Abstract

AbstractIndonesia health system just facing the surge of health service due to Covid-19 pandemic i.e. diagnostic, cases tracing, treatment and immunization that unbalance with existing capacity. The requisition of non-physical queue health services more increasing due to and after Covid-19 pandemic. This condition opposite with inevitability queue problem in health services. The queues control related to health services quality and cost efficient. This paper aims to propose framework for queue system optimization with deliberates quality and cost controlling. Literature study and health system observation were conducted to build the optimization framework for resources allocation. It’s suggest that this framework would applied in order to queues controlling in health services.      Keyword: queuing theory, health services, system optimization, determining model  AbstrakSistem kesehatan Indonesia sedang menghadapi lonjakan permintaan layanan kesehatan terkait Covid-19 seperti diagnostik, pelacakan kasus, pengobatan dan vaksinasi pada akhir tahun 2020 yang tidak sebanding dengan kapasitas pelayanan kesehatan yang tersedia. Selama dan pasca pandemik tuntutan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang tidak menimbulkan antrian fisik semakin tinggi. Kondisi ini bertolak belakang dengan keniscayaan pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak mungkin terhindar dari masalah antrian. Pengendalian antrian berkaitan dengan atribut kualitas dan efisiensi biaya pelayanan kesehatan. Paper ini bertujuan mengusulkan kerangka kerja optimalitas sistem antrian yang mempertimbangkan kendali mutu dan kendali biaya. Studi pustaka dan observasi dilakukan untuk membangun kerangka kerja dalam rangka alokasi sumber daya pelayanan yang optimal. Diharapkan kerangka kerja ini dapat digunakan industry pelayanan kesehatan dalam pengendalian antrian.  Kata Kunci: teori antrian, pelayanan kesehatan, sistem optimasi, model penentuan

Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the corona virus which has led to pandemic in all countries, especially Indonesia. The transmission of COVID-19 between humans is influenced by social interactions, for example closed contact at schools, offices and the community. In supporting business continuity in a pandemic situation, workplaces and industries are required to apply health protocols that have been stipulated in the regulations of the Indonesian Ministry of Health to control and prevent occupational related to COVID-19. The preliminary survey found that out of 10 employees, 69% of employees sometimes or never adhere to health protocols. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to employee compliance in implementing health protocols at office. This research used descriptive quantitative method with cross sectional design. This study involved all employees (72 samples).  Results:  The employee’s perception of a COVID-19 handling equipments is related to employee health protocols compliance (p-value < 0.001). Employee health protocol is not related to knowledge of COVID-19 (p-value = 0.347) and attitude (p value = 1.00). to increase employee compliance in the workplace, the company can provide a special officer unit that handles COVID-19 who can conduct surveillance at any time to reprimand and impose social punishment if employees do not implement heakth protocols in the workplace.

Abstract

The importance of vaccination recommendations for health workers (HCWs) to the public is one of the strongest influencers in vaccination decisions. A preliminary study conducted on ten HCWs concluded that they had different perceptions of the COVID-19 vaccine. Different perceptions are influenced by functional function factors (age, gender, education), sociopsychological factors, and structural factors (knowledge, length of work). The aim of the study was to determine the factors related to the perception of HCWs on the COVID-19 vaccine. This type of research is cross sectional with a quantitative approach. The study was conducted in November 2020 - March 2021. The population and sample were 53 HCWs using total sampling method. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate tests using the chi-square statistical test with α = 0.05. The conclusion shows that health workers with negative perceptions 22 people (41.5%), positive perceptions 31% (58.5%), young people 24 people (45.3%), old age 29 people (54.7%), 33 people (62.3%), 20 male (37.7%), 28 people (52.8%) poor knowledge, 25 good (47.2%), 14 new workyears (26.4%) and 39 long years of service (73.6%). The bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between health workers' perceptions of the COVID-19 vaccine with age (p value = 0.048, PR = 2.115), gender (p value = 0.029, PR = 2.727), knowledge (p value = 0.030, PR = 2,381). There is no relationship between perceptions of HCWs and years of service (p value = 0.286, PR = 1.592). It is hoped that agencies will provide more socialization and understanding and involve the active role of HCWs so that negative perceptions can be eliminated, considering that vaccine support from HCWs is urgently needed.

Abstract

Employees work stress  can harm themselves and the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with work stress on the call center officer of the Jakarta Emergency Call 112 (NTPD). Research design used cross sectional with quantitative approach. The study was conducted in April 2021 - August 2021. Sample were 40 participant that selected with total sampling method. Data was analyze in univariate and bivariate tests using the chi-square statistical test with α = 0.05. The results showed call center officers with female sex 21 people (52.5%), College 33 people (82.5%), no work stress 23 people (54,7%), moderate workload 21 people (52.5 %), positive work climate 24 people (60.0%). Based on bivariate analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between work stress of call center officers and education (p value = 0.029, PR = 2.571). It is hoped that the company's management will conduct emergency training and communication training on a regular basis to help officers with low education be better prepared to serve the community. In addition, management provides stress management counseling activities and provides sports facilities and vacation activities for staff relaxation.

Abstract

Penularan COVID-19 masih ditemukan di masyarakat. Hal ini berkaitan dengan masih kurangnya perilaku pencegahan. Data dari Ketua Rukun Tetangga (RT) menunjukkan sejak awal pandemi hingga Juli 2021 terdapat 15 kasus COVID-19 yang terjadi pada masyarakat di perumahan ini. Studi pendahuluan yang telah menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 13 warga dari 25 warga (52%) memiliki perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 di Perumahan X, Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 70 warga. Teknik pengambilan sampel ialah purposive sampling dengan analisis data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil univariat menunjukkan proporsi tertinggi yaitu perilaku pencegahan baik (52,9%), kerentanan yang dirasakan berupa persepsi rentan (57,1%)., keparahan yang dirasakan berupa persepsi parah (65,7%), manfaat yang dirasakan berupa persepsi bermanfaat (80%), hambatan yang dirasakan berupa persepsi hambatan kurang baik (65,7%). Hasil bivariat menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan antara kerentanan yang dirasakan (PR=1,41, CI 95%=0,86-2,31), keparahan yang dirasakan (PR=1,24, CI 95%= 0,76-2,04), manfaat yang dirasakan (PR=1,50, CI 95%=0,91-2,45), dan hambatan yang dirasakan (PR=1,20, CI 95%=0,68-2,09) dengan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19. Sebaiknya masyarakat setempat tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan sebisa mungkin tidak menghabiskan waktu terlalu lama di ruang publik.

Abstract

The mRNA-1273 vaccine has an efficacy of up to 95% and is one of the vaccines with the highest effectiveness compared to other types of vaccines. Apart from this effectiveness, the mRNA-1273 vaccine was reported to have side effects in the form of physical complaints. Based on data from the Puskesmas Kalideres, all medical personnel, or 100%, have been vaccinated with mRNA-1273. This study aims to determine the relationship between individual characteristics and mild physical complaints after mRNA-1273 vaccination in medical personnel at the Puskesmas Kalideres in 2023. This type of quantitative study used a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 117 medical personnel. This study used a total sampling technique. Data collection used primary data by way of interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Chi-Square test. The study results showed a relationship between age and mild physical complaints after mRNA-1273 vaccination (p-value 0.020; POR=5.967) in medical personnel at the Puskesmas Kalideres. Whereas for gender (p-value 1.000), controlled comorbid (p-value 0.272), and shift work (p-value 0.277), there was no association with mild physical complaints after mRNA-1273 vaccination in medical personnel at the Puskesmas Kalideres. It was recommended that the Puskesmas optimize education for Puskesmas employees and the public about the importance of booster vaccinations, both the mRNA-1273 type and other types available in health services, and explain the benefits, side effects, and handling if there are complaints.

Abstract

Ada banyak bahaya di tempat kerja yang berdampak ke kesehatan pekerja. Salah satu bahaya yang terabaikan yaitu gangguan psikis yang bisa memicu stres pekerja. Hasil survei pendahuluan menunjukkan sebesar 27,3% pekerja fabrikasi di PT X mengalami stres berat dan sebesar 45,4% mengalami stres sedang. Pekerjaan fabrikasi memiliki target pekerjaan yang tinggi namun dengan tenggat waktu yang sedikit dan tetap dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada pekerja fabrikasi di PT X Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian yaitu cross-sectional dengan besar sampel 50 pekerja bagian fabrikasi PT X. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Data penelitian akan dianalisis dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Uji Chi Square dan Fisher’s Exact. Hasil univariat menunjukkan proporsi tertinggi yaitu pekerja mengalami stress tinggi sebanyak 36 pekerja (72,0%), merasakan tuntutan tugas tinggi sebanyak 31 pekerja (62,0%), memiliki umur berisiko sebanyak 39 pekerja (78,0%), memiliki masa kerja baru sebanyak 38  pekerja (76,0%), dan sudah kawin sebanyak 44 pekerja (88,0%). Hasil bivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara tuntutan tugas (PR=1,84, CI 95% (1,12 – 3,01), dan umur (PR=3,10, CI 95% (1,17 – 8,22) terhadap stres kerja. Selain itu juga ditemukan tidak adanya hubungan antara masa kerja (PR=1,38 CI 95% (0,88 – 2,85) dan status perkawinan (PR=1,50 CI 95% (0,66 – 3,40) terhadap stres kerja. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pekerja di PT ini stres disebabkan oleh adanya tuntutan tugas dan umur. Oleh karena itu Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan tuntutan tugas yang diterima setiap pekerja, diharapkan tuntutan tugas yang diterima oleh pekerja tidak melebihi kapasitasnya.

Abstract

Introduction: Breast milk is one of the best investments to meet nutritional needs and optimize children's survival in the first two years. Various studies have proven the influence of breast milk. Breastfeeding also affects the level of intelligence and provides protection against various diseases in the future, such as overweight and diabetes. The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Integrated Healthcare Center work area is only 47%. The coverage value is not in accordance with the target standard of the Indonesian Ministry of Health, which is 80%. Objective: Knowing the factors related to exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the work area of Integrated Healthcare Center Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Tangerang City in 2023. Method: The type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design. Result and Discussion:  There is a relationship between education (p-value = 0.031), with exclusive breastfeeding behavior and there is no relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.436) and husband support (p-value = 0.979) with exclusive breastfeeding behavior for toddlers in the Bina Sejahtera VII Panunggangan Pinang Integrated Healthcare Center working area in Tangerang City in 2023. Conclusion: It is expected that counseling and coaching programs are carried out regularly and optimally not only for mothers but also for couples (husbands) to support the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding targets.

Abstract

Introduction: Based on data from the SIHEPI application (Hepatitis Information System and PISP) of the Grogol Petamburan Health Center, in 2022 the total number of pregnant women who were screened for triple elimination was 2394 pregnant women. From the examination, 6 pregnant women were found with the results of the reactive HIV rapid test, 2 pregnant women with reactive Syphilis rapid test (TP rapid) and 37 pregnant women with reactive HBsAg rapid test results. Objective: This study aims to explore what motivations and supports pregnant women have who are willing to do triple elimination examinations. Method: This type of research is qualitative descriptive with phenomenological design. The determination of informants is carried out by purposive sampling techniques. Result and Discussion: The results of the study found that generally pregnant women have good healthy motivation from within themselves, pregnant women get support from their husbands in the form of information support, emotional attention, assessment in the form of positive rewards, encouragement and approval and instrumental support. Conclusion: Pregnant women also get support from family, support of information and emotional attention. Only one pregnant woman received information support from health cadres and all pregnant women received information support from health workers
