Abstract

Real work lecture is one of the activities that aims to increase student participation in assisting community development, especially in the social and religious fields. This article discusses efforts to optimize social and religious activities in Muara Laung II Village through the KKN program. This activity involves students in various work programs and religious guidance in accordance with the needs of the local community. The results of this program show an increase in community participation in social and religious activities, an improvement in the quality of life, and an awareness of the importance of developing local potential. Optimization of this activity is expected to become a sustainable model of village community empowerment, with a positive impact on the social and spiritual welfare of the Muara Laung II community.

Abstract

The people in Indonesia have the right to obtain the same facilities and infrastructure and have the obligation to take part in the people's welfare efforts organized by the government. This is one of the government's policies in the development of social welfare. In essence, the basic needs of the Indonesian people such as clothing, food, housing, health, and education must be met. To obtain all of this, the guarantee of comfort and security in an area is very necessary and is the main factor for the continuity of comfortable and safe village life. However, seeing the different conditions of every human being, some of them do not have public awareness in protecting and maintaining the surrounding environment. This requires us as fellow human beings to create an effort to restore public awareness of the environment we live in and its surroundings. Based on the problems above, this has led to speculation that the government is not paying attention to improving environmental welfare so that this problem will not go away. This study aims to determine the role of the government in supporting the level of public awareness of the welfare of the surrounding environment and to show the impact that occurs. This research approach is carried out with qualitative research methods, then the data used is secondary data that the authors get from the official website of the Ministry of Health.go.id as well as government report documents or previous journals. Data were analyzed using Nvivo 12 plus. The results of the study indicate that the efforts made by the village government to increase awareness of environmental welfare in rural communities by collecting village potential or available resources in the village. In addition to the village community, the government, the private sector, and activists also play a very important role in efforts to increase environmental health awareness and this research is carried out to form a superior and sustainable village. The limitation of this research is that the data used is still very limited.

Abstract

According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, the meaning of prosperous is peaceful, happy, and healthy. So that a prosperous society is a society that is healthy, peaceful, and happy. A prosperous life is marked by a reduction in dangerous and infectious diseases, people live in a more friendly and green environmental area. In addition, it has healthy environmental and housing facilities, and always has partners in maintaining sustainability. A prosperous society can be realized if the population is able to participate in development. So development strategies and efforts should aim to improve society. The Healthy Village program is a movement to empower potential residents and village community groups to create a healthy family and environment. Village community empowerment is an effort to develop community independence and welfare by increasing knowledge, attitudes, skills, behavior, and utilizing resources through the establishment of policies, programs, activities, and assistance in accordance with the essence of the problem and priority needs of the village community. Realizing a "Healthy Village" requires total community participation, while health service institutions or institutions are only a motivator or guide in public health efforts. The role of rural communities in the health sector must be realized in an effort to encourage every individual, family and/or community institution including the private sector to take responsibility for the health of themselves, their families and communities.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the progress of the state democracy study. The research method applied to this research is systematic literature review using 60 scientific articles sourced from databse scopus. The results reveal the relationship between state and democracy. We explore the concept of state democracy studies, focusing on the role of civil society and deliberative democracies in shaping state-to-community relations. In this Systematic Literature Review (SLR), we present a comprehensive synthesis of the latest literature that focuses on the role of states in facilitating and strengthening democracy. In addition, in the Systematic Literatur Review, we examine the various forms of deliberative processes and their implications for relations between states and societies. These findings suggest that deliberative democracy can promote a more inclusive and participatory political system, in which civil society plays an important role in shaping public policies and making states accountable. We identify trends, key concepts, and challenges faced in understanding the dynamics of democracy in various country contexts. Our findings highlight the importance of accountability, citizen participation, and the role of institutions in achieving sustainable democracy. This research provides an in-depth insight for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to understand the complexity of the relationship between state and democracy. The results of this research have contributed to the development of studies on the subject of state democracy. The limitation of this research is that articles are used only from scopus databases so the research findings cannot comprehensively describe the issues of state democracy. Further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international database sources, such as the Web of Science and Dimensionds Scholars.

Abstract

The study aims to observe the trends of research carried out by various researchers around the world discussing the public sphere, especially in democratic countries, throughout the years 2023–2024, which will eventually be concluded on the basis of the findings of this study. In conducting research, the method of systematic literature review is used, which uses 131 scientific articles sourced from the database. Then the entire review uses the Vosviewer application as a basis for doing analysis. The research revealed that there was a significant decrease in the writing of articles on the subject of public sphere democracy as the number of articles available in the Scopus database decreased from 2023 to 2024. Then it was found that the average author had the same number of works, i.e., two articles uploaded to the Scopus database. The United States ranked first as the country with the most posts on the subject of public sphere democracy, with a total of 28 articles, followed by Germany, which ranked second, and the United Kingdom, which ranked third. The scope of public sphere democracy research topics provides dominant indicators in the social sciences with specific keywords such as political, public, power, study, and state. The results of this research contribute to the development of a research roadmap on public-sphere democracy. The research has the limitation that the articles used as research references only come from Scopus databases, so the research findings cannot comprehensively describe the issue of public-sphere democracies. So further research needs to use scientific articles that come from other reputable international databases, such as the Web of Science and Dimensions Scholars.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang lolos program kampus mengajar tahun 2023 yang berjumlah 103 orang, sedangkan sampel di ambil sebanyak 71 mahasiswa. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Dokumentasi dan angket atau kuisioner. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui kategori pedagogik mahasiswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Untuk pengujian hipotesis menggnakan uji t One-Sample Test dengan value 60. Sebelum melakukan uji t, terlebih dahulu melakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kategori kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa dengan kriteria Sangat tinggi sebesar 27% dan tinggi 73%. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t-hitung sebesar 40,805 dan jika dibandingkan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan df = n-1 ( 71-1 = 70) sebesar 1,667. Jadi t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel maka dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan program kampus mengajar berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pedagogik mahasiswa di STKIP Taman Siswa Bima.

Abstract

Al-Qur'an in the view of Muslims, is a way of life. Verse after verse has a very deep meaning and content beyond the famous poets though. Thus, Muslims need to understand the contents of the Qur'an so that they can be contemplated and practised. One Day One Verse (ODOV) has an important role in increasing the understanding of students at Dea Malela Modern International Islamic Boarding School. One Day One Verse is one of PMI Dea Malela's flagship programs because it is quite different from other programs such as the tahfidz program and the like. The purpose is that students (male and female) can memorize, understand, recite, and apply One Day One Verse. The research method presented is a case study method combined with various related references. Thus, this research includes descriptive research, which focuses on a systematic explanation of the facts obtained when it was conducted. The research subjects were students by conducting interviews and direct observation of activities. The results showed that PMI Dea Malela’s students strongly supported this activity because they felt it had a positive impact on their understanding of the al-Qur’an. Applicatively, some of the verses that have been memorized have been practised in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to find the correlation between goal 8 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the economic growth of countries in Asia. This study uses the research method applied in this study, the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which operates about 600 articles of scientific data sourced from the Scopus database in this review, using the Vosviewer application. The research results reveal many essential points in economic growth in achieving the goals of SDG 8. Since there are still many differences in development that support economic growth, the findings of this study are beneficial to a nation, particularly developing countries in Asia that are still lagging in their economies. With the implementation of the SDGs, the expectation is that the Asian countries are still languishing in infrastructure development as support for the product would realize, and economic growth would be distributed. SDG goal 8, "Economic Growth and Jobs Worth it," emphasizes growth in a more inclusive and sustainable economy, in addition to more productive and full employment opportunities and decent work for all. In addition, population growth is also a factor that has an essential role in achieving the expected economic growth, population density in a country will later impact the country's economy if the government takes no action to deal with this.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara metode latihan plyometrics lari lompat rintangan terhadap peningkatan hasil lompat jauh dan adakah perbedaan peningkatan hasil lompat jauh antara mahasiswa yang memiliki rasio panjang tungkai dan tinggi badan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Penarikan Sampel menggunakan Purposive Random Sampling berjumlah 60 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan terhadap peningkatan lompat jauh t-hitung 1,28 < t-tabel 1,671, artinya t-hitung lebih kecil dari pada t-tabel dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Serta ada perbedaan pengaruh lompat jauh yang signifikan yang memiliki rasio panjang tungkai dan tinggi badan tinggi rata-rata 0,62, sedang dengan rata-rata berjumlah 0,51, dan rendah rata-rata berjumlah 0,69. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh mentode latihan plyometrik lari lompat dan rasio panjang tungkai serta tinggi badan terhadap peningkatan hasil lompat jauh.

Abstract

Permasalahan mendasar yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah desa di seluruh Indonesia ialah tata kelola keuangan desa dilakukan secara konvensional yang berdampak buruk pada manajemen keuangan desa. Tidak sedikit pemerintah desa di Indonesia yang terjebak pada penyalahgunaan administrasi keuangan desa sehingga mereka harus mempertanggungjawabkan secara hukum, bahkan banyak kepala desa yang diproses pada penyidikan hingga dipidanakan akibat penyalahgunaan administrasi keuangan desa. Dampak selanjutnya, adalah pemerintah desa tidak memiliki keberanian membangun desa dengan menggunakan dana desa. Karena itu, desa sistem informasi pengelolaan keuangan desa menjadi penting untuk dilakukan yang diharapkan berdampak pada tata kelola keuangan desa yang baik dan berkontribusi positif terhadap pembangunan desa. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk mendesain SIM Keuangan Desa yang akan diterapkan pada pemerintah Desa di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
