Abstract

Wakaf uang, yang juga disebut sebagai (cash waqf), merupakan perkembangan dari prinsip wakaf tradisional. Dalam wakaf uang, aset yang sebelumnya terkait dengan properti fisik seperti tanah dan bangunan, kemudian diubah menjadi aset yang bersifat cair atau berwujud uang tunai yang dapat diinisiasi oleh individu, kelompok, lembaga, atau badan hukum. Regulasi wakaf sudah tercantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 41 Tahun 2004 tentang wakaf, ini lahir sebagai hasil dari proses panjang pencarian yang dilakukan oleh para ulama Indonesia dalam merespons dinamika perkembangan terkait dengan perwakafan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi potensi wakaf uang (cash waqf) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelusuran kepustakaan (library research). Hasil yang telah ditemukan pada penelitian ini yaitu meninjau potensi wakaf uang (cash wafq) dalam sektor (1) pendidikan, (2) kesehatan, (3) pemeliharaan penghasilan, (4) pelayanan kerja, (5) perumahan, dan (6) pelayanan sosial.

Abstract

Regarding the alleged ban on wearing the hijab for female “Pasukan Pengibar Bendera Pusaka” (Paskibraka) members in 2024, political and religious relations are very important. Public policies relating to religious expression must consider human rights, including freedom of religion, recognized and protected by the Indonesian constitution. This article aims to (1) identify the government's and religious groups’ responses to these policies, (2) analyze Islamic religious law, and (3) describe the solution to the polemic in the context of Indonesian democracy. This research is library research with a qualitative approach. The discussion in this research, namely: First, this prohibition is considered to cause controversy because it is deemed to violate religious freedom and the rights of Muslim women, which causes discriminatory, contradictory attitudes and policies that are not by Pancasila. Second, the obligation to wear the hijab as written in QS. Al-Ahzab: 59, and HR. Abu Dawud., Muslim women must wear the hijab when leaving the house. This is done to cover the private parts and can help in religious observance, religious identity, and self-protection from others. Third, Some solutions to this problem are providing freedom to adhere to religion, providing a space for inclusive dialogue, providing enforcement of the principle of non-discrimination, and creating principles based on Pancasila values. So, the policies established maintain harmony, justice, and unity in the diversity of society.

Abstract

Philosophy is a human endeavor that studies the essence through human reason by using reason to understand and answer all questions related to transcendence, humanism, and the human world. The object of philosophical study is inseparable from ontology, epistemology, and axiology. Data collection through “Google Scholar” and “ScienceDirect”, such as books, scientific articles, and proceedings, which are the main topic of discussion of the research topic. The discussion of this study’s object of general philosophy includes the history of the emergence of philosophy, characteristics of philosophical thinking, and the benefits of studying philosophy. As for the special branches of philosophy include “philosophy of education, history, science, law, social science, logic, art, religion, morals, and sports.” Then, on the object related to special philosophy, namely, the philosophy of educational practice and Islamic educational science. Studying philosophy can help understand the nature of truth, because it is necessary to study philosophy in the world of education. The study of philosophy can help assess the formulation of educational policies, understand the perception of differences in society, and change life by thinking critically.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui jenis seni wayang; mendeskripsikan manfaat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam kesenian wayang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan “systematic literature review” (SLR). Perolehan data melalui tinjauan, seperti “buku, artikel jurnal, prosiding, dan penelitian akhir mahasiswa (skripsi & disertasi), dengan menggunakan “Google Scholar”, “ScienceDirect”, dan “Publish or Perish” (PoP). Temuan dalam penelitian ini, Pertama, jenis wayang yang telah dimainkan oleh dalang meliputi: “wayang Beber, wayang Orang, wayang Purwa, wayang Menak, wayang Syadat, wayang Purwa, wayang Sukuraga, wayang Gung, dan wayang Tavip.” Kemudian, manfaat nilai pendidikan Islam meliputi: “Memberikan penguatan identitas nilai-nilai keislaman; Memberikan integrasi budaya dan agama; Memberikan penguatan pendidikan karakter; Memberikan sebagai media dakwah yang efektif; dan Memberikan pembelajaran interaktif dan reflektif. Dengan demikian, kesenian wayang dan pendidikan Islam memiliki relasi untuk memadukan nilai-nilai religius dan budaya lokal. Wayang tidak hanya sebagai hiburan, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai alat untuk memberikan pelajaran moral, karakter, religius, spiritual kepada siswa yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, dan kearifan budaya lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine current learning activities, design learning development, and the practicality of moral creed learning development design through the TikTok application. The methods of this research are Reseach and Development (RD). Which is analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study show that the teaching of moral creed has gone well. However, the learning method still uses lectures, discussions, and memorization methods. This learning development design uses several supporting applications, such as Benime, Text Voice Free, Picsart, Kine Master dan Video ke MP3 Converter and help apps WhatsApp. Assessment of 9 validators which includes subject matter experts 83,5%, learning design expert 84,4%, learning media expert 84,4%, all are categorized as very feasible. The small group test development stage obtains 88,0%, and implementation of large-group trials of the highest gains, namely 67,7% The predicate is very appropriate. Pre-test and post-test results with an average of 90 rose 60%, So the completeness of students while learning to use Tik-Tok media 100% thoroughly. Then, the practicality test obtains an average score 4,8 with very practical categories. This shows that the development design that has been tested is very worthy of further development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the problems faced by teachers in Islamic religious education, the various problems faced by teachers in schools, and how solutions to these problems can be applied in facing the era of industry 4.0 and globalization. The author uses a qualitative approach in library research, with research data derived from various literatures, such as journals, books, personal documents, and so on. The research objectives are (1) to understand Islamic religious education in the era of globalization and the industry 4.0 era, (2) to understand the problems of Islamic religious education and how to solve them. Abstract

This study aims to discover Al-Ghazali views on Islamic religious and moral education. This research uses literature research with a qualitative approach. The author wants to collect literature data on Al-Ghazali analysis related to Islamic religious education and moral education. Iman Ghazali said that Islamic education aims to shape the individual in the world and the Hereafter fully. According to Al-Ghazali, the main purpose of Islamic education is to have taqarrub to Allah the Khaliq. He says the person who always draws close to God is perfect. According to Al-Ghazali, morality is defined as Al-Khuluq, a continuous trait or state of behavior that encourages action naturally and easily without thought or consideration. Moral education in the division of Al-Ghazali, there are three dimensions, namely the self-dimension, the social dimension, and the metaphysical dimension.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the leadership role of KH. Muhammad Tholhah Hasan is working to improve the quality of Islamic education to achieve sustainable development goals (SDGs). This research is field research with a multisite method and qualitative approach. There were 12 informants involved through interviews, with research locations at the Al-Ma'arif Foundation and the Sabilillah Foundation, Singosari District, Malang Regency, East Java. This research's findings include several roles: First, as the initiator, he sets long-term goals and manages change for educational sustainability. Second is the concept's role, where he carries out comprehensive planning and delegates responsibility to the next generation. Third, in reform, he leads decision-making through deliberation and considers risks to maintain the quality of education. Fourth, his organizational role involves "istikhoroh" and "riyadloh" before making big decisions. Fifth, as an actor, he carries out monitoring and cadre formation for leadership regeneration. Sixth, as a developer, he innovates the curriculum. He discusses with stakeholders how to adapt education to 21st-century skills and SDG goals, focusing on the quality of Islamic education and sustainability. This contribution can encourage the creation of an inclusive society, reduce inequality, and form a generation ready to face various global challenges in an era of rapid technological development.
