Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of regional development planning through various planning models. This study used the literature study method by reviewing articles in previous studies obtained through the Scopus web and processed with the VOSviewer application. Based on the results of this study, several topics were found that have strong ties to regional development planning, namely decision making, decision support, land use, stakeholders, and coordination. The results obtained from the previous study show the main key in regional development planning was to make good use of the existing land, that is why careful planning for sustainable development was obtained. The limitations of this study were related to the source of the data obtained, where the articles reviewed are only sourced from the Scopus data base so this study does not have data that can be compared. Therefore, further research was expected to use a comparative analysis approach involving the Scopus database and the Web of Science (WoS).

Abstract

Defense diplomacy has further developed into a new form of diplomacy in international relations, which is supported by various forms of technology and also the development of social media. This research study aims to explore how this new form of diplomacy shapes international relations more broadly, as well as to determine whether defense diplomacy effectively promotes cooperation and stability among states in the context of security and defense. Then find the challenges and opportunities of defense diplomacy in the modern era. The research used mixed methods research by analyzing 244 scientific articles based on the Scopus database, Google Sholar, and Web of Science. In addition, this research also analyzed the data obtained from the VOSviewer tool. This study reveals that defense diplomacy has emerged in various forms of diplomacy, also defense diplomacy affects interactions of international relations and influences the construction of norms, identities, and interests in the international system. In terms of norms, defense diplomacy can help promote international norms related to security and defense, such as human rights and international law. In terms of identity, defense diplomacy can shape national identity in terms of defense and security. In terms of interests, defense diplomacy can influence national interests and security through cooperation in defense and reaching regional and international security agreements. Defense diplomacy brings changes in the form of building cooperation, reducing tensions, improving defense capabilities, and promoting human rights principles and international law. Through defense diplomacy, countries can strengthen international cooperation in security and defense and build strong relationships between countries. In the long run, this can help reduce tensions between countries and promote stability around the world.

Abstract

The people in Indonesia have the right to obtain the same facilities and infrastructure and have the obligation to take part in the people's welfare efforts organized by the government. This is one of the government's policies in the development of social welfare. In essence, the basic needs of the Indonesian people such as clothing, food, housing, health, and education must be met. To obtain all of this, the guarantee of comfort and security in an area is very necessary and is the main factor for the continuity of comfortable and safe village life. However, seeing the different conditions of every human being, some of them do not have public awareness in protecting and maintaining the surrounding environment. This requires us as fellow human beings to create an effort to restore public awareness of the environment we live in and its surroundings. Based on the problems above, this has led to speculation that the government is not paying attention to improving environmental welfare so that this problem will not go away. This study aims to determine the role of the government in supporting the level of public awareness of the welfare of the surrounding environment and to show the impact that occurs. This research approach is carried out with qualitative research methods, then the data used is secondary data that the authors get from the official website of the Ministry of Health.go.id as well as government report documents or previous journals. Data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus. The results of the study indicate that the efforts made by the village government to increase awareness of environmental welfare in rural communities by collecting village potential or available resources in the village. In addition to the village community, the government, the private sector, and activists also play a very important role in efforts to increase environmental health awareness and this research is carried out to form a superior and sustainable village. The limitation of this research is that the data used is still very limited.

Abstract

According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, the meaning of prosperous is peaceful, happy, and healthy. So that a prosperous society is a society that is healthy, peaceful, and happy. A prosperous life is marked by a reduction in dangerous and infectious diseases, people live in a more friendly and green environmental area. In addition, it has healthy environmental and housing facilities, and always has partners in maintaining sustainability. A prosperous society can be realized if the population is able to participate in development. So development strategies and efforts should aim to improve society. The Healthy Village program is a movement to empower potential residents and village community groups to create a healthy family and environment. Village community empowerment is an effort to develop community independence and welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, and utilizing resources through the establishment of policies, programs, activities, and assistance in accordance with the essence of the problem and priority needs of the village community. Realizing a "Healthy Village" requires total community participation, while health service institutions or institutions are only a motivator or guide in public health efforts. The role of rural communities in the health sector must be realized in an effort to encourage every individual, family and/or community institution including the private sector to take responsibility for the health of themselves, their families and communities.

Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to find out the issues of labor exploitation through the perspective of Marxism theory as Karl Marx's criticism of the development of capitalism and the impact of injustice in the distribution of wealth and social inequality. Labor exploitation raises the concept of division of labor on an international scale which in practice results in underdevelopment and dependence of poor countries on rich countries. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review method with 144 scientific articles sourced from the Scopus database. This article review uses the VOS viewer application. The results of this study reveal that the development of research related to the phenomenon of labor exploitation is very diverse as evidenced by workers who experience various exploitation in the workplace which can be classified in several schemes, namely criminal violations, human rights, denial of labor rights, labor trafficking, security violations and discrimination against economic violations. The research also shows that it is not only those with power who are responsible for exploitation, but also state authorities themselves. All research results contribute to the development of a research roadmap on labor exploitation as well as the development of science, especially socio-political science related to issues of labor exploitation, and the development of policies to deal with the phenomenon of labor exploitation in the world. The limitation of this research is that the articles used are only sourced from the Scopus database so that the research findings cannot describe the overall issue of labor exploitation in the world. Future research needs to use scientific articles sourced from other reputable international databases, such as Web of Science from Dimensions Scholars.  Keywords: Labor exploitation, labor, global capitalism, social inequality. Abstrak. Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui isu-isu eksploitasi tenaga kerja melalui perspektif teori Marxisme sebagai kritik Karl Marx atas perkembangan kapitalisme dan dampak ketidakadilan pada distribusi kekayaan serta kesenjangan sosial. Eksploitasi tenaga kerja memunculkan konsep pembagian kerja pada skala internasional yang pada praktiknya mengakibatkan keterbelakangan serta ketergantungan negara miskin terhadap negara kaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review dengan 144 artikel ilmiah bersumber dari database scopus. Review artikel ini menggunakan aplikasi VOS viewer. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan penelitian terkait fenomena eksploitasi tenaga kerja sangat beragam terbukti dengan para tenaga kerja yang mengalami berbagai eksploitasi di tempat kerja yang dapat diklasifikasikan dalam beberapa skema yakni pelanggaran pidana, hak asasi manusia, penolakan hak tenaga kerja, perdagangan tenaga kerja, pelanggaran keamanan dan diskriminasi terhadap pelanggaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa bukan hanya yang memiliki kekuasaan yang bertanggung jawab atas eksploitasi, tetapi juga otoritas negara itu sendiri. Semua hasil penelitian berkontribusi pada pengembangan roadmap penelitian tentang eksploitasi tenaga kerja serta pengembangan ilmu khususnya ilmu sosial politik terkait isu-isu eksploitasi tenaga kerja, dan pengembangan kebijakan penanganan terhadap fenomena eksploitasi tenaga kerja di dunia. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah artikel yang digunakan hanya bersumber dari database scopus sehingga temuan penelitian tidak dapat menggambarkan secara keseluruhan tentang isu eksploitasi tenaga kerja di dunia. Penelitian berikutnya perlu menggunakan artikel ilmiah bersumber dari database internasional bereputasi lainnya, seperti Web of Science dari Dimensions Scholars. Kata Kunci: Eksploitasi tenaga kerja, buruh, kapitalisme global, kesenjangan sosial.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has hindered government performance. Therefore, innovation through the implementation and improvement of digital government is the primary key. The purpose of this study is to undertake a systematic review of published works on the subject of Digital Government. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the trend of studies on the development of digital government models conducted by numerous governments during the Covid-19 epidemic. This study does descriptive analysis on primary data gathered from the Scopus database under the keywords digital government and Covid-19 for the timeframe 2020-2021. The data is then processed and visualized with Vos-Viewer which shows that data, policy, health, innovation, effect and digital transformation are the most dominant concepts. These concepts are the dominant or massive focus previously studied. The contribution of this research is a reference for many countries to innovate internet-based public services to be more efficient and effective. This research is limited because the data source only comes from Scopus. Therefore, in order to produce a comparative, broad and comprehensive analysis, further studies need to include sources of other reputable international journals such as the Web of Science (WoS).

Abstract

This study aimed at examining the patterns and strategies of public service communication in Indonesian border areas, especially those carried out by the BNPP-RI as the management agency of the state border areas. The study focuses on the public service communication of BNPP-RI in their Twitter social media account @bnpp_ri. This study employed a descriptive-qualitative approach by utilizing the Nvivo12 analysis tools as the data processing tool. Several aspects investigated to find out the communication patterns of BNPP's public services on Twitter were communication types, communication intensity, actor relations, dominant topics, and other related aspects. The study results found that BNPP, in its Twitter account, has been quite capable of utilizing digital platforms as an alternative to public service communication in the Indonesian border areas. On the other hand, some shortcomings were also indicated. For example, When viewed from content intensity, Twitter account @bnpp_ri was deemed volatile. Furthermore, @bnpp_ri is also considered unable to dominantly involve other actors/accounts in establishing the public service communication on Twitter. BNPP must address these shortcomings to optimize the communication pattern of public services on Twitter. It is also vital to consider the fundamental role of BNPP as an active agency in communicating its public services in the border areas of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana tata kelola pengembangan pariwisata, dengan itu menjadikan wujud dari salah satu bagian pembangunan ekonomi guna meningkatkan perekonomian dalam suatu negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode review paper dengan software VOSviewer yaitu memilah beberapa artikel dengan topik pembahasan yang sama untuk menambah argumen serta pandangan terkait governance development tourism. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam proses tata kelola pengembangan pariwisata memiliki berbagai aspek penunjang yaitu bisa dilihat dari pendapatan hasil daerah, sumber daya manusia, partisipasi masyarakat, hingga keterampilan masyarakat daerah tersebut. Adanya pengembangan pariwisata menjadi salah satu bagian wujud dari pembangunan ekonomi guna meningkatkan perekonomian dalam suatu negara karena dapat menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat yang lebih luas, yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat maupun daerah tersebut. Sehingga menumbuhkan rasa kesadaran masyarakat dan mengembangankan dengan baik berdasarkan komunitas perkumpulan untuk pembelajaran atau sosialisasi terhadap masyakarat sekitar yang kurang memahami terkait pengembangan pariwisata. Adanya promosi untuk tercapainya pengembangan infrastuktur untuk rasa kenyamanan pariwisata lokal maupun non lokal.

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, there has been a widespread understanding that sports and physical activities play a role in building character and developing moral values. Bung Karno once proposed that sports should be one of the main factors in building nationalism and shaping the character of the nation. In this context, sports activities become dynamic and serve as a tool for the nation's struggle. Through education, we can shape a strong mentality and character. Sports provide many positive aspects to us. In addition to focusing on physical factors, sports also train our attitude and mentality to become leaders. One way to shape the character of the nation is through sports. With sports, we can develop the character of the nation, the spirit of sportsmanship, and strengthen national unity. Therefore, all elements of society must play an active role in advancing national sports. Normatively and generally accepted, the formation of the character of the nation is very important for the younger generation and even determines the future of the nation. Olahraga memberikan banyak hal positif kepada kita. Selain memperhatikan faktor fisik, olahraga juga melatih sikap dan mental kita untuk menjadi pemimpin. Salah satu cara untuk membentuk karakter bangsa adalah melalui olahraga. Dengan olahraga, kita dapat mengembangkan karakter bangsa, semangat sportivitas, dan mempererat persatuan bangsa. Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply about agricultural development. This study uses the systematic literature review method, articles taken from the publications of various publishers using the SCOPUS database and given restrictions on the year of publication only for the last two years or the same as from 2019 to 2021. From the results of this search resulted in 233 views of relevant articles. With this research topic, this figure is obtained from the number of files (.ris) that are exported to Mendeley software. This study explains that agricultural development is currently an integral part of the general public. In agricultural development, it is not only a process or activity of agricultural production but also something that can produce social changes from the scope of values, norms, behavior, institutions, social and so on in order to achieve better economic growth and improve the welfare of farmers and society to become more and more. The limitations of this study are examples of articles presented that differ from the existing conditions in each country so that there is a need for a critical understanding of the government system in the examples of articles that are used as references besides that there needs to be special considerations in determining equations and new findings from articles that are used as reference material to develop the main idea in accordance with the selected topic and title so that the next research needs to understand the main points of the topics that are in accordance with the title and focus on research by adjusting to new things that are to be sought and can be adjusted to the title that is raised.
