This study aims to develop and implement a web-based platform, "Matur," designed to improve the management of final projects at the Faculty of Islamic Religion, Nurul Jadid University, Probolinggo, East Java. The research utilizes a quantitative explanatory approach, with data collection conducted through observations, interviews, and questionnaires involving students, supervisors, and administrative staff. The results indicate that the "Matur" platform significantly enhances various aspects of final project management, including the guidance process, scheduling, and the efficient collection of final project documents. The analysis of the data reveals that the platform has increased the efficiency of managing final projects, resulting in streamlined workflows and reduced administrative burdens. Furthermore, the platform has been positively received by users, with a high level of satisfaction reported among students, supervisors, and staff. Overall, the "Matur" platform offers an innovative solution to improve academic services and enhance the overall quality of final project management within the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Nurul Jadid University, fostering a more organized and efficient academic environment
