Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih dalam tentang bagaimana perkembangan partisipasi politik masyarakat telah berevolusi seiring dengan perubahan zaman dan teknologi modern, khususnya dalam era digital. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review (SLR) yang menggunakan 202 artikel ilmiah dari database Scopus. Review artikel ini menggunakan aplikasi Vosviewer. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bagaimana media sosial dan teknologi digital mempengaruhi partisipasi politik yang telah mengalami transformasi dengan adanya teknologi digital, terutama melalui platform media sosial untuk berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses politik. Fenomena ini menandai pergeseran paradigma dalam partisipasi politik, di mana individu dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam proses politik melalui media sosial, membuka ruang perdebatan yang lebih luas. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada perspektif media sosial telah menjadi alat yang efektif untuk memobilisasi dan mengorganisir masyarakat sehingga memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap penguatan demokrasi. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah bahwa artikel yang digunakan hanya bersumber dari database Scopus sehingga temuan penelitian mungkin tidak dapat menggambarkan secara komprehensif isu-isu global seperti perbedaan akses dan penggunaan teknologi juga dapat menciptakan hambatan terhadap kesetaraan yang terkait partisipasi politik aktif di era digital. Penelitian berikutnya perlu menggunakan artikel ilmiah yang bersumber data dari database internasional lainnya, seperti Web of Science dan Dimensions Scholars, untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang lebih komprehensif tentang isu-isu politik dan demokrasi. Abstract

Post-Covid-19 economic recovery is important for a country or region, including Grobogan Regency as a region in Central Java, Indonesia. The aim of the research is to determine economic recovery efforts in Grobogan Regency after Covid-19 in various sectors. This qualitative research collected data through interviews, documentation and observations conducted in January-February 2023. The results of data analysis found that economic recovery efforts in Grobogan Regency were carried out by providing various assistance to the community such as PKH, PIP, KIP, BLT programs, capital for MSMEs, interest on business loans at banks is smaller compared to the year before Covid-19, conducting various training for MSMEs and so on. It is hoped that these efforts will be able to improve the economy of regional communities after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance through Work Stress as a Mediating Variable (Study at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency). The subjects in this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the sample of this study were employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency Office, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. The data were analyzed by SEM analysis assisted by the SmartPLS3 application. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) direct relationships between influencing variables. The results of the variables that affected directly are: workload has a significant effect on employee performance, it has a significant effect on work stress, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work stress, and work stress directly has a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of variables that affected indirectly are: workload indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress and work motivation indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilatar belakangi oleh situasi dan kondisi Di Sekretriat DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB bersama para Advokat, Advokat Magang dan staf di DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB, advokat berstatus penegak hukum yang mempunyai kedudukan yang sejajar dan setara dengan unsur penegak hukum lainya, yaitu polisi, jaksa dan hakim karena advokat sudah mendapatkan legitimasi formal dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang advokat, sehingga advokat berperan penting dalam proses penegakan hukum baik di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan. Dalam rangka pelaksanaan tugas profesinya, seharusnya hak-hak advokat yang dimiliki dan dijamin dalam undang-undang advokat, pelaksanaanya harus betul-betul menjadi atensi semua pihak dalam rangka membantu kelancaran tugas advokat sehingga perlindungan hukum yang dilakukan terhadap klien dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sifat penelitiannya bersifat deskriptif-analitik. Sumber data yang digunakan ialah sumber data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan DPC PERADI Mataram-NTB, sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku-buku dan sumber lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian dan sumber data tersier. Dan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman tentang Peranan Advokat Dalam Penegakan Hukum Di Indonesia (Studi Di Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Peradi Mataram-NTB).

Abstract

Physical education and sports play a crucial role in shaping the nation's character. Through a holistic approach, this education not only enhances physical fitness but also instills fundamental moral, social, and leadership values for both individual and societal development. This study delves into the significance of physical education and sports as a cornerstone in nation-building. We highlight their vital contributions in fostering discipline, cooperation, sportsmanship, and other positive values essential for cultivating strong and responsible personalities. The analysis explores various methods and approaches for effective implementation of physical education and sports, emphasizing the importance of integrating academic and non-academic curricula to create sustainable and holistic learning environments. By strengthening the role of physical education and sports within the education system, we can nurture a healthier, more competitive, and morally responsible generation for building the nation's future.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the social construction of family roles in migrant workers’ income management. Many migrant worker families are unable to manage their income correctly. This social construction would affect the community by giving negative stigma to the families of migrant workers. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects were selected based on proportional sampling, namely people who live close to the families of migrant workers, extended families of migrant workers, and community leaders. The results of this study indicate that, in reality, some couples of migrant worker families can manage their income well, resulting in the income of migrant workers that does not have a meaningful impact on the family. The findings of this study contribute to developing a theory of social construction, where reality is the result of personal understanding, which is used as a shared understanding in the community. This shared understanding gives a new stigma to the reality of migrant worker families. The research limitation is that the data used are only obtained from subject interview data and case observations in the field, so the research findings limitedly describe the study of social construction in general. Future research that can be conducted based on this finding is investigating the effect of poor income management on the increasing migrant workers’ family disharmony.

Abstract

The objective of the current study is to map regency and Municipality government budget allocations in East Java Province, Indonesia. The study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches. The quantitative approach is related to the use of numerical data on the percentage of education budget allocations. The qualitative approach is related to the use of interview data obtained from the head of the regency/Municipality Education Office in East Java Province. The study reveals that there are 5 (five) education budget allocation clusters in East Java, namely cluster A with the highest percentage of education budget allocation, covering Jember Regency and Nganjuk Regency, whereas Clusters B, C, D, and E are regencies/Municipalities with the medium, smallest, and lowest percentage of education budget allocations. Since there are only two regencies/Municipalities categorized into cluster A, it indicates that the 20% target allocation of the national education budget policy is still far from expectations, which might be caused by the planning problems, technical implementation guidelines, allocations, and different interests and perceptions among stakeholders.

Abstract

This paper utilizes NVivo 12 Plus, a type of qualitative data analysis software, for qualitative document content analysis as a means of understanding informal fiscal policymaking practices, including bribery, corruption, collusion, lobbying, negotiation, and transactional politics. Use of NVivo 12 Plus for qualitative document content analysis facilitated the management, analysis, and visualization of data on informal fiscal policymaking. More specifically, qualitative content analysis of decisions of the Supreme Court of Indonesia revealed that informal fiscal policymaking in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City, Indonesia, involved the practices of bribery, corruption, collusion, lobbying, negotiation, and transactional politics between regional leaders, bureaucrats, private actors, and political brokers. This paper contributes a qualitative research design that can be used to explain informal practices in fiscal policymaking and budget management.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the relationship between local government and civic groups in the budget planning of the local government of Malang in Indonesia. A qualitative method are applied in this study. The findings indicate that; firstly, there isa relationship between local government and civic groups showingthat the principles of democracy (equality, participation, and justice) remain insuffi- cient in the budget planning. Secondly, the local government has dominated civic groups in the process of approval of the budget planning.These findings contribute to developing budget planning in Malang to find a way to establish democratic budget policy and to establish budget policy regarding public needs and preferences. Therefore, the local government should realize that public par- ticipation is a way to achieve democratic budget policy. On the other side, civic groups may need tobuild civic awareness and a willingness to participate in the budget policy, through civic education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the City Branding model “Pemalang pusere Jawa” in Pemalang Regency, which focuses on the strategy of the Government to develop a new brand of Pemalang. “Pemalang pusere Jawa” has shown an impact on increasing tourism in Pemalang, Central Java, Indonesia. The Government supports the success of the City Branding program, and the people involved in the program, stakeholders, and culture, to boost tourism, which will have an impact on the economic sector and increase tourism significantly. Data were analyzed using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) approach in qualitative research that defines and explains distribution characteristics. The data were collected through interviews with six key informants who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Document studies were also conducted to support data analysis. This research uses the NVivo 12 Plus application to analyze data consisting of Concept Maps, Group Analysis, and Cluster Analysis. There are three points found in this study, consisting of 1) Program; the program is based on Pemalang Regent Regulation Number 27/2017 Article 7 concerning Utilization and Implementation of the City Branding Logo. The branding “Pemalang pusere Jawa” was launched in 2016 and the Visit Pemalang application is used to assist tourists in exploring tourism in Pemalang or known as a tour guide application. A Visit Pemalang application makes users easier to find tourism sites in Pemalang Regency by displaying the distance from the users’ location to the destination. 2) Partnership; this program is supported by infrastructure stakeholders consisting of the Planalogy Team, the Architect Team, and the Economic Development Expert Team. Program implementation involves the Government and the Community. 3) Culture; various annual events are held as an effort to preserve culture in Pemalang such as “Festival Wong Gunung” and other annual events. Community involvement in the implementation of City Branding is one of the success factors of the program.
