Abstract

Penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka dalam pendidikan berpatokan pada esensi belajar, dimana setiap peserta didik memiliki bakat dan minatnya masing-masing. Tujuan merdeka belajar adalah meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman yaitu peserta didik tidak hanya dibentuk menjadi cerdas namun juga berkarakter sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila atau disebut sebagai wujud Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan penerapan modul ajar matematika dalam menunjang penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila di sekolah penggerak mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui  triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Tahapan analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: dalam hal perencanaan guru matematika melakukan perencanaan sebelum melakukan proses pembelajaran, menganalisis capaian pembelajaran sebelum menyusun tujuan pembelajaran dan alur tujuan pembelajaran serta melakukan identifikasi dan menentukan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam hal pelaksanaan sekolah menerapkan modul ajar matematika dalam menunjang penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, menguatkan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang dipilih di modul ajar dalam proses pembelajaran melalui materi, pedagogi, kegiatan pembelajaran dan asesmen dalam hal penilaian di sekolah penggerak dilakukan dengan berbagai teknik.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android menggunakan Smart Apps Creator bertujuan untuk membantu efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam proses belajar mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan dari pembelajaran yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan model ADDIE yaitu; melakukan analisis kinerja dan analisis kebutuhan; merancang media pembelajaran; mengembangkan dan mengreasikan materi media pembelajaran; implementasi hasil pengembangan melihat respons kepada siswa sekolah dasar kelas 6; dan evaluasi dengan melakukan uji kelayakan media pembelajaran melalui expert judgment tiga orang validator ahli media. Respons siswa diperoleh melalui angket respons terkait pengembangan media Smart Apps Creator pada materi bilangan bulat sekolah dasar dengan hasil sangat positif. Berdasarkan uji kelayakan media pembelajaran, diperoleh rata-rata persentase kelayakan dengan interpretasi yang baik. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis android menggunakan Smart Apps Creator sangat layak digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran materi bilangan bulat di sekolah dasar. The development of android-based learning media using Smart Apps Creator aims to help effectiveness and efficiency in the teaching and learning process achieve existing learning goals. The method used in this research is the development of the ADDIE model, which consists of performance analysis, designing learning media, developing, and creating learning media materials, the implementation of the development results saw the responses to the 6th-grade elementary school students; and evaluation by conducting a feasibility test of learning media through an expert judgment of three media expert validators. Student responses are obtained through related response questionnaires about the development of elementary school integers subject related to very positive results. That’s because of learning medium like this is a new and fun thing that can attract students’ interest. Based on the feasibility test of this learning media, the average percentage of eligibility was obtained with good interpretation. Thus, android-based learning media using Smart Apps Creator is very feasible to use as one of the alternatives in learning integer subjects in elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik MAN 1 Pontianak dalam menyelesaikan soal TIMSS konten geometri. Terdapat sembilan peserta didik yang terpilih selanjutnya dibentuk kedalam tiga kelompok yaitu kelompok yang memiliki kemampuan awal matematika tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa 3 tes berbentuk uraian dan lembar wawancara untuk menggali kemampuan penalaran peserta didik secara mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi ditemukan tujuh dari sembilan peserta didik memiliki kemampuan mengajukan dugaan yang akurat, sementara dua lainnya kurang akurat. Dari sembilan anak, hanya dua yang mampu memanipulasi fakta matematika dengan akurat, sementara lima lainnya masih kurang. Dua dari sembilan peserta didik mendapat hasil yang akurat pada indikator membentuk kesimpulan logis, sedangkan lima peserta didik kurang akurat dan dua peserta didik tidak akurat sama sekali. This research is qualitative and descriptive which aims to identify the mathematical reasoning ability of MAN 1 Pontianak students in solving TIMSS questions on geometry content. Nine students were selected and then formed into three groups, namely groups with high, medium, and low initial mathematical abilities. The instruments used in this study were 3 tests in the form of descriptions and interview sheets to explore students' reasoning skills in depth. Based on the identification results, it was found that seven out of nine learners could make accurate conjectures, while the other two were less accurate. Of the nine children, only two were able to manipulate mathematical facts accurately, while the other five were still lacking. Two out of nine learners got accurate results on the indicator of forming logical conclusions, while five learners were less accurate and two learners were not accurate at all.

Abstract

This research aims to describe a study of the profile of Pancasila students who reason critically through differentiated learning on circle material in class VIII of SMP Negeri 9 Simpang Hilir. The method used is qualitative research in descriptive form, involving class VIII A students. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires and tests. The results of the research show that the results of the learning style test of class VIII A students before differentiated learning show a diversity of students' learning style preferences: 10 people are kinesthetic, 3 people are auditory, and 7 people have a combination of two learning styles, namely 1 visual kinesthetic, 3 visual kinesthetic, 2 visual auditory, and 1 auditory visual. Preliminary test results show that the average critical reasoning ability score of class VIII A students is 57.6, which is in the "low" category. Of the 26 students, 6 had scores in the "medium" category, and 10 others were in the "low" category. There is a relationship between learning styles and critical reasoning abilities in assessing students' initial knowledge. The average score of students' LKPD at the second meeting was lower because the questions emphasized applications with high critical reasoning indicators. Differentiated learning has been proven to be effective in improving critical reasoning abilities, both in the medium and low groups. From the self-assessment questionnaire, 7 students were in the "Very Good" category and 13 students were "Good", in differentiated mathematics learning in circle material. There is a positive relationship between the results of students' critical reasoning self-assessment questionnaires and the results of the final learning assessment. Thus, differentiated learning has proven to be effective in implementing the Pancasila student profile of critical reasoning and improving student learning outcomes in circle material in class VIII.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used Pre-Experimental Design with the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. the sample in this study were 32 students of class XI TITL at SMK Negeri 2 Pontianak. the data collection technique in this study was an indirect communication technique using a questionnaire. The learning motivation of students who do not use multimedia martematics learning based on google sites has an average percentage of 71% (high). The learning motivation of students who use multimedia learning martematics based on google sites has an average percentage of 82% (very high). The effect of using multimedia learning martematics based on google sites on the learning motivation of class XI students at SMK Negeri 2 Pontianak is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test whose probability value or Sig. 2 tailed of 0.000 <0.05 and an effect size value of 1.021 which shows an increase in learning motivation in the large category. Thus it can be concluded that the use of multimedia learning martematics based on google sites has a major effect on student learning motivation.

Abstract

Education must keep up and adapt to continue to meet global challenges and the needs of individuals and society. This includes a more flexible approach, integrating technology, and focusing on skill development to suit the modern world. Therefore, educational practitioners must be able to meet these needs so that the teaching and learning process can always go hand in hand. This study used a pseudo-experimental design with a population of all 5th semester students and hypothesis testing using the t test. The test results with a two-sample t test obtained the results of Thitung 4.71 and Ttabel 3.21, this shows that at the sig level of 0.05, the value of Thitung > Ttabel. This means that H0 is rejected, and H1 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of applying the PjBL model combined with FC on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the RMS learning model on trigonometry material. The method used is quantitative with a one-shot case study design. The subjects of this research are the tenth-grade students at SMAN 1 Silat Hulu. The research instruments consist of tests and non-tests. The non-test instruments include observation sheets and questionnaires, while the test instrument is in the form of essay questions. The effectiveness of the RMS learning model is evaluated based on three categories: learning outcomes, student responses through questionnaires, and student learning activities observed through observation sheets. The results of the study indicate that the RMS learning model is effective in teaching trigonometry, with student learning mastery reaching 100%, student activity showing more than 100% engagement, and student responses to this learning model being 100% positive. The research discussion highlights that the RMS learning model not only improves learning outcomes but also enhances student engagement and positive responses. The implementation of the RMS learning model is recommended for educators to apply to appropriate materials to improve the quality of learning and student involvement.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perlunya strategi STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) dalam pendidikan, khususnya pembelajaran matematika. Seiring perkembangan zaman, teknologi informasi yang pesat dan tuntutan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka, strategi STEM memunculkan beberapa permasalahan dalam penerapannya. Siswa dan guru menunjukkan penurunan minat terhadap ilmu pengetahuan, terutama fisika, kimia, dan matematika. Dampaknya terasa pada pembelajaran matematika terkait sumber belajar guru yang digunakan di dalam kelas. Adanya kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menjadi solusi untuk memfasilitasi guru dalam menghadapi tantangan ini. Kegiatan berfokus pada pelatihan guru matematika di sekolah menengah untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran matematika dengan strategi STEM dalam merdeka belajar. Mitra yang terlibat adalah guru dalam MGMP Matematika di Mempawah Hilir. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi langsung yang digunakan untuk melihat kinerja guru dalam melakukan diskusi dengan kelompoknya dan wawancara, serta dokumentasi untuk menggali lebih dalam respons mereka terkait kegiatan PKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya upaya guru meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam sains dan matematika. Inisiatif termasuk pengembangan keterampilan STEM, kolaborasi dengan industri, dan pendirian taman teknologi. Dari sini, tujuan utama adalah meningkatkan pemahaman guru dan siswa pentingnya STEM dalam kehidupan nyata. Kesimpulan menyoroti pentingnya reformasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran lebih menarik bagi guru dan siswa terhadap matematika. Disadari bahwa masih banyak perlu diperbaiki dalam hal pengetahuan, minat, dan sikap terhadap strategi STEM. Saran disampaikan tentang perlunya standar jelas dan investasi dalam penelitian dan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan dari strategi pembelajaran STEM yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in critical thinking skills between male and female students in solving Three Variable Linear Equation System (SPLTV) problems in class X at SMA Negeri 3 Ngabang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a comparative approach. Data were collected from SPLTV test scores of 12 students, consisting of 6 male students and 6 female students. The results of the study showed significant variations between students based on gender. Female students demonstrated excellent performance across various critical thinking skill indicators, including conceptual understanding, analysis and interpretation, evaluation and reasoning, creativity and expertise, communication and collaboration, as well as perseverance and persistence. Male students also showed excellent performance, but there was greater variation in their abilities. Although the average scores of male students were slightly higher, their score distribution was more diverse, with some students performing exceptionally well and others performing lower. Factors influencing these differences include conceptual understanding, analysis and interpretation, evaluation and reasoning, creativity and expertise, communication and collaboration, as well as perseverance and persistence. This study indicates that female students generally have more consistent performance across critical thinking skill indicators compared to male students.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi media pembelajaran flipbook berbasis aplikasi Android pada materi lingkaran dan garis singgung lingkaran untuk siswa kelas XI di SMAN 3 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang mencakup analisis, desain, dan pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi namun dalam penelitian ini dibatasi hanya sampai pada tahap pengembangan. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini layak digunakan, dengan rata-rata skor validasi ahli media sebesar 3,49 dan ahli materi 3,47, yang masuk dalam kategori "layak digunakan". Uji kemenarikan yang melibatkan 15 siswa memperoleh skor rata-rata 3,25, mengindikasikan bahwa aplikasi ini menarik bagi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis Android dapat meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi matematika, serta dapat mengatasi masalah minat belajar yang rendah.Kata Kunci: Flipbook, plikasi android, media pembelajaran, lingkaran, garis singgungABSTRACTThis study aims to develop an Android application-based flipbook learning media application on the material of the circle and the tangent of the circle for class XI students at SMAN 3 Pontianak. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, and development, implementation and evaluation but in this study it is limited to the development stage. The development results show that this application is feasible to use, with an average media expert validation score of 3.49 and material expert 3.47, which falls into the "feasible to use" category. The attractiveness test involving 15 students obtained an average score of 3.25, indicating that this application is attractive to students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of Android-based technology can improve students' accessibility and understanding of mathematics materials, and can overcome the problem of low interest in learning.Keywords: Flipbook, android application, learning media, circle, tangent line
