Abstract

Abstract Changes in employee performance can always change and fluctuate, but the fundamental changes are changes caused by culture in an organization. Performance that has been affected by organizational culture will be more firmly embedded in employees. Basically there are several things that can influence fundamentally on employee performance but organizational culture factors can be called very interesting factors to be discussed in more depth. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Through the results of this study it can be seen that how much organizational culture influences employee performance, as well as the influence of other factors outside the organizational culture. The results of this study can show how important organizational culture is in its role in employee performance. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. Data analysis was carried out through simple linear regression. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The result of this study is that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta. Organizational culture has an effect of 0.5% on employee performance at the Polytechnic LP3I Jakarta.Keywords: organizational culture, performance, employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality on Consumer Buying Interest. This research used a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In this study, the research tests of validity, reliability, correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, t-test and coefficient of determination were applied. The results showed that the proposed hypothesis was accepted because it showed positive and significant hypothesis test results. The results of this study indicate that the Product Quality has a significant effect on Buying Interest. The contribution of the independent variable (Product Quality) to the dependent variable (Buying Interest) is 72.6%. Keywords: Product Quality, Consumer Buying Interest, Tokopedia

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of a decrease in the level of work productivity in Indonesia which has an impact on employee performance. One of the efforts made by the company in order to increase employee productivity and performance is through employee career development through training activities. Through employee career development, employee knowledge, abilities and skills will increase and will have an impact on employee productivity and performance. This study aims to determine the effect of career development on employee performance. Population is the total number of objects of a study. The population in this study were employees of PT Anggara Prima, totaling 99 people. While the sample in this study were 80 people. Data analysis technique using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between career development on employee performance when viewed from the t-test with a t-count value (7.185 > 1.988) with a significant level of 0.05. Based on the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R Square value of 0.398 or 39.8% of employee performance variables can be explained by career development variables while the remaining 60.2% is influenced by other variables not explained by the author in this study.product quality) to the dependent variable (purchase interest) is 58.9%

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pengabdian masyarakat (PkM) adalah ada untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para karyawan meningkat dalam penerapan 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) dalam proses produksi di tempat kerja. 5S merupakan hal penting dalam industri manufaktur termasuk, IKM otomotif. Diharapkan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, kinerja perusahaan sebagai perusahaan tier-3 di pembuatan komponen otomotif akan meningkat. Metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terhadap penerapan 5S yaitu melalui pelatihan-pelatihan dengan teknik ceramah dan diskusi komunikasi 2 arah dan melalui pendampingan secara berkelanjutan selama 2 bulan. Lokasi PkM ini dilakukan di PT Izumi yang berlokasi di Cikarang, Bekasi. Pelatihan ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan selaku supplier tier-3 yang notabene menjadi bagian global value chain di industri otomotif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terkait dengan kepuasan masyarakat mengenai pelayanan parkir alternatif yang ada di sekitar puskesmas di Jakarta Utara. Populasi dari penelitian ini jumlahnya tidak diketahui secara pasti karena sangat banyak jumlah pengunjung atau pasien puskesmas yang datang ke puskemas tanpa diketahui jumlahnya secara pasti. Dengan demikian sampel dihitung dengan rumus lemeshow, yang hasilnya yaitu sebanyak minimal 96 responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner dan ditambah dengan menggunakan hasil wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis telah di terima karena hasil uji hipotesis yaitu positif dan signifikan. Dari hasil Uji Parsial atau Uji-t didapat bahwa nilai koefisien regresi atau t-tabel adalah sebesar 9.275 yang artinya lebih besar dari t-hitung yaitu 1,660 dengan demikiran dapat disebut bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan pelayanan parkir terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dan didukung nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,000 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 0.439. Ini berarti bahwa pelayanan parkir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat sebesar 43,9%. This research is related to community satisfaction regarding alternative parking services around the puskesmas in North Jakarta. The population of this study is not known with certainty because there is a very large number of puskesmas visitors or patients who come to the puskesmas without knowing the exact number. Thus the sample is calculated using the Lemeshow formula, the result of which is a minimum of 96 respondents. The type of research used is quantitative research, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and coupled with the results of interviews. The data analysis technique used is using a simple regression technique. The results showed that all hypotheses had been accepted because the results of the hypothesis testing were positive and significant. From the results of the Partial Test or t-test, it is found that the value of the regression coefficient or t-table is 9,275, which means that it is greater than the t-count, namely 1,660, so it can be said that there is a significant effect of parking services on community satisfaction, and it is supported by its significance value, namely 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination in this study is equal to 0.439. This means that parking services have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction by 43.9%.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants to emerge as a champion in the midst of intense market competition. To achieve this, what can be done by a company is to carry out effective marketing or promotional communication activities in order to be able to target the right opportunities. This research has the objectives, among others, to find out the marketing communication strategy at PT XYZ along with the constraints faced and the solutions implemented. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and supported by literature studies. From the results of processing the data obtained, this study concluded that PT XYZ had carried out marketing communications activities both conventionally and digitally quite well. Various obstacles were encountered by PT XYZ, such as the lack of marketing communication activities to be carried out and adequate human resources. However, to overcome these obstacles, there are several solutions that can be implemented, for example implementing other forms of marketing communications, increasing the number of personnel, and increasing distributors at strategic points.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan PkM ini adalah diantaranya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para karyawan dalam menerapkan K3 dan penggunaan APD dalam proses produksi. Dengan pemahaman terhadap K3 dan APD maka karyawan dapat meminimalisir risiko yang berdampak terhadap keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja karyawan. Penerapan K3 dan APD dalam bekerja akan dapat membuat karyawan bekerja secara lebih tenang dan nyaman sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksivitas kerjanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman karyawan terhadap penerapan K3 dan penggunaan APD dilingkungan kerja yaitu melalui pelatihan-pelatihan dengan teknik ceramah dan diskusi dan melalui pendampingan secara berkelanjutan selama 2 bulan. Lokasi PkM ini dilakukan di IKM Raihan Pangan Utama yang merupakan usaha pengolahan daging Frozen di Pulogadung Jakarta Timur. Hasil dari kegiatan Pk Mini yaitu kegiatan PkM melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan secara efektif mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan karyawan tentang K3 dan penggunaan APD. Tingkat efektivitas pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dilakukan yaitu mencapai sebesar 81.1%.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, Alat Pelindung Diri

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to improve the quality of Human Resources in conducting job interviews which is the first door for someone to get a job. It is hoped that the key to successful training in preparing for administration and job interviews using English and Indonesian can improve the ability of participants in preparing the administration needed to apply for jobs and also the ability of participants to conduct job interviews using both Indonesian and English. The method used is through presentation and practice (drilling). Thus, students from State PKBM 23  Central Jakarta will gain experience on how to conduct job interviews. The results obtained in this activity are an increase in knowledge and skills regarding documents needed in the world of work and confidence in facing job interviews.Keyword : Administration, Interview, Drilling, Job

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the attitude of travel entrepreneurs toward digital transformation in tourism and assess the digital transformation-related actions of travel agency. Qualitative research methodologies were employed in this context, and semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The data collected from the participants were analyzed using a descriptive technique. According to the research findings, digital transformation will substantially contribute to the tourism industry, including travel agencys, giving a new and crucial alternative for the tourism industry to promote digital transformation. In addition, it has been discovered that there may be obstacles throughout the shift to digital transformation, notably in transmitting innovation to employees and customers. However, in addition to this work, which focuses on the entrepreneur's perspective, it has been suggested that research related to digital tourism can be conducted from the customer's perspective and that various studies can be conducted so that accommodation businesses can transfer digital applications within their companies to customers with the appropriate marketing and advertising effectiveness. In this instance, digital application in travel agency takes the shape of product transformation with the application of virtual tours and the application of new technologies in acquiring information and making business decisions via the TOE Framework.

Abstract

In general, the problems of LAPAS in Indonesia are regarding overcapacity and facilities that are not up to standard. However, in Class 1 Sukamiskin LAPAS, among other problems, there are interesting problems to study after the reform. The purpose of this study was to analyze coaching services after governance reform was carried out at Class 1 Sukamiskin Correctional Institution. What improvements have occurred in coaching services at Class 1 Sukamiskin LAPAS need to be studied in more depth because coaching is a very important service. Some aspects of the coaching carried out in governance reform at Class 1 Sukamiskin prison are coaching in the form of spiritual activities, fulfillment of remission rights, assimilation, parole leave, parole, and leave before release, and sports activities. Governance reform at Class 1 Sukamiskin LAPAS was carried out through several effective stages. The success of governance reform in coaching services needs to be investigated because it is very important to know the implementation process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach at Sukamiskin Class 1 LAPAS. Informants in this study were LAPAS leadership officials, LAPAS staff officers, prisoners and visitors. The results of this study are that there is an increase in coaching services in the form of spiritual activities, an increase in the fulfillment of remission rights, assimilation, parole leave, parole leave, and leave before being released online, the implementation of sports activities becomes more systematic and directed. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive impact from governance reform in Class 1 Sukamiskin LAPAS being able to realize an increase in coaching services through organizational structure changes and change management.
