Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-undang No.5 Tahun 2014, pemerintah telah menyusun peraturan untuk mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pada ASN melalui Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No.17 Tahun 2020 yang menjelaskan bahwa Pengembangan kompetensi bagi setiap PNS dilakukan paling sedikit 20 jam pelajaran/tahun. Di RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo atau yang disingkat RSCM yang sebagai rumah sakit teraktreditasi Internasional dan menjadi Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Rujukan Nasional terdepan dalam Layanan, Pendidikan dan Penelitian yang Berstandar Internasional, pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun bagi tenaga kesehatan lain di RSCM telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2021. Yang menjadi landasan dalam implementasi pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun pada tenaga kesehatan lain adalah Peraturan Direktur Utama RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Nomor HK.02.03.4.2/18898/2021. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi dokumentasi terhadap informan. Hasil capaian implementasi pengembangan kompetensi 20 jam pelajaran/tahun bagi tenaga kesehatan lain di RSCM masih belum maksimal, sehingga diperlukan upaya peningkatan capaian tersebut melalui penyelenggaraan seminar internal dengan kompetensi yang dihitung berdasarkan jam pelajaran, menyusun kebijakan akumulasi pengembangan kompetensi dari SKP ke jam pelajaran dan melakukan monitoring evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi secara rutin dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan dan meningkatkan pelayanan publik di BPJS Kesehatan, inovasi menjadi kunci untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada. Inovasi dalam hal infrastruktur, administrasi, kualitas pelayanan, dan teknologi dapat membantu memperbaiki sistem jaminan kesehatan nasional ini (Burhanuddin, 2016). Pada era digital ini, penggunaan teknologi mobile telah menjadi bagian penting dari berbagai sektor, termasuk dalam pelayanan publik. Peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan di Kota Bekasi, terutama di daerah padat penduduk dan pinggiran, dapat membantu mengurangi antrian panjang dan meningkatkan aksesibilitas pelayanan kesehatan salah satunya dengan aplikasi mobile JKN. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, aksesibilitas dan kualitas layanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dapat meningkat. Peserta bisa dengan mudah mengakses informasi tentang kepesertaan, melakukan pembayaran iuran, mengajukan klaim, dan masih banyak lagi melalui aplikasi ini. Aplikasi mobile JKN telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan efektivitas serta efisiensi operasional dan administratif di BPJS Kesehatan Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Scanning printed documents in the form of digital documents has become a necessity for many institutions and companies, as well as in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta. One document that is often onover the media, i.e. diplomas and transcripts. With an average number of graduates reaching 1,900 per year, certainly many documents must be transferred to provide and be filed well, but there is no application that can manage documents over media that have already been given file names and unstructured filing, so the files are it will be difficult to search again. Generally, official documents include a unique number as an identity with a certain code structure, such as NIM, diploma number and transcript number. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of document scanning results by utilizing optical character recognition techniques known as OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on the unique number. The method used in this optical character recognition process is to use template matching correlation, which is a technique to get the highest value in the comparison of characters in input images, which have been segmented into letters and processed in binary image formats, and characters in template images. The results of this study are in the form of a prototype application using Matlab that can detect unique numbers in documents as a reference in filing files in the form of naming new files and placing them in the desired folder.Key words: documents, digital, template matching correlation

Abstract

Arfa Barbershop Depok adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha pangkas rambut pria. Arfa barbershop Depok masih menghadapi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya karena sistem yang mereka gunakan masih terdapat kendala, sehingga akan memerlukan lebih banyak waktu untuk memberikan pelayanan jasa. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan rancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mendukung kasir untuk meningkatkan proses transaksi agar lebih baik dan cepat dengan menerapkan sistem baru. Dan Memudahkan admin  dalam mengelola laporan, Sehingga waktu dan kinerja menjadi lebih terkontrol dan teratasi. Tujuan penulisan untuk mengetahui sistem barbershop di arfa barbershop depok dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah melalui studi pustaka dan studi lapangan observasi langsung ke tempat yang menjadi objek penulisan. Hasil pengamatan yang diperoleh penulis dalam sistem barbershop di Arfa Barbershop Depok meliputi pengolahan data master service, kategori service, kasir, dan transaksi serta menginput data servis, sekaligus mengelola data servis. Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Sistem, informasi, Pembayaran, Barbershop

Abstract

The value processing process used at SMK PGRI 11 in Jakarta is currently still using the manual method, namely by filling in the values in Microsoft Office Excel given by the school principal, so that in data collection and processing the employee's ability values are not effective and efficient. From these problems led to the idea to create a Desktop-based information system, in which it can perform computerized data management and value processing. The research method used is Library Research and Field Research. The application software used is SQL Server, VB.NET, Microsoft Office Word 2010, StarUML, draw.io. There are two actors/users in this information system, namely Admin and homeroom teacher. It is hoped that the existence of a value processing information system in the form of a Desktop can facilitate the process of data management and value processing in this school. Keywords: Information System, Value Processing, Final Value

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools still faces challenges, including limited infrastructure, pedagogical preparedness, and low levels of teachers’ digital literacy, resulting in suboptimal use of educational technology. This study aims to analyze the improvement of teachers’ competence in utilizing technology as part of the Merdeka Curriculum policy implementation at public elementary schools in the Duren Sawit area, West Jakarta. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach combined with action research through planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through interviews, classroom observations, documentation, and pre-test and post-test assessments, which were analyzed using the N-gain calculation. The findings indicate a significant increase in teachers’ digital competence, with the average score rising from 42.1 in the pre-test to 81.9 in the post-test, and an N-gain score of 0.69, categorized as effective. This improvement is reflected in teachers’ enhanced ability to design digital media, utilize social media as a learning platform, and integrate technology into project-based learning assessments. The results conclude that strengthening digital literacy through continuous training and collaborative mentoring plays an essential role in supporting the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This study contributes to the development of technology-based teacher competence improvement practices and enriches the discourse on digital readiness in curriculum policy implementation at the elementary school level

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi keagamaan di Direktorat Jenderal Bimbingan Masyarakat Buddha telah sepenuhnya bertransformasi ke format digital melalui Sistem Informasi Organisasi dan Rumah Ibadah (SIORI). Namun demikian, efektivitas pemanfaatan sistem tersebut oleh pengguna masih belum banyak dikaji secara empiris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas layanan digital keagamaan SIORI dalam konteks pelayanan publik berdasarkan pengalaman pengguna dan kinerja sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap penyelenggara layanan serta pengguna SIORI di berbagai wilayah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone dan McLean serta Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) sebagai kerangka analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIORI memberikan manfaat fungsional berupa penyederhanaan prosedur, percepatan waktu layanan, dan pengurangan biaya administratif, sehingga meningkatkan akses layanan keagamaan bagi masyarakat Buddha. Namun, efektivitas layanan tersebut masih belum optimal dan belum merata akibat keterbatasan kualitas sistem, ketidakkonsistenan implementasi antardaerah, serta dukungan infrastruktur dan sumber daya manusia yang belum memadai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan infrastruktur, standardisasi kebijakan, dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan pemerataan transformasi layanan digital keagamaan.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to improve the transparency and efficiency of administrative and organizational governance in mosque management through the development of Smart Mosque Digital Technology (SMDT) and a cloning system, enhancing financial administration and operational processes. Methodology: The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, interviews, surveys, and observational data collection. The SMDT application was developed using the Waterfall model of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). User satisfaction was measured through a questionnaire based on the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model and analyzed using descriptive statistics with a sample of direct users from Nurul Jihad Mosque in Jakarta. Main Findings: The implementation of SMDT significantly improved transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial and administrative governance. User satisfaction levels were categorized as "very satisfied" across all measured dimensions, with scores ranging from 50% to 76.5% in the highest satisfaction category. The system enhanced data management, financial reporting, governance transparency, and operational efficiency in mosque operations. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study presents a novel approach to mosque administration by introducing a fully integrated digital system that streamlines operational processes, improves transparency, and provides a replicable model that can be cloned across other mosques. The integration of digital technology into mosque governance represents a significant advancement in the field of religious organizational management, addressing the gap between traditional administration methods and contemporary digital transformation requirements.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop and evaluate the Electronic Teacher Performance Assessment System (E-PKG) as a digital platform to transform teacher evaluation in vocational education from administrative compliance into strategic professional development to better align vocational graduate competencies with industry requirements. Methodology: This study employs a Research and Development (R&D) design through four stages: needs analysis via stakeholder consultation, prototype development using user-centered design, iterative field testing in vocational schools and industry partnerships, and refinement from empirical feedback. Data were collected from 34 respondents using questionnaires, structured observations, and interviews, and analyzed with descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. Main Findings: The E-PKG system reduced assessment completion time by 67%, eliminated data entry errors, and improved inter-rater reliability from 0.62 to 0.89. Real-time analytics supported evidence-based professional development planning. User satisfaction ranged from 3.88 to 4.26 (5-point scale), with highest scores for system stability and navigation ease, though challenges remained in interface clarity for non-technical users and indicator comprehension. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study introduces a comprehensive digital teacher assessment system specifically tailored to vocational education, directly linking evaluation results to industry competency frameworks. It advances knowledge by demonstrating how technology-mediated assessment can strategically connect quality improvement and workforce development in economically disadvantaged settings, while emphasizing the importance of pedagogical alignment, stakeholder inclusivity, and contextual adaptation.

Abstract

Abstract:  The objective of this Community Service Program (PkM) is to enhance students’ career planning at SMK Mathla'ul Anwar and integrate it with the needs of industry partners (DUDI) through the development of the SMK Integration System (e-SIS) application. The implementation methods include needs analysis, socialization, training, technology application, and mentoring. The stages of the program consist of situation and partner condition analysis, preparation and development of appropriate technology, socialization and training, technology implementation and mentoring, as well as program evaluation and sustainability. The implementation of this program resulted in several achievements: overall, the program was successfully implemented, and its outcomes were achieved as planned. (1) The development of the SMK Integration System (e-SIS) application has successfully accommodated all the data required by the school to improve students’ career planning in a more systematic and comprehensive manner. (2) The SMK Integration System (e-SIS) application has been developed to integrate data needed by teachers, students, parents, and industry partners (DUDI). (3) The SMK Integration System (e-SIS) application has been implemented and is operating effectively at SMK Mathla’ul Anwar Pakisjaya. (4) The successful implementation of the SMK Integration System (e-SIS) has contributed to enhancing students’ career planning at SMK Mathla’ul Anwar Pakisjaya.Abstrak:  Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Tujuan pelaksanaan PkM ini yaitu meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa di SMK Mathla'ul Anwar dan mengintegrasikannya dengan kebutuhan pada mitra DUDI melalui pengembangan aplikasi SMK Integration System (e-SIS). Metode Pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu melalui analisis kebutuhan, sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi dan pendampingan. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu (1) Tahap Analisis Situasi dan Kondisi Mitra, (2) Tahap persiapan dan pengembangan teknologi tepat guna (TTG), (3) Tahap Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan, (4) Tahap Penerapan teknologi, dan Pendampingan (5) Tahap evaluasi dan Keberlanjutan program. Berdasarkan dari implementasi kegiatan ini diperoleh hasil yaitu secara keseluruhan berjalan dengan baik dan capaiannya sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan. (1) Hasil pengembangan Aplikasi SMK Integration System (e-SIS) yaitu telah berhasil mengakomodasi semua data yang diperlukan oleh sekolah dalam rangka meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa secara lebih sistematis dan komprehensif.  (2) Aplikasi SMK Integration System (e-SIS) telah dikembangkan dan mampu mengintegtasikan data yang diperlukan oleh guru, siswa, orang tua dan mitra DUDI, (3) Aplikasi SMK Integration System (e-SIS)telah diterapkan dan berjalan dengan baik di SMK Mathla’ul Anwar Pakisjaya, (4) Keberhasilan penerapan Aplikasi SMK Integration System (e-SIS) dapat meningkatkan perencanaan karir siswa di SMK Mathla’ul Anwar Pakisjaya.
