Abstract

Desa Teros di Kecamatan Labuhan Haji, Kabupaten Lombok Timur terdapat masalah yang dihadapi adalah ketiadaan peta administrasi dan tematik yang memadai untuk mendukung perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah desa secara efektif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah mendampingi pembuatan peta administrasi dan tematik sebagai basis data spasial yang akurat bagi pembangunan desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan perangkat desa dan masyarakat dalam pembuatan peta menggunakan teknologi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) dan citra satelit. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan terciptanya peta desa yang valid dan informatif, serta peningkatan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam pegunaan data spasial untuk perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan menyatakan bahwa pendampingan pembuatan peta memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengelolaan sumber daya desa yang lebih terstruktur, partisipatif, dan transparan.

Abstract

In 2013 and 2020, local flooding events occurred along the river segment adjacent to the area of Luk Barat Hamlet. These incidents resulted in the collapse of a resident’s wall, damage to structural elements of the Luk River Bridge, the blockage of a nearby spring, and the inundation of several houses within Luk Barat Hamlet. It is anticipated that similar disaster events may recur in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance community education regarding flood mitigation through the dissemination of the Eco-Hydraulic System and the “Resik-Resik Kali”. The method employed in this community engagement activity involved a knowledge transfer approach through socialization sessions, followed by participatory discussions with local residents. The program concluded with the distribution of banana seedlings and the implementation of a “resik-resik kali” activity. This community engagement initiative successfully increased residents’ understanding of potential flood hazards and their associated risks, the benefits of applying an eco-hydraulic system utilizing banana trees for local flood mitigation, as well as practical insights into the “resik-resik kali” activities that have been widely implemented in other regions.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan Darul Hikmah, Terong Tawah kecamatan Labuapi, kabupaten Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat memberikan dampak terhadap umur rencana dan kondisi jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sisa umur layanan jalan akibat adanya pertumbuhan lalu lintas. Data LHR di dapat dari pengamatan di lapangan dan umur rencana di dapat dari dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode bina marga 2024, yang di dapat dari jumlah volume tiap golongan kendaraan yang memiliki daya rusak tergolong tinggi terhadap jalan dan nilai Cumulative Equivalent Single Axle Load(CESAL) kendaraan dalam keadaan normal(sesuai standar)dan faktual(overload),perhitungan CESAL pada tahun ke-n dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan proporsional kuadratik terhadap waktu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penurunan umur rencana jalan Darul Hikmah, Terong Tawah, kecamatan Labuapi, kabupaten Lombok Barat, Nusa Tenggara Barat, nilaipertimbuhan lalu lintasyaitu 3,50%dengan mengalikan LHRT,dengan nilai VDF pada wilayah Nusa Tenggara Baratkondisi normal dan faktual, karenahanya ada kendaraandengan golongan 5B, 6A, dan 6B yang memiliki faktor daya rusak maka yang di hitung hanya tiga golongan tersebut,nilaiDL di ambil 100% dan DD di ambil 0,5 karena mempunyai dua arah satu lajur,CESAL pada tahun akhir kondisi normal yaitu 70906 ESA sudah tercapai pada tahun ke-6 dengan nilai CESAL faktual 72525 ESA, porsentase sisa umur rencana pada kondisi faktual untuk periode 2026-2035 masa layan tidak sampai 10 tahun, masa layan mengalami penurunan umur antaran tahun 2030 sampai tahun 2031, di peroleh pengurangan umur rencana sebesar 45% atau 4,5tahun, dapat di artikan umur rencana berakhir pada tahun 2031 bulan ke-6 sejak jalan di bukahal ini di sebabkan oleh volume lalu lintas yang sangat tinggi sehingga biaya pemeliharaan akan sangat tinggi atau sampai kepada rekostruksi dini pada ruas jalan tersebut.

Abstract

Perkembangan ekonomi memicu penigkatan volume lalu lintas yang masif di Jalan Sriwijaya Mataram. Peningkatan ini tidak diimbangi dengan kapasitas jalan yang memadai dan diperburuk oleh hambatan samping seperti parkir liar yang pada akhirnya berpotensi menimbulkan kemacetan dan menyababkan kerugian produktivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik geometrik dan lalu lintas serta menentukan Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan (Level of Service/LoS) ruas Jalan Sriwijaya saat jam sibuk, sesuai dengan acuan terkini Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI 2023). Metode yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif sistematis di lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data primer seperti volume lalu lintas, geometrik dan hambatan samping pada hari-hari sibuk Senin, Rabu, Minggu dan dianalisis menggunakan persamaan PKJI 2023. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Jalan Sriwijaya Mataram Tipe 4/2-T memiliki kapasitas 2998,8 smp/jam dan kecepatan arus bebas 56,162 km/jam. Volume puncak terjadi pada hari Senin pukul 17:00-18:00 sebesar 1326,4 smp/jam. Analisis kinerja menghasilkan nilai Derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) tertinggi 0,44. Berdasarkan nilai DJ, LoS jalan Sriwijaya Mataram berada pada Tingkat B. Kondisi ini menunjukkan arus lalu lintas masih stabil namun sudah mulai dibatasi oleh volume, seingga perlu upaya manajemen. Rekomendasi yang diajukan adalah pengaturan parkir, optimasi marka dan pemanfaatan teknologi lalu lintas untuk menjaga efisiensi operasional jalan

Abstract

Abstrak Dusun Lembar RT 02 Lanal, Desa Lembar, Kecamatan Lembar, Kabupaten Lombok Barat merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi risiko tanah longsor, namun kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap mitigasi bencana tanah longsor sebagai bentuk kesiapsiagaan dalam membentuk Desa Siaga Bencana. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 26 Mei 2025 secara tatap muka di Aula Kantor Desa Lembar, diikuti oleh 33 peserta yang terdiri dari warga dan perangkat desa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan berbasis community development yang mencakup presentasi materi, diskusi interaktif, serta pre-test dan post-test. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari persiapan (survei lokasi, perizinan, penyusunan materi, dan logistik), pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta dengan rata-rata selisih skor pre-test dan post-test sebesar 14%, dengan peningkatan tertinggi pada aspek pengetahuan pascabencana (18%). Evaluasi kepuasan peserta menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan yang sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 88,6%, mencerminkan bahwa materi dinilai relevan, mudah dipahami, dan aplikatif. Sebagian besar peserta juga menyatakan kesiapan untuk mengikuti pelatihan lanjutan dan terlibat aktif dalam program Desa Siaga Bencana. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membangun kapasitas lokal masyarakat terhadap kesiapsiagaan bencana berbasis partisipasi. Kata kunci: mitigasi bencana; tanah longsor; kesiapsiagaan masyarakat; desa siaga bencana; penyuluhan. Abstract Dusun Lembar RT 02 Lanal, located in Lembar Village, Lembar Subdistrict, West Lombok Regency, is an area with potential landslide risk; however, public awareness and preparedness for disaster response remain low. This community service activity aims to enhance public understanding and awareness of landslide disaster mitigation as a form of preparedness in establishing a Disaster-Ready Village. The activity was conducted face-to-face on May 26, 2025, at the Lembar Village Hall, involving 33 participants consisting of residents and village officials. The method used was a community development-based outreach including presentations, interactive discussions, and pre- and post-test assessments. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation (survey, permissions, material development, logistics), implementation, and evaluation. Results showed an increase in participants’ knowledge, with an average pre- to post-test score difference of 14%, and the highest gain in post-disaster knowledge (18%). Participant satisfaction indicated a high level of acceptance, with an average score of 88.6%, reflecting that the materials were relevant, easy to understand, and applicable. Most participants expressed willingness to attend further training and engage in the Disaster-Ready Village program. This activity contributed positively to building community capacity for disaster preparedness through participatory approaches.Keywords: disaster mitigation; landslides; community preparedness; disaster-ready village; outreach.

Abstract

Roads are basic infrastructure facilities needed by humans to move from one location to another in order to fulfill their needs. Essentially, the structural quality of roads will deteriorate as the road ages, especially if they are used by vehicles with heavy loads that tend to exceed the regulations. The Kopang–Masbagik road section in West Nusa Tenggara Province is a national road with heavy traffic and a predominance of heavy vehicles. This condition causes an increase in traffic load, mainly due to overloading, which can accelerate pavement damage and reduce the planned road life. This study aims to analyze the effect of heavy vehicle overloading on the planned road life using the 2024 Bina Marga method with the Cumulative Equivalent Single Axle Load (CESAL) approach. The data used includes Average Daily Traffic (ADT) from BPJN West Nusa Tenggara and vehicle weighing data from UPPKB Bertais. The analysis results show that under normal conditions, the cumulative CESAL value over a 10-year design life is 84,338,823 ESA, with the final Remaining Life (RL) reaching 0%, consistent with the design life. However, under overload conditions, the cumulative CESAL value increases dramatically to 250.658.619 ESA. The impact of overloading causes a reduction in the planned lifespan; based on calculations carried out, there is a decrease in the planned lifespan of 0.552 years from the planned lifespan of 10 years.

Abstract

Advances in road technology have encouraged efforts to improve the quality of environmentally friendly and sustainable pavement materials. One potential local material is Asbuton (Buton Asphalt), which is used in Cold Paving Hot Mix Asbuton (CPHMA) products. However, the application of CPHMA is still limited due to its relatively low stability value. This study aims to analyze the effect of adding Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (UPVC) waste on the characteristics of the CPHMA mixture and determine the optimum content that can improve its performance. The research method used was an experimental method with testing at the NTB Provincial DPU-PR Testing Center. The variation in UPVC waste addition was 0%, 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% of the weight of asphalt, using the wet process mixing method. The tests included Marshall stability, flow, Void In Mixture (VIM), Void In Mineral Aggregate (VMA), and Void Filled with Bitumen (VFB) tests, referring to the 2018 Revised General Specifications for Highways. The results showed that adding 1% UPVC waste produced the highest stability value of 968 kg with flow and volumetric parameters that still met the standards. Adding more than 2% caused a decrease in stability due to increased air voids and decreased mixture homogeneity. Based on these results, the optimum level of UPVC waste in the CPHMA mixture was found to be 1%, which provided the best balance between the stability and durability of the mixture. This study indicates that the use of UPVC waste has the potential to improve the performance of CPHMA while supporting sustainable plastic waste management.

Abstract

The need for road infrastructure development in Indonesia continues to increase, so a more optimal, sustainable and environmentally friendly asphalt mixture is needed. In the AC-WC wear layer which functions to receive traffic loads directly, the type of filler plays an important role in determining the stability, durability and long-term performance of the pavement. The limited availability of conventional fillers such as Portland cement and stone ash encourages the use of industrial waste materials as alternatives, including fly ash and light brick waste which have mineral characteristics and grain sizes that are suitable for fillers. This research aims to analyze the effect of variations in the composition of lightweight brick filler and fly ash on the Marshall parameters of AC-WC mixtures, including stability, flow and volumetric characteristics such as VIM, VMA and VFA. Tests were carried out experimentally in the laboratory using the Marshall method based on SNI, with three variations in filler ratios of 0.25%–0.75%, 0.50%–0.50%, and 0.75%–0.25% at an optimum asphalt content of 6%, as well as a total of 24 test objects. The results show that all formulations meet the 2018 Bina Marga standards, with VIM values of 4.46%, 4.52% and 4.73% respectively. VMA is 18.08%, 18.32% and 18.65%. As well as VFA 75.36%, 75.3% and 74.62%. The stability obtained respectively was 1311 kg, 1296 kg, and 1278 kg, while the flow values were 3.4 mm, 3.23 mm, and 3.38 mm. The combination of 0.25% lightweight brick and 0.75% fly ash provides the highest stability value. Overall, the use of light brick waste and fly ash is able to improve the performance of Marshall characteristics, meet technical requirements, and has great potential as a more economical and environmentally friendly alternative filler in AC-WC mixtures.
