Abstract

This study discusses the management of infrastructure and facilities (sarpras) in improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions at the Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) to describe the implementation of infrastructure management. Infrastructure management is an activity with stages of planning, procurement, inventory, care and maintenance, and disposal, which must be adjusted to the standards of the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 24 of 2007 at each level of education. The quality of infrastructure in an educational institution correlates with the quality of education. This research uses qualitative research by presenting data through observation, interview and documentation research stages. The data obtained will be checked for data validity using triangulation. These results and findings: (a) Quality development, if viewed from the infrastructure and infrastructure aspect, forms a team tasked with managing infrastructure, involving collaboration with all parties such as the principal, teachers, parents or guardians of pupils, students and the community. (b) The infrastructure management model is carried out at the planning stage through regular meetings, while the procurement stage is carried out using school operational funds and self-help from the community; the maintenance stage by providing motivation to students and making a joint agreement; the elimination stage by looking at the useful life of the goods. (c) Teachers manage infrastructure as planners, implementers, and users and guide students. (d) There are supporting factors for implementing infrastructure management through cooperation and budgets for infrastructure procurement. In contrast, the inhibiting factors need more awareness and consistency in Human Resources (HR) in the education environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of classroom management and teacher intervention in reducing students' anxiety levels at school. The researcher used a qualitative research method with descriptive research. The steps in this research were to collect information or collect classification data, and then perform data analysis, interpretation, and make conclusions and reports. The research was carried out from January 13 to February 14, 2023. The results of the research the researchers conducted showed that anxiety in students can be reduced through good classroom management in several ways, namely through preventive efforts by motivating students to concentrate on lessons and conditioning students to be ready to learn in class; readiness to learn greatly determines student learning activities. Besides these preventive efforts to reduce student anxiety in class in a curative way, this method requires the role of the guidance and counseling teacher by providing counseling to students who have high anxiety using systematic desensitization techniques.

Abstract

Pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan dua pilar utama dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat, diperlukan inovasi teknologi yang mampu menjawab tantangan dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi manajemen di bidang pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan menggali lebih dalam konsep inovasi teknologi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di era digital. Studi ini menggunakan kajian komprehensif terhadap karya-karya yang telah diterbitkan sebelumnya, dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif untuk mencapai pemahaman yang menyeluruh terhadap topik tersebut, dengan rentang waktu dari tahun 2016 hingga 2023. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi telah membawa dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di era digital. Pembelajaran online, sistem manajemen sekolah berbasis teknologi, dan aplikasi pembelajaran pintar telah menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, responsif, dan personal. Di samping itu, teknologi juga mempercepat kolaborasi antarlembaga pendidikan, pemerintah, dan sektor swasta, memungkinkan penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan lebih efisien. Transformasi ini membawa perubahan positif dalam evaluasi kualitas pendidikan, pengembangan keterampilan siswa, dan efisiensi manajemen administratif.

Abstract

Program "kampus mengajar" merupakan kebijakan mitigasi Covid-19 di Indonesia yang melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai relawan Covid-19 dengan 12 SKS. Meskipun demikian, para relawan menghadapi beberapa kendala. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman para relawan Covid-19 yang berpartisipasi dalam program tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa. Observasi dan wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa dan beberapa pimpinan program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program "kampus mengajar" menjadikan mahasiswa sebagai relawan Covid-19. Namun, kegiatan ini tidak sepenuhnya mendapat dukungan dari pihak kampus. Ada tiga indikasi dari temuan tersebut; pertama, meskipun mahasiswa program "kampus mengajar" telah menjalankan tugas akademik dan tugas sebagai relawan Covid-19, relevansi tugas mereka tidak diakui dalam kurikulum fakultas atau program studi. Kedua, kebijakan internal perguruan tinggi tidak sejalan dengan kebijakan pusat yang meminta perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan solusi pencegahan Covid-19. Ketiga, konversi program kampus mengajar tidak setara dengan 12 SKS. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar program "kampus mengajar" melibatkan penasihat akademik untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan kegiatan yang sesuai dengan mata kuliah tertentu.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the impact of education management reforms on school autonomy in encouraging collaboration and competition between schools conducted in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi. This qualitative case study research was conducted over two months using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted with 12 school principals in Jakarta, Bogor, and Bekasi, who were selected using purposeful sampling. Data analysis used triangulation techniques. The results showed that government decisions related to school autonomy and similar matters significantly influence relationships (collaboration and competition) between schools. The implications of these findings trigger a discussion on the impact of education management reforms aimed at increasing school autonomy in the context of school-to-school relationships. This study showed that educational management associated with school autonomy significantly influences relationships between schools. Decreasing the role of the state and increasing school autonomy exert different effects on school-to-school relationships depending on the governance model adopted. This study also shows that the experience of school collaboration and competition depends largely on the current policy of reorganizing school networks in cities and districts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepemimpinan perempuan dalam meningkatkan keberagaman dan inklusivitas di perusahaan asuransi melalui tinjauan pustaka. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, data diambil dari artikel Google Scholar periode 2011-2024, dengan 18 artikel terpilih dari 40 artikel awal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan perempuan yang bersifat partisipatif dan empatik secara signifikan mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kerja inklusif dan meningkatkan inovasi produk. PT Asuransi Allianz Indonesia dan PT Asuransi Astra Buana mengilustrasikan bagaimana kepemimpinan perempuan mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui kebijakan keberagaman dan inklusivitas. Saran penelitian mencakup peningkatan kebijakan keberagaman, pelatihan kepemimpinan perempuan, dan inovasi produk inklusif. Penelitian ini dibatasi oleh sumber literatur dan rekomendasi untuk riset selanjutnya meliputi studi empiris dan komparatif

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration in digital learning and its impact on students' cognitive effectiveness and creativity. A qualitative approach was employed using a literature review method and descriptive analysis of 32 scholarly articles published between 1983 and 2025, obtained from Google Scholar and various credible academic sources such as ResearchGate, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, dan SpringerLink. The findings reveal that the integration of AI in learning positively contributes to enhancing cognitive effectiveness through adaptive, interactive, and personalized content delivery. On the other hand, student creativity is also fostered through AI support in the processes of idea exploration, concept visualization, and the strengthening of intrinsic learning motivation. These findings are supported by Cognitive Load Theory, the Componential Theory of Creativity, and Constructivist Theory, and are further reinforced by real-world case studies within higher education settings. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of AI is strongly influenced by digital literacy, pedagogical design, and users' ethical awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in improving the performance of insurance companies through innovation strategies, human resource development, and organisational education. This research uses a literature review method with a qualitative approach, where data is analysed using thematic descriptive analysis techniques. Data were collected from scientific articles published between 1978-2025 and obtained from Google Scholar and trusted academic sites. Of the 50 articles reviewed, 33 were selected through rigorous selection based on their relevance, methodological quality, and contribution to the research topic. The results showed that transformational leaders play a role in fostering an innovative culture, increasing human resource capacity through continuous training, and building an organisational education system that is adaptive to industry changes. Previous studies also support that this leadership style is able to improve company performance in terms of financial, operational, and employee satisfaction.

Abstract

This study attempts to examine the role of transformational leadership in optimizing insurance company performance. Transformational leadership is recognized for its capacity to inspire and encourage individuals to achieve organizational goals, bring about positive shifts, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Employing a systematic literature review technique, this study gathered data from 10 papers on transformational leadership in insurance businesses published between 2020 and 2025 utilizing the Sinta database. The study's findings show that leaders who use a transformational leadership style might improve performance directly and indirectly. Furthermore, this study reveals several traits shared by transformational leaders to motivate endeavours to improve performance in insurance institutions. The study's findings imply that insurance companies ought to prioritize developing transformational leadership to increase their competitiveness and sustainability in a highly competitive industry. The study additionally proposes recommendations for incorporating leadership training and technological adoption into employee development strategies.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Employee Performance, Insurance Companies

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has brought fundamental changes in educational approaches. Digitalization has altered how we access, manage, and deliver information in academic settings. This research aims to examine innovative strategies in managing human resources in the digitalization era of education. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review utilizing data from Google Scholar spanning from 2017 to 2023. The research process begins with the identification of relevant keywords. The study findings indicate that in the continually evolving era of educational digitalization, innovative strategies in managing human resources are crucial for educational institutions to remain relevant and competitive. Educational institutions need to adopt an adaptive and proactive approach in managing human resources. This involves recognizing the paradigm shifts in learning and teaching and ensuring that staff possess the necessary skills and expertise in information and communication technology.
