Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of duty drawback by using IKM KITE facilities in the Central Java region. Qualitative research methods are used to explore in depth the questions in this study using the Atlas.ti analysis tool. Researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with providers and target duty drawback users of the KITE IKM facility. Based on the results of the interviews showed that the factors that hindered the use of KITE IKM KITE facility duty drawback were the high dependence of the IKM on distributors, the inability to meet the export period, the lack of confidence in the IKM, and the absence of synergy between related agencies. Several solutions are offered to improve the smooth use of the IKM KITE facility. This research contributes both practical and theoretical.

Abstract

Dapur Umma is a micro business in the culinary field that produces various bottled chili sauce, dried potatoes and spring rolls and fireworks. Based on the results of the field survey, it was found that Dapur Umma had limited problems in marketing its products to the public during the Covid-19 pandemic, where the number of requests that usually came from outside the city fell by up to 60%. This is a problem that cannot be found for a solution because (1) the lack of knowledge about how to promote their products digitally which is interesting and unique and has durability (2) Limited knowledge in financial management to be able to calculate the profit value of the sale of Umma Kitchen. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to help the Umma Kitchen Micro Business which is engaged in the business of chili sauce, dried potatoes and firecracker spring rolls to be able to increase sales value through digital-based marketing and financial management techniques solutions. The final result of this activity can increase the production and marketing value from 45% to 85%.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak lesunya kegiatan ekonomi. Usaha yang tidak luput dari dampak ekonomi akibat pandemic Coevid-19 adalah BUMDes Usaha Praja Doplang. Bentuk strategi yang dikembangkan dalam rangka mempertahankan dan meningkatkan omset BUMDes yaitu dengan strategi promosi secara digital. Namun sebelum kegiatan tersebut dilakukan perlu dilakukan pelatihan dalam pembuatan konten marketing yang menarik, sehingga digarapkan mampu menjadi daya Tarik dan menumpuhkan minat beli sehingga berdampak pada keputusan pembelian. Bentuk pengabdian yang dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan yaitu kemampuan pembuatan konten untuk kegiatan promosi online dalam rangka melakukan digital marketing di BUMDes Usaha Praja Doplang.

Abstract

This study has two objectives: wanting to know the tendency of Self-Employed in the COVID-19 red zone to maintain income levels and the predictive probability of using digitalization to maintain income levels in the COVID-19 Pandemic Era. Secondly, wanting to know the socio-demographic factors of Self-Employed in the red zone and have used a digital approach in their work to maintain income levels during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data sourced from Sakernas August 2020, with logistic regression analysis method. Self-Employed in the red zone of COVID-19 have a lower tendency than those who work in the green zone of COVID-19 to maintain their income level. On the other hand, Self-Employed who have been digitized have a greater probability of increasing their income. Furthermore, Self-Employed with a digital approach who do not work in crowds, do not experience a decrease in working hours, have high skills, and live in villages have a greater probability of maintaining income levels in the red zone of COVID-19.

Abstract

Abstract: The era of globalization that is increasing and has strong competitiveness between companies encourages every university to improve the quality and readiness of students to enter the world of work. Based on this, this study aims to test and analyze the influence of mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills on student work readiness. The population used in this study was students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University Class of 2018-2019 which amounted to 428 students, and a research sample of 208 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of research using the t-test (partial), it was found that mastery of technology affects job readiness, development of work skills affects job readiness, and soft skills do not affect job readiness. The results in the f test (simultaneous), it was found that mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills simultaneously affect job readiness.

Abstract

AbstrakSektor pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan yang diakibatkan oleh terjadinya bencana dan pencegahan bahaya bencana. Sekolah merupakan lembaga tempat berbagi pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga harapan bahwa sekolah menjadi panutan dalam melakukan pencegahan bencana menjadi tinggi. Guru dan tenaga kependidikan di sekolah adalah komponen yang paling penting untuk menciptakan sekolah aman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesiapsiagaan komunitas sekolah sebagai salah satu upaya dalam pengurangan resiko bencana. Design penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan one group pre and post test design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dan tenaga non kependidikan di SLB N Pembina Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai p > 0,001 yang berarti tidak ada perbedaan bermakna antara sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan. Selisih nilai mean pre dan post adalah 1,46 yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesiapsiagaan setelah diberikan pelatihan, namun masuk dalam kategori lemah. Sebagian besar responden pernah mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 40 orang (76,9%). Dari data tersebut, secara umum aspek pengetahuan tentang kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi, pengetahuan komunitas sekolah sudah sangat bagus. Namun ada beberapa guru dan tenaga non kependidikan yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan siaga bencana sebanyak 12 orang (23,1%). Beberapa guru menyatakan bahwa mereka yang belum mendapatkan pelatihan adalah guru baru. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengintegrasian pengurangan risiko bencana ke dalam kurikulum sekolah. Simulasi atau pelatihan diharapkan berkelanjutan setiap 3-6 bulan sekali.Kata kunci : komunitas sekolah, pelatihan, siaga bencana Abstract Education sector has an important role to face some challenges due to occurence of disaster and mitigation hazards of disaster. A school is one of the place for knowledge and skill sharing, so then the hope that the school is become a centre for example in accordance with mitigation of disaster is high. Teacher and educational staff are the important parties to create a safe school. The main objective of this research is to find out the readiness of school community to reduce the risk of disaster. The design of this research is quasi experiment with the plan of one group pre and post test design. The population of this research is all teachers and staffs at SLB N Pembina Yogyakarta. Technique of sampling collection is purposive sampling. The result of this reasearch is the value of p>0.001 which means no different or similar result before and after training. Discrepancy of mean value in between pre and post test is 1.46 which means there is positive impact of mitigation readiness after training eventhought small number. Most of the respondences have ever joint in training (40 peoples – 76.9%). Based on the data, the knowledge of the readiness to face earthquake in scholl community is good. There is a few teachers and staffs which havent got any training (12 peoples – 23.1%). Most of them are new teachers. The integration of mitigation for risk disaster within school curriculum is required. Simulation or training is advised to perform regulary every 3-6 month.Keywords: School community, Training, Readiness to face a disaster

Abstract

ABSTRACTPresto milkfish craftsmen in Kuningan, Semarang are craftsmen who are processing presto milkfish that are typical foods from Semarang. Before being made into presto milkfish, the raw material of milkfish must be cleaned first by cleaning / separating the milkfish’s waste. The waste of milkfish dung is just thrown away in the environment and cannot be utilized properly. This is due to the lack of understanding and knowledge of the milkfish crafters group about the utilization of milkfish waste. This has encouraged the Community Service Team to carry out activities that can utilize fish waste, especially milkfish dung as fish feed. In addition, this activity also aims to increase the knowledge of presto milkfish craftsmen groups so that milkfish waste can be useful as fish feed. The methods of carrying out this activity are carried out by training method. The result of this activity is that milkfish waste can be used as fish feed.Keywords: waste, milkfish,  fish feedABSTRAKPengrajin bandeng presto di Kuningan Kota Semarang merupakan pengrajin pengolah bandeng presto yang merupakan makanan khas dari kota Semarang. Sebelum dibuat bandeng presto, bahan baku ikan bandeng harus dibersihkan terlebih dahulu dengan cara membersihkan/memisahkan limbah ikan bandeng. Limbah ikan bandeng yang dihasilkan hanya dibuang begitu saja di lingkungan dan belum bisa termanfaatkan dengan baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan kelompok perajin bandeng presto mengenai pemanfaatan limbah ikan bandeng. Hal ini yang mendorong Tim Pengabdi untuk melakukan kegiatan yang dapat memanfaatkan limbah ikan khususnya kotoran ikan bandeng sebagai pakan ikan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kelompok pengrajin bandeng presto sehingga limbah ikan bandeng dapat bermanfaat sebagai pakan ikan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah limbah kotoran ikan bandeng dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan ikan.Kata Kunci :  limbah,  ikan bandeng, pakan ikan

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, kepercayaan, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan financial technology (fintech) di Jawa Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jawa Tengah yang memiliki akses terhadap internet dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan metode convenience dan snowball sejumlah 100 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keempat variable bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan fintech secara terpisah maupun secara simultan. Kata kunci : Fintech, Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan, Efektivitas, Kepercayaan, Risiko, Minat, Financial Technology.ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust, and perceived risk towards people’s intention to use financial technology (fintech) in Central Java, Indonesia. The population was the residents who had access to the internet in Central Java. A hundred samples were drawned using convenience and snow ball sampling methods. Multiple linear regression was used to proof the hypothesis. The result showed that the four independent variables had significant influence on people’s intention to use fintech. The influences were shown both for individual variable and silmutaniously.Keywords: Fintech, Perceived Ease of Use, Effectiveness, Trust, Risk, Interest, Financial Technology.

Abstract

The era of the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA) present a difficult challenge for the people of Indonesia. Opportunities and competition Faced by its People will be increased exponentially. In this era where the opportunity to get a job will of course also be competitively increased, will create a fairly high unemployment rate. One way to reduce the unemployment is to create an independent business or entrepreneurship. This study aim is to measure the extent to which Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation and social support have an influence on the interest in entrepreneurship. The type of research used is quantitative research using a sampling technique called simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents with 117 questionnaires used. The Processing Software used in this research are SPSS Version 21.0. Based on the results of statistical tests with multicollinearity analysis, shows that Islamic entrepreneurial knowledge had the highest influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship at 79.1%, Motivation had an influence and contribution to the interest of student moslem entrepreneurship in Semarang by 69.4% while social support had almost no influence on entrepreneurship interests as it only has a very small contribution of 14.3%.
