Abstract

The focus of this research is to find out whether there is an effect of product quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions on local fashion products in Palangka Raya City. Product quality and price are factors that can influence consumer purchasing decisions and are often used by consumers as a basis for consideration of a product until they decide to make a purchase. This research uses a quantitative approach method. This type of research uses field data on WYD (Wear Your Design) distribution of Palangka Raya as a local brand maker of Palangka Raya. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The population in this study used the Lemeshow formula and obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that based on the results of the partial test statistical calculations, it was concluded that product quality and price had a partial and simultaneous effect on people's purchasing decisions at WYD Distro Palangka Raya. The implementation of Islamic economic values ​​in the form of the value of benefit and justice in production and consumption activities in this study.

Abstract

East Kotawaringin Regency generates 2.024,519 tons of coconut husk waste annually, primarily managed through open burning and water disposal. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the Environmental Department’s (DLH) role in waste control using a normative-empirical approach. Results show that despite Regent Regulation No. 29 of 2022, DLH’s performance remains ineffective. Key barriers include limited institutional capacity, non-integrated budgets, weak coordination, and vast geographical challenges. Enhanced regional policies are essential to optimize waste governance and achieve good environmental governance.

Abstract

This study discusses legal arguments related to Indonesia's regulatory framework for managing Sharia funding and loan risk. This study uses a legal analysis approach concerning the principles of the state constitution, Islamic banking laws, the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and regulations from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This arrangement aims to protect consumer interests, ensure compliance with Sharia principles, and maintain the sustainability of the Sharia financial industry in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research with data search methods, namely through library research sources and literature studies through library research in scientific journals, books, papers, and articles directly related to the research problem under study. It has the purpose of doing a description of the problem under study. In conclusion, this regulatory framework is essential to protect consumer interests, ensure compliance with Sharia principles, and maintain sustainability in Indonesia's Islamic finance industry. These regulations are based on solid legal principles, such as the country's constitution, laws, MUI fatwas, and OJK regulations. This research contributes to understanding the legal arguments regarding Indonesia's regulatory framework for managing Sharia funding and loan risk. It can be a reference for further research and development in this field..

Abstract

Sport fishing or recreational fishing has grown rapidly in Indonesia as a maritime tourism sector, yet it remains inadequately regulated from the perspectives of animal welfare and Islamic environmental jurisprudence. This study employs a normative legal research method with statute, conceptual, and comparative. The findings reveal that Indonesian law, primarily the Fisheries Act No. 45/2009 and Ministerial Regulation No. 27/2021, remains anthropocentric and administratively limited, failing to address the ethical dimension of fish suffering as sentient beings. From the Islamic jurisprudential perspective, the principle of la dharar wa la dhirar and the maqashid al-syariah framework indicate that sport fishing conducted purely for recreation, without proportionate benefit (maslahah), is ethically problematic. Furthermore, the principles of fiqh al-bahr including hima (protected zones), prohibition of israf (excess), and ihya’ al-mawat (ecosystem rehabilitation) alongside fatwas from MUI, Majma’ al-Fiqh al-Islami, and Dar al-Ifta’ al-Mishriyyah, collectively provide a robust normative basis for integrating Islamic values into fisheries regulation. This study recommends revising Ministerial Regulation No. 27/2021 to incorporate humane handling standards, enacting specific animal welfare regulations for recreational fisheries, and formally integrating Islamic environmental jurisprudence as an ethical foundation for national fisheries policy.
