Abstrak: Masa era new normal yang diterapkan selama pandemi covid 19 menuntut adanya penerapan protocol kesehatan di semua sector termasuk sector pariwisata. Homestay di desa wisata sebagai bagian dari sector pariwisata pun tidak luput dari penerapan protocol kesehatan yaitu penerapan Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety and Environment (CHSE). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman CHSE kepada pengelola-pengelola homestay di Desa Wisata Mandiraja, kecamatan Moga Kabupaten Pemalang Jawa Tengah. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian diawali dengan survey awal dilanjukan dengan kegiatan Fokus Grup diskusi kemudian pelatihan terkait pengelolaan pengembangan dan penerapan CHSE dan diakhiri dengan monitoring langsung ke homestay-homestay yang telah diberi pelatihan. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan ini diperoleh bahwa 90% pengelola homestay yang tadinya kurang memahami adanya CHSE menjadi paham dan 100% menyatakan perlu adanya penerapan CHSE pada masa era new normal selama pandemi Covid 19 demi kenyamanan dan keselamatan wisatawan yang dating ke desanya. Abstract: The period of the new normal era which was implemented during the Covid 19 pandemic requires the application of health protocols in all sectors including the tourism sector. Homestay in tourist villages as part of the tourism sector must also implement a health protocol, namely the application of Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety and Environment (CHSE). The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an understanding of the CHSE to homestay managers in Mandiraja Tourism Village, Moga sub-district, Pemalang Regency, Central Java. The method of implementing the service begins with an initial survey followed by Focus Group discussion activities then training related to the management of the development and implementation of the CHSE and ends with direct monitoring to the homestays that have been given training. The final result of this activity was that most of the homestay managers who previously did not understand the CHSE became aware and 100% stated that there was a need to implement CHSE during the new normal era during the Covid 19 pandemic for the comfort and safety of tourists who came to their villages.

Abstrak: Pelatihan kewirausahaan berbasis pariwisata merupakan pengabdian masyarakat yang sederhana dan dapat dilakukan oleh masyarakat yang berada disekitar daya tarik wisata. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya dibutuhkan antusias masyarakat berinovasi dalam membuat produk yang diminati wisatawan, sehinggadapat membuka peluang usaha baru yang bermanfaat untuk dikembangkan didesanya. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskripsi, dimana peneliti mendiskripsikan pengabdian dengan wawancara potensi daya tarik, kemudian dilakukan FGD (Focus Group Discussion) kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya Kewiruasahaan. Tujuan kewirausahaan ini merupakan proses melakukan sesuatu yang baru atau kreatif dan berbeda (inovatif) yang berguna dalam memberikan nilai lebih. Desa Jamalsari memiliki daya tarik yang sangat menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan yaitu Waduk Barang Bukit Cinta Jati. Tetapi dibutuhkan ada inovasi untuk orang-orang yang akan mengembangkan daya tarik ini dengan konsep ramah lingkungan, dan orang-orang yang menjual kreativitas inovasi produk lokal untuk menarik dipromosikan di sekitar waduk Bukit Cinta Jatibarang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan perspektif dan meningkatkan motivasi masyarakat di bidang kewirausahaan, produk yang tersedia di masyarakat dapat dikemas dengan baik dan tentunya akan menarik bantuan pemerintah / mitra untuk bekerja sama.Abstract: Entrepreneurial training based on tourism is a simple community devotion and can be done by people who are around the tourist attraction. However, in its implementation it takes enthusiasm of the community innovating in making the products that tourists demand, so that open new business opportunities that are beneficial to be developed in the village. Methods of research conducted using the method of description, where researchers describe the devotion with interviews potential attraction, then conducted FGD (Focus Group Discussion) to the public about the importance of entrepreneurship. This entrepreneurial goal is the process of doing something new or creative and different (innovative) that is useful in delivering more value. Jamalsari Village has a very interesting attraction for tourists to visit namely Bukit Cinta Jati Reservoir goods. But it takes innovation for people who will develop this attraction with eco-friendly concepts, and those who sell creativity of local product innovations to withdraw are promoted around Bukit Cinta Jatibarang Reservoir. This Activity aims to create perspectives and improve community motivation in the field of entrepreneurship, the products available in the community can be packed well and will certainly attract government/partner assistance to cooperate.

During COVID-19, working from home (WFH) becomes most possible working arrangement alternative in order to practice social distancing. The productivity of WFH is still questioned by many organizations, especially companies which conduct WFH extensively for the first time. Do digital skills, work motivation, digital leadership, digital collaboration, perceived organizational support, and performance management impact positively and significantly on work productivity? This paper is based on cross-sectional study which involved 855 office workers from 32 provinces in Indonesia. PLS SEM and SmartPLS version 3.0 were used to structure and test the research model. The analysis result reveals that individual factor influences WFH productivity directly, while group and organizational antecedents influenced indirectly. To leverage WFH productivity, organizations should focus to develop digital skills and work motivation as individual factor. The organizational and group antecedents should be aligned and directed to impact on WFH productivity.

This study attempts to describe how the stages of planning in village financial management in Jembrak Village in Pabelan District, Semarang Regency. This research was carried out because of the phenomenon in the field which showed that the delivery of APB Village from the village to the District still often experienced delays. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study consisted of 5 village employees in the Jembrak Village District, Pabelan District and the village administration. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was performed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Jembrak Village in the District of Pabelan District has carried out a plan in managing village finances quite well in accordance with the stages set by applicable regulations. The local government has conducted socialization related to regulations, providing training, assistance and supervision. The village has developed a village RPJM that is aligned with the Semarang Regency RPJMD. The village medium term development plan is then set out in the village RKP which is used as the basis for preparing the village budget. In the process of making the village medium term development plan and the village RKP, the village has involved village institutions and the local village community to play an active role. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be fixed. The main weakness that must be corrected is the quality of human resources in this case village officials. The number of village assistants with only 3 people to handle 17 villages also became an obstacle related to coordination and assistance in the village. For 2017 the village government felt greatly helped by the use of the siskeudes. With the use of the siskeudes, the planning stage through to accountability becomes more organized.Keywords: Management, Finance, Village

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of Attractions, Activities, Amenities, and Accessibility (4A) on tourist satisfaction at Taman Nusa Bali which is experiencing unfavorable conditions including a decrease in the level of tourist visits every year, besides that there are several conditions of tourism components that need to be improved. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents. The research data was processed by quantitative statistical analysis using multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression analysis show that an increase in variable 4A will increase tourist satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis test show a significant F value, the adjusted R2 square coefficient value of 0.604 indicates that all 4A variables have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction together with a close relationship of 60.4%. This shows that to increase tourist satisfaction it is necessary to increase all tourism components in order to increase tourist satisfaction in the next period.

This research was conducted at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention which aims to analyze and explain the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance, and to find out which variables are most influential on tourist satisfaction.This research uses quantitative methods with 55 respondents. The validity and reliability test techniques, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the f test, t test, coefficient of determination and beta coefficient.The results showed that the level of testing was significant and positively influenced by the regression equation, Y = -0.005 X1 + 0.971 X2 and it was proven that the organizational culture variable had the most dominant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.971. The conclusion from this study that of the two independent variables, organizational culture is a variable that has a positive effect on employee performance at Patra Semarang Hotel & Convention.

Development of Village Potential in tourism in Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang, as well as the implementation of community service by several lecturers who have knowledge and skills about tourism. This activity was in the form of socialization about the Potential of Tourism Village based on Ekowista and Guide. The main objective of this activity is to help the people of Patemon Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, in order to develop the potential of their village for tourism activities. As well as providing benefits in the form of Training and Skills related to the Tourism Sector based on the Tourism Law Number 10 of 2009 in Chapter I article 1. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Restoran Sisingamangaraja Sites Semarang dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 75 responden. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi pihak manajemen maupun karyawan. Data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen, uji hipotesis dan sebelumnya diuji dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka hasil uji analisis regresi berganda menunjukan nilai F yang signifikan dengan nilai korelasi determinasi R2 square ssebesar 0,383. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan perlu adanya kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja yang baik

Planning & Kualitas pelayanan Departement Housekeeping terhadap kepuasan tamu di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat menunjang kepuasan tamu, salah satunya yaitu pelayanan department housekeeping. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif dalam memecahkan masalah yang berhubungan dengan housekeeping departement di Hotel Nirwana Pekalongan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian bermetode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan memperoleh data dan fakta yang diperlukan, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan responden sebanyak 13 orang, dengan rincian 10 responden tamu, 1 responden executive housekeeper, 1 responden housekeeping supervisor, dan 1 responden assistant front office manager. Dari hasil penelitian ini dibahas beberapa faktor yang dapat housekeeping berikan untuk menunjang kenyamanan dan kepuasan tamu saat tinggal di Hotel Nirwana pekalongan. Karena housekeeping department memiliki peranan besar, tidak hanya dalam kenyamanan dan kepuasan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi, Insentif dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap karyawan Housekeeping di Hotel Alexander Tegal di Kota Tegal. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan itu diimplementasikan kepada 60 karyawan Hotel Alexander Tegal di Kota Tegal. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 17. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Metode sensus dan teknik uji data yang digunakan dalam penelitian termasuk validitas uji dengan analisis faktor, uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk memverifikasi dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Komunikasi, Budaya Organisasi dan Insentif memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Housekeeping Hotel Alexander Tegal.
