management that is not only administrative but also oriented towards entrepreneurial values is believed to be the key to strengthening competitiveness in an era of rapidly changing markets. This study aims to analyse the effect of entrepreneurial human resource management integration on business ecosystem sustainability, with the dynamic market era as a mediating variable. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach to examine MSMEs in Magelang Regency, Central Java. The study population consists of all active MSME actors, and through the proportionate stratified random sampling method, 71 respondents were obtained as the study sample. Primary data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results show that integrating entrepreneurial human resource management has a positive effect on market adaptability, which significantly improves the sustainability of the business ecosystem. Furthermore, the dynamic market era was found to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial human resource management and business sustainability. This confirms that successful innovative human resource management must be accompanied by the ability to cope with changes in the external environment. These findings have important implications for strengthening MSME development strategies based on human capabilities and sustainable market adaptation.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman atau yang disebut dengan era globalisasi turut mempengaruhi perkembangan transaksi jual beli yang terjalin antara penjual dengan pembeli. Perkembangan zaman ini mampu membuat penjual dan pembeli tidak harus bertemu langsung untuk melakukan transaksi. Pembeli dapat membeli barang atau akan menggunakan jasa sesorang wirausaha melalui aplikasi yang terdapat di internet yang dapat diakses melalui gawai berbasis android atau sejenisnya. Hal ini memudahkan konsumen untuk membeli keperluan atau keinginannya di mana pun ia berada. Aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan konsumen tersebut dikenal dengan perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana pemanfaatan e-commerce, dan seberapa besar kontribusi pemanfaatan e-commerce terhadap perilaku berwirausaha. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui e-commerce dapat memberikan peluang seseorang untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha. Kata Kunci : Kewirausahaan, E-commerce

Abstract

Persons with disabilities often experience limited access to productive economic opportunities due to social stigma, inadequate skills, and weak systemic support. This community engagement program aims to strengthen economic and food self-reliance among persons with disabilities through a circular economy approach based on regionally superior commodities, supported by an inclusive digital campaign. A participatory–collaborative method was employed, encompassing local commodity identification, skills training in salak processing, maggot cultivation, Elba chicken–based urban farming, intensive mentoring, and digital outreach. The results demonstrate substantial improvements in participants’ capacities, particularly in maggot production skills (from 30% to 80%) and food self-sufficiency (from 20% to 60%), alongside increased public awareness of the economic potential of persons with disabilities. Although the digital campaign remains at an initial dissemination stage, the program exhibits strong sustainability potential in promoting inclusive, locally grounded economic empowerment.

Abstract

Settlement growth in Central Java Province continues to increase and intensify competition for land use with agricultural land, particularly rice fields. Uncontrolled rice field conversion has the potential to weaken the food production base and increase regional food security vulnerability. This study analyses the effect of residential growth on food security vulnerability with rice field conversion as a mediating variable and agricultural human resource capacity as a moderating variable in 35 districts/cities in Central Java. The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach based on secondary panel data for the period 2010–2021 (420 observations) with saturated sampling technique. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate the measurement model, test structural relationships, estimate indirect effects, and assess moderation effects through interaction constructs. The results show that settlement growth has a positive and significant effect on rice field conversion. Rice field conversion has a positive and significant effect on food security vulnerability and significantly mediates the effect of settlement growth on food security vulnerability. In addition, agricultural human resource capacity moderates the relationship between rice field conversion and food security vulnerability with a negative moderation direction (dampening effect), so that in areas with higher human resource capacity, the impact of rice field conversion in increasing food vulnerability tends to be weaker. These findings confirm that the impact of settlement growth on food vulnerability mainly occurs through land use change and can be mitigated by strengthening agricultural human resource capacity. The policy implications emphasise the need to integrate settlement growth control, protection of productive rice fields, and strengthening of agricultural human resource capacity through improving the quality of extension services and accelerating technology adoption to maintain the resilience of the food system in Central Java.

Abstract

The innovation of services based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent has become a key strategy in improving operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience across various digital business sectors. AI Agent, utilizing natural language processing, machine learning, and realtime data analysis, can automate service processes that previously required manual interaction, such as customer responses, recommendations, and processing complex information. This study aims to analyze how the application of AI Agent can accelerate service responses, improve information accuracy, and create more personalized interactions for users. The research method used is a literature review from reputable journals, academic books, and industry reports, which are then analyzed descriptively to identify the adoption patterns of AI Agent across various digital platforms such as e-commerce, financial services, education, and creative industries. The results of the literature synthesis show that AI Agent can reduce operational workload by up to 40%, accelerate service response time by up to 60%, and enhance user satisfaction through adaptive interactions tailored to individual preferences and behaviors. Additionally, the implementation of AI Agent also proves to improve service consistency, expand operational scalability, and reduce the risk of human error in service processes. These findings emphasize that the integration of AI Agent not only enhances the efficiency and effective- ness of digital business processes but also plays a key role in creating strategic innovation, strengthening competitiveness, and building a more responsive and valuable service experience for users in the digital era.

Abstract

Human resource (HR) innovation has emerged as a critical lever for advancing economic inclusion in increasingly digital and unequal labor markets. However, existing scholarship remains conceptually fragmented and weakly integrated across theoretical and contextual domains. This study provides a comprehensive synthesis of global research on HR innovation for economic inclusion by employing a dual-method approach that combines bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review (SLR). A dual-method review was employed, combining bibliometric analysis and a systematic literature review (SLR). The dataset consists of 220 peer-reviewed articles indexed in Scopus and published between 2020 and 2024. Bibliometric techniques were used to map publication trends, influential authors, institutions, and journals, while the SLR identified thematic patterns and conceptual linkages. The analysis reveals four dominant research clusters: (1) inclusive skills development and workforce upskilling, (2) diversity-oriented HR strategies, (3) digital inclusion in HR systems, and (4) HR contributions to social resilience among vulnerable communities. Despite growing scholarly attention, the literature remains fragmented and weakly connected to macro-level equity and inclusion strategies. The study provides a consolidated knowledge base and proposes a future research agenda to strengthen theoretical integration and policy relevance in inclusive HR innovation. This research offers an integrative global synthesis of HR innovation for economic inclusion by combining bibliometric mapping and SLR, highlighting underexplored theoretical and practical gaps in the field.
