Abstract

The development of information technology and globalization has impacted the learning process of higher education in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the level of technological literacy of students at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in supporting the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) policy of universities in Indonesia. This article uses a survey approach through a google form distributed purposively to students using a quantitative method. The survey uses a Likert scale adopted by the PISA standard, UNESCO. The results of this study indicate that the level of technological literacy for students who have participated in the Merdeka Learn Campus Merdeka (MBKM) is high. Furthermore, the survey shows that information literacy and digital literacy have good scores from the four elements of technological literacy: information literacy, digital literacy, and internet literacy. Two faculties have high technological literacy, namely the Faculty of Health Sciences and Teacher Training and Education. The implication of this research is to provide input information for higher education managers to make decisions on the development of the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) in higher education

Abstract

Political dynasty practice in many democracy countries and sign of the flaws of democratic political systems in recent decades. It shows the inequality of justice, a crisis of trust, and democratic legal policies because families or groups controlled the government. The bibliographic review study examines the theory and practice of political dynasty in democratic countries through a different approach from the previous one, namely through literature studies of many Scopus indexed scientific articles from qualified researchers in the political field. Systematically bibliometric review can examine the study comprehensively and complete. The analysis uses VOSviewer and Nvivo to create linkage of the topic, grouping theme, mapping the dominant theme of a political dynasty. Based on cluster analysis with NVivo 12 plus sourced from 60 Scopus indexed articles, there are six clusters and five main topics about dynastic politics in a democratic country.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the City Branding model “Pemalang pusere Jawa” in Pemalang Regency, which focuses on the strategy of the Government to develop a new brand of Pemalang. “Pemalang pusere Jawa” has shown an impact on increasing tourism in Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The Government supports the success of the City Branding program, and the people involved in the program, stakeholders, and culture, to boost tourism, which will have an impact on the economic sector and increase tourism significantly. Data were analyzed using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) approach in qualitative research that defines and explains distribution characteristics. The data were collected through interviews with six key informants who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Document studies were also conducted to support data analysis. This research uses the NVivo 12 Plus application to analyze data consisting of Concept Maps, Group Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. There are three points found in this study, consisting of 1) Program; the program is based on Pemalang Regent Regulation Number 27/2017 Article 7 concerning Utilization and Implementation of the City Branding Logo. The branding “Pemalang pusere Jawa” was launched in 2016 and the Visit Pemalang application is used to assist tourists in exploring tourism in Pemalang or known as a tour guide application. A Visit Pemalang application makes users easier to find tourism sites in Pemalang Regency by displaying the distance from the users’ location to the destination. 2) Partnership; this program is supported by infrastructure stakeholders consisting of the Planalogy Team, the Architect Team, and the Economic Development Expert Team. Program implementation involves the Government and the Community. 3) Culture; various annual events are held as an effort to preserve culture in Pemalang such as “Festival Wong Gunung” and other annual events. Community involvement in the implementation of City Branding is one of the success factors of the program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan serta peran masyarakat sipil dalam pendidikan digital. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan menggunakan Systematic Literatur Riview (SLR) dengan menggunakan 168 artikel terpilih dari database Scopus. Analisis artikel menggunakan aplikasi VOSviewer untuk melihat trend topik dari tahun ke tahun, negara, penulis, topik yang sedang dibahas. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendidikan diakui sebagai faktor penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan globalisasi telah memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada aspek ini. Dalam pendidikan digital, sumber daya multimedia digunakan untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa. Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam bidang pendidikan, dengan penekanan pada teknologi pendidikan digital yang menawarkan pengalaman belajar lebih interaktif dan dipersonalisasi. Integrasi teknologi digital memberikan manfaat seperti meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, aksesibilitas, dan adaptasi metode pengajaran. Literasi media digital (DML) menjadi sangat penting untuk memberdayakan siswa menjadi warga negara digital yang aktif. Masyarakat sipil berperan dalam mengembangkan multimedia yang efektif dan efisien untuk pendidikan digital, serta memberikan bimbingan dan menggunakan teknologi pendidikan digital. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan roadmap penelitian tentang digital education di era digital saat ini, di mana orang dapat berkomunikasi dengan mudah bahkan dalam keadaan yang tidak pasti, penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran digital dapat membantu dan mempercepat proses belajar. Pembelajaran online yang didukung oleh teknologi digital dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih inklusif dan terbuka bagi siswa dengan berbagai latar belakang dan kemampuan. Pendidikan memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan globalisasi telah memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Dampak transformasi digital tidak terbatas pada sektor pendidikan saja. Ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada masyarakat sipil, seperti interaksi dan komunikasi yang lebih baik antara pejabat negara, organisasi sektor swasta, dan masyarakat umum. Platform media sosial telah menjadi alat yang kuat untuk memobilisasi komunitas, meningkatkan kesadaran tentang isu-isu sosial. Penelitian ini mempunyai keterbatasan dalam mencari artikel Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah artikel yang digunakan hanya bersumber dari database Scopus dengan penelitian yang dipublish mulai tahun 2022-2023 sehingga temuan penelitian tidak dapat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang dinamika, isu atau topik civil society and digital education. Penelitian selanjutnya perlu menggunakan artikel ilmiah yang bersumber dari database internasional bereputasi lainnya, seperti Web of Science dan Dimensionds.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has an important role in improving the company's existence. CSR was formed to implement empowerment to society, attract the attention of surrounding society and build the company's image. This paper aims to examine implementation of society empowerment through the CSR program. This study uses the method of study literature and bibliometric analysis by collecting previous research articles that are indexed in Scopus database and have correlation with CSR programs, which are then carried out using bibliometric analysis using the VOS viewer. This analysis makes it easier for the author to make a common thread about dominant concepts studied. This study reveals that society empowerment in an effort to improve economic level and welfare of society through CSR programs is able to increase the responsibility and quality of companies in Indonesia. Besides that, it also has an impact on the quality of the economy and helps society to face the dynamic economy, social and culture in the future. For further research, it is expected to pay attention to dominant concepts contained in CSR programs, especially in implementation of society development around the company as consideration for improvement and refinement of research to be carried out.

Abstract

Narrative Policy Framework (NPF) berupaya mendeskripsikan, menjelaskan, dan memprediksi peran narrasi dalam policy making. Tujuan penelitian ini melakukan pendekatan bibliometric untuk melihat perkembangan penelitian pada bidang Narrative Policy Framework (NPF). Data penelitian ini merupakan 125 artikel berepurtasi internasional (Scopus) pada tahun 2010 sampai 2020 dengan kata kunci Narrative Policy Framework (NPF). Indikator bibliometrik, seperti kutipan, digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur tema. Analisis data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak softwere VOSviewer dan NVivo Plus 12. Penggunaan VOSviewer untuk memetakan tren tema utama di area penelitian dan dapat menemukan literature baru. Kemudian melakukan project map tema besar artikel penelitian Narrative Policy Framework dengan perangkat lunak softwere Nvivo Plus 12. Hasil analisis, penulis, lembaga, dan kata kunci menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Studi penelitian Narrative Policy Framework memiliki tren perkembangan jumlah publikasi sangat fluktuatif pada sepuluh tahun terkahir; (2) United States memiliki kontribusi tinggi dalam publikasi penelitian topik ini; (3) tidak adanya dominasi penulis tunggal yang siginifikan: (4) Studi Narrative Policy Framework berdasarkan analisis jaringan, menunujukan empat tema besar yang menjadi konsen author, Policy, Narrative, Politik. Narrative Policy Framework memiliki peran dalam melihat struktur narasi, ideologi narasi dan gap narasi antar aktor, sehingga kondisi tersebut dapat membuat analisis kebijakan publik semakin komperhensif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang lolos program kampus mengajar tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 103 orang, sedangkan sampel di ambil sebanyak 71 mahasiswa. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan angket atau kuisioner. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kategori pedagogik mahasiswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggnakan uji t One-Sample Test dengan value 60. Sebelum melakukan uji t, terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kategori kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa dengan kriteria Sangat tinggi sebesar 27% dan tinggi 73%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 40,805 dan jika dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = n-1 ( 71-1 = 70) sebesar 1,667. Jadi t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan program kampus mengajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima.

Abstract

The study aims to observe the trends of research carried out by various researchers around the world discussing the public sphere, especially in democratic countries, throughout the years 2023–2024, which will eventually be concluded on the basis of the findings of this study. In conducting research, the method of systematic literature review is used, which uses 131 scientific articles sourced from the database. Then the entire review uses the Vosviewer application as a basis for doing analysis. The research revealed that there was a significant decrease in the writing of articles on the subject of public sphere democracy as the number of articles available in the Scopus database decreased from 2023 to 2024. Then it was found that the average author had the same number of works, i.e., two articles uploaded to the Scopus database. The United States ranked first as the country with the most posts on the subject of public sphere democracy, with a total of 28 articles, followed by Germany, which ranked second, and the United Kingdom, which ranked third. The scope of public sphere democracy research topics provides dominant indicators in the social sciences with specific keywords such as political, public, power, study, and state. The results of this research contribute to the development of a research roadmap on public-sphere democracy. The research has the limitation that the articles used as research references only come from Scopus databases, so the research findings cannot comprehensively describe the issue of public-sphere democracies. So further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international databases, such as the Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a buffer of the national economy that it proved able to survive during the monetary crisis in Indonesia in 1997-1998. On the one hand, MSMEs have a strong resilience to the economic crisis. On the other hand, the development of MSMEs is faced with complex problems. This research departs from the complexity of the problems faced in developing Tapioca Starch business. This study aims to understand the problems faced by SMEs in developing Tapioca Flour Business in Kediri and prepare concrete steps to solve the problem. This research used descriptive qualitative method with data collection technique of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that the problems faced by the Tapioca flour business in Kediri are that they have no the formation of the business in a business group, the lack of human resources skills in developing the business, the limited business capital, and the dependence of the entrepreneurs on the middlemen directly and not to the detriment of entrepreneurs. The steps proposed for such issues include the formation of business groups, strengthening cooperative networks with business groups, markets, and cassava growers, and strengthening venture capital through saving and loan systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how communication affects the political participation of rural communities. This research uses a systematic literature review method using 219 scholarly articles from the Scopus database. The review of the articles was conducted using the Vosviewer application. The results revealed that there are 5 thematic clusters in the study of political communication participation, including the green cluster, yellow cluster, purple cluster, red cluster, and blue cluster. Where each cluster has a strong relationship between clusters. The politics of local leaders affect all aspects of community life in the area. Good leaders are developed through a long process and do not appear by chance. The ability to get others to do what the leader wants is known as leadership.  Communication in the community is considered to work well in the process of political participation in the community, despite the poorly understood and inadequate form of information distribution. The process of political participation in the election of leaders and other political bodies runs smoothly with the support of available communication media. Villagers are invited to participate in decision-making because they better understand what is needed for the welfare of the village. The results of this research help people's political participation in various ways and provide information to people who need it. The research process was limited because the articles used were only from the Scopus database, so the research results could not cover the issue of government communication in increasing the participation of rural communities as a whole.  Future research should use scientific article sources from recognized international databases such as Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars, so this research itself has weaknesses that need to be improved for future research.
