Abstract

In the business entities run by MSMEs (Micro Small Medium Enterprises), fulfilling the needs of consumers is a key that must be fulfilled. Business development by MSMEs in Pulo Gadung is relatively good, so it will be even better if MSME licensing management can be carried out thoroughly. The population of this study has not known yet with certainty because there are several MSMEs that are less affordable by researchers and in determining the sample, namely through the Lemeshow formula, it is determined that the minimum sample size is 96 respondents. The research implemented a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, and using a simple regression correlation coefficient. The effect of service quality (X) on business actor satisfaction (Y), based on the results of the T-test in this study, the test results show that the independent variable, namely service quality, has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction. Thus, it can be stated that the service quality hypothesis has a significant influence on business actor satisfaction. Moreover, t-test indicates that the quality of service has a positive and significant influence on the satisfaction of business actors. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on the satisfaction of MSME business actors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the impact of tourism development to socio-culture and economy of community in Panusupan village, Rembang, Purbalingga. The research, which was conducted in the end of 2016, uses descriptive quantitative method. Sampling technique used is random sampling technique. Survey was conducted to 100 respondents. The data are analyzied by using simple linear regression The result of this research shows that partially tourism development gives impact 31.5% to socio culture, 45.6% to socio economy whereas the impact of socio culture to socio economy is 32.0% .

Abstract

Bank Sampah Swara Cipta Mandiri (SCM) berada di kawasan daerah pemulung Klender. Bank sampah di kawasan pemulung memiliki potensi yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan sampah. Pemulung seringkali melakukan pengumpulan sampah serta melakukan pemilahan awal untuk mengidentifikasi bahan untuk dijual langsung, seperti kertas, karton, dan plastik. Selain itu sampah yang dikumpulkan oleh pemulung dapat menjadi bahan baku untuk daur ulang atau diolah menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini untuk memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mitra bank sampah dalam pengelolaannya di kawasan padat penduduk kampung pemulung. Masyarakat memiliki potensi tinggi dalam pemilahan sampah dan dapat menghasilkan pendapatan dari sampah melalui ekonomi kreatif. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu: pelatihan, pendekatan partisipasif, sosialisasi dan kampanye. Kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah melalui bank sampah dan dapat menghasilkan pendapatan dari sampah melalui ekonomi kreatif dengan prinsip 4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, dan Replace).

Abstract

The focus of this research is the implementation of electronic justice at the South Jakarta Religious Court. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by adopting the Grindle model. The level of success is determined by the level of policy feasibility. Primary data was obtained by interviews, observation and data analysis using a spiral model. Research results on policy content components: In the interest affected aspect, the implementation of electronic justice without being motivated by the interests of certain groups. In the Type of Benefits aspect, the benefits are felt by the parties concerned. In the Extent of Change Envision aspect, case settlement costs are lower, the case process is faster, the trial process is easy to carry out. In the Site of Decision Making aspect, the Supreme Court decision is made by the chairman of the Religious Court. In the program implementer aspect, the program implementers are religious court officers, advocates, and people who have cases. In the Committed Resources aspect, the supporting resources are sufficient. In the context of Implementation component: In the aspect of power, interest, and strategy of actors involved, the implementing actors are the Supreme Court, Religious Courts, Advocates and the community as users. In the Institution and Regime Characteristic aspect, where the Chair of the Religious Court decides to implement electronic justice, In the aspect of Compliance and Responsiveness, the South Jakarta Religious Court and advocates comply with electronic justice.

Abstract

The main aim and objective of this research is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of local NGOs in realizing sustainable governance within the Kahianga tourist village. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-dept interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Local NGOs, exemplified by Wakatobi Sintasu in this case, play a vital role in achieving sustainable governance of the Kahianga tourist village by enhacing community capacity through training and technical assistance. This assistance is guided by Minister of Tourism Regulations number 14 of 2016, focusing on guidelines for sustainable tourism governance, encompassing sustainable tourism destination management, economic utilization for local communities, cultural preservation for surrounding communities, and environmental conservation. Wakatobi Sintasu enhances community capacity through training and technical assistance covering themes such as sustainable tourism, local food processing, homestay management, community organization development, financial management, organization in tourist villages. Additionally, they focus on basic waste management practices within these areas.

Abstract

PT Nikko Teknik Indonesia is a tier-3 Small and Medium Industry company which operates in the field of manufacturing automotive components in the city of Bekasi. Tier-3 companies are automotive component manufacturing companies at the lowest level, such as PT Nikko Teknik Indonesia which focuses on making jigs, dies and welding from automotive components. The urgency of this research, there are many obstacles faced by tier-3 companies such as lack of use of technology information to support business, marketing aspects. It often managed conventionally (so it difficult to get new buyers/vendors) and also problems with automation of tracking components which deliver to customer. So, implementing comprehensive supply chain management e-dashboard is very helpful for tier-3 automotive component SME’s businesses. The research methods used are Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Rapid Development Application (RAD) methods in automotive component production companies. The results of this research are that it has succeeded in building an e-Dashboard system for Supply Chain Management recording information, which provides facilities: statistics and indicators starting from raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods that are ready to be sent to buyers. . Abstract

Minimnya Ruang Publik bisa berdampak buruk, misalnya ini akan membuat anak-anak sering kali bermain di tempat yang tidak seharusnya hal ini tentunya tidak memberikan rasa aman bagi anak-anak. Pemerintah pun menggulirkan kebijakan Kota Layak anak (KLA) sebagai Inisiasi ini adalah sebagai upaya untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap anak dan pemenuhan hak anak. Dalam mencapai keberhasilan menjadi Kota Layak Anak, Pemprov DKI Jakarta meluncurkan program Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi program RPTRA PERMATA INTAN. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan menggunakan Observasi, Interview dan Studi Kepustakaan dalam pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Pelaksanaan kegiatan di Ruang Publik Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA) berdasarkan 10 Program Pokok Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) yang terintegrasi dengan program Kota Layak Anak (KLA) terlaksana dan terpenuhi dengan baik. Pelaksanaan 10 PKK tersebut dipermudah karena dalam pelaksanaan satu kegiatan di RPTRA Permata Intan dapat memenuhi lebih dari 1 Kelompok Kerja (Pokja)

Abstract

Anak usia sekolah merupakan investasi dan generasi emas penerus bangsa. Pemberian makanan sehari-hari pada anak akan mempengaruhi peningkatan status gizi. Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan Anak Sekolah (PMTAS) merupakan kegiatan penyediaan makanan kepada peserta didik dalam bentuk kudapan atau makanan lengkap beserta kegiatan pendukung lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi implementasi kebijakan Penyediaan Makanan Tambahan Anak Sekolah (PMTAS) pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah II Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 10 (sepuluh) informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Suku Dinas Pendidikan, Kepala Sekolah, Ketua Komite Sekolah, Siswa dan Orang Tua Siswa. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik content analysis untuk mengidentifikasi tema dan pola yang muncul dari data kualitatif, serta menggunakan analisis Rapid Assesment Prosedure (RPA). Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan rugulasi yang ada meskipun masih ada kendala dalam menentukan dana, sekolah sasaran dan jumlah siswa penerima. Pengawasan dan pelaporan sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik, tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program dan perlu adanya pendampingan dalam membuat laporan kegiatan.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of service facilitation actions through the Jakpreneur Program on MSME empowerment. However, challenges arise in ensuring consistent program implementation and measuring sustainable empowerment outcomes. Many MSMEs struggle to utilize available resources fully, and the existing service mechanisms often fall short of addressing their specific needs, particularly in areas like financial literacy and market access. Using an action research method, this study collects data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore these issues. Technical data analysis was carried out using the N-Gain test, testing the pre-test and post-test results of the actions carried out in this study. Collaboration with the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs enables an in-depth understanding of both MSMEs and program facilitators’ perspectives. Jakpreneur’s services include registration, training, mentoring, licensing, marketing, financial reporting, and capital assistance. The findings indicate increased MSME empowerment across six dimensions: entrepreneurial development, human resource quality, poverty reduction, entrepreneurial resilience, productivity and competitiveness, and policy support. This study provides information on the effectiveness of MSME service delivery by identifying gaps between before and after the implementation of services that positively impact the development of MSME businesses in Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak tindakan fasilitasi layanan melalui Program Jakpreneur terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam memastikan implementasi program yang konsisten dan mengukur hasil pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Banyak UMKM yang kesulitan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia secara penuh, dan mekanisme layanan yang ada sering kali tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik mereka, khususnya di bidang seperti literasi keuangan dan akses pasar. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu tersebut. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan uji N-Gain, menguji hasil pre test dan post test dari Tindakan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Kolaborasi dengan Sub-Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UMKM memungkinkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perspektif UMKM dan fasilitator program. Layanan Jakpreneur meliputi pendaftaran (P1), pelatihan (P2), pendampingan (P3), perizinan (P4), pemasaran (P5), pelaporan keuangan (P6), dan permodalan (P7). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemberdayaan UMKM di enam dimensi: pengembangan kewirausahaan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, penanggulangan kemiskinan, ketahanan kewirausahaan, produktivitas dan daya saing, dan dukungan kebijakan. Studi ini berkontribusi memberikan informasi efektivitas penyampaian layanan UMKM dengan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara sebelum dan sesudah implementasi pelayanan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan usaha UMKM di Jakarta.

Abstract

As a form of local government commitment in supporting the national development agenda towards a smart city, the South Bangka Regency Government is accelerating development by implementing a design for the use of information technology for the development of South Bangka as a smart city. This study applies the penta helix collaboration model in the smart city program in South Bangka Regency. The penta helix model involves five main elements, namely government, community, private sector/business actors, academics, and mass media. This study aims to analyze the direction of smart city policy in South Bangka Regency and analyze the penta helix collaboration model in the smart city program in South Bangka Regency. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by conducting in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies with informants. The results of the study indicate that effective collaboration between elements of the penta helix model can increase efficiency, improve public services, and improve community welfare. However, the conclusions of this study also identify a number of challenges, such as lack of coordination between sectors and limited resources. Recommendations put forward include strengthening the regulatory framework, strengthening stakeholder coordination, and increasing human resource capacity, as well as developing information technology infrastructure. This study is expected to contribute to the literature on the implementation of smart cities in other regions with similar characteristics.
