Abstract

Critical thinking ability is an essential skill that students need to have to face challenges in solving problems in the modern world. This research analyzes the influence of metacognitive self-regulation and self-efficacy on students' critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 10 Malang. A sample of 72 students was selected using non-probability techniques to describe variable relationships in detail. The research results show that there is a significant correlation between self-efficacy and metacognitive self-regulation on students' critical thinking skills, where self-efficacy has a negative impact on these skills, while metacognitive self-regulation has a significant positive impact. Statistical testing shows a significance value of 0.000 with Fcount of 63.914, greater than Ftable 3.13, indicating the simultaneous influence of the two variables on students' critical thinking skills. These results provide a new perspective on the importance of approaches that encourage students to manage their thinking processes independently and purposefully. An emphasis on metacognitive self-regulation appears to be effective in establishing better critical thinking skills, while the negative impact of too high self-efficacy indicates the need for balance in learning. These findings lead to the understanding that the development of critical skills can be achieved more optimally when students are directed not only to rely on self-confidence, but also pay attention to managing their thinking processes.

Abstract

Technology is an effective teaching method among educators because it is easier and faster to implement. Switching to traditional methods is very appropriate to apply in the current era of digital technology. The inclusion of multimedia elements into Digital storytelling (PD) has provided innovation in the learning process with the support of mobile technology interaction features. However, using interaction features and multimedia elements such as text and images to create storytelling is still difficult for students and teachers. Meanwhile, elements for evaluating storytelling with technology are still lacking. Research is urgent because of differences in expectations, theory, and reality. The research aims to analyze the reliability of multimedia elements on tablets and digital story evaluation and to determine the correlation of multimedia elements on tablets and digital story evaluation. The research method is a quantitative survey approach. The subjects were students, pupils, teachers, and lecturers totaling 41 people. Data collection techniques with instruments were developed from multimedia indicators, digital stories, and tablets. Instruments were assessed based on a Likert scale from 1-7 points. Analysis techniques were using SPSS Version 25.0 with validation tests, mean, standard deviation, and minimum and correlation values. Research findings show that multimedia, digital stories, and tablet use have high reliability and correlation as well as a positive and significant relationship between all variables in the evaluation. Respondents also assessed multimedia elements in digital stories and tablets. The findings confirm that multimedia elements are at level 5 and can be used in an effective learning process.

Abstract

This Community Service research This PKM (Community Service) activity aims to; Increased understanding of scholarship recipient students, scholarship recipient alumni, STMA Trisakti leaders, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students, alumni, and the surrounding community regarding activities to prevent and handle sexual violence in higher education through art exhibitions, and so it is hoped that this will increase the desire of students and alumni. , leaders of STMA Trisakti, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students and the surrounding community in activities to prevent and handle sexual violence. Using the Art Exhibition method. Participants who attended this PKM were 100 who came from scholarship recipients, both KIP, YBT, internship scholarships from STMA Trisakti, and in general from Trisakti Foundation Education units, such as the Trisakti Logistics Transportation Institute, STMK Trisakti, TSM Trisakti, IPT Trisakti, and Universities Trisakti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk meningkatan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi suhu dan kalor. Objek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri Rangkapanjaya yang berjumlah 31 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar tes pemahaman siswa pada materi suhu kalor dan lembar observasi guru dalam menerapkan metode Problem Based Learning. Indikator keberhasilan yang diterapkan berupa nilai tes pemahaman materi ≥70 (KKM) dengan presentase ketuntasan yaitu ≥75% atau 24 Siswa. Hasil penelitian pada Pra-Penelitian yaitu rata-rata 60,19 dengan 7 siswa yang tuntas dan presentase ketuntasan 22,58% dari 31 siswa. Siklus I rata-rata 72,42 jumlah yang tuntas 15 siswa dengan presentase 48,39%. Siklus II rata-rata 84,19 jumlah siswa yang tuntas 27 siswa dengan presentase 87,10%. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran problem-based learning dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA materi suhu dan kalor siswa kelas V SD Negeri Rangkapanjaya Kota Depok.

Abstract

Background Insurance literacy remains a critical component of financial education, particularly in developing nations where public understanding of insurance principles is often limited. Purpose This study aimed to determine the insurance literacy of teachers who had participated in the competition. Design/method/approach The method used was descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. Results The study results were: (1). The teacher insurance knowledge level was already at a high level, well literate, with a score of 240 the interval of 160-240. This meant that the respondents had already understood the basic concepts of risk and insurance well. (2). The insurance skills level was at the level of quite literate with a score of 235. This meant that the respondents were skilled enough in managing risk and insurance. Contribution/value the respondents had already understood the basic concepts of risk and the concept of insurance well, but they were still not quite skilled in managing the risk and insurance; respondents were also still hesitant about insurance and insurance capabilities.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine Generation Z’s level of resilience in facing challenges in the workplace. Generation Z is known to have unique characteristics as digital natives, but they are also susceptible to stress, anxiety, and burnout. Resilience is an important aspect in supporting their productivity and psychological well-being. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics such as mean, median, mode, and standard deviation. The results showed that the average resilience score was above 3.5 for all indicators, with the majority of respondents showing a fairly good level of resilience. The mode and median were consistent at a score of 4 (agree), and the low standard deviation indicated a stable distribution of answers. These findings indicated that although Generation Z had good resilience potential, there was still room for strengthening, especially in the aspects of stress management and tolerance to discomfort.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Trisakti Schcool on Insurance College (STMA Trisakti). This research aims to determine the influence of the quality of financial administration services on student satisfaction at STMA Trisakti and to determine the extent of influence of the quality of financial administration services on student satisfaction at STMA Trisakti. Service quality is a reflection of consumer evaluative perceptions of the services received at a certain time. Service quality is determined based on the level of importance of the dimensions in the service. Financial Administration includes the arrangement and determination of policies in the procurement and use of finance to realize all the main tasks in the organization so that they can run effectively and efficiently. The population in this study was 600 student and the sample was taken by simple random sampling method using the Slovin formula, namely 30 students. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey design, while the data collection method uses a questionnaire method, then tested with a data analysis method using SPSS. The method used is descriptive-quantitative with linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Financial Administration Services significantly influence Student Satisfaction at STMA Trisakti, with the contribution level of the quality of financial administration services to student satisfaction reaching 86.1%, calculated using the coefficient of determination analysis (R2). Thus, it can be concluded that the Quality of Financial Administration Services has a significant influence on Student Satisfaction at STMA Trisakti.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the risk awareness of culinary entrepreneurship students regarding the risks associated with operating a culinary business. In addition, this research also aims to test the feasibility scale of the 'Culinary Risk Register (CRR) 2022.' The CRR is a list of risks containing 13 aspects of risk in the culinary business, derived from four risk categories: Financial, Operational, Strategic, and Hazard. The research employed a quantitative method and the Guttman Scale. The Guttman Scale was used to test the Reproducibility Coefficient and the Stability Coefficient of the CRR. The respondents of this study were sophomore students at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Asuransi Trisakti enrolled in the Entrepreneurship course during the Odd Semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The results show that the students have a high level of risk awareness regarding the culinary business concept at the basic and intermediate levels. Meanwhile, regarding the complex level, the understanding varies somewhat, and the level of risk awareness is lower than that of the basic and intermediate levels. As a measurement tool (binary questionnaire), CRR 2022 demonstrates a high feasibility scale, with a Reproducibility Coefficient test score of 97% and a Stability Feasibility test score of 94%. This means that CRR is a valid binary questionnaire instrument that can be used to measure the level of risk awareness in the culinary business. The key connection between the findings of this study and the results of the 2022 Culinary Business Risk Survey is that novice entrepreneurs generally lack an understanding of the importance of preparing business contingency capital, unlike experienced entrepreneurs (respondents of the 2022 Survey). This indicates that awareness of the necessity of contingency capital constitutes a complex-level risk, which can only be fully understood after acquiring advanced managerial knowledge and direct field experience.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pedagang kaki lima (PKL) di Pusat Perkantoran DKI Jakarta mengenai pentingnya perlindungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Latar belakangnya adalah rendahnya partisipasi pekerja informal dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, padahal mereka rentan terhadap risiko kerja seperti kecelakaan, kematian, dan kebutuhan jaminan hari tua. Melalui sosialisasi, tim peneliti memberikan edukasi tentang manfaat program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, termasuk Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT), Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK), dan Jaminan Kematian (JKM). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan langsung dengan menyebarkan brosur dan penjelasan individual kepada PKL. Hasilnya menunjukkan minat tinggi dari peserta, meskipun kendala teknis seperti kesibukan PKL melayani pelanggan mengurangi efektivitas sosialisasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong partisipasi PKL dalam BPJS Ketenagakerjaan serta menjadi model kolaborasi antara perguruan tinggi dan BPJS untuk perluasan jangkauan sosialisasi.

Abstract

Kesehatan lansia merupakan isu penting yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, terutama di wilayah pedesaan yang kelompok lansianya cenderung berpendidikan formal tingkat dasar. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi risiko kesehatan pada kelompok usia lansia di Desa Losarang, Indramayu, Jawa Barat. Pendekatan edukatif dilakukan melalui penyuluhan interaktif yang mencakup aspek fisik, mental, dan rohani, dengan melibatkan tenaga penyuluh / kesehatan, kader Posyandu Lansia, keluarga, serta tokoh masyarakat setempat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman lansia peserta literasi terhadap risiko penyakit degenerative yang mungkin mereka idap, yang diketahui setelah dilakukan Cek Darah Sewaktu kepada mereka di lokasi. Bertolak dari fakta hasil cek darah ini para peserta digugah kesadarannya untuk melakukan hidup sehat dengan berolahraga, menerapkan pola makan sehat dan bergizi serta menjaga pola piker positif melalui pengelolaan stress dan melakukan kegiatan spiritual sesuai dengan agama dan kepercayaan yang dianut. Kolaborasi lintas sektor (akademisi, petugas penyuluh Kesehatan dan tokoh masyarakat) terbukti efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif dan memperkuat dukungan sosial bagi lansia. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju program berkelanjutan yang mendukung kesejahteraan lansia secara holistik.
